Magic Guard is very useful on Psychic teams, as they tend to use inconsistent entry hazard control like Magic Bounce Hatterene or Defog Latias. Calm Mind is needed to break through walls like Galarian Slowking and Tyranitar. Psyshock checks opposing Calm Mind users like Tapu Koko, Clefable, and Hatterene. Thunder hits Psychic-resistant foes and Dark-types like Heatran, Tapu Lele, and Sableye. Rocky Helmet chips Pokemon that use contact moves such as Dragonite, Landorus-T, and Melmetal. Unfortunately, Reuniclus’s coverage makes it difficult to deal with threats like Hydreigon and Zarude, making Pokemon like Victini, Tapu Lele, and Jirachi great teammates. Furthermore, Reuniclus breaks down Psychic-resistant Pokemon like Celesteela and Slowking; this benefits Pokemon like Tapu Lele and Latios.

Magic Guard is really good since Psychic teams tend to compress their hazard control role with either Magic Bounce Hatterene or Defog Latias, however, entry hazard setters such as Heatran, Ferrothorn, and Froslass can pressure Hatterene while Latias is hard to fit for just supporting roles. which cannot deny hazards reliably. (seems like a more succint way to put it, also ferro and froslass don't necessarily pressure hatterene) Calm Mind is needed to breakthrough walls like Celesteela, Galarian Slowking, and Slowking. (maybe u can change these examples so they don't repeat w the ones below) Psyshock checks Calm Mind users like Tapu Koko, Clefable, and Hatterene. Thunder hits Psychic resists and Dark-types like Heatran, Tapu Lele, and Sableye. Unfortunately, Reuniclus’s coverage makes it difficult to deal with threats like Hyreidon and Zarude making Pokémon like Victini, Tapu Lele, and Jirachi that can handle them great teammates. Furthermore, Reuniclus is meant to break down Psychic resistances like Corviknight Celesteela and Slowking which benefits anything running Psychic coverage. (steela seems like a better example since corv can just roost if the thunder doesn't ko, and then u-turn out to preserve health)Rocky Helmet chips down contact Pokémon such as Dragonite, Landorus-T, and Melmetal.
