Banned deucer.

Gengar @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 29 HP / 0 Atk
- Reflect Type
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Sludge Bomb

Bisharp "kinda" likes coming in on the possible sludge wave/shadow ball, or would like to come in on a safe switch.
but if it does, reflect type helps tank the pursuit better:

252+ Atk Bisharp Pursuit vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Gengar: 53-63 (20.4 - 24.3%) -- guaranteed 5HKO

And you can then take the next sucker and retaliate back with the focus blast.
Playing vs Bisharp does cause mind games and hopefully with this, you will avoid most of those.
Don't quote me on this but i think Sludge Wave and Reflect type are in compatable together.

Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 240 HP / 16 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Reflect Type
- Scald
- Rapid Spin
- Recover

Pursuit Bisharp really likes switchting into a possible Rapid Spin because it is often paired with Keldeo or Spikes stacking Pokemon that really benefit from Starmie removal. Thanks to Reflect Type, Bisharp always loses the 1vs1 and is forced to switch out due to a possible Scald burn.

Wisp Garde:

Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace
EVs: 26 HP / 252 SpA / 230 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Focus Blast
- Psyshock
- Will-O-Wisp

Bisharp usually comes in after Garde takes a little bit of chip damage (switching into a resisted move) and OHKOs garde with sucker/pursuits on the switch, but Garde burns Bisharp as it switches in or uses an offensive move and lights it up with focus blast.

Mega Gardevoir OHKOes Bisharp with Hyper Voice anyway, and Bisharp's Sucker Punch doesn't OHKO Mega Gardevoir in return so Mega Gardevoir actually wins 1v1. Not really a lure to be honest.

It kos after garde takes like any damage from opponents like psyshock from latis or other attacks, so it luls bisharp into a false sense of security.
