Roles
When building a hyper offensive team, a solid structure help you understand the roles of your team can be a massive help. While this structure is by no means concrete, it is an effective checklist to making sure you have the basic positions of the team filled out. The first and perhaps one of the most important roles to fill in such a team is that of the dedicated lead. Unsurprisingly, this Pokemon will generally take the job of starting off the match in order to set it up a means of meeting a win condition for the rest of the team. This support may be simply provided through hazard control, or can be something more complex such as utilizing Reflect and Light Screen to aid setup sweepers. Above all, a desirable quality in a lead is the ability to reliable set up entry hazards, such as Stealth Rock and Spikes, and consistently deny other common entry hazard users from setting up their own conditions.

Given that hyper offensive teams rarely (if ever) have solid defensive backbones, having a Pokemon which can safely dispose of a boosted or dangerous threat is vital in relation to maintaining offensive momentum. This support can come in the form of a naturally speedy revenge killer, such as offensive Deoxys-S or Sharpedo, a Pokemon with powerful priority attacks, such as Talonflame and its Gale Wings Brave Bird, or a Pokemon equipped with a Choice Scarf. <more information and stuff>
