I still don't like it, but this is the lesser of two evils. Prankster-Swagger was uncompetitive from multiple components: It could not WIN vs defensive teams and it was mindless vs Offensive teams. The coin flip did prove to be incredibly weighted against the non-swagger player, and even playing it with a patient mindset, offensive teams were trapped. Kind of unfortunate to have to blanket ban the whole move, but the PS! playerbase themselves ruined the opportunity by abusing such an uncompetitive strategy.
