Malekith how are last turn Explosions being dealt with when no Pokemon are left standing? PS is currently ruling the Explosion user as the victor, which I think most people would find unexpected. In-game just rules it as a tie too. It seems like the tour ruleset says to just discard the results of that game and play another if it's a draw, but I don't know whether or not it's actually being considered a draw for this tour since the sim says otherwise.

Self-KO Clause only works in smogon tour, in the rest of the tournaments a tie is a tie and it has to be a rematch.
