White Herb has the wrong activation timing in certain circumstances, especially when multiple stat drop effects are at play.

When an Ability like Soul-Heart or Moxie-like Abilities KO a Pokemon with an attack that lowers stats, the White Herb should resolve after the associated Ability boosts the other stat. E.g.
