I just noticed that Toxapex will be able to learn Knock Off. As if it weren't annoying enough already, though I guess it will cause some 4MSS. Even Pain Split if you want to go and exploit Pex's low base HP, but that's gimmicky at best.

*Cough* Contrary Defog Serperior vs Magic Bounce *Cough*

How does it even learn defog? Using the leaves like a fan?
Probably. I mean, there might need to be some stretches in logic here, seeing as Rotom, Carnivine, Florges, and even Klefki can learn Defog now (the last confuses me the most).

So far, these are some of my favorite new, weird move compatibilities:

Throat Chop Fearow
Defog Silvally
Sticky Web Slurpuff
First Impression Farfetch'd (GF keeps trying to make competitive Farfetch'd a thing)
Laser Focus Pachirisu

Also, Araquanid and Ribombee get Sticky Web, Extreme Speed is just a plain old Egg Move for Zigzagoon (no Event needed), Bellsprout, Oddish, and Hoppip all get Strength Sap through Breeding, and I'm going to make Liquidation, Aqua Jet, Brave Bird, U-Turn Swanna a thing, you have my word.

Now if they could add other event moves onto old pokemon too that'd be great. At least give Entei flare blitz and raikou aura sphere

CTNC

Doesn't know how to attack
Two notes:

1: Altaria isn't in the Alola Dex or Island Scan. I don't know what this means for its Mega Stone.
2: Stakataka needs a -Defence Nature to get an Attack boost from Beast Boost.

Banned deucer.
I find it curious how Zeraora can learn Thunder Punch and Fire Punch... but not Ice Punch.
Gotta keep ground types as checks.
i know that box arts are locked but im wondering if thats just for when you encounter them and picking up a cosmog wouldnt count maybe
I doubt it would be unlocked tbh. They're always stingy with shiny legends and it would make no sense imo to unlock it at any point considering gf logic.

I'm hyped for Naganadel. Great speed, good Special Attack, Heat Wave to deal with those pesky steels and of course, BEASHT BOOSHT!

I think Specs will be its best set.

On paper, it's a better Latios. It's faster, it's not Pursuit-weak, it can deal with Fairies thanks to Poison STAB and it has a better move to deal with Steels. It does not seem it can beat Pex, though (we'd need the TM moveset to know)

Dude what?

+2 252 SpA Devastating Drake (195 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Toxapex: 351-414 (115.4 - 136.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252 SpA Life Orb Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Toxapex: 305-360 (100.3 - 118.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO

The only mon I can think stoping it are Av-Mage and Heatran and one needs to be healty to swallow a 2+ Heat Wave and it can brute force his way around Heatran.

+2 252 SpA Devastating Drake (195 BP) vs. 248 HP / 220+ SpD Heatran: 222-261 (57.6 - 67.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
+2 252 SpA Life Orb Draco Meteor vs. 248 HP / 220+ SpD Heatran: 192-226 (49.8 - 58.7%) -- 74.2% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Do we know if it gets Fire Blast? Otherwise, it's walled by Magearna.
