I hate SRing for hidden power. It sucks.
You know, I've been at this Raikou for 10 months, and in all that time I've only ever had reason to go to the judge about 15 times? Every other time the stats were clearly shit. Never mind the day where I ran across two shiny Raikou...

i have one in my thread and its gotten one trade. it can run screens and other sets, but unless all ground pokes are eliminated its not very useful. however, most people do EXPECT you to run hp ice so theyll be shy to switch in a ground type most likely

Luxury fits shiny and regular, but Dusk fits shiny better.
