Life Orb is the most reliable item because of the damage output and should be used with Substitute; the extra damage doesn't bother Terrakion much because it won't survive many hits anyway. Terrakion can use a Focus Sash decently as well to guarantee survival against any attack, and but it must use Quick Guard in that set.

Two other minor things
  • Checks & Counters > Checks and Counters for 6th Gen
  • Remove the ability tag on the set. Terrakion's only ability is Justified so you don't list it.
 
Gallade is mentioned as a counter, but its horrible physical bulk means that Close Combat almost always 2HKOs even with with max hp and leftovers recovery, meaning it can't reliably switch in 100% of the time.

252 Atk Life Orb Terrakion Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Gallade: 179-212 (52.6 - 62.3%) -- 99.6% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
