Generation X - The Third Chapter
:xy/rayquaza:
“One adventure happened in Brazado, another occurred in Loria. Yet another region will soon be discovered, but what new Pokémon to be found, the locales of the region, and their mystical Legendary Pokémon be, we will have to discover upon ourselves…”

:ceruledge: :armarouge:
Welcome to the third iteration of Generation X! This Pet Mod will focus more on flavor and lore than the competitive side of Pokémon, so not every new addition will be OU-worthy. Still, thinking outside the box may help your Fakémon ideas to shine among the other candidates!

:chatot: :alakazam:

The guideline is written by Sharpen42 and Hematite, with modifications from yours truly.
  • Fixed types: Sometimes you'll have to submit a concept that fullfils a category so specific, that you will limit the typing for one or more of your subs. For cross-gen evolutions or pre-evolutions, they must share at least one type with the receiving Pokémon.
    :sceptile: :emboar: :empoleon: :pikachu:
  • BST limits: Every slate we'll establish in the fist post the maximum and minimum values for the Base Statistics Total of your subs, so that they respect the power level expected by their category; there are also some general notes, that are:
    • Extreme minmaxing allowed, so long that it is balanced by other factors, and not lower attacking stat. An example of extreme minmaxing is 140 Attack and 15 Special Attack, or 35 Defense and 170 Special Defense. Feel free if you’re confident that it won’t make your submission overpowered!
    • That said, while you should be careful with balancing, don't be afraid to let your Pokémon excel in at least one of its stats, even if it's an early-game Pokémon that you want to look weak! Almost all fully evolved Pokémon have at least one stat above 100, and a large number go higher than 110 or 120 with their highest stat.
    • You can use this spreadsheet (original by Hematite) to compare your sub's stats to those of existing Pokémon.
    • It is generally not a good idea to try give a pre-evolution for Pokémon with already very low BST (as were the case for Pikachu and Jigglypuff for examples) or an evolution for Pokémon with very high BST (500 or especially higher range) unless you have a valid reason.
  • :arceus: :deoxys-attack: :slaking: :arcanine:
  • Counterparts and trios: In some slates you'll be able to submit some counterparts, for example version-specific Pokémon or small groups of 2-3 Pokémon that are related by any characteristic, like typing, BST, habitat, prey and predator, etc.; for this type of sub, components of the group will be voted as a whole, you won't be allowed to vote only for just one (or two if it's a trio) of them; some other slates the rules of the slate will impose you to submit a trio or a couple of counterparts, other ones will totally deny you to do so. You can also establish a new counterpart to an already existing Pokémon so long that their BST are matching stage-per-stage.
    :sawk: :throh: :zangoose: :seviper:

:rotom: :porygon:
Based of Yoshiblaze’s Roadmap, with modifications.

Each Slate will have ~5 days of submissions and ~2 days of voting.
Same rules as Gen X and Gen X: Loria - ask me any question if something's unclear, preferably on Discord.
Stats will be done at the same time as all submissions.
Movepools can be completed any time after winners are voted in, as the mod won't be coded until its completion, but you are encouraged to list as many moves as possible to not leave your movepools lacking if you never complete them.
Regional Forms, Lookalikes (think of Wiglett), Cross-Gen Babies / Pre-Evos and Cross-Gen Evolutions(x) can be subbed for any slate except for the first three slates and the 14th slate (for obvious reasons), and as long as appropriate for the slates.

(x)Regarding Pokémon that already got a Mega Evolution, be it official or from Loria, cross-gen evos that resembles too much from the Mega “counterpart” will be very likely to be vetoed. If you’re not sure, a regional form with evolution is the safest bet for those.

Slate 1 - Region and Legendaries + Poll on if we want a Generational Gimmick
Slate 2 - Generational Gimmick (if “Yes” wins the poll) + Creation of a TM and Tutor List
Slate 3 - Starters (Grass, Fire and Water)
Slate 4 - Early Route Mons (Usually lower than average BST)
Slate 5 - ”Grassy Area” Slate
Slate 6 - Cave + Electric Rodent Slate
Slate 7 - Cold Area Slate
Slate 8 - Forest Slate
Slate 9 - Spooky Slate
Slate 10 - Aquatic Slate
Slate 11 - Fossil Slate
Slate 12 - Free Slate
Slate 13 - Gift Slate
Slate 14 - Minor Legendaries + Pseudo Legendary Slate
Extra Slates (if needed) - Counterparts, More New Pokemon, and Regional Forms, or just more Free Slates in general
Final Slate - Formation of the Regional Dex (Nominations + Council’s Additions)
After Slates Poll - Transfer Starters, Legendary and Mythical

:plusle: :minun:

Each new Fakemon, Regional Form/Evolution or group of counterparts (2-3 Pokémon, cannot be voted individually) will be voted singularly, so votes will look like this:
User1's Fakemon
User2's Fakemon1 and Fakemon2
User2's Regional Pokémon1, Pokémon2 and RegionalEvolution
The number of votes depends from the slate's decided category, and whether the vote is ranked or not will be determined in each slate.

Self-voting is allowed as long as you voted at least another user’s submission. You have a maximum of two self-votes, and you cannot have more self-votes than your votes for other people’s submissions.

Each slate has a Submission Phase (7-10 days), a Voting Phase (2-5 days), and a Discussion Phase (0-2 days, won't coincide with next submission phase only if there is something specific to discuss). We'll start with an Opening Phase of two days to let people ask questions and for us to correct this OP.

:smeargle: :silvally:

Name: the new move's name; try to use combinations of words never used before in Pokémon games
Type: https://play.pokemonshowdown.com/sprites/types/Type.png
Category: https://play.pokemonshowdown.com/sprites/categories/Category.png (Physical, Special or Status)
Base Points: try to balance this, PP, effect and accuracy; only multiples of 5 are allowed as values.
Power Points: specify just the max PP if you want; allowed values are 8, 16, 24, 32, 48, 64.
Accuracy: write -- if it never misses; must be multiple of 5
Miscellaneous: optional; write here if it makes contact or not, or if it's a sound, biting or a punching move, or others.
Effect: anything specified outside of the template is valid, just try not to make it too complicated
Distribution: list of Pokémon that will receive the submitted move.
Name: avoid using a name too similar-sounding of existing Abilities.
Effect: try to keep it balanced and don't combine too many effects, usually they should apply a maximum of 2 boosts/drops.
Distribution: list of Pokémon that will receive the submitted ability.
Original Species: indicate if this Fakémon is a new evolution, pre-evolution, regional variant or lookalike (PokéTypos) to an existing Pokémon, be it an official one or from Brazado / Loria; omit if is not the case
Name: the name for your Fakemon.
Counterpart(s): write the names of the counterpart of the Fakemon, write none or omit the field if there isn't any.
Typing: the typing of your Fakemon, remember to respect the rules; you can use these link for images: https://play.pokemonshowdown.com/sprites/types/Type.png.
Ability: the ability of your Fakemon, this can be exclusive or new only in some cases.
Base Stats: HP / Atk / Def / SpA / SpD / Spe (BST) you can write these in any configuration you want, the important thing is that you write a matching BST that also fits with slate-specific and general rules. New pre-evolutions’ BST have to be lower than the original, while evolutions’ BST is usually higher; for regional forms and Lookalikes, their BST must match.
Notable Moves: try not to give too many moves, keep the role clear; you can make a complete movepool later on.
Height + Weight: indicate the meters and kilograms of your submission. Weight is more important due to mechanics involving weight, such as Low Kick, Heavy Metal and Float Stone.
New Features: describe the effect of the new moves you introduce with your sub, specify if new ability/ies and moves are to be exclusive to this Fakemon or if they have to be featured in the slate dedicated to the dristribution of new moves and abilities to old and new Pokémon.
Flavour/Design: you can write anything you want about your new Pokémon and its interaction with its habitat.
Potential Competitive Role: you can describe the role that your Fakemon will have in the new metagame, considering previous Pokémon and potential new competitors; not all submissions have to be OU-viable, so do your best to describe what it can do in the potential tiers it will reside in.

Since no one else have a question, let’s just cut to the chase!

Slate 1 - Another Region, Another Legend

- Region and Box Legendaries -

:mewtwo::koraidon::miraidon:
As our first slate, your task is to create a Pokémon Region as our “blueprint” and as our locale to base on for our potential new Pokémon ideas. It doesn’t need to be based off specific real-life locales, but I highly recommand to do so as it will help for inspirations and even discover underexplored cultures.

In addition, each region submission must have a set of Legendary Pokémon that plays a major role to the region’s history, or that are one mysterious species / group that just happened to land on that region. It can be a pair of two (a duo) or three (a trio), or even a singular, powerful Legendary Pokémon.

Rules:
- Each component of the main legendary solo / duo / trio must have a Base Stat Total between 660 and 680; anything with BST lower or higher will not be accepted.
- That said, they can all have an alternate form that changes their BST to a maximum of 780; they can change or add a maximum of 1 type, and in a duo, if one of the two main legendary counterparts has an altered form, the other one must have it too. If the main two legendaries have an alternate form, it's recommended that you give the third legendary one, too, but not required.
You can show changes to typing and abilities by putting an "->" arrow next to the original ones, and changes of stat by putting the, below the ”main form” base stats and show differences in parentheses.
- These Pokémon were intended for Ubers, as is the case with most boxart Legends. That said, try to make them distinct over other existing Ubers Pokémon, and try not to go overboard with their possible signature move and / or ability.
- The submissions cannot be cross-generational evolutions, pre-evolutions, regional variants or lookalikes; those will not be allowed until the fourth slate. Any of those will be automatically rejected.
- The real-life locales that were already used in the two previous iterations are Brazil (Brazdo) and Florida (Loria), and are not allowed to (re)use in here to allow other real-life locales to have a chance to shine. That said, resubbing submissions that haven’t won yet in previous two iterations are allowed.
- Global Smogon Rules and Pet Mod Rules still applies.

In addition to the Fakémon template in the OP above, there is a Region template that you can make use off; you can add additional informations, such as potential Pokémon ideas based of that real life locale’s culture, fauna or fables, if needed.
Name: Provide a name for your region. It doesn’t need to be on-the-nose.
Inspiration: What zone of the real world are you inspiring to? Write the name and post a map. If your region isn't based on the real world, be sure to provide a map of your own. The first region of Gen X was based on Brazil, so I advice against doing Brazil again; same goes for the second region of Gen X with Florida.
Insert your map here

Lore: Explain what is the history of this region and what role the legendaries have or had in it, and also what is happening at the time of the game.

We also have a poll above the OP to see if we would get a Generational Gimmick for our potential winner or not.

Name: Markta
Inspiration: Canada/Alaska
The great white north, Alaska and Canada are perfect places to base a Pokemon region based off where the franchise is currently going. Since the last few regions have been going into the open world direction, I think we should make our region based off a country known for its vast wilderness. Combined with Alaska, the Canadian landmass include several obvious icons such as Polar Bears, Eagles, Foxes, and whatnot to base Pokemon on. But that area also includes several other local concepts that can make a strong region as well, from a strong culture from various tribes like the Inuits, unique cuisine like the poutine, and other quirks like being a leader in newly recruited pilots. Overall while seeming pretty basic, these two place when combined can form quite the interesting region.

1685728299224.png

Lore:
The Markta Region is a land of extremes, in terms of landmass it is the largest region in the world, but in terms of population it is actually quite small with most people living in quite secluded colonies. However the community here is one that values comrodery and teamwork.

The region's creation is shrouded in myth, but there has been a legend passed down for millennia detailing the region's creation. Called the "Legend of the Three Sisters" it details the story of how during the Great Pokemon War, a group of colonists and their Pokemon wanted to escape in peace and not fight in the conflict. They were led by three sisters, who knew of the location of a lost paradise. The group first encountered a dark cave filled with monsters, and the youngest sister sacrificed her life leading said monsters away from her group. The group next encountered a great blizzard over an ocean, and despite being guided to safety, the middle sister sadly drowned. Finally they group faced a great plauge and despite the eldest sister healing the group, she too became a casualty of the sickness. Soon the group found the promised land which later became the Markta region, and for their sacrifice Arceus gave the sister's spirits new bodies to help guide the new colony to greatness.

Now the three sisters, dubbed the Legendary Priestesses, consisting of the Night Priestess Yonunoa, the Ice Priestess Korinoa, and the Flower Priestess Hananoa, are said to march across the Markta region, upholding the natural cycle of balance. Yonunoa creates an endless night so that the sun won't melt the icecaps and therefore flood the region. Yonunoa creates a great freeze so that the plants won't become overgrown and destroy the settlements, and Hananoa creates crops so that the people won't starve during the harsh winters. And the people of the Markta Region are happy for these gifts and revere them greatly.

As for the Legendary Priestesses, here are their actual stats:

She has a pair of jagged horns on her forehead resembling lightning and has seering blue eyes.

Role: A bulky attacker, great defenses and HP combined with a decent defensive typing alongside reliable healing makers her hard to kill as she tries to set up for her powerful Blackout.

Role: Mixes the Special Attacking prowess of Kyurem White with the support of Alolan Ninetales. Can set up the coveted Arora Veil in Ubers and her STAB combo makes her very difficult to switch into. This makes up for her shortcomings of being an ice type defensively.

Role:
Gives the Grass-type a viable Uber, a bulky mixed attacker who focuses on physical defense due to its ability. It can use its many support options to help give her teammates the boon they need to succeed, even if it means sacrificing herself to give them a great power.

Name: Desvega
Inspiration: California & Nevada, with some New Mexico/other Southwestern states Influence. Legends have an urban legend/cryptozoology base.

Lore: Region similarish to Unova with a booming entertainment industry (in the games this would be where we'd get Pokestar Studios.....2). Lots of urban areas but also deserts, mountains, forests etc. The "evil team" of this realm are a bunch of plucky cryptozoologists searching for the legendary Pokemon to prove they exist, but in reality their leader is just using them to find the legendaries to obtain the power they supposedly possess. Also (one of) the Mythical(s) would be a Fresno Nightcrawler. Considered it for part of the Legend Trio but figured what's basically Ambulatory Pants weren't Box Legend Material lmao.

Legendary Trio: "The Reality Trio" (for lack of a better name)

Name: Arcognition (Arcade + Cognition)
Counterpart(s): Janutcher, Virulope
Typing:

Ability: Download
Base Stats: 100/100/125/135/115/95 (BST=670)
Notable Moves: Mind Melt, Universal Moves, Volt Switch, Psychic, Trick, Shadow Ball, Flash Cannon, Nasty Plot, Parting Shot, Gear Grind, Iron Head, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Discharge, Charge, Charge Beam , Psybeam, Trick Room, Hypnosis, Dream Eater, Wicked Torque, Confuse Ray
Height + Weight: 1.8 m, 75 kg
New Features: Mind Melt (Move-Special-Psychic-100 BP-100% Acc.-Has 30% chance to Confuse aka a Special, Psychic Magical Torque)
Flavour/Design: Polybius. Electric-type because Arcade Cabinet, Psychic Type because of its supposed Mind-Altering Effects. In the lore, it was magically brought into existence just because a lot of people believed in it, and it has those same powers to make things real.
Potential Competitive Role: Pivot, Trick Room Setter?

Name: Janutcher (Janus + Watcher)
Counterpart(s): Arcognition, Virulope
Typing:

Ability: Intimidate
Base Stats: 115/95/100/135/125/100(BST=670)
Notable Moves: Watchful Eye, Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Play Rough, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Trick, Taunt, Parting Shot, Dark Pulse, Night Daze, Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Darkest Lariat, Shadow Ball, Shadow Sneak, Defog, Mean Look, Lock-On, Fairy Lock, Foresight, Glare
Height + Weight: 1.9 m, 25 kg
New Features: Watchful Eye (Special, Dark Type Spirit Shackle)
Flavour/Design: The Hell Valley Sky Trees from Mario Galaxy 1 Dark Watchers from California Folklore. Their job is to watch the world and keep the balance, which is hard when the False Pokemon has the power to warp perception and reality itself.
Potential Competitive Role: Hazard Clearer, Wallbreaker, Knock Off, Pivot

Name: Virulope (Virulent + Jackalope)
Counterpart(s): Arcognition, Janutcher
Typing:

Ability: Toxic Debris
Base Stats: 100/125/95/100/115/135 (BST=670)
Notable Moves: Poisonous Flight, Toxic Spikes, Toxic, Extreme Speed, Acrobatics, Trick, Bulk Up, Work Up, Poison Jab, Gunk Shot, Fake Out, Crunch, Play Rough, Dazzling Gleam, Low Kick, Rapid Spin, Play Nice, Pain Split, Covet, Headbutt, Quick Attack, Agility
Height + Weight: 0.4 m/5.8 kg
New Features: Poisonous Flight (Move- Poison-type U-Turn)
Flavour/Design: Jackalope. Its Pokemon category and Poison typing are because at least some of the Jackalope legends were probably inspired by rabbits infected with the Shope Papilloma Virus, which can cause horn-like tumors. Is also watched by Janutcher, but less so, because while Arcognition is a beast with terrifying power, Virulope is just a small creature just trying to Survive.
Potential Competitive Role: Hazard Setter, Hazard Clearer, Fast Wallbreaker, Pivot.

(lmao its fine IceLevelIncarnate)

Name: Brunica (Brunician for regional prefix)
Inspiration: Canada but especially New Brunswick, with a few parts from Ontario and Vancouver (metropolis), and have the ocean side, the cold climate (colder and harsher winter than their American neighbor), interest on winter sports and the variety of environments. Also have an emphasis on solidarity between the communities.
1685742360392.png

New-Brunswick Map
Lore: The Brunica region was largely unknown in the Pokémon world, does to it's uncharted territories and the attention given to Unova, it's nearby neighbor region. However, for it's relatively small size, it does have a lush, lively environment full of lives, under the guard of Lutakon. Unfortunately, the region is in constant risk of being overrun by the two dangerous Legendary Pokémon, Akhut (dweller of dry lands and the sea) and Wendora (dweller of tundras and the North Pole), forcing Lutakon to seal itself by releasing a calming aura that even Akhut and Wendora calms down for centuries.
  • Mammals: Moose, Raccoon, American Pika, Lynx, Wolverine, Black Bear, Musk Ox, Snowshoe Hare and Snow Rabbit, Arctic Wolf,
  • Birds: Blue Jay, Hawk Owl, Cardinal, Finch
  • Reptiles: Skink, Timber Rattlesnake, Short-Horned Lizard, Painted Turtle, Leatherback Sea Turtle
  • Plants: Tomato, Mountain Aven, Fireweed, Purple Saxifrage, Sugar Maple, Spruce, Balsam Fir
  • Intervertebral: Dragonflies (Common Whitetail or Chalk-Fronted Corporal), American Dog Tick, Crab Spider, Long Legged Fly, Scorpionfly, Twin Stabbed Lady Beetle
  • Aquatic: Atlantic Sturgeon (fish), Fallfish, Brook Stickleback, Lake Trout, Leech, Torpedo Ray, Blue Angels (Glaucus atlanticus)
  • Mythical Critters: Lake monsters (yes, there is a lot of them considering the amount of lakes in Canada), Mishepishu, Kogukhpuk, loup-garou (Werewolves and wereanimals, but with human conscience).
  • Activities: Curling, Hockey, Skiing/Sledding, Snow/Ice Sculpture, Camping, Gardening, Hiking, Festivals, Whale Watching, Water Sliding, Farmer Markets, Canoe / Kayaking, Swimming, Zipline, Dancing
  • Well Known Meals: Poutine rapée (large patato dumpling with pork filling), chicken fricot, chiard (patato dish heated on a casserole), fried clams, Coquille Saint-Jacques, Pets de Soeur (desserts similar to cinnamon buns), ployes (wheathart pancake)
  • Miscellaneous Emphasis: Ancestry, family, solidarity / cooperation, vareity of cultures from other regions, countries and continent, art, forests, mountains, beaches, conflict, cold winter but also hot summer, unpredictable weathers in general
Examples of Returning Pokémon: Bidoof line, Shinx line, Delibird, Deerling line, Volbeat + Illumise, Zangoose + Seviper, Kricketot line, Cutiefly line, Hoothoot line, Ledyba line, Emolga, Skunky line, Teddiursa line, Cubchoo line, Seel line, Rufflet line, Sneasel line, Sunkern line, etc.

Legendary Trio: Elders of Nature
Name: Akulut (Aku + corruption of Akhlut)
Counterpart(s): Wendora (Main counterpart) and Lutakon (Third)
Typing:

Ability: Darkest Hunger
Base Stats: 100 HP / 133 Atk / 133 Def / 102 SpA / 102 SpD / 110 Speed (BST: 680)
Notable Moves: Cruel Strike (New), Crunch, Knock Off, Aqua Jet, Swords Dance, Leech Life, Taunt, Torment, Snarl, Roar, Iron Head, Outrage, Ice Fang, Thunder Fang, Fire Fang, Close Combat, Earthquake, Waterfall, Liquidation, Pursuit, Psycho Cut, Rock Slide, Power Trip, Dark Pulse, Lash Out
Flavor Moves: Water Gun, Aqua Tail, Bite, Water Pulse, Thief, Fling, Mega Kick, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Surf, Hydro Pump, Dark Pulse, Snarl
New Features:
Darkest Hunger (Ability - Knocking out a target have this Pokémon‘s HP recovered by 12,5%)
Cruel Strike (Move - Dark - Physical - 120 Base Power - 100 Accuracy - 8 PP - Contact - Decrease target’s Defense by 1 stage; this move only works on user’s first turn out)
Flavour/Design: Heavily based of the Akhlut, a wolf-orca hybrid mythical creature that dwells in the land and beaches. Despite what the people of Brunica region were saying it was a necessary evil to control overpopulating humanity and Pokémon, Akhlut aim to eradicate and devour every single living being of the land as it despises presence of everything softer than it. While often busy confronting Wendora, it was singlehandedly responsible for several Pokémon becoming extinct a very long time ago. Dark red and white color scheme.
Potential Competitive Role: As there isn't any Uber-leveled Water-type or Dark-type Pokémon known for physical prowess, Akulut will fill this gap. Although basic at first, Cruel Strike is an exceptionally powerful Dark-type move that punishes switch-ins, or it can use Pursuit to chase down Lugia and non-Mega Mewtwo. Having 110 Speed is higher than average, allowing to use Choice Scarf to revenge kill, or equip a Life Orb to enhance their physical prowess further without worry of HP draining thanks to Evil Devourer. In short, a Water/Dark type physical wallbreaker, sweeper or Psychic/Ghost trapper.
Name: Wendora (Wendigo + Pandora)
Counterpart(s): Akulut (Main counterpart) and Lutakon (Third)
Typing:

Ability: Coldest Heart
Base Stats: 90 HP / 102 Atk / 90 Def / 134 SpA / 130 SpD / 124 Speed (BST: 680)
Notable Moves: Icicle Ender (New), Crunch, Knock Off, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Freeze-Dry, Hail, Aurora Veil, Ice Shard, Poltergeist, Shadow Ball, Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Icy Wind, Nasty Plot, Thunderbolt, Mythical Fire, Snarl, Dark Pulse, Psychic, Psyshock, Moonblast, Earth Power, Focus Blast, Taunt
Flavor Moves: Astonish, Snow Powder, Phantom Force, Power Swap, Guard Swap, Speed Swap, Water Pulse, Gust
New Features:
Coldest Heart (Ability - Reduce Speed of opposing Pokémon upon switching in)
Icicle Ender (Move - Ice - Special - 25 Base Power - 100 Accuracy - 8 PP - No Contact - +1 Priority; Base Power is tripled if the target’s HP is less than 50%)
Flavour/Design: The Wendigo is one of Canada's most famous mythical creatures, so you would know what one would looks like. Barely humanoid, it bends forwards with a skeleton-like disposure that reveals icicles letting out of it's corpse-like body, with messed up horns sprouting out of it's forehead. A malevolent Legendary Pokémon of Brunica, it thrives to bring eternal suffering to all of the region by turning it into an unlivable icy palace for it to live in, and devour anything that tries to survive in such a cruel environment. Although it often conflicts with Akalut, it otherwise lives in the coldest tundra that not even the bravest Trainer dared to explore before.
Potential Competitive Role: Another new Legendary that many Psychic-type will despise to confront. With an abnormally blistering Speed of 154 and powerful 144 Special Attack, even Mega Gengar couldn't outspeed this thing so easily. It's Coldest Heart Ability allows it to revenge kill anything wearing a Choice Scarf, and it's Icicle Ended is a powerful revenge killed tool against weakened foes. In short, Coldest Heart in general will mess with speedy Ubers Pokémon, including the mighty Mega Rayquaza in AG, allowing for smooth revenge killing. Being immune of Extreme Speed also helps, but it have to watch for Marshadow that have Shadow Sneak. Frailness in general is it’s biggest weakness, as such it cannot afford to manually switch in at all unless through pivoting, and Ice-type related weaknesses doesn’t help, wanting to run Heavy-Duty Boots to avoid painful Stealth Rock damage.
Name: Lutakon
Counterpart(s): Akulut and Wendora (nemesis)
Forms: Resting (default), Awakened (hold the Awaken Seed)
Typing:

Ability: Guardian of Nature
Base Stats:
[Resting] 100 HP / 120 Atk / 90 Def / 120 SpA / 130 SpD / 90 Speed (BST: 670)
[Awakened] 100 HP / 150 Atk / 150 Def / 150 SpA / 150 SpD / 70 Spe (BST: 770)
Notable Moves: Elder Recovery (New), Earthquake, Earth Power, Solar Beam, Solar Blade, Leaf Storm, Leaf Blade, Grassy Glide, Dazzling Gleam, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Brick Break, Focus Blast, Giga Drain, Calm Mind, Rest, Zen Headbutt, Iron Head, Growth, Thunder Punch, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Aromatherapy, Recover, Synthesis, Wood Hammer, Heal Pulse, Swords Dance, Bulk Up, Psychic, Flash Cannon, Leech Seed, Stun Spore, Poison Powder, Sleep Powder, Heat Wave
Flavor Moves: Absorb, Mega Absorb, Sand Attack, Mud Slap, Grassy Terrain, Fairy Wind, Gust, Icy Wind
New Features:
Guardian of Nature (Ability - Summon a special Grassy Terrain on switch-in called Nature Field. Nature Field lasts as long as the wielder is active, and Nature Field reduce damage of Ghost, Water, Ice and Dark by 30%. This terrain cannot be overriden by other terrains.)
Elder Recovery (Move - Grass - Status - Self - 8 PP - Recover HP by 33% while increasing Attack and Special Attack by 1 stage each - exclusive to Awakened Lutakon that have Synthesis; that move is replaced by Elder Recovery under Awakened form and turns back to Synthesis when back to Resting form).
Flavour/Design: Combines aspect of a lutin (gnome) and a variety of elder trees (including the mythical Yggdrasil). The Resting form is surprisingly small, looking like a small but stout tree having resemblance to a gnome. The Awakened form is much more fierce, larger and magnificent looking, with a colorful array of different leaves and green "Tron lines" that energizes up when about to attack or use a recovery move. The Awakened form have multiple arms, referring that a tree have multiple branches, not just two.
Potential Competitive Role: Decided to go a little unorthodox; a pure Grass-type Legendary sounds bad on Ubers, but it have an unique Ability that allows it to turn their Fire and Ice weaknesses into resistances. This allows it to deal with Primal Groudon as it will effectively resist both Fire and Ground, while also being able to handle a myriad of Water-type Ubers like Kyogre without worry of getting hit by Ice Beam. Bug and Poison Ubers are not very numerous, leaving Flying a common threat to it. The Awakened Form is especially threatening, having access to a recovery move that also boosts both it's Attack and Special Attack in additional of huge but well rounded bulk, and no one knows if it would be physical or special! It's slow Speed would definitely gives it grievance when facing similarly bulky opponents and wallbreakers, and the added 50% damage increase from Bug-type moves means that Pheromosa and especially Genesect may have an additional niche to counter it.

is a Contributor to Smogon
Name: Laurifira
Inspiration: Mainland Italian Peninsula + Sicily, Sardinia, and Corsica, Pokemon battles, just like in Galar, are considered the regional sport, with gyms looking like colosseums.

images.jpeg

Lore: Nearly 7000 years prior to the events of the games, three legendary Pokemon, Aquibellum, Lupax, and Interaco, wanted to help humans establish a city in the region that would stand the test of time. However, the two Pokemon were arguing where the city should be built. There were 3 hills that they could establish the city on. Aquibellum wished to establish the city on what is now the Aquiline Hill. Lupax wanted to establish it in the Lupine Hill, while Interaco wanted to establish it in the Draconine Hill. When they couldn't decide, a war broke out between the three legendary Pokemon and their human followers. The victor of this war and the subsequent name of the city depends on the version of the game being played.

Should Aquibellum or Lupax win, the other two legendary Pokemon will be sealed away, with Interaco being sealed at the game's version of Mount Vesuvius, while either Aquibellum or Lupax being sealed at the game's version of the Alps.

However, should Interaco win, Laurifira enters into a dark age that can only be reversed during the events of the games. Aquibellum and Lupax, instead of being sealed, are burned by Interaco's flames, and their fragments, the War Feather from Aquibellum and the Peace Tail from Lupax, are hidden away in temples to Interaco at the region's version of Corsica and Sardinia respectively.

In the timeline with Aquibellum or Lupax as the victor, 5000 years prior to the events of the games, the Laurifiran Empire is established, encompassing the regions of Laurifira, Kalos, Paldea, Galar (except the DLC areas) and other regions, yet it would fall 1400 years later after the other regions aside from Laurifira became independent regions. In the timeline with Interaco, Laurifira never becomes an empire due to the entire south of the region being set aflame by the legendary Pokemon's wrath.

As of the game's events, the people of Laurifira live peacefully under either Aquibellum or Lupax, or they live in fear and rebellion under Interaco. It's up to the player to either protect Aquibellum or Lupax from the region's evil organization who wish to resurrect Interaco, or to overthrow Interaco by collecting both the War Feather and the Peace Tail.

ofc someone sniped me for nevada, BUT this region is focused on just nevada and is Better
(no disrespect to flareth13 and their Desvega region sub, obviously)
Name: Lasfortunn [loss-four-toon], a corruption of Las Vegas, one of Nevada's most well known cities and tourist attractions, and fortuna, the Roman goddess of luck and fortune. By combining these two terms, it can also be read as La Sfortunn, as in sfortuna, an Italian term that means bad luck or misfortune.

Inspiration:
Nevada, one of the U.S. states, is most notoriously known in the mainstream media for two major landmarks; Las Vegas and Area 51. Between all of that excitement are vast deserts (including the Mojave Desert/Death Valley), mountain ranges, and lush forests nestled on the peaks, creating sky island ecosystems. Nevada provides a unique range of environments for our region to draw inspiration from.

But moving past the natural landscapes of the region, I'm sure the mentions of Las Vegas and Area 51 at the beginning drew your attention in. The Las Vegas strip needs no introduction, being the heart of the City of Lights. Wild Pokemon that live in the metropolis, are handed out (or alluringly teased) as Game Corner prizes, or make a living in the city like a person by entertaining or exploiting, there's no shortage of unique niches a mon designed to live in this kind of city could fill.

And then there's Area 51. A secret military base out in the desert, supposedly hiding alien life? That just writes itself as a Pokemon location. Besides providing the excuse for alien-themed Pokemon to make Lasfortunn home, I'm mostly bringing it up to propose it being the gateway to including Ultra Beasts in this iteration of Gen X. Brand new Ultra Beasts for our legendaries, perhaps even accompanied by regional forms, paradox versions, or lookalikes of existing Ultra Beasts. It'd definitely shake things up and give Third Chapter's pantheon of mons some more unique flavor. However, I'm simply proposing this as an option supported by the region's inspiration. If it goes against the council's wishes, the inclusion of Ultra Beasts is not guaranteed.

Perhaps the most enticing detail for some, the state neighboring Nevada to the southeast is Arizona, the same state that served as the inspiration for Pokemon Colosseum/XD: Gale of Darkness's Orre region. With that in mind, Lasfortunn would be Orre's northwest neighbor, which could inspire some regional forms or evolutions for Pokemon from those games' regional dex.

Lore:
Before the region was colonized by Unovan settlers from the east, the region was made up of several disconnected territories. The guardian deity of these native peoples was Cadahood, a hunter of mythological skill that helped them live off the land and distributed resources and wealth among the tribes equally. But accompanying the Unovans from the east was Drakbeard, a monstrous marauder who cooperated with people who follow the philosophy of might equal right.

A war broke out, at first between the Unovans and natives. Drakbeard would steal from the weak, while Cadahood would fight back and steal from the strong. It formed a viscous cycle that wouldn't let the war end, as Drakbeard and Cadahood would often switch sides whenever one became weaker and less fortunate as a result of the conflict. The never-ending war threatened to leave both sides in ruin if something wasn't done.

The strongest warriors among the natives and Unovans united together and traveled to a faraway region on boat to find a different legendary Pokemon, said to have once been an indiscriminate warlord who stole from all before a treasure's curse turned them into gold, causing them to repent for their greed by punishing others with the vice. After many months of traveling to find them, the warriors explained their plight to Mammidas, who migrated from their home region to distract Cadahood and Drakbeard. The two thieves now spend their days far away from civilization, chasing the elusive treasure of Mammidas to fulfill their own agendas. With the threat of destruction by both warring mons ended, the Unovans and natives formed a truce and decided to develop the land together, uniting the disconnected territories affected by the Legendary Thieves together and founding the Lasfortunn region.

In the modern age, Lasfortunn has seen much prosperity for its people, but for the criminal underbelly beneath it as well. After the Cipher and Snaggem incidents in the neighboring region of Orre, many of those criminals migrated to Lasfortunn to blend in and start anew. While the Shadow Pokemon experiments were ultimately a bust, there's a rumor that somewhere out in the deserts of Lasfortunn, remnants of these criminal organizations are performing new experiments on Pokemon, as well as trying to summon powerful Pokemon nobody's ever seen before...

Misc: Does not make Contact.
Height/Weight: i'll fill this out if it wins
Flavor/Design: A small white and green cicada/dragonfly creature with a long and flexible thorax that bends and contorts to form a bow. Has a hat like Robin Hood's, but it's just uniquely shaped chitin and part of its exoskeleton. It channels energy into creating a drawstring and arrows with an iridescent glow like a chrysalis. Some blades of grass/leaves decorate parts of its body. It's small compared to its counterpart with its body alone, but matches them in height with its massive bow-thorax. It steals things of value to give back to the weak and poor, but it sticks so strongly to its sense of justice that it can turn on those it helped if they become too strong and prosperous.
Competitive Role: Hits stuff hard and fast. Physically-leaning but still has a really good special stat and some options for it. Wallbreaker and stallbreaker that has a sig move which turns into a drawback-less CC if your opponent has up screens or is Protect-stalling. Frail by Ubers standards, but if this thing was allowed in OU for some reason, it has just enough bulk and the right utility to be a hazard-setting lead without saccing itself.

Height/Weight: i'll fill this out if it wins
Flavor/Design: A bulky black and blue two-legged dinosaur/leviathan creature, webbed hands and feet, "hair" and "beard" formed from barnacle, coral and anemone growing off its body. The inside of its mouth is like the mouth of a cannon, and is where it fires off attacks from. Has a pirate's hat in the form of uniquely angled and colored fins on its head. It steals anything of value from those weaker than it, respecting and allying with those it perceives as strong and deserving. Because of this, it can turn on its allies if they're no longer on top.
Competitive Role: Slower than its counterpart but still respectable speed, physically defensive leaning with monstrous special. Has the tools to set up, punch holes or pivot depending on the situation, or can do all at once with White Flag. Of course, if you get read on the bluff, you can get status'd and immediately switch out instead of getting the stat boosts to sweep.

Misc:
Height/Weight: i'll fill this out if it wins
Flavor/Design: A gold living statue of a quadrupedal elephant with long tusks, adorned in luxurious red regalia and a caparison. It's eyes are a green emerald and a blue sapphire, with a red ruby on its forehead. Parts of its body look hollow, with an enchanting fire shown glowing within. It can spout endless treasure from its trunk, and uses this to lure Cadahood and Drakbeard away from people so they don't get wrapped up in their destructive cycle.
Competitive Role: Slower and bulkier than both its counterparts, but with balanced defenses and offenses with both being pretty high. A catch-all defensive mon with a really good defensive typing and stats, but no healing of its own to compensate. Not to mention the most reliable way to activate its ability is by boosting the power of one of its weaknesses. Sig move is a special Knock Off with the potential to become brutal if you give up its item slot for offensive builds.

Lore:
The Ragam region is filled to the brim with different cultures and different kinds of people. Wherever you go, it's never the same old place. There's always something different, whether new or old, it's never boring at all. And even with all these differences, the people are combined as one.

Though long ago, that wasn't always the case. There was always discord and chaos from every corner, one group wanting to show that they were the best among the rest. A matter of wanting to rule it all.

It only came to a halt when the an ancient Pokémon came to their lands and showed them the true beauty of peace and harmony among each other. People say it was the king of spirits, people say it was a great hero from above. Nobody knows the accurate description, for it is now lost to time.

In the present time, the player would have to search the legendary Pokémon in hopes of defeating the Bad Guys™ before they can wake up the fabled and horrific "Queen Of Witches" from its slumber, who is said to feed on such chaos and will wreak havoc in the lands of Ragam.

In Ragam, it's the fabled Spirit Emperor Pokémon, bringing the region peace and prosperity as well as protection from the darkness. Humans and Pokémon alike worship its presence.
Potential Competitive Role: A fast physical attacker that's able to dish out hard hitting attacks with setup. It's ability reducing the power of Ghost attacks against it while boosting its own is also a plus. Can also go special if you want but er, yeah.

Flavour/Design: Based on the mythological Rangda from Bali, who's said to be a widow (that is literaly her name translated) with a horrific appearance. She is the queen of demons, leads an army of witches, and enemy of Barong. In Ragam, it's the fabled Demon Empress Pokémon, bringing the region darkness and chaos. Malice can be sensed from it whenever it's near, and it attacks everything it dislikes out of pure rage and suffering.
Potential Competitive Role: Special attacker with an arsenal of coverage. Demonic Sacrifice and Queen of Demons definitely boosts its power further ala Magearna.

Name: Sythom
Inspiration: Not based on any real world location, the Sythom region is based on fairytales, folklore, and fiction - mostly of the European variety, but other tales are just as welcome.

(This is just a general idea. Other possible inspiration could be drawn from Dimension 20's map of the Neverafter)

Lore: A strange region suffused with magic, it is dominated by small kingdoms in between dense, winding forests. Mushrooms grow tall as trees, witches and sorcerers abound, and wishes come true more often than not. The climate is largely temperate, but the north is cold and wintry, and the seas tend to be stormy and difficult to swim, thought to contain monsters from the deep or even underwater societies.

The region tends between times of peace and times of strife, but the protagonist sets off during an age of prosperity and harmony... or so it seems. The legendary Pokémon of the region, Spireptine and Chiviara, are always at odds, with Spireptine always trying to capture Chiviara and Chiviara always managing to escape, but their dynamic can be rather destructive. The lands are resilient to their effects, but if left unquelled they may wreak havoc on its citizens... and it's said that if one were ever to truly best the other, ruin would follow.

Name: Spireptine (spire + reptile + serpentine)

Base Stats: 120 / 100 / 150 / 150 / 90 / 70 (680 BST)
Notable Moves: Towerbind (Ground-type Magma Storm clone, 85% accurate), Earth Power, Earthquake, Sand Tomb, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Outrage, Coil, Stealth Rock, Glare, Mean Look, Meteor Beam, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Iron Defense, Body Press, Rest, Sleep Talk, Spikes, Dragon Tail, Roar, Fairy Lock, Pursuit
Height + Weight: 13.0 m / 750.0 kg
Flavour / Design: A colossal, pillar-like beast with brickwork scales, representing both the tower that keeps princesses locked away and the dragon that guards them. One eye peers out from within its stony body. It looms over its enemies, intimidating them into submission before ensnaring them within its body. What happens then is a mystery.
Potential Competitive Role: Spireptine functions similarly to Zygarde-Complete if it was special-focused rather than physical. It has excellent physical bulk and a scary Sp. Atk, and its ability combined with Towerbind makes it extremely difficult to take down once it's trapped something. What holds it back is its lack of recovery beyond Rest and its double weakness to Ice, but make no mistake, the dragon defending this tower is not to be trifled with.

It has extremely long legs and is always in motion, leaping and bounding to and fro, representing both the trapped princess and the knight that comes to rescue her. It swiftly impales its foes on its lance-like arm. Some claim to see it roaming the region, but it never stays in one place for long.
Potential Competitive Role: The sequel to Iron Valiant, Chiviara can't go mixed as well, but is faster and hits harder with its physical attacks, especially when Heroic Entrance is active. Daring Escape is a potent Fairy STAB that can also pivot it out, letting it evade super-effective hits. Despite its fantastic stats, it's held back somewhat by its anti-synergy with setup moves, since that wastes Heroic Entrance and Daring Escape becomes redundant, so Swords Dance and Agility aren't as great as they might look. It's best used as a hit-and-run attacker, likely with some kind of Choice item.

Map: Tennessee and Kentucky
View attachment 522268

Real Life basis: A laid-back landlocked area: forests, caves, plenty of farmland and music in every city. The grass is sometimes blue and limestone is abundant.

In real life this area is not the largest but a bit of lore. Tennessee might just be the home of music, or at least Country and sometimes Western. While Kentucky is home to plentiful caves, including the world's largest cavern by expanse: Mammoth Caves (I recommend a visit)

Birds, deer, and plenty of livestock and farmsteads. The weather is lovely... although Tornado season can be very scary especially since Limestone is hard to build a storm cellar in.

Nashville is home to tons of Music. Eastern TN is home to the Smoky Mountains, and towns like Gatlinburg and the Dollywood. Hills slope with vegetation, and industry isnt heavy except for music and tourism! To the West, go walking in Memphis, Elvis is a mythical creature... speaking of which...

Name: Prellvis
Counterpart: Dollpartony
Typing: Fire/Electric
Ability: King of Swing (Combination Sheer Force and Punk Rock by both at 75% of the values of the normal abilities or a 22.5% boost )
Base Stats: 60 / 150 / 90 / 150 / 90 / 130 (670 BST)
Notable Moves: Hyper Voice, Overdrive, Quiver Dance, Revelation Dance, Fiery Dance, Torch Song, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Fire Blast, Calm Mind, Psychic, Blaze Kick, Zing Zap, Inferno, Flamethrower, Energy Ball, Dazzling Gleam, High Jump Kick, Drain Punch, Flare Blitz, Thunderpunch

Thank you... thank you very much! Ubers balance is hard to consider, really.

Competitive Role: A fast mixed attacker with a type setup not commonly seen since only Rotom uses it. Put to good use this can make for a strong attacker. You don't get any secondary effects so Life Orb is always viable.

Ah well, jump from Memphis to Dollywood, at the opposite East end of TN.

Name: Dollpartony
Counterpart: Prellvis
Typing: Water/Grass
Ability: Superdolly (Sets a 1/6th substitute on Switch in that takes away no health. Can only be activated once every 5 turns)
Base Stats: 120 / 100 / 130 / 100 / 130 / 90 (670 BST)
Notable Moves: Hyper Voice, Torch Song, Grasswhistle, Giga Drain, Sap Strength, Sparkling Aria, Earth Power, Earthquake, Seed Bomb, Leech Seed, Spiky Shield, Overdrive, U-Turn, Leaf Blade, Iron Defense, Body Press, Chilly Reception, Yawn, Sing, Trick Room, Thunderwave, Scald, Waterfall, Liquidation, Hydropump

Dollywood in her Dollywood a waterpark. Wood is grass and water is the park. She's like a jacked Ludicolo.

Competitive Role: Dolly Parton is a defensive incarnation abusing Scald and Grass based support moves. Her job is to not die and... that's about it. No toxic thankfully so rely on Leech Seed spam! I don't think there's any high BST leech seed abusers. Calyrex? LOL! A defensive ice type is the perfect subSeed of course!

Lore: A land almost forgotten other than for its soothing music, Spicy (and tasty) regional Torchic line and many species of bats, vultures and livestock including regional Miltank dairy farming.

Most of the water is winding riverways, the weather is balmly, warm in summer with potential winter cold snaps but be wary of Tornadic activity. Armadillos oft find themselves roadkill, sadly.

It is said music has congregated, and while this includes pokemon of musical nature, this power has influenced humans too. It whispers from the underground caves, and the hills and the mountains to the east. Whatever is ensnaring all with music needs to be found. It is believed that musical Pokemon here were hunted by native species and humans, but the limestone holds the notes fossilized. Those who resist the music live simpler lives, raising farms right next to suburbia where many a New Yo Unovan finds themselves moving for a more peaceful (and affordable) country life away from the bustle of the megalopolis.

Name: Bavelona
Inspiration: The ancient Babylonian empire (situated in the fertile crescent aka ~ Iraq, Syria, Palestine)

Much like Hisui, the region of Bavelona is, in modern ages, only a piece of history. But oh boy was it an important piece of history. Bavelona is the first region to function as an organized ensemble and one of the first traces of humans and Pokémon collaborating. Developed cities are mostly found by the shores of the rivers piercing through the landmass; the more you go north or south, the drier the land becomes.

As the story of the game begins, something terrible has been happening in your village for now 2 years in a row: either the crops are turning bad or the water in your area is starting to dry. As a young men/women full of vigor and motivation, you then set your journey to go search for one of two legendary Pokémon that are known to have the power to fix this: Inabudan for the crops or Nezunezu for the water.

Inabdan (Inanna + Abundance)
Counterpart(s): Nezunezu
Type:

Abilities: Eminence* / Telepathy
Stats: 110 / 130 / 70 / 150 / 130 / 90 | BST: 680
Moves: Earth Power, Psychic, Psyshock, Earthquake, Ancient Power, Focus Blast, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Stealth Rock, Roar, Iron Head, Calm Mind, Aura sphere, Future Sight, Bulldoze
Flavor: Based on the Mesopotamian goddess of fertility, Ishtar (or Inanna in Sumerian). Also cows fsr.
*Eminence: User's damaging moves that target full health-enemies lower their speed by one stage.

Nezunezu (Enzu (goat in akkadian) + Anzanunzu (subterrean water in akkadian))
Counterpart(s): Inabdan
Type:

Abilities: Benevolence* / Telepathy
Stats: 110 / 70 / 130 / 130 / 150 / 90 | BST: 680
Moves: Hydro Pump, Scald, Surf, Psychic, Psyshock, Ancient Power, Focus Blast, Ice Beam, Life Dew, Whirlwind, Calm Mind, Icy Wind, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Aura Sphere, Future Sight
Flavor: Based on the Mesopotamian god of fresh waters and wisdom, Enki, and capricorns (goat-fishes) which is the animal it's associated with.
*Benevolence: User's damaging moves that target allies heals them by 25% of their total health instead of inflicting damage (Doubles only).

Alright third time's the charm?

Name: Philapos (Philadelphia + Kipos the greek word for garden harkening back to the greek origins of Philadelphia's name and also the fact that New Jersey is known as The Garden State)
Inspiration: South Jersey, "Central Jersey", and the Philadelphia Area (everything I want covered is circled in the map). Given the historical ties Philadelphia has to the US in regards to the revolution this will influence the lore and feel of the region.

1685799913377.png

Lore: About 247 years ago a group of men wrote a declaration that would separate them from the rule of the old king of region. They claimed him to be a tyrant and wished to found a land of liberty. It's said that with the help of some powerful pokemon they managed to do that. That was how the Philapos came to be. Unlike those monarchal Galarians, Kalosians, or Unovans they built a republic with one man being elected to govern the region as he appointed twelve others to help aid him in his task. This republic still stands to this day, and those 13 positions eventually became the champion of the region, the elite four, and the gym leaders of the region. In the modern time Philapos is currently is currently in a state of turmoil. A divide stretched across the region as there are those who wish for modernity while others cling to tradition all while a weakened republic tries to hold everything together. It all seems so hopeless and at times it feels as though there is no future for Philapos.

Legendaries: All of the legendries in this case represent tradition, modernity, and hope.
Now you may be confused as to why hope is thrown in there along side tradition and modernity, but I do have a reason for this. I view this trio as a sort of "progress trio" or "future trio" less in the sense that they symbolize the values used to define how Philapos progresses, and I felt as though hope is needed for both modernity and tradition. Hope for future generations to succeed where the previous ones have failed. Hope for future generations to still practice their traditions. Hope for future generations to live fuller richer lives due to the improved technology and better policies put in place. Anyway onto the mons.

Name: Sapëlekey (Sapëlehële the lenape word for lightning and turkey)
Counterpart(s): Tradiziquine (Main counterpart) and Chihopèrtà (Third member)
Typing: Electric/Psychic
Abilities: Marching Forward
Base Stats: 90 / 120 / 100 / 120 / 100 / 150 (680)
Notable Moves: Thunderbolt, Thunder, Volt Switch, Progress Bolt*, Psychic, Psyshock, Zen Headbutt, Heat Wave, Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, Dazzling Gleam, Aura Sphere, Focus Blast, Close Combat, Hurricane, Roost, Defog, Brave Bird, Drill Peck, Dual Wingbeat, Iron head, Knock Off, Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Thunder Wave, and all the universal moves.
Custom Elements:
Marching Forward: When the pokemon knocks an opponent out its speed goes up by one stage. It cannot be negated.
Progress Bolt: it's an electric type clone of photon geyser.
Flavor/Design: Alright so design wise this is an electric turkey, which probably means it'll look hideous. However its tail feathers strangely resemble keys. Now the out of game flavor for this is due to a few things. For starters I wanted to do something where the pokemon representing modernity is based on the native fauna and uses the native language of New Jersey for the sake of contrast. The second, and arguably more obvious flavor comes into the story about how Ben Franklin did experiments with electricity namely the famous one involving him flying a kite with a key on it and the key acting as the lightning rod. Out of all the types to represent modernity, especially for this region, electricity makes a lot of sense.

Within the lore of Philapos, Sapëlekey was one of the powerful pokemon that helped gain the region its independence. It's said to have used its control over electricity to strike down the royal forces where they stood, almost akin to modern aerial warfare. It would also teach the new Philaposians how to harness electricity for their own, causing the region to enter a new age of technological development.

On a side note Ben Franklin allegedly wanted the national bird to be a turkey because he considered the eagle to be "a rank coward" and that a turkey would "would not hesitate to attack a grenadier of the British Guards who should presume to invade his farm yard with a red coat on.” which given my experience with turkeys, that sounds about right.

Potential Competitive Role: It's a fast sweeper that could go physical or special. I gotta be honest I know jack shit about ubers and this thing would probably get banned.

Name: Tradiziquine (Tradizione the italian word for Tradition and equine)
Counterpart(s): Sapëlekey(Main Counterpart) and Chihopèrtà (Third member)
Typing: Fire/Psychic
Abilities: Old Reliable*
Base Stats: 150 / 120 / 120 / 100 / 100 / 90 (680)
Notable Moves: Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Heat Wave, Heat Crash, Primordial Flame*, Inferno, Will-O-WIsp, Zen Headbutt, Psychic, Psyshock, Recover, High Horsepower, Earthquake, Earth Power, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Stealth Rock, Close Combat, Superpower, Aura Sphere, Focus Blast, Body Press, Iron Head, Iron Tail, Heavy Slam, Bulk Up, Swords Dance, and all the universal moves.
Custom Elements:
Old Reliable: This pokemon's moves gain a 30% accuracy boost. It cannot be negated.
Primordial Flame: it's a fire type clone of photon geyser.
Flavor/Design: In terms of design it's a flaming draft horse, with like some hearth elements there. I know this is already a region with a lot of parallels to Unova but fire to me seemed like the right choice for a tradition pokemon, maybe my weird brain just associates tradition with some level of warmth. Now again part of the reason for its design and name is for contrast since the traditional pokemon is an animal that is not native to New Jersey and a language that arrived to New Jersey through immigrants. However there is another reason I picked italian as the language here, and it's not because New Jersey is the state with the highest italian population, but moreso due to my own perception of tradition. A large part of how my family preserved cultural traditions after having lost most of it to assimilation was through food. Even if none of them spoke the language, had traditional dress, or heck even knew which region of Italy our ancestors came from the food was still there. In my eyes food is a vital part of tradition.

Within the lore of Philapos, Tradiziquine was one of the powerful pokemon that helped gain the region its independence. Using its control over fire in combination with the traditional tactics of the time, it provided both a powerful offense and a surprisingly strong defense against the royal forces. Its prescience was often a sign of victory, safety, and warmth to those who would be blessed to fight along side it. Before it disappeared it gave the Philaposians their first flame, to symbolize not only their bright future but to start their first tradition of keeping the flame lit.

On a side note the horse itself is actually very important to New Jersey and is the state animal and I specifically went with a draft horse due to the state flag having three plows on the emblem and also because of New Jersey's history as an agricultural state.

Potential Competitive Role: Alright so this is a bulky horsey. It tank, it smack, but most importantly its bulk is whack. Do not allow this thing into OU.

Name: Chihopertà (Chihopèkëlis the lenape word for bluebird, Libertà the italian word for liberty)
Counterpart(s): Sapëlekey and Tradiziquine (Partners)
Form: Reserved (default), Jubilant (hold the Ringer of Hope)
Typing: Steel/Flying -> Steel/Psychic
Abilities: Echo of Hope* -> Bell Armor*
Base Stats: 110 / 110 / 110 / 110 / 110 / 110 (660) -> 110 / 130 / 130 / 130 / 130 / 150 (780)
Notable Moves: Ring of Hope*, Flash Cannon, Steel Beam, Heavy Slam, Iron Head, Brave Bird, Air Slash, Hurricane, Defog, Roost, Dual Wingbeat, Psychic, Calm Mind, Psyshock, Psycho Cut, Zen Headbutt, Dazzling Gleam, Heal Bell, Boomburst, Swords Dance, Hyper Voice, Heat Wave, Stealth Rock, Rock Slide, U-Turn, Bulk Up, Focus Blast, Aura Sphere, Body Press, Explosion, and all universal moves.
Custom Elements:
Echo of Hope: When this pokemon faints, the next pokemon to come out receives +1 to all stats.
Bell Armor: It's a prism armor clone.
Ring of Hope: A psychic type jungle healing clone that is also a sound move.
Flavor/Design: Alright so this design would be based on an eastern bluebird and the Liberty Bell so uhh good luck to the guy that has to design this thing. However its reserved form is much smaller and bird like, but once it holds its ringer again it becomes much bigger and bell like. it's name is both of lenape and italian origins referencing its two partners, but moreso it represents two symbols of hope. Bluebirds are often considered signs of hope and happiness while the Liberty Bell is a symbol of freedom and due to various stories that most likely aren't true it could be seen as a symbol of hope for attaining said freedom.

Within the lore of Philapos, Chihopertà was one of the powerful pokemon that helped gain the region its independence. It was in its Jubilant form through most of the war, using its Ring of Hope to heal fallen Philaposian troops as well as their pokemon. However the royal forces found it to be the biggest threat and sought to take it out. One faithful night a group of royal forces captured it, and severed the ringer from the mon itself causing it to enter its smaller reserved form. It is said that the final battle Chihopertà fought in the war for, it sacrificed itself for the Philaposian forces. With the last of its energy it let out a dying wish that allowed the Philaposian forces to overwhelm the royal forces and have the tide turn in their favor during the war.

Potential Competitive Role: In both forms it is a jack of all trades that can do whatever it wants but due to its typing it leans more defensively. Both forms should be left in ubers due to the first's ability and the second's huge stats in combination with its typing. Hope is quite the powerful thing.

Name: Santi (from "Ashanti Empire", which was located partly in modern day Ghana)
Inspiration: The West African country of Ghana + a real Null Island (Null Island being the center of the world by latitude and longitude, denoted by a buoy in real life)
Mainland

Null Island Location
Lore: Said to be one of the earliest human civilizations in the entire Pokemon world, people and Pokemon have lived in harmony for thousands of years in the Santi Region. Many tribes formed all over the region, each with their own unique subculture and dialect, but the one thing that remained true was the presence of Pokemon at their sides. Pokemon were used much as they are everywhere, as pets, farm animals, and for battles, but, in the Santi Region, even the most mundane Pokemon were always treated with reverence, as creatures to live alongside rather than to control. For thousands of years, the tribes of Santi lived simple lives of farming, fishing, trading, and battling among the other tribes, united under the ideals of equality and respect. That was until fairly recently, within the last 100 years or so, when many tribes, mostly in the southern parts of the region, started to interact with other regions of the world, who began traveling to the region in search of natural resources to trade for. As these tribes began to trade and interact with outsiders more and more, the more and more they began to adopt their ways, with the tribes of the south rapidly advancing technologically as the rest of the world developed. Alongside this industrialization, the society of the south also began to mimic the societies of the rest of the world, with tribal communities being replaced by sprawling cities and towns, now inhabited by many businesses and a Pokemon League. The south now looks much like any other region of the world, while the north still mostly lives in the traditional way. It's been like this for decades now, with both ways of living coexisting peacefully, but with a persistent level of tension between the two ideologies. Some who live in the more traditional way believe that the modern world has lost their respect for the land and for Pokemon, believing the practice of keeping Pokemon in Poke Balls to be especially offensive, while some in the south believe that living in such as traditional way and rejecting the ideas and resources of the outside world are preventing the region from fully developing.
During the story, the player character takes on the typical Gym challenge and learns about the rich history of the region. Meanwhile, two organizations, one a historical society that looks to preserve the traditional way of life, the other a charity organization that looks to develop the region further, make efforts to find and use the region's legendary Pokemon to help achieve their goals, believing them to be in or around a large manmade island south of the region, which is said to be the center of the world.

Name: Laurifira
Inspiration: Mainland Italian Peninsula + Sicily, Sardinia, and Corsica, Pokemon battles, just like in Galar, are considered the regional sport, with gyms looking like colosseum.

Flavor: It's based on the draco from Roman myth, as well as the military standard from the Roman military.
Potential Competitve Role: Interaco is probably going to be one of the most broken Pokemon in the entire game's history. It is basically an amalgamation of both Mega Rayquaza and Primal Groudon. It has rather mediocre bulk, but being able to transform into a stronger version of itself while boosting its most important stats could get it banned as well from Ubers. Inspiration: Sections of the Roman Empire, including Italy, Greece, Western Turkey, and Northern Egypt (Still takes place in modern era). Region name is based on the word Calamentum, which is Latin for ‘dead wood’ (golly! Wonder why I went with that)
Lore:

In the Northwest, a catastrophe that shook the region but ended up bringing inspiration there and beyond

In the west, depending on the game, an oppressive group known as team Infinite attempts to reawaken one of the two former landmarks, seeking an eternal growth through destruction. (Yes the evil team is based off of Italian fascists)

The south consists of three islands, often called the three brothers, after the Pokémon from the North that were said to create each one

Aulbaltus: The Lost Knowledge Pokémon
Name Origin: Au (symbol for gold) + Aul (sounds like Owl) + Alba (barn owl’s species name is Tyto Alba) + Altus (Latin for great)
Type: Psychic/Steel
Ability
: Trace, Levitate
Stats: 100 HP / 130 Atk / 90 Def / 105 SpA / 110 SpD / 135 Spe (670 BST)
Notable Moves: Psychic Fangs, Psycho Cut, Esper Wing, Iron Head, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Claw, Poltergeist, Sacred Sword, U-Turn, Teleport, Swords Dance, Defog
Height: 14.5 ft
Weight: 48 lbs
Description: Originally the keeper and curator of the now fallen Grand Library, Aulbaltus’ body was originally comprised exclusively of all the ancient texts it managed to save. However, as that knowledge was forgotten, some of those papers began to fade away. It was once said that if any paper is offered up to the Grand Library Ruins, it would become part of Aulbaltus’ body. This story eventually turned into the idea that if you offer it money, it will take it into its body. So along with patching up holes in its body with dollars, this Pokémon is constantly surrounded by coins. It’s general shape, despite all of that, is that of a barn owl. It’s based off of the Library of Alexandria and Wan Shi Tong, the owl-like guardian of the Spirit Library from Avatar: the last airbender.
This form is only attained while this Pokémon is holding the Time Accelerator.
Type: Ghost / Steel
Ability: Mind Reaper
Mind Reaper
:
When this Pokémon defeats another Pokémon, that Pokémon’s ability becomes a part of the Mind Reaper ability until this Pokémon switches out or faints.
Stats: 100 HP / 145 Atk / 125 Def / 105 SpA / 110 SpD / 135 Spe (720 BST)
Height: 16 ft
Weight: 444 lbs
Description: Aulbaltus’ exposure to accelerated time allows us to see what it will look like in time. In the distant future, the knowledge that this Pokémon managed to salvage will be fully forgotten, and with that forgotten knowledge brings the losss of the ancient texts that took up most of its body. With nothing left to it’s physical form but money, Aulbaltus’ outer body becomes a fully golds incredibly sharp form that would seem like a statue if it wasn’t so fucking fast. But through the gold lies this Pokémon’s original soul, a soul that has become so desperate for knowledge that it will do anything for it, win anything for it, hurt anything for it. In its pursuit for knowledge, Aulbaltus may possess the power to threaten the very race that originally gave the knowledge to him.

Montamors: The Sleeping Catalyst Pokémon
Name Origin: Monta (Latin for Mountains) + Mors (Roman God of Death, Thanatos in Greek mythology)
Type: Rock/Dark
Ability
: Mold Breaker, Comatose
Stats: 120 HP / 100 Atk / 155 Def / 100 SpA / 120 SpD / 75 SpA (670 BST)
Notable Moves: Power Gem, Ancient Power, Stone Edge, Dark Pulse, Knock Off, Throat Chop, Body Press, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Eruption, Heat Crash, Heavy Slam, Energy Ball, Will-O-Wisp, Bulk Up, Calm Mind
Height: 42 ft
Weight: 799 lbs
Description: This Pokémon lies at the peak of the Calamen region’s tallest mountain. It is known that while technically awake, Montamors has been in a trance-like state for an undetermined yet long amount of time. Nobody knows what it looks like when awake, but the last time it was recorded that it did, it threatened to destroy the entire region. Its appearance is that of a giant sleeping golem, with an aura that warns people there’s something sinister beneath its surface. Based off of golems, titans, and Mount Vesuvius.
This form is only attained while this Pokémon is holding the Energy Accelerator
Type: Rock / Fire
Ability: Zero Reactor
Zero Reactor

Stats: 120 HP / 100 Atk / 125 Def / 150 SpA / 130 Def / 95 Spe (720 BST)
Height: 13 feet
Weight: 666 lbs
Description: When exposed to a device that accelerates the energy it can gather, we learn that the body of Montamors that we normally see is nothing more than a hollow shell. A shell built to contain something. Montamors’ true, unbound, and awakened form does away with all the foreboding energy; the danger is right in front of you. A golem of constantly melting and cooling igneous rock, reacting at such a speed and intensity that it can cause the very air around it to burn up and even explode. If you see this form, you’re in the fuckin mountain, and it’s a goddamn steep climb out.

Work!
Name: Cascia
Inspiration: Pacific Northwest (Washington and Oregon States + Province of British Columbia)
Lore: Nestled between the ocean and a mountain range, the Cascia region developed in isolation from other regions. The Cascians are live off the land with their Pokemon, believing the Pokemon to be partners in stewardship for the region. Due to the region's geography (many rivers, mountain ranges, islands and even a desert), its communities operate largely independently of each other as travel between settlements is quite arduous.
Map:

Legendary:

Name: Suhkai [sockeye]
Typing: Normal/Water
Stats: 95 / 125 / 95 / 125 / 95 / 120 [660]
Ability: Migratory [This Pokemon's Normal type changes depending on the battle's location. Works like Nature Power.)
Notable Moves: Surf, Hydro Pump, Liquidation, Wave Crash, Flip Turn, Hyper Voice, Double Edge, Ice Beam, Revival Blessing, Fillet Away, Aqua Jet, Body Slam, Close Combat, Drill Run, Encore, Bulk Up, Calm Mind, Spawn*. Flavor moves include: Dive, Final Gambit, Odor Sleuth and Last Respects.

Spawn: Water-type status move. 5PP. The user loses 25% of its HP and switches out. The incoming Pokemon restores the same amount of HP that the user lost.

Suhkai is the unifying Pokemon between the various Cascian communities. It appears in the seas in the winter, and then travels upriver in the spring in time for a prosperous harvest in the summer before travelling downriver in the fall for its cycle to repeat again. Cascians understand time through Suhkai's location in the region. It is said that its return to the sea is spent sleeping before it exhausts all of its energy in the summer to enhance the harvest of both land and sea.

Name: Suhkfrai [suhkai+fry]
Typing: Normal
Stats: 90 / 25 / 20 / 35 / 30 / 130 [330]
Ability: Rattled
Notable Moves: Same movepool as Suhkai (except Revival Blessing and Spawn)

There have been reports that Suhkai has been seen laying eggs as part of its summer migration. Though it has never been seen in the act, small fish-like Pokemon have been seen dancing around it as it swims upriver. These smaller Pokemon never make it back to the ocean though...

(yes this is a manaphy/phione situation)

Everything looks interesting so far, except one problem; the main Legendary have 720 BST which is not within the BST range of below. The wording from the Slate 1 Post did make it confusing so I can see if you think the BST only applies to a trio. You may want to give it an alternative form if you want to keep that BST.
- Each component of the main legendary trio must have a Base Stat Total between 660 and 680; anything with BST lower or higher will not be accepted.

Name: Fuwang [Fù (Fortune/Riches) + Wáng (King)
Inspiration: China, Taiwan, Hong Kong as well as Mongolia.
Lore: Said to be one of the first known human civilisations, the people of Fuwang, unlike many other regions, view Pokémon not as friends, but rather as beasts to be conquered and controlled. Even in modern times, Pokémon are often captured for labour by peasantry, while surviving members of old nobility use them for entertainment and even food, a cultural norm heavily frowned upon by foreigners. Many species we see today are said to be reincarnations of those driven to extinction, who have retaliated by attacking settlements - continuing the cycle that no one remembers how it began...

Legendary Duo: Mythical Rulers
Name: Drazenshen (Dragon + Zen + Ascent + Shen (Chinese for god)
Type: Fairy/Dragon
Ability: Rejuvenation [Restores 33% of the Pokémon's max HP and heals them of their status condition when it switches out, in addition, reduces damage dealt to allied Pokémon by 25%/Regenerator+Natural Cure +Friend Guard]
Stats: 100/120/95/120/95/130(660)
Notable Moves: Dragon Energy, Draco Meteor, Boomburst, Outrage, Extreme Speed, Future Sight, Dragon Ascent, Final Gambit, Moonblast, Land's Wrath, Thunder, Bleakwind Storm, Revival Blessing.
Height + Weight: 5.0m + 136 kg
Flavour/Design:
Design wise, it's based on the Yellow Dragon and the Jade Emperor, the true quartet master of the Forces of Nature. According to legend, Drazenshen was born from the energies that allowed Fuwangese Pokémon to be reincarnated into their current form, and was the one who forged the Reveal Glass from one of its scales, which earned it the loyality from the Forces of Nature. Ruins around Fuwang appear to contain idols of Drazenshen, while a famous painting depicts a monk meeting it alongside four unknown, but familiar-looking Pokémon.

Name: Hizudiac (Hisui + Zodiac)
Type: Psychic/Fighting
Ability: Beastly Authority (Raises the Pokemon's highest stat by one stage whenever another Pokémon faints; in addition, the Pokemon's status moves are unaffected by Abilities, but always move last/Mycelium Might + Beast Boost with Soul Heart's trigger)
Stats: 151/83/109/97/127/103 (670)
Notable Moves: Zen Headbutt, Close Combat, Psystrike, Earthquake, Superpower, Double-Edge, Light of Ruin, Fleur Cannon, Chatter, Surging Strikes, Wicked Blow.
Height + Weight: 2.7m + 54.2 kg
Flavor/Design: According to legend, Hizudiac was said to have fallen out of a hole in the sky. Using odd orbs, it could command other Pokémon - up to twelve of them - to do its bidding. The twelve Pokémon who were most famously used by it to battle, in an odd twist, would eventually be the signature Pokémon of the nobility encountered, whose in-game roles mirror those of Gym Leaders and Elite Four.
Design wise, it resembles a certain king who wandered the earth in search of the flower pokemon that was granted eternal life, with an odd flower sprouting from its crystalising chest...
Edit: Might as well put a bit more effort, but if there's a gimmick, I'm putting my inital thoughts on an item that when held, acts like a Revive after the mons faint and turns them into a different forme, name pending via vote.

Region

Name: Navannah - portmanteau of "Navana", "friend" in Malagasy and "Savannah"
Inspiration: It is inspired mainly to Madagascar, but I really wanted to portrtay the whole african continent, with its diversity, both biological and political. The orientations stays the same, at the north we have a situation similar to El Cairo, is where the richest people live and it's very frequent to find turists from all the other region, thanks to the delta of the river that creates a fertile environment, in the center the island is inhabited mostly by tribes, with the exception of some port cities, founded by colonizers. At the south and on the cost there's an ambient similar to maghreb (mediterranean Africa), so squared houses and open-air markets.
Lore:
The ambientation is a lot more tribal than usual, even than Alola: the protagonist is a young person that just reached the age at which it's tradition to leave the village and depart for your travel across the island, so you can then come back as an adult, after you've seen how's the world.
An ancient civilization, inspired to the Egyptian empire, built many sanctuaries, spread around the region, and sealed in them a lot of treasures, to favor the sleeping gods. The main legendaries are inspired to the Ennead of Egyptian gods, with the main ones representing Horus, Osiris and Isis, Nefti and Seth, while the minor ones represent Geb, Nut, Shu and Tefnut, and the secret one representing Amon/Atum-Ra (which I will call "Ra" from now on). In our region's lore, Shu and Tefnut are the first legendaries born, representing the stormy clouds and the calm sea. They reigned over the island for so long before humans even existed, and they're now in a dormient form that has diminished their power, because Ra decided to stop their contrast, mainly because the calm Tefnut was suffering because of Shu's incontrollable and chaotic wrath.
After turning them both into statues, Ra condenses their power in two jewels, from which Geb and Nut are born. The reign of this couple is very peaceful, so Ra gives them the jewel of Tefnut, that has the power to turn common Pokemon into legendaries, and this way they create their sons: Isis, Osiris, Seth and Nefti. After a proof of value, Osiris is elected as the supreme king of the Pokemon reign by Ra, conjuncted with Geb and Nut, buth Seth is jealous, so with the power of Shu's jewel, he manages to seal Geb and Nut in stone, and then challenges Osiris for a duel: thanks to Shu's power, Seth wins and becomes the self-imposed king of all Pokemon, after sealing also Isis.
During the story, there are two main forces playing: the herds of the ancient civilization, that want Osiris to become the king again, and the bandits, who steal, rob and practice poaching. There is a fringe of the herds of the ancient people that worship Seth, and just want to mantain established order, and they are willing to awaken Shu's incontrollable wrath just to stop the other faction, so they are in cahoots with the most influent exponents of the bandits.
The main goal of the protagonist, toghether with the herds, is to free Isis from its containment, so she can resurrect Osiris and make him the king. But during the story, they discover that Osiris has become too weak to defeat Seth, so the protagonist has to find all the shards of the jewel of Tefnut, so that Isis and Osiris can create Horus, a new Legendary Pokemon that can defeat Seth and re-establish order into the region.
So, the main story of the region revolves around the trio of Seth, Isis and Horus (660-680 BST), with Osiris and Nefti being secondary characters (580 BST).
After that, the protagonist has to visit each sanctuary to catch or defeat the other legendaries, which will be Geb, Nut, Shu, Tefnut (580 BST) and in the end Ra (600 BST), which is an Arceus-like encounter, a truly ethereal being that watches the events from outside (because after they intervened, they decided to not do it anymore). Some minor legendaries can be also created, like Anubi, Thot and all the other Egyption gods (there's an infinite amount, but we could also take inspiration from other cultures, maybe mixing a local mythical figure with an Egyptian god).
If we vote it to exist, the gimmick will revolve around the shards of Tefnut's jewel, which was broken by Seth after taking Shu's jewel: a shard gives to a Pokemon the power to become a semi-legendary version of itself, with a fixed 570 BST for all the forms. It would be very cool if the form depended on the Egg group, which hasn't really been explored yet, maybe each shard makes one egg group transform into special forms. The player will find many Pokemon in this state during their trip around the region, which will work as Alpha Pokemon in Hisui or as Tera-Raids, dunno.

24 hours warning!

All regions are respectful to the global rules so far. I will make quick inspection on a few Legendary that could be potential AG materials; I will not veto your region if it is the case, but I do recommand to reconsider if you do not intend for your Legendary to end up banned from Ubers.

Name: Hizudiac (Hisui + Zodiac)
Type: Psychic/Fighting
Ability: Authority (Raises the Pokemon's highest stat by one stage whenever another Pokémon faints/Soul Heart Beast Boost)
Stats: 31/131/47/170/131/150 (660)
Notable Moves: Zen Headbutt, Close Combat, Psystrike, Earthquake, Superpower, Double-Edge, Light of Ruin, Chatter, Surging Strikes, Wicked Blow.
Height + Weight: 2.7m + 54.2 kg
Flavor/Design: According to legend, Hizudiac was said to have fallen out of a hole in the sky. Using odd orbs, it could command other Pokémon - up to twelve of them - to do its bidding. The twelve Pokémon who were used by it, in an odd twist, would eventually be the signature Pokémon of the Gym Leaders and Elite Four.
Design wise, it resembles a certain king who wandered the earth in search of the flower pokemon that was granted eternal life, albeit as if terastalized...and with an odd flower as its crown...
The snowball effect would be far too much, especially since you gave it pretty strong moves from other Legendary Pokémon. Even with it’s awful physical bulk, no returning Ubers would be able to do much without priority if it starts gaining bonus Special Attack stages after scoring knock outs or if another Pokémon faints, considering the infamy that are Shadow Rider Calyrex and Magearna.

I do not want to take risk keeping an Ability like this on a Pokémon with very high BST; I’m afraid that you have to rework Authority into something less powerful and not snowballing, or tone down the minmaxed stats, if you don’t want it to end up in AG.

Mamma Mia!

Name: Prellvis
Counterpart: Dollpartony
Typing: Fire/Electric
Ability: King of Swing (Combination Sheer Force and Punk Rock by both at 75% power)

King of Swing alone was pretty excessive, as the 1.75% boost on both moves with secondary effect and sound-based moves (I wonder if they even stack, thou might wanf to precise if they do or not) allows it to break even the bulkiest Pokémon around except the unreleased Eternamax Eternatus, so I suggest reduce them to 1.3x (30%) if they don’t stack, or 1.15x (15%) if they do stack.

Name: Rangratu (Rangda + Ratu, Indo for queen)
Counterpart(s): Baraja
Typing:

Ability: Queen of Demons
Base Stats: 110 HP / 80 Atk / 110 Def / 140 SpA / 125 SpD / 115 Spe | 680
Notable Moves: Demonic Sacrifice, Fire Blast, Focus Blast, Heat Wave, Hydro Pump, Moonlight, Nasty Plot, Psychic, Psyshock, Shadow Ball, Sludge Wave, Thunderbolt
Flavor Moves: Ancient Power, Blizzard, Beat Up, Burning Jealousy, Clear Smog, Confuse Ray, Cosmic Power, Curse, Dark Pulse, Darkest Lariat, Disable, Foul Play, Hex, Hyper Voice, Lick, Night Slash, Night Shade, Protect, Rain Dance, Sandstorm, Shadow Claw, Sunny Day, Taunt, Thief, Thunder, Torment, Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Will-o-Wisp
Height + Weight: 3.5 m + 400 kg
New Features:
This Pokémon SpAtk is raised by 1 stage when another Pokémon faints (Soul Heart clone)
| Special | 130 BP | 90% | 5/8 PP | Lower the user's SpAtk by 2 stages
Baraja looks concerning as it’s essentially a more powerful Magearna wth a less effective defensive type but a lot stronger BST and such arsenal of coverage. It can snowball out of control due fo such combinations and might be oppressive for Ubers, so I advice to rework the Ability so that it won’t snowball so easily.

Name: Laurifira
Inspiration: Mainland Italian Peninsula + Sicily, Sardinia, and Corsica, Pokemon battles, just like in Galar, are considered the regional sport, with gyms looking like colosseums.

It has rather mediocre bulk, but being able to transform into a stronger version of itself while boosting its most important stats could get it banned as well from Ubers. It can either serve as a Specs wallbreaker or a Nasty Plot / Calm Mind sweeper.

If you want Lupix to catch up to others in terms of AG-level, you might want to make it so it’s signature move will deals damage a physical move. I’m shocked that you went to such a high power level, but it does mean that returning Ubers won’t have to deal with them if all three of your Legends get banned, so do what you want, I’m not gonna stop you if this is your intent.

Korinoa

Ability:
Deep Freeze (Summons Snow/Hail/Whatever weather were doing, under Snow their Ice-type attacks gain a 0.3x boost in power.)
Stats:
HP: 90
Attack: 80
Defense: 90
Sp. Attack: 140
Sp. Defense: 140
Speed: 100
Total: 670
Signature Move:
White Blanket/16 PP/Ice/Special/100% Accuracy/40 BP/Damages the target and every turn they lose 1/8 of their HP each turn, if a terrain is active they lose 1/4 their HP each turn.
Korinoa’s fine, but you are not doing the multiplication right: 0.3x means that the move will be multiplied into significantly less power, such as if Blizzard is used, their power turns into a paltry 36. You should indicate as 1.3x instead as it’s more accurate for coders.

Since we’re currently Gen 9, we would go with Snow, although because of 1.5x Defense boost on Korinoa, it might end up being both fast, bulky and hard-hitting with Ice-type moves, and Ice is known for being a potent STAB, especially in Ubers, so you might want to replace the Ice damage boost by something else so it won’t be so dominent offensive-wise (unless you want it AG).

If anyone have any concern among my Legendary Pokémon balance-wise (search for Brunica), tell me ASAP.

24 hours warning!

All regions are respectful to the global rules so far. I will make quick inspection on a few Legendary that could be potential AG materials; I will not veto your region if it is the case, but I do recommand to reconsider if you do not intend for your Legendary to end up banned from Ubers.

The Legendary Pokémon looks promising, but you have to fill in the unfinished important details such as stats for the Legendaries’ alternate forms and the Notable Moves asap, otherwise they will not be coded.

Its not 75% boost its 75% OF THE NORMAL BOOST. So if punk rock is 50% this boosts by 37.5 and if Sheer Force is 30% this boosts such moves by only 22.5

30 x 0.75 = 22.5 if I’m doing it correctly, so that’s fine in this case if both doesn’t stack.

You may want to be more precise next time, I don’t immediately recognize percentages without clarifications.
