Passive Aggressive [Playable on ROM!]

I've tried implementing this on ROM in not one but two different ways! The code for Passive Aggressive works by redefining the appropriate moves to deal type-appropriate damage, while that for Passive Aggressive Random Battle works by intercepting passive damage and modifying it appropriately. Given my track record though they'll probably both be buggy.
 
How does Dry Skin work here (increases fire damage by 25%)? i.e. what happens if Toxicroak gets burnt, how much would it take?

Dry Skin doesn't effect the damage taken from burns, iirc, so a burnt Toxicroak would take 1/8 HP per turn, the normal damage.

Diggersby is the only Ground-type Wild Charge user, so it can use it without being recoiled at all, which is neat. Wild Charge is sometimes seen on Diggersby as a way of hitting Skarmory and Water-types harder. And speaking of Skarmory, it's the only Brave Bird user that resists Flying, so it takes less recoil from that, too.

Also, Mega Glalie can use Double Edge more easily now. Mega Pinsir and Mega Altaria weren't so lucky, however....
 
It's an interesting coincidence that no Guts users benefit from this change. The only Guts user who resists either Fire or Poison is Larvitar (lmao)
