Rate a Beginner's Team

Hello I am new to competitive pokemon. I am not an avid pokemon player so I know very little about the game's pokemon and moveset roster. However, I am very interested in competitive battling and have been studying some of its aspects.

This is my team. I would like some opinions on it as well as some advice. It is in UU format and I tried to create a more offensive team because I want battles to be fast due to my limited time being able to play.
