Iron Boulder @ Booster Energy
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Ground / Fighting
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Mighty Cleave
- Earthquake
- Close Combat

Terrakion is now as ancient as its legend; make way for Iron Boulder! Quark Drive in tandem with Booster Energy makes Iron Boulder the fastest Pokemon in the entire unboosted metagame, even outspeeding other Pokemon at +1 such as Roaring Moon, Iron Moth, and Kyurem. Mighty Cleave along with Earthquake gives Iron Boulder the desired EdgeQuake combo, hitting almost all of the metagame for neutral damage. Close Combat hits Dark-type threats such as Darkrai, Kingambit, and Ting-Lu for super effective damage. Tera Ground allows Iron Boulder to gain STAB on Earthquake, while Tera Fighting gives it STAB on Close Combat, and a much-needed Dark resistance against Kingambit's Sucker Punch and Choice Scarf Darkrai's Dark Pulse. Iron Boulder fits on offensive structures due to its high Speed and Attack, mandating entry hazard control such as Hatterene to circumvent its frality. It also gets countered by Dondozo, which doesn't take super effective damage from any of its attacks and ignores stat boosts with Unaware, so special attackers such as Raging Bolt and Zapdos are good teammates.

Terrakion is now as ancient as its legend, make way for Iron Boulder! Quark Drive in tandem with Booster Energy makes Iron Boulder the fastest Pokemon in the entire unboosted metagame, even outspeeding other Pokemon at +1 such as Roaring Moon, Iron Moth and Kyurem. Swords Dance doubles Iron Boulder's decent Attack stat, and Mighty Cleave along with Earthquake gives Iron Boulder the desired EdgeQuake combo hitting almost all of the metagame for neutral damage. Close Combat is a coverage move that threatens Dark-type threats such as Darkrai, Kingambit, and Ting-Lu for super-effective damage. Tera Ground allows Iron Boulder to gain STAB on Earthquake, gaining STAB on its EdgeQuake combo, while Tera Fighting gives it STAB on Close Combat, while also giving it a very needed Dark-type resistance, and being able to resist against (more clear this way, maybe also try to mention that the moves you list are moves that outpace boulder, something among the lines of "...dark-type resistance against (list moves) that can outspeed it" works) Kingambit's Sucker Punch and Choice Scarf Darkrai's Dark Pulse. Iron Boulder fits on offensive structures due to its high Speed and Attack, but its frailty and its susceptibility to entry hazards make Pokemon with entry hazard control such as Corviknight (corviknight does not really fit on the offensive builds boulder is usually on, perhaps mention something like hatterene instead) mandatory. It also gets hard walled by Dondozo, who doesn't take super-effective damage from any of its attacks and ignores stat boosts with Unaware, so special attackers such as Raging Bolt and Zapdos are good teammates.
QC 1/1 when implemented, great job!

Terrakion is now as ancient as its legend; add semicolon make way for Iron Boulder! Quark Drive in tandem with Booster Energy makes Iron Boulder the fastest Pokemon in the entire unboosted metagame, even outspeeding other Pokemon at +1 such as Roaring Moon, Iron Moth, (ac) and Kyurem. Swords Dance doubles Iron Boulder's decent Attack stat, and dex info Mighty Cleave along with Earthquake gives Iron Boulder the desired EdgeQuake combo, (ac) hitting almost all of the metagame for neutral damage. Close Combat hits (or some other synonym, just trying to not be repetitive with the following "threats") is a coverage move that threatens Dark-type threats such as Darkrai, Kingambit, and Ting-Lu for super effective remove hyphen damage. Tera Ground allows Iron Boulder to gain STAB on Earthquake, gaining STAB on its EdgeQuake combo, while Tera Fighting gives it STAB on Close Combat and while also giving it a much-needed very-needed Dark-type resistance against Kingambit's Sucker Punch and Choice Scarf Darkrai's Dark Pulse. Iron Boulder fits on offensive structures due to its high Speed and Attack, mandating entry hazard control such as Hatterene to circumvent its frailty. but its frailty and its susceptibility to entry hazards make Pokemon with entry hazard control such as Hatterene mandatory. the "but" clause threw me off because nothing was really contradicting the first independent clause It also gets countered hard walled by Dondozo, which who doesn't take super effective remove hyphen damage from any of its attacks and ignores stat boosts with Unaware, so special attackers such as Raging Bolt and Zapdos are good teammates.

You forgot a period after “frailty”. Careful when you implement GP checks!
