Name: Hisstini
Typing: Psychic
Ability: Rough Skin / Magic Bounce / Color Change
Base Stats: 40 / 50 / 45 / 75 / 45 / 65 (300)
Notable Moves: Confusion, Dig, Dream Eater, Gravity, Headbutt, Psybeam, Telekinesis, other LC stuff
Height + Weight: .4 m, 3 kg
Evolution: Level 28
Flavor/Design: A small, purple diamondback rattlesnake with a crystal on its head and a crystal rattle.

These Pokémon are rarely seen, but have been spotted in a number of environments. Their psychic abilities help keep them out of danger, but their curiosity helps lead them to that same danger.
Potential Competitive Role: LC

Name: Rattlsket
Typing: Psychic
Ability: Rough Skin / Magic Bounce / Color Change
Base Stats: 80 / 50 / 85 / 90 / 85 / 45 (435)
Notable Moves: Coil, Dazzling Gleam, Expanding Force, Foul Play, Future Sight, Light Screen, Nasty Plot, Night Shade, Power Gem, Zen Headbutt
Height + Weight: .8 m, 12 kg
Evolution: Level 50
Flavor/Design: A purple diamondback rattlesnake curled into a basket like shape with the head and tail sticking out.

These Pokémon are very sedimentary, rarely moving upon evolution. When exposed to music, however, they quickly perk up and begin to sway, and their hypnotic powers begin to activate.
Potential Competitive Role: NFE, maybe Eviolite?

Name: Twissteric
Typing: Psychic
Ability: Levitate / Magic Bounce / Color Change
Base Stats: 85 / 50 / 90 / 125 / 90 / 110 (555)
Notable Moves: Calm Mind, Dark Pulse, Glare, Psychic, Psycho Cut, Recover, Shadow Ball, Stored Power, Taunt, Teleport, Volt Switch
Height + Weight: 13 m, 90 kg
Flavor/Design: A giant, purple, levitating diamondback rattlesnake with a large crystal on its head, long crystal fangs, a crystal rattle, and swirling eyes.

These Pokémon are very rare, and very mysterious. Not much is known about them outside the fact that they posses hypnotic powers so potent, that even looking in their eyes can make you fall victim to their trance. Many of the most famous and influential people in the region have one of this Pokémon’s evolution line as a team member, perhaps the mind controlling abilities come in handy.
Potential Competitive Role: Sweeper, Wallbreaker, Pivot, Utility
Edits: Removed recover, I admit it was kinda broken. It’s not gonna use it anyway.

Some love for these two.
:capsakid:

Ability: Chlorophyll / Insomnia -> Flash Fire | Klutz

:scovillain:

Ability: Chlorophyll / Insomnia -> Flash Fire | Moody -> Anger Point
Stats
: HP 85 (+20) / Atk 98 (-10) / Def 75 (+10) / SpA 98 (-10) / SpD 75 (+10) / Spe 75, BST 506 (+20)
Potential Competitive Role
: Eviolite user with some shenaningans.

Original Species: evolves from Scovillain, upon using
Flaming Pepper on it.
Name: Capsagon ("capsaicin" + "dragon")
Typing:

Ability: Chlorophyll / Flare Boost / Guts
Base Stats: HP 95 / Atk 118 / Def 80 / SpA 118 / SpD 80 / Spe 55 (BST 546)
Notable Moves: Scovillain's moveset + Pepper Rush*, Draco Meteor, Dragon Breath, Dragon Claw, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Tail, Dual Chop, Outrage, Breaking Swipe, Facade, Tri Attack, Earthquake
Height + Weight: 3.2 m, 680.0 kg
New Features: *Pepper Rush:
, 100 BP, 5-8 PP, 95% acc. - Burns the user after hitting the target. Has 1.5x power if user is already burned. Has a 10% chance to Burn the target.
Flavour/Design: When Scovillain eats a Flaming Pepper, its heads start to collaborate, but also to become weaker. Little by little, a new head forms in the middle, while the pre-existing ones turn slowly into a new shape, with a swirl at the end, and ripen mutating their colors. The tail blooms to become a big pepper, and a new head comes out from the old ones. Not many Scovillains reach this form, but when they become Capsagon, they dwell in the depth of the jungle, not wanting any uninvited guest. If anyone appears in front of a its lair, Capsagon takes a bite of its tail and rushes against the intruder, burning them alive. The tail grows back after a while.
Potential Competitive Role: Grass/Dragon, after many tries, has revealed to be a sub-optimal typing, due to its 4x weakness to Ice and many more weaknesses, with the two typing not really helping eachother with resistances. So, I guessed it needed a boost, and since our long awaited first Grass/Fire Scovillain didn't receive much attention, both in competitive and for its design, I decided to take it back from it, to give it a new way to shine. I had this idea thinking about Toucannon's Beak Blast, thinking to turn it upside down. Capsagon burns itself, so it doesn't need a Flame Orb, and can be both run either physical or mixed.

Shale Spray: Rock type Hydro Pump. Perfect accuracy in sand.
Stone Gaze: Rock type discharge. Pokemon who cannot see or are blinded avoid this move if that effect is ever added.
Flavor/Design: Small sloth growing moss that weighs things down. I almost want to

Lamiamp (Lamiaceae, taxonomical class for many culinary herbs + amp)
Type:

Abilities: Snow Coat, Harvest, Electric Surge
Stats: 105 | 60 | 85 | 100 | 110 | 35 [BST= 495]
Notable Moves: Calm Mind, Discharge, Earth Power, Giga Drain, Ice Beam, Leaf Storm, Leech Seed, Rapid Spin, Rising Voltage, Strength Sap, Synthesis, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch
Competitive Role: eterrain setter and defensive electric YUM

Filamint (filament + mint)
Type:

Abilities: Snow Coat, Harvest, Volt Absorb
Stats: 60 | 40 | 55 | 60 | 65 | 20 [BST = 300]

Competitive Role: lc

Flavor: Filamint's roots are able to draw in static electricity from its surroundings, which it can then re-release to shock anything that tries to eat it. Upon evolving into Lamiamp, these capabilities are increased tenfold, creating intricate networks of roots between each other that can span multiple square kilometers. Based on mints (hence Snow Coat and Ice Beam) and herbs, electric cables and fiber optics.
Evolution Tree: Filamint -(Level 31)> Lamiamp
:galvantula::trapinch:

Desvegan Galvantula
Type
:

Abilities: Compound Eyes, Analytic, Sniper
Stats: 70 | 97 | 60 | 77 | 60 | 108 [BST= 472]
Notable Moves: Crunch, Earthquake, First Impression, Leech Life, Poison Jab, Recover, Sticky Web, Swords Dance, U-turn, Wild Charge
Competitive Role: Fast pivot and webs setter. Sp.Attack and Attack swapped to take more advantage of useful physical stabs such as U-turn, First Impression, and Earthquake.

Bunkarach (bunker + arachnid)
Type:

Abilities: Compound Eyes, Stakeout, Sniper
Stats: 90 | 115 | 100 | 82 | 90 | 38 [BST= 515]
Notable Moves: Same movepool as Desvegan Galvantula, plus Headlong Rush upon evolution
Competitive Role: More of a sidegrade evolution similar in vein to Porygon-Z, sacrificing its speed for more raw bulk and attack. Slow pivot, web setter, and psuedo-trapper with Stakeout + STAB fimp/headlong rush.

Desvegan Joltik

Type:

Abilities: Compound Eyes, Analytic, Sniper
Stats: 50 | 57 | 50 | 47 | 50 | 65 [BST= 319]
Competitive Role: lc

Flavor: For unknown reasons, Joltik and Galvantula in the Desvega region struggle with harnessing electricity. Because of this, rather than making homes from electrified webs, they burrow and create underground dens, ambushing prey that get close. If a Galvantula is successful enough in this strategy, they can evolve into Bunkarach, spending the rest of their lives in their dens except when capturing prey. Based on trapdoor spiders.
Evolution Tree: Desvegan Joltik -(Level 36)> Desvegan Galvantula -(Level Up/Trade while holding a Protector)> Bunkarach

Flying Fish
Original Species: Foifish (Loria)
Name: Desvegan Foifish
Typing:

Ability: Steadfast / Sharpness | Mold Breaker
Base Stats: 35 HP / 70 Atk / 50 Def / 40 SpA / 50 SpD / 90 Spe (335 BST)
Notable Moves: Foifish‘s learnset minus Ice-type and Water moves except Rain Dance, Waterfall and Aqua Jet, plus Aqua Cutter, Fly, Aerial Ace, Air Slash, Air Cutter, Psycho Cut, Iron Tail, Iron Head, Leaf Blade, Flying Sword*
Height + Weight: 0.4 meters | 40 kg
New Features:
Flying Sword - Flying | Physical | 80 BP | 100% acc. | 15 BP | +1 crit-rate | Slicing move + contact
Distribution: Gyarados, Farfetch’d (including Galarian Farfetch’d line), Scyther line, Lugia, Ninjask, Vespiquen, Gligar line, Minior, Celesteela, Lorian Panpour line, Desvegan Foifish line
Flavour/Design: Foifish found in Desvega have to adapt to fly on the spot in order to fly through forests’ trees and away from aquatic predators that are more persistent than back in Loria. With their newfound metal coat and sharpened blade, they can fend off flying predators as well. A pun of “flying fish”.
Potential Competitive Role: In LC, it will serve as a wallbreaker or sweeper with Sharpness.
Evolution: Desvegan Sailre (Level up knowing Flying Sword)

Original Species: Sailre (Loria)
Name: Desvegan Sailre
Typing:

Ability: Steadfast / Sharpness | Mold Breaker
Base Stats: 60 HP / 95 Atk / 90 Def / 60 SpA / 70 SpD / 130 Spe (505 BST)
Notable Moves: Sailre‘s learnset minus Ice-type and Water moves except Rain Dance, Waterfall and Aqua Jet, plus Aqua Cutter, Fly, Aerial Ace, Air Slash, Air Cutter, Psycho Cut, Iron Tail, Iron Head, Leaf Blade, Flying Sword*
Height + Weight: 1.3 meters | 80 kg
New Features:
Flying Sword - Flying | Physical | 80 BP | 100% acc. | 15 BP | +1 crit-rate | Slicing move + contact
Distribution: Gyarados, Farfetch’d (including Galarian Farfetch’d line), Scyther line, Lugia, Ninjask, Vespiquen, Gligar line, Minior, Celesteela, Lorian Panpour line, Desvegan Foifish line
Flavour/Design: With more metallic scales and sharper fins, Desvegan Sailre can cut through tree branches and other obstacles in order to escape from predators. While they can glide and fly with little issues, they still need to breath in water of the rivers, as their gills aren’t capable of breathing air for long.
Potential Competitive Role: Desvegan Sailre distinguish itself from Corviknight and Skarmory by going for fast sweeping offense, with 130 Speed allowing it to outspeed most opposing sweepers. Sharpness will be it’s main Ability, especially with Flying Sword in mind. It have lower Attack than it’s original Lorian counterpart, though, so it would want to set up.
:plusle: + :minun: Pikaclone Evolutions
Counterpart: Divusion
Original Species: Plusle
Name: Multipluse (Multiply + plus + pulse)
Typing:

Ability: Plus | Lightning Rod
Base Stats: 70 HP / 60 Atk / 50 Def / 110 SpA / 95 SpD / 125 Spe (510 BST)
Notable Moves: Plusle’s learnset + Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Fire Punch, Energy Ball, Solar Beam, Sunny Day, Trailblaze, Iron Tail, Flare Blitz, Will-o-Wisp, Ember, Overheat, Plus Pulse*, Rapid Spin
Height + Weight: 1.3 meters | 33.3 kg
New Features:
Plus Pulse - Electric, Special, 80 BP, — accuracy (ignore accuracy check), 15 PP, BP become 120 if opponent have at least one positive stat change.
Exclusive to Multipluse.
Flavour/Design: Larger than Plusle, but also somewhat slender. A rabbit/gerbil like Pokémon with longer ears and much longer tail, and the plus marks are turned into crosses, which symbolizes multiplication. This evolution of Plusle is said to be a result of Desvega being unkind to Electric Pokémon, especially as a result of Raichat running amok; it’s Fire-type was likely developed to protect younger Plusle and Minun during winter time.
Potential Competitive Role: Set-up sweeper or supporter with rare Fire + Electric STAB combo. Fire STAB and Rapid Spin means it can pressure any Pokémon with Good as Gold and foil any hazard attempts, though Aurumine’s Ground-type allows it to pressure back even more.
Evolution from Plusle: Level up with Plus Pulse learned during a harsh sun.

Counterpart: Multipluse
Original Species: Minun
Name: Divusion (Division + minus + ion)
Typing:

Ability: Minus | Motor Drive
Base Stats: 70 HP / 50 Atk / 60 Def / 95 SpA / 110 SpD / 125 Spe (510 BST)
Notable Moves: Minun’s learnset + Surf, Scald, Hydro Pump, Water Gun, Aqua Jet, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Blizzard, Trailblaze, Iron Tail, Wave Crash, Rapid Spin, Minus Ion*
Height + Weight: 0.9 meters | 66.6 kg
New Features:
Minus Ion - Electric, Special, 80 BP, — accuracy (ignore accuracy check), 15 PP, BP become 120 if user have at least one negative stat change.
Exclusive to Divusion.
Flavour/Design: Larger than Minun, and also somewhat thicker. A rabbit/gerbil like Pokémon with longer ears and much longer tail, and the minus marks are turned into division symbols, which symbolizes division. This evolution of Minun is said to be a result of Desvega being harsh and especially dangerous to Electric Pokémon. It’s Water-type was likely developed to protect younger Plusle and Minun during summer time, alongside swimming ability with it’s thick layer of fat permitting it to float for long times.
Potential Competitive Role: Even more of a Doubles-oriented Pokémon than Multipluse, but it’s signature move have a more long-term benefit that punishes Defog or Intimidate, especially the latter in Doubles formats.

(Evolves at level 35)
Original Species: Klawf
Name: Klawnyon
Counterpart(s):

Notable Moves: Stone Edge, Sappy Seed, Wood Hammer Swords Dance, Synthesis, Knock Off, Stealth Rock, Superpower
Height + Weight: 2.7m, 290kg
New Features: Added some grass moves to its move pool notably gives it a secondary stab and recovery. Sappy Seed is also a great addition and prob very good at this Also added superpower for steel types
Flavor/Design: Klawf but significantly wider and larger, as if it was part of a canyon. Despite looking as if it is part of a canyon, it has become too heavy to climb canyons to find food, forcing it to resort to forests to find its food sources.
Potential Competitive Role: UU/RU bulky mon

notes: this is klawf but awesome, also klawf banned from lc lol

Flavor/Design: Looks practically like a campfire to the point where trainers just use it as such. It however doesn't mind this, as the flames are essentially its sole source of food, outside of its roots absorbing nutrients from the ground.

(33 While knowing overheat)

Original Species: new Pokemon !!!
Name: Timbyre (Timber + Pyre)
Typing:

Flavour/Design: Classified as the bonfire pokemon, This Pokemon is often spotted near trainers who claim to know fire safety laws and often is the cause of many forest fires unwillingly. It will attack those who are being unsafe with fire, with it being friendly to trainers who respect fire.

Potential Competitive Role: Good niche mon in OU with its unique traits to resist the entire fwg core.
It also has a good way to switch its roles mid battle by using its form change, boosting its flare boost sets to atomic levels, or having an excellent stall breaker role with ignition

notes: the campfire pokemon line. naming was from order of wood class, kindling to lumber to timber

Abilities: Effect Spore / Cursed Body / Triage (HA)
Base Stats: 55 / 98 / 105 / 96 / 125 / 25 | 504
Notable Moves: Seed Bomb, Bullet Seed, Soul Leech, Leech Life, Crunch, Sucker Punch, Fire Fang, Psychic Fangs, Gunk Shot, Giga Drain, Energy Ball, Grass Knot, Shadow Ball, Hex, Psychic, Dark Pulse, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Moonblast, Weather Ball, Spore, Stun Spore, Leech Seed, Synthesis, Recover, Will-O-Wisp, Corrosion, Toxic Spikes, Toxic, Trick, Calm Mind, Trick Room, Nasty Plot
Height + Weight: 0.6 m, 8 kg
New Features: Soul Leech / Type: Ghost / BP: 80 / PP: 15 / Accuracy: 100% / Category: Physical / Explanation: Heals the user by 1/2 of the damage done.
Flavor/Design: Just look at this rough art of it. Sorry for my bad drawing skills.
IMG_3485.jpeg

Potential Competitive Role: Slow but slightly bulky Pokémon that uses its defensive typing to take hits. It has a lot of utility such as status conditions including the ever important Spore and also multiple forms of recovery. However, all sets should involve Triage and its access to STAB Soul Leech and Giga Drain, or even Leech Life. Special sets might be superior due to the higher coverage and Nasty Plot, but physical sets enjoy a spammable priority Ghost move and Leech Life if that’s ever needed. However, it’s not unstoppable. While Triage helps matters, it’s incredibly slow, making it hard to set-up and be a threat outside of recovery moves. It’s also not particularly bulky and has common weaknesses.

Original Species: Evolution to Spidops.
Name: Webbops (Web + Ops)
Typing:
1691112708574.png
1691112717516.png

Abilities:
Insomnia / Technician / Stakeout (HA)
Base Stats: 88 / 106 / 114 / 66 / 104 / 50 | 528
Notable Moves: Spidops’s Movepool + Close Combat, Drain Punch, Mach Punch, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Focus Blast, Bulk Up, Swords Dance, Stealth Rock
Height + Weight: 1.8 m, 86 kg
Flavor/Design: Spidops but much bigger, bulkier, and covered in webbed armor.
Potential Competitive Role: You know what Spidops does, or tries to do. But what if it was actually good at the role? Hence, much higher bulk and actual usable attack stat, a solid Bug/Fighting typing that gets rid of its weakness to Rocks, and an increased movepool. With Stealth Rock, it truly is the ultimate hazard setter, but it also has a new unique option in Technician with works well with moves such as Mach Punch, Circle Throw, and Rock Tomb. However, its still slow, making it vulnerable to Taunt as well as common defoggers with its new 4x weakness to Flying. On the plus side, Spidops can now be a fun NFE or low-tier mon with Eviolite.

Veto phase is on… and I found nothing in particular as concerning. Good work!

Of course, anyone can file a complaint toward any submission you think might be too much for potential OU, so feel free to give a warning to someone else for something I missed.

This phase lasts for 24 hours.

And now we enter the voting phase. Same as before; up to five votes, only one SV, SV cannot he only vote.

Dilasc’s submission had Adaptability replaced by Static with Seed Flare gone, so it is more acceptable.

I am not certain that Twisterric is balanced with Recover out, so if you think it’s still potentially unhealthy, I suggest not to vote for it unless you’re confident it will be.

Voting phase lasts for two days.

The discussion phase will last for around 22 hours before the next slate begins.

ok I'll give my two cents

Boltowl - Definitely one of the electric/flyings of all time. Idk other than having decent physical stabs and good enough attack it doesn't really excel in any regard.
Psychawk - Forget budget Lugia, this is Xatu 2.0: Decent bulk, Esper Wing, Morning Sun for recovery, Guardian Wind gives it a unique pivoting option. As long as it doesn't get Calm Mind or NP to combo with Esper Wing, Psychawk would be a p good inclusion. I kinda dig this guy, it's a much better MBouncer than Epithelk.

Capsagon - Capsagon has good offensive power and a lot of options in terms of moves and abilities to output that offense, but everything else isn't great. It's got a middling speed tier with not good enough bulk to compensate, and one of Scovillain's main draws is the funky Grass/Fire typing which makes it a good sun mon, so Capsagon forgoing it for the much worse Grass/Dragon really sucks... It just seems destined for mediocrity. Also signature move that isn't STAB, cringe.
Scovillain - Figured I'd comment on this too, since Scovillain getting a buff to its base bulk + Eviolite is pretty big, probably still not that good but it's much less of a glass cannon now. Also no Moody shenanigans, hooray. If Scovillain can also use Pepper Rush for a good physical Fire option then we'd really be cooking.

Mephoton - Another entry in the list of anaconja subs that aren't particularly interesting but fulfill their jobs well. Mephoton's got some pretty monstrous physical bulk thanks to Intimidate which combined with its typing lets it check the big physical attackers we have so far, and lack of recovery keeps it from being too overwhelming. I also like that it can go physical with STAB Body Press

Lamiamp - Another defensive electric, this time more specially inclined. An eterrain setter that isn't afraid of grounds is pretty big, although Lamiamp isn't exactly inclined to switch in and eat an Earthquake. Snow Coat and Harvest aren't bad abilities either, although you're mainly running esurge for some juicy volt switches and rising voltages.
I'll also use this space to say, please no more field-setting abilities? lol. We don't need a new mon for every weather and terrain, maybe sand because we have a lot of Sand Rush mons but that's it. Besides, if we need a weather setter so bad we can just add a pre-existing mon like Pelipper or smth.

Multipluse & Divusion: Kinda funny that we got more electrics in the forest slate than grass types... but I dont mind since we only had one electric prior. Anyways, Multipluse is probably the superior option because it's got better offenses, WoW, and can better take advantage of its signature to punish setup - 120 STAB Electric is no joke. Divusion, on the other hand, just seems poortly thought-out more than anything, because it doesn't really have a consistent way of getting the boost on Minus Ion - it mostly has to rely on matchup fishing Intimidate mons, which while we do have three so far, Divusion doesn't have a particularly good matchup with any of them. In addition, it's got Aqua Jet and Wave Crash for some pretty good physical Water moves, but Attack is literally its lowest stat. Divusion would really benefit from swapping its Attack and SpAtk and reworking Minus Ion.
