Turn a pokemon 'to an Ice Type, with a layer of snow that is ripe,

Feeling exhausted from the recent entry and CAP2, so here's a pretty sloppy one.

sorry for such a late note guys, but I've got a lot of irl stuff and will have more with Finals coming up, so I'm not going to be able to work with WSC for a while. i'm going to try to find a new host by sunday but for now i apologize for leaving like this.
