[OVERVIEW]

At first glance, Pansage appars to have no niche. It is extremely frail, its offensive stats are middling at best, and it lacks powerful coverage options. HOwever, thanks to a quirk of LC mechanics, Pansage has possession of on e of the strongest STAB attacks in Little cup in Bullet Seed. Due to LC mechanics, Bullet Seed is capable of 2HKOing the bulkiest of walls, such as Porygon. Pansage's decent physical movepool lets it hit almost everything that resists Grass, and its decent Speed tier lets it outspeed many threats.

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

Bullet Seed is Pansage's strongest attack and the only reason it should be considered on a team. Due to the way damage rolls work in LC, Bullet Seed is capable of 2HKOing every Pokemon that doesn't resist the move. Knock Off weakens Foongus and hits other switch-ins to Pansage such as Pumpkaboo-XL. Low Sweep hits Steel-types such as Pawniard and Magnemite. Rock Tomb 2HKOes bulky Fire-types and Vullaby after Stealth Rock and allows Pansage to outspeed Ponyta switching in. Gunk Shot hits opposing Grass- and Fairy-types and is Pansage's only method of dealing appreciable damage to Foongus.
Set Details
========

The given EV spread with a Jolly nature maximizes Pansage's Attack and lets it hit 17 Speed. Life Orb significantly increases Bullet Seed's power and noticeably boosts the damage output of Pansage's other attacks. Overgrow is Pansage's only viable ability; it makes Bullet Seed even stronger when Pansage is at low health.

Usage Tips
========

-Use Pansage as a wallbreaker
-Click Bullet Seed vs anything that doesn't resist it
-Use coverge moves to hit threats switching in
-Use Life Orb recoil, hazard damage, or weak resisted attacks to activate Overgrow

Team Options
========

-Stealth Rock setters
-Flying checks
-Foongus checks
Fire checks
-Slow pivots to get Pansage in safely
-Pansage works well with Snivy as they help wear down each other's checks
-Chinchou makes a great partner as it can check Fire- and Flying- types and can get Pansage in safely with a slow Volt Switch

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

-Pansage has access to Nasty Plot but is outclassed by Snivy in this role
-Acrobatics+Berry Juice hits Foongus but makes Bullet Seed much weaker
-Hone Claws and Substitute boost Attack and ease prediction, respectively, but both sacrifice coverage
-Gluttony+Pinch Berry
-Taunt helps Pansage stallbreak but it is too frail to do this effectively

Checks and Counters
===================

**Foongus**: Foongus takes very little from any of Pansage's attacks and forces it out with Sludge Bomb. However, Pansage can 2HKO a Knocked Off Foongus after Stealth Rock with Gunk Shot.

**Croagunk**: Croagunk resists all of Pansage's common coverage and can OHKO with Sludge Bomb. However, it is prone to being worn down and takes a lot from Bullet Seed if it is Knocked Off.

**Flying-types**: Fletchling can outspeed and OHKO Pansage with its super effective STAB Acrobatics, while Vullaby can take any hit and KO in return. They both must watch out for Rock Tomb, however.

**Fire-types**: Fire-types such as Ponyta and Larvesta can cripple Pansage with a burn or KO it with Flare Blitz. However, both are hit hard by Rock Tomb.

**Faster Pokemon and priority**: Pansage is very frail, so fast attackers such as Abra and priority attackers such as Pawniard can easily KO it or force it out.

Set comments:
Say that Bullet Seed is strong because of level 5 rolls.
Mention that Gunk Shot also hits bulky Fairy-types like Spritzee.

Usage tips:
Mention that attacking a lot and taking hazard damage lets you activate Overgrowth.

Other Options:
Mention Taunt.

Hi! I noticed a few stuff you could add, but feel free not to!

Overview:
Grass is also a bad defensive type, with five weaknesses
Pansage is fast, but it's outsped by key threats like Ponyta
It's attack stat isn't amazing, either

Moves:
Is the thing about Bullet Seed 2HKOing stuff only when it hits a full five times?

Yeah, I can't find much else and I'm on time constraints. Good Luck!

Set comments:
Bullet seed needs 5 hits to actually 2hko things
what Levi said about gunk shot hitting spritzee but maybe more importantly also snubbull

Usage tips:
Mention that pansage can only be switched into weak resisted hits due to its frailty.
