Ev's look weird but they serve a purpose. Attack is maximized for max damage output. 44 Speed evs get the jump on base 60 pokemon like Tangela who threaten with Sleep Powder/ Leech Seed. 200 HP is for max leftovers and rest are into defense to help it take physical hits. Stealth Rock is used if you want hazards and Substitute for those who want to avoid status. Substitute is also good for a predicted switch/ Swords Dance into Absol/Samurott.
