ok I'll give my two cents

Boltowl - Definitely one of the electric/flyings of all time. Idk other than having decent physical stabs and good enough attack it doesn't really excel in any regard.
Psychawk - Forget budget Lugia, this is Xatu 2.0: Decent bulk, Esper Wing, Morning Sun for recovery, Guardian Wind gives it a unique pivoting option. As long as it doesn't get Calm Mind or NP to combo with Esper Wing, Psychawk would be a p good inclusion. I kinda dig this guy, it's a much better MBouncer than Epithelk.

Capsagon - Capsagon has good offensive power and a lot of options in terms of moves and abilities to output that offense, but everything else isn't great. It's got a middling speed tier with not good enough bulk to compensate, and one of Scovillain's main draws is the funky Grass/Fire typing which makes it a good sun mon, so Capsagon forgoing it for the much worse Grass/Dragon really sucks... It just seems destined for mediocrity. Also signature move that isn't STAB, cringe.
Scovillain - Figured I'd comment on this too, since Scovillain getting a buff to its base bulk + Eviolite is pretty big, probably still not that good but it's much less of a glass cannon now. Also no Moody shenanigans, hooray. If Scovillain can also use Pepper Rush for a good physical Fire option then we'd really be cooking.

Mephoton - Another entry in the list of anaconja subs that aren't particularly interesting but fulfill their jobs well. Mephoton's got some pretty monstrous physical bulk thanks to Intimidate which combined with its typing lets it check the big physical attackers we have so far, and lack of recovery keeps it from being too overwhelming. I also like that it can go physical with STAB Body Press

Lamiamp - Another defensive electric, this time more specially inclined. An eterrain setter that isn't afraid of grounds is pretty big, although Lamiamp isn't exactly inclined to switch in and eat an Earthquake. Snow Coat and Harvest aren't bad abilities either, although you're mainly running esurge for some juicy volt switches and rising voltages.
I'll also use this space to say, please no more field-setting abilities? lol. We don't need a new mon for every weather and terrain, maybe sand because we have a lot of Sand Rush mons but that's it. Besides, if we need a weather setter so bad we can just add a pre-existing mon like Pelipper or smth.

Multipluse & Divusion: Kinda funny that we got more electrics in the forest slate than grass types... but I dont mind since we only had one electric prior. Anyways, Multipluse is probably the superior option because it's got better offenses, WoW, and can better take advantage of its signature to punish setup - 120 STAB Electric is no joke. Divusion, on the other hand, just seems poortly thought-out more than anything, because it doesn't really have a consistent way of getting the boost on Minus Ion - it mostly has to rely on matchup fishing Intimidate mons, which while we do have three so far, Divusion doesn't have a particularly good matchup with any of them. In addition, it's got Aqua Jet and Wave Crash for some pretty good physical Water moves, but Attack is literally its lowest stat. Divusion would really benefit from swapping its Attack and SpAtk and reworking Minus Ion.
I’ll definitely bring some rework on reworking Minus Ion, with it being physical since you told me about swapping Attack and Special Attack.

This will be Divusion’s new stat spread…

70 HP / 95 Atk / 60 Def / 50 SpA / 110 SpA / 125 Speed + access to Bulk Up

And here is the rework of Minus Ion; instead of a special move, it’s a physical attack, and now applies if the target have negative stat stages, not the user. Very punishing against spammers of Close Combat, for sure.

This makes Divusion even more distinct than Multipluse than how Minun is barely distinct from Plusle.

New slate arriving in about an hour and a half. If anyone else have a say, now is the time!

For the next slate…

Spook Up, Boy!
:sv/dusknoir::sv/impidimp::sv/pumpkaboo::sv/muk:
The Pokémon world isn’t all sunshine and rainbow. There are places that are not only desolate, but also dangerous, filled with hostile Pokémon, as well as several spooky Ghost-type ready to pull a prank, or worse.

Such places includes haunted houses or mansions, abandoned places like desolated labs, ghost towns or even an abandoned shopping mall. Trainers of all age and skill must stay cautious and be on alert of hostile, if not outright malicious individuals.

Here’s the Rules
- This slate is kind of a free slate, but any flavor you make for you submissions must be haunted-related. You can still be quite flexible with this, but make sure to address it.
- You may sub up to 4 unique evolutionary lines of Pokémon. These lines can include split evolutions.
- There is no hard BST limit for this slate, though you should stay reasonable unless you have a good flavor justification like Slaking.
- As for what's typical for a standard Pokémon, final evolutions tend to peak around the 520-530 range, sometimes going into the 540s for stuff like cross gen evolutions or Gyarados. Florges and Arcanine are the only two non-flavor exceptions to this, being over 550, with the others (Slaking and Archeops) having flavor reasons. Standalone Pokémon tend to stay below 500, especially for early-to-midgame mons, though there are a lot of exceptions for later game mons like Duraludon or Dhelmise.
- Pokémon that live in caves are usually Rock, Ground, Steel, or Fighting-type, but you can be flexible with it (ex: Bat Pokémon that live in caves have been Poison, Psychic, and Dragon and all of them are Flying).
- You can sub regional forms for this slate.
- As always, the submission slate lasts about six days or so.
- No new Ice-type Pokémon are allowed until further notice, due to overwhelming amount of individual fully evolved Pokémon with that type. We want to give the other types a chance.

New Features:
Flavour/Design: The Crystal Ball Pokémon, with a lack of tombs that could hold its spiritual power, it shifted to an object of commonly believed spiritual power - the crystal ball

Distribution: Spiritomb-Desvega, Spiriscry, other ghost types that can turn incorporeal

Flavour/Design: Since the crystal ball that held it wasn’t powerful enough, it integrated parts of itself into the crystal, resulting in a greater spiritual connection. This resulted in spiritomb now being able to influence spiritual energy more efficiently, and now is immediately more threatening to the unexpecting trainer entering its domain. This also however, to the correct trainer is a blessing, as this allows spiritomb to view the fut
Potential Competitive Role: UU mon with a problem w dark types

Thoughts: I like spiritomb and this makes spiritomb different but like still spiritomb ig

Notable Moves: Knock Off, Toxic Spikes, Spikes, Gunk Shot, Toxic
Height + Weight: .5m, 12kg
New Features: None yet
Flavour/Design: Based on how silverfish are often seen as monstrous, this is a more evil and malicious version of wimpod
Potential Competitive Role: Lc dedicated lead

(30 if Atk > Spa)

Original Species: Regional Variant
Name: Golisopod-Desvega-Monster
Counterpart(s): write the names of the counterpart of the Fakemon, write none or omit the field if there isn't any.

Ability: Guts/Stamina/Regenerator(HA)
Base Stats: 75 HP / 125 Atk / 140 Def / 60 SpA / 90 SpD / 40 Spe (530 BST)
Notable Moves: Knock Off, Gunk Shot, Sucker Punch, Superpower, Poison Jab
Height + Weight: 2.5m, 180kg (taller and heavier than regular golisopod)
New Features:
Flavour/Design: Based off the two typical styles of enemy in horror novels, Monster represents the great beast that is seen in these novels, usually seen as brutish and unintelligent, it is suprisingly intellectual and holds grudges (Frankenstein’s monster). A bit larger golisopod with bigger arms and claws, with dark green and purple ish hues
Potential Competitive Role: Cringe ou regen mon, although guts sets are really potent

(30 if Spa > Atk)

Name: Golisopod-Desvega-Magistrate
Counterpart(s): write the names of the counterpart of the Fakemon, write none or omit the field if there isn't any.
Typing:
/

Ability: Corrosion/Vampirism/Dry Skin(HA)
Base Stats: 75 HP / 60 Atk / 90 Def / 125 SpA / 140 SpD / 40 Spe (530 BST) you can write these in any configuration you want, the important thing is that you write a matching BST that also fits with slate-specific and general rules. New pre-evolutions’ BST have to be lower than the original, while evolutions’ BST is usually higher; for regional forms and Lookalikes, their BST must match.
Notable Moves: Sludge Bomb, Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse, Spikes, Ice Beam, Toxic, Parting Shot
Height + Weight: 2.0m, 88kg (same height but lighter)
New Features:
Effect: All moves have a 50% draining effect
Distribution: Golisopod-Desvega-Magistrate

Flavour/Design: Based off of the more “humanlike” aspects of horror novels, appearing as a more trustworthy option but often being ultimately crueler and more cunning than the counterpart called monster. (Dracula) Often located in abandoned buildings, and quite a rare sight at that, as they pride themselves on their stealth. A much thinner and more humanoid appearance, with fangs. Black and red with pale skin
Potential Competitive Role: Bulky Special wall with a unique way to recover health UU? Maybe

Based off of the two famous monsters, despite not originating in the US, they are incredibly popular and are the progenitor to most horror stories. An excellent basing for my favorite Pokémon like ever

:swsh/pheromosa:
Original Species:
Name: Duroach (Durable + Roach)
Counterpart(s): None
Typing:

Ability: Poison Heal, Swarm, Filter (HA)
Base Stats: 83 HP / 56 Atk / 67 Def / 20 SpA / 67 SpD / 20 Spe (313 BST) idk man I looked up cockroach related numbers and it led me to weird lottery sites so I gave up and guessed some
Notable Moves: Toxic, Spikes, U-Turn, Infestation, Knock Off, Lunge, Recover, Pin Missile, Rapid Spin, Skitter Smack
Height + Weight: 0.3m, 16 kg
New Features:
Infestation now works after switchout, and lasts 3 turns. This applies to other trapping moves like fire spin and sand tomb.

Flavour/Design: a somewhat large cockroach that thrives in abandoned areas, and the fear of many inexperienced trainers. They however do not intend to scare trainers as they are just in fact too lazy to do anything. It has pretty large eyes, but other than that it looks like a flatter, larger and wider cockroach.
Potential Competitive Role: lc menace (lc stall real?)

Original Species: New pokemon
Name: Permiplaneta (Permanent + common roach scientific name)
Counterpart(s):
Typing:

Ability: Poison Heal, Sturdy, Filter (HA)
Base Stats: 113 HP / 104 Atk / 103 Def / 44 SpA / 101 SpD / 60 Spe (525 BST)
Notable Moves: Toxic, U-Turn, Spikes, Knock Off, Recover, Earthquake, Block, Lunge, Rapid Spin
Height + Weight: 0.2m, 80 kg
New Features: as above
Flavour/Design: with shells harder than titanium, this Pokémon is the greatest pest you will ever meet. However, you will usually never see this pokemon as it will be too lazy to even respond to people encroaching on its territory, and will only fight back once heavily provoked. Abandoned factories are its preferred target as there is a lot of food readily available in their storage areas, as it can eat nearly anything and can survive in the toughest of situations. This Pokémon is large and has the same roach like design, exept it’s wider and still flat, almost circular
Potential Competitive Role: ou/uu fatmon

Thoughts: my idea was to to give some of the nastiest defensive capabilities to one of the arguably worst defensive types. This however allows it to quite easily wall off common physical attacks such as fighting and ground type attacks

Flavor/Design: Looks practically like a campfire to the point where trainers just use it as such. It however doesn't mind this, as the flames are essentially its sole source of food, outside of its roots absorbing nutrients from the ground.

Distribution: Lumblare, Timbyre

Flavour/Design: Classified as the bonfire pokemon, This Pokemon is often spotted near trainers who claim to know fire safety laws and often is the cause of many forest fires unwillingly. It will attack those who are being unsafe with fire, with it being friendly to trainers who respect fire.

Potential Competitive Role: Good niche mon in OU with its unique traits to resist the entire fwg core.
It also has a good way to switch its roles mid battle by using its form change, boosting its flare boost sets to atomic levels, or having an excellent stall breaker role with ignition

notes: the campfire pokemon line. naming was from order of wood class, kindling to lumber to timber

Wildpyre work best with the first trainer who captured them, and have a difficult time bonding with others.

Name: Comysol (Glaucomys, a genus of flying squirrel that is found in California + corruption of "soul")
Type: Ghost/Fairy
Stats: 65 HP / 78 Atk / 78 Def / 104 Sp.Atk / 104 Sp.Def / 91 Speed (520 BST)
Abilities: Power Lock
Some Moves: Phantom Force, Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Ominous Wind, Shadow Ball, Destiny Bond, Grudge, Play Rough, Dazzling Gleam, Draining Kiss, Moonblast, Baby-Doll Eyes, Charm, Round, Disable, Encore, Mean Look, Pain Split, Perish Song, Scary Face, Sleep Talk, Screech, Swagger, Seed Bomb, Energy Ball, Leaf Tornado, Strength Sap, Mystical Fire, Will-o-Wisp, Detect, Clear Smog, Mud Shot, Ancient Power, Psycho Cut, Extrasensory, Psychic, Imprison, Magic Coat, Guard Split, Guard Swap, Power Split, Power Swap, Rest, Speed Swap, Icy Wind, Haze, Lash Out, Dark Pulse, Flatter, Parting Shot, Taunt, Topsy-Turvy
Design: Comysol is a flying-squirrel-like Pokemon, that glows in the dark (Flying squirrels actually do this when exposed to UV light). It leads travelers astray at night and feasts on their energy. When many gather together, it is a bad omen.
Competitive Use: It punishes set-up Pokemon by being on the field, at the cost of relatively low defense and HP. Can use moves like Mystical Fire or Strength Sap to force opponents to take chip damage with its ability or just play as a regular set-up sweeper with Nasty Plot.

While the user is on the field, damages every Pokemon on the field that has stat changes* at the end of each turn by 1/8th, if a Pokemon attempts to have its stats raised, the move fails and it loses 1/4th of its HP. Does not affect Pokemon with this ability.

*A stat change is defined as an increased or lowered stage of a stat such as the effects of moves like Swords Dance, Calm Mind or Leer or Parting Shot. Does not include the effects of moves such as Reflect/Light Screen/Aurora Veil, Sandstorm/Snowscape type boosts or passive ability boosts like Huge Power or Supreme Overlord.
Name: Raimoth (Raise + Moth)
Type: Bug/Ghost
Stats: 65 HP / 101 Atk / 81 Def / 105 Sp.Atk / 81 Sp.Def / 95 Speed (530 BST)
Abilities: Levitate // Phantom Hold
Some Moves: Bug Bite, Bug Buzz, Leech Life, Pounce, Skitter Smack, U-turn, Phantom Force, Phantom Rush, Poltergeist, Shadow Ball, Shadow Sneak, Destiny Bond, Safeguard, Giga Drain, Stun Spore, Heat Wave, Will-o-Wisp, Dual Wingbeat, Air Slash, Hurricane, Mud Shot, Smack Down, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Poison Powder, Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Zen Headbutt, Extrasensory, Psychic, Agility, Gravity, Imprison, Telekinesis, Trick Room, Blizzard, Icy Wind, Moonlight
Design: A moth-like phantom Pokemon. It uses its powers to make itself and others float. It psychically binds its prey and lifts it back to its nest. A group of them can lift up a building.
Competitive Use: Mixed attacker that can use its ability to guarantee that its high damage, low accuracy moves will land. It can also U-Turn out so a teammate could make use of the effect.

On switch-in, raises the opposing Pokemon (will target the Pokemon straight across in doubles) into the air for three turns, guaranteeing that all attacks against the target (except OHKO moves) will hit, regardless of Accuracy or Evasion. The effect is cancelled if the raised Pokémon is hit by Smack Down. Will fail under the effects of Gravity, Ingrain and other grounding moves. (The effect of Telekinesis)
Type: Ghost
Category: Physical
Power: 80
Accuracy: 95%
PP: 10 (16)
Effect: Deals double damage against airborne Pokemon (defined as a Pokemon that is flying-typed, has the levitate ability, is holding an Air Balloon or under the effects of the moves Magnet Rise or Telekinesis.)

Height + Weight: 0.8m, 8.2 kg
Flavour/Design: That same blob of bubble gum but oh no it's a spider as well. Back in the 70s, there was an urban legend that a popular chewing gum brand used spider eggs in its creation. This was built for another region more overtly based on cryptids/urban legends/etc but I felt it fit here well too. Plus, having a Pokemon gain the Bug-Type is pretty cool.
Potential Competitive Role: Sticky Web Pivot

Flavour/Design: Since the crystal ball that held it wasn’t powerful enough, it integrated parts of itself into the crystal, resulting in a greater spiritual connection. This resulted in spiritomb now being able to influence spiritual energy more efficiently, and now is immediately more threatening to the unexpecting trainer entering its domain. This also however, to the correct trainer is a blessing, as this allows spiritomb to view the fut

Spiritomb already had an evolution (Corruptomb) back in Loria, with 545 BST. It might be difficult to reduce the BST to match Corruptomb’s own without breaking the “Angel Numbers” rule. Either make it a seperate new Pokémon with 565 BST and try a new concept for Spiritomb, or anything that lower the regional evolution’s BST if you want.

:lycanroc::tyranitar:
Name: Scupakabra (scute + Chupacabra)
Type:

Abilities: Hyper Cutter, Iron Barbs, Regenerator
Stats: 75 | 101 | 70 | 75 | 90 | 99 [BST= 510]
Notable Moves: Accelerock, Crunch, Elemental Fangs, Flying Press, Knock Off, Leech Life, Psychic Fangs, Pursuit, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Sucker Punch, Swords Dance, U-turn
Signature Move: Vamp Spur |
(Biting, Contact) | 80 BP, 10/16 PP, 100 Acc | User restores HP equal to 1/2 of the damage dealt.
Competitive Role: Offensive pivot-type of guy. Dark/Rock sucks defensively and unlike TTar, Scupakabra can't hide behind sand to help a little, but it does give you a unique stab pairing, and it has regen and a sig to sustain itself. I'm also thinking about giving it Ceaseless Edge but I want a second opinion on that first.

Flavor: Ok so basically... its a chupacabra. None of that nuance-y "erm, it was probably a misidentified wild dog with mange" shit though, this is based on the original reptilian guy. Gets Iron Barbs in reference to the chupacabra usually being depicted with spikes on its body, and it gets Flying Press (and some other funny flying flavor moves like Bounce and Sky Drop), as the cryptid is said to hop like a kangaroo, and is sometimes described as capable of flight. Also the mon based on the 'goat-sucker' is weak to Gogoat, lol lmao.

Notable Moves: Bug Buzz, Dark Pulse, Draining Kiss, Moonblast, Quiver Dance, Roost, Shadow Ball, Strength Sap, Stun Spore, U-turn
Competitive Role: Defensive quiver dancer will be real guys I swear. Magic Guard is also a big plus

Name: Desvegan Cutiefly
Type:

Abilities: Shield Dust, Healer, Magic Guard
Stats: 42 | 35 | 32 | 60 | 80 | 55 [BST= 304]
Competitive Role: lc

Flavor: A sickly-looking and much paler Cutiefly and Ribombee, though despite this difference in appearance, they still have the same caring demeanor. Cutiefly and Ribombee from the Desvega region are more attracted to auras from cemetaries and other places of mourning, and will use their pollen puffs to lift the spirits of those in grief. References funeral and grave boquets, and has design elements inspired by Día de los Muertos / Mexican art.
Evolution Tree: Desvegan Cutiefly -(Level 25)> Desvegan Ribombee
:metagross: :scizor:
Name: Tormekans (torment + mechanics)
Type:

Abilities: Mold Breaker, Dazzling, Technician

Notable Moves: Automize, Bullet Punch, Crunch, Earthquake, Elemental Punches, Iron Head, Rapid Spin, Superpower, Zen Headbutt
Competitive Role: Automize sweeper with access to juicy Tech-boosted Bullet Punches, also some more Psychic-types would be cool. Dazzling is also a possible option to shut down easy Sucker Punch couterplay.

Name: Vexhop (vex + bellhop)
Type:

Abilities: Mold Breaker, Dazzling, Technician
Stats: 50 | 70 | 60 | 50 | 60 | 43 [BST= 333]
Competitive Role: lc

Flavor: Vexhops are formed when psychic energy coalesces in abandoned machinery and equipment. They are mostly harmless trickster spirits, looking to get a rise out of people and Pokemon, but their evolution Tormekans are more relentless and brutal. Loosely based on horror / haunted house attractions.
Evolution: Vexhop -(Dusk Stone)> Tormekans

Name: Vilink (Villain+Ink)
Typing: Ghost
Ability: Prankster/Cursed Body/Frisk
Base Stats: 70/60/80/70/125/65 (BST: 470)
Notable Moves: Haze, Will-o-Wisp, Hex, Recover, Taunt, Encore, Foul Play, Parting Shot, Pain Split, Trick, Shadow Ball, Giga Drain
Height + Weight: 0.2m, 0.8kg
Flavour/Design: A ghost hiding in a book that can manipulate the printing (text and images) of the book to "scare the life" out of people. Inspired by more "child friendly" horror such as the Goosebumps or American Chillers series as well as the concept of mischievous ghost that pop out and scare people akin to rotom but with a more sinister twist. I imagine you'd find them in a place similar to the Pokemon mansion in Kanto or the old chateau with them popping out of book cases when interacted with.
Potential Competitive Role: Defensive Pivot that spreads status and removes stat boosts.

Ability: Limber/Villify (Unburdened)
Base Stats: 70/125/78/35/115/102
Notable Moves: Hitmonlee's + Will O Wisp, Darkest Lariat, Knock Off
Height + Weight:
Flavour/Design: Hitmonlee with devil horns and a devil tail.
Meditate: Move returns now also increases accuracy and SpDef by 1 stage.
Vilify: Dark -ate ability.
Potential Competitive Role: Semi frail, this mon has a bit of versatility. It can unburden if you want but it can also do Meditate with a mix of Villify High Jump Kick and type changed Mega Kick that now won't miss. You can either coverage that with Poison Jab for Faeries or Earthquake for... you'll see, but you can also use Dark Spin!

Name: Hitzomchan (guess what zom is short for)
Typing: Fight/Ghost
Ability: Iron Fist (Now ignores contact negative effects)/Keen Eye (Shadow Boxing)
Base Stats: 70/105/104/35/115/91
Notable Moves: Hitmonchans + Will O Wisp, Shadow Punch, Shadow Sneak
Height + Weight:
Flavour/Design: A zombified shadowy Hitmonchan
Shadow Punch and other no miss 60 BP moves now have 80 power.
Shadow Boxing: Punch moves have Parental Bond at 5/8 power and ignore enemy abilities.
Potential Competitive Role: With Keen Eye being HDB, Chan can come in, block spin, survive and threaten Ghold and then spin itself. Bulk Up Drain Punch or PuP Drain Punch and Shadow Punch sets can be fun. No you don't get rage fist!

Name: Hitmonglop (gloop gloop)
Typing: Fight/Poison
Ability: Shudder/Technician (Liquid Ooze)
Base Stats: 70/100/120/35/115/85
Notable Moves: Hitmontop's + Will O Wisp, Toxic, Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Coil
Height + Weight:
Flavour/Design: A Gooey, spinning mess. Creepy af.
Triple Kick is a direct Triple Axel but fight type clone.
Shudder: Lowers SpAtk on switch in.
Potential Competitive Role: A versatile creature. This is why Hecmonchan might want Quake over Poison Jab. Glop can poison a lot of enemies and abuse his decent bulk. Not a lot of healing on it but it can bulky attack after a coil with no miss Triple Kick with Gunk Shot and whatever coverage you want. Triple Axel can smack birds and abuse Technician if you go that route, and Quake is good for opposing poisons. For once the power boost of Aerial Ace actually hurts unless you go non-technician.

Name: Smoxxout (Smoke out)
Typing: Psychic/Fire
Ability: Insomnia/Corrosion (Flame Body)
Base Stats: 105/93/80/58/125/62
Notable Moves: Hypno's + Will O Wisp, Smoke Cloud, Fire Blast, Blaze Kick, Flare Blitz, Raging Fury, Clear Smog, Haze, Bulk Up
Height + Weight:
Flavour/Design: Hypno evolution. Swirls with clouds of burning smoke which it now uses to inflict its sleep to eat dreams with.
Meditate: Move returns now also increases accuracy and SpDef by 1 stage.
Smoke Cloud: Choking cloud that knocks enemies out. 15PP, 65 Accuracy fire move. Non fire or poison type mons that get hit lose oxygen and fall asleep. they burn while knocked out and remain burnt after waking up. Mons immune to burns OR sleep avoid the move entirely.
Potential Competitive Role: A special wall of a fire type almost, this thing can wish tech apparently, and can use Neut gas to great effect vs the right targets. Decent strength but fire typing can be a burden.

48 hours left for the submission phase!

Kissing Bug aka Vampire Bug + parasite (Three-stage)
Name: Bisite (Bisou (French for kiss) + parasite)
Typing: Bug / Poison
Abilities: Poison Touch / Cute Charm | Serene Grace
Base Stats: 54 HP / 66 Atk / 55 Def / 40 SpA / 55 SpD / 41 Spe (BST: 311)
Notable Moves: Leech Life, Poison Jab, Gunk Shot, Knock Off, U-Turn, Taunt, Swords Dance, Agility, Hone Claws, Oil Slick*, Toxic, Poison Fang, Crunch, Crush Claw, Lovely Kiss
Oil Slick reminder: Physical +1 Poison-type priority move with 40 BP.
Height + Weight: 0.1 meter | 1.1 kg
Flavour/Design: Mischievous parasite-like Pokémon that sucks blood of unwitting prey, which also have slow-reacting but viral venom that cause the prey to become sick for a few days. They are difficult to see due to their minuscule size, but can be recognized with bright red patterns on their black body.
Potential Competitive Role: Poison Fang user in LC due to guaranteed Toxic via Serene Grace. Crush Claw also serves as a wallbreaking attack at cost of not-so-perfect accuracy and Normal type.
Evolution: Kissire (Level 15 or higher)

Name: Kissire (Kiss + vampire)
Typing: Bug / Poison
Abilities: Poison Touch / Cute Charm | Serene Grace
Base Stats: 84 HP / 86 Atk / 75 Def / 60 SpA / 75 SpD / 42 Spe (BST: 422)
Notable Moves: Leech Life, Poison Jab, Gunk Shot, Knock Off, U-Turn, Taunt, Swords Dance, Agility, Dual Wingbeat, Hone Claws, Oil Slick*, Toxic, Poison Fang, Crunch, Crush Claw, Lovely Kiss, Roost
Height + Weight: 0.6 meter | 5.8 kg
Flavour/Design: Now resembling more of a triatominae (kissing / vampire bug), Kissire can fly in the air in order to be more in-the-face with their prey. Their black shell is marked with red stripes to blend in the dark, allowing it to hide from predators while giving a terrifying ”face” to scare them away.
Potential Competitive Role: Similar to Bisite but in LC.
Evolution: Vampinae (Defeat 10 Pokémon with Leech Life)

Name: Vampinae (Vampire + triatominae)
Typing: Bug / Poison
Abilities: Poison Touch / Strong Jaw | Serene Grace
Base Stats: 104 HP / 106 Atk / 90 Def / 70 SpA / 90 SpD / 51 Spe (BST: 511)
Notable Moves: Leech Life, Poison Jab, Gunk Shot, Knock Off, U-Turn, Taunt, Swords Dance, Agility, Dual Wingbeat, Hone Claws, Oil Slick*, Toxic, Poison Fang, Crunch, Crush Claw, Lovely Kiss, Thunder Fang, Thunder Punch, Roost
Height + Weight: 0.9 meter | 7.9 kg
Flavour/Design: Their black shell extend until their hind limbs, resembling a vampire’s cloak. Vampinae is capable of turning a dozen of Pokémon sickened for up to a week if left unchecked, and will also send a painful bite if provoked.
Potential Competitive Role: With Strong Jaw over Cute Charm, Vampinae can use Crunch and Thunder Fang as alternative coverage moves while boosting Poison Fang to a more useable level. It can also serve as a mixed wall with Roost and capability of inflicting Toxic.

Name: Fearabolla

Height + Weight: 3m, .045 kg
New Features: Variable Blade | 90 bp | 90 acc | Physical | Ghost | Slicing | Lowers the opponent SpDef.
Flavour/Design: A ghost outlined with parabolas, planes, and exponential lines. Looks sort of like those how to draw people things with the circles and lines if you know what that looks like.

These Pokémon seem to have been created out of the fear children have towards math. Upperclassman scare warn young students that these Pokémon haunt the halls of the math wing at night. These Pokémon are relatively harmless though, but they do have a tendency to eat the equations right out of students homework.
Potential Competitive Role: Mixed Sweeper, Wallbreaker

:Tapu-Bulu:
Name: Triki
Typing: Psychic
Ability: Levitate / Melodic Mind
Base Stats: 90 / 55 / 70 / 115 / 120 / 65 (515)

Baroque Barrage: 25 damage | 100 accuracy | 30 PP | Special | Psychic | Hits 2-5 times | Sound based
Flavour/Design: A tiki head crossed with an Easter island head with antler/horn things on its head resembling a pipe organ and large lower teeth that stick out looking like piano keys and has little floating hands. Sort of looks like the DKC returns boss Kalimba now that I think about it.
These Pokémon are said to be the soul of a musician who died while playing. They are often found in old abandoned buildings in mountains and deserts. They love to play their haunting song for whoever comes near.
Potential Competitive Role: Special Wallbreaker, Trick Room Setter, Special Wall

Height + Weight: 0.6 m, 7.5 kg
Flavor/Design: The whole line is supposed to pay homage to Nevada's Clown Motel. It's miserable-looking and is always acted as the receiver of its evolutions' jokes.
Potential Competitive Role: LC. er idk the state of LC rn but it sure is a ghost. shadow ball go pew

Original Pokémon: Gurdurr (Convergent)
Name: Fooldurr

New Features:

Height + Weight: 1.2 m, 59 kg
Flavor/Design: The guy's learning how to fight back now! Except he still looks like a miserable clown.
Potential Competitive Role: NFE. um, it's mainly just power go boom. Haunting Cackle just has an added bonus of paralyzing so, wahoo.

Original Pokémon: Conkeldurr (Convergent)
Name: Clownkeldurr
Typing:

Abilities: Pressure | Mold Breaker | Wandering Spirit
Base Stats: 105 / 55 / 95 / 140 / 65 / 45 | 505
Notable Moves: Fooldurr's movepool + Dazzling Gleam

Flavor/Design: Big menacing clown like those typical horror films. Better lock those doors.
Potential Competitive Role: Another special ghost since i realized there isn't a lot except like, one? It doesn't have any way to raise its special attack and is slow as hell, but 140 is no joke. Should be a very strong breaker.

Veto phase! If I missed anything important, please let me know.

Name: Hecmonlee (Hecate or Heck, whichever the hell you want)
Typing: Fight/Dark
Ability: Limber/Villify (Unburdened)
Base Stats: 70/125/78/35/115/102
Notable Moves: Hitmonlee's + Will O Wisp, Darkest Lariat, Knock Off, Coil
Villify and Meditate buff is a clever way to make Mega Kick useful for a change, but Coil and Unburden combined can be overkill, as Unburden is part of why Sneasler is potent in Gen 9 OU, with Hecmonlee having much better Special bulk in comparison, and Coil patches accuracy issue and lower Defense both at once, or throw in Will-o-Wisp. If just Coil is removed, it would be easier to revenge kill while having to run either Meditate or Bulk Up.

Encroach: Dark or Bug type -Ate. Whichever is more balanced.
Villify is already the Dark -ate, so Bug-type -ate would be the way to go to avoid redundancy.

You have up to 24 hours to fix those issues; an extension occurs if other problematic submissions are noted too late.
