I'm not responding to everyone, but I have read everything and I will work through these bug reports and fix them whenever possible.

Some selected responses:

Isn't the user of Explosion supposed to lose if it takes out the opponent's last mon?
This is Self-KO Clause on PO, and is not currently in effect in PS.

Whenever I try to save a team, it's not there the next time I go on Pokemon Showdown. Why?
It's likely you set your browser not to save data from websites (i.e. you have your cookies set to temporary only). It's doing exactly what you asked it to. ;)

Tested Showdown, and the ladders don't seem to have the bans enforced (saw illegal Dream World ability and move combinations [e.g. ThunderPunch Speed Boost Blaziken, Mewtwo in OU, and Contrary Serperior]).
You can use any move or ability on any Pokemon, as well as 252 in each stat. Something that should be fixed. :P

Just did random battle, and my Espeon's sprite disappeared after using the move Psychic on a Flygon. Don't know what caused that.

On Turn 16, the battle froze at random (as seen here). Before it froze, I requested a kick in the battle window for inactivity, which was interrupted by (presumably) my opponent making a move or it spontaneously interrupting. Then, he requested a kick for inactivity, which was promptly interrupted. Afterwards, the battle froze. That's all that I can give you in terms of what happened.

Building off of this, Genesect and Keldeo are still allowed on the OU ladder.

While I'm here, maybe you could add a DW OU ladder?

Edit: Apparently Golurk is in the correct tier, it just isn't listed in UU on the teambuilder tiers. The other limbo Pokemon however are not in a tier.
 
I want to say that I love this program, but have recently encountered a bug. At one point (after I had switched Dustox for Dustox (Zoroark) and then the Zoroark had died, allowing me to switch the first Dustox in again) it gave me this beneath my switch choices:

Pokeball data corrupt. Please copy the text from this button: [click here] and tell aesoft.

There was no button to press, and when I switched my Dustox back in, it wouldn't tell me what item it was holding; instead the mouseover gave me a similar box to an opposing pokemon (telling me Dustox's possible abilities).

I'm sorry I don't have the log; I was called away by my family at short notice and had to leave the battle -- I hope this is enough!

When Curse is used by a Ghost type, it doesn't lose 50% health, but does curse the enemy.

EDIT: It does in fact lower the health, but the health bar does not lower.

I don't have any logs since I'm on my phone, but in two different battles today I've sent out eelektross after using U-turn, only for it to appear 'stuck' in the corner of the screen, with only the button to leave the battle visible. Eventually, PS restarted and I'd lost due to inactivity, so I don't know whether or not it appeared the same way to the opponent.

EDIT: what Steamroll posted is what happened.

The bug here is that I don't resist bug buzz, even though crustle should.
 
Endure is bugged, it does not work. Some ground moves aren't super effective when they should be, them being hidden power (ground)
 
Outrage isn't accurate I don't think, when Protect is used on the last turn it should still confuse the user of Outrage (at least that's the functionality of it on PO), and when they Protect early (Like, on the second turn when it was going to last 3) it unlocks them from Outrage without confusion. I was battling, protected on the third use of Outrage, but they were still locked and went for their 4th locked Outrage.
 
Moxie Salamence can have Outrage, which is illegal. Poison Heal Gliscor can have Roost, which is also illegal.
First part isn't illegal anymore. It's not coded into the PO server, though, and the message at the top of the screen says that this will likely not be fixed until a new version comes out.
 
Users have reported that Metronome isn't working, and I have experienced battles freezing and I have been given reports that battles have frozen with various rock types... Though I'm highly suspicious if the type even has anything to do with it, but it's happened with both Arceus-Rock and Stratagem so far.

Also, Pursuit works during Traunt's non-battling turn if the opponent is switching out.

Crustle does not resist Bug moves.

Both Rock and Bug are neutral to Bug. (Bug resisting bug is a common misconception due to most bugs having a second typing that resists bug, such as Poison/Flying/Steel.)

Problem with opponent not moving, I don't see it in the list, but I apologise if this is not a repost. I KOed an opponent's Pokémon and s/he was able to kick me for inactivity. When I asked why, since I was waiting on them to bring out another Pokémon and was seeing the 'Waiting for Opponent' message, s/he claimed to be seeing the same message. I clicked Kick inactive opponent after my opponent did but it didn't work (which I assume is correct behaviour, but felt it should be mentioned). Relevant turn:
