Pet Mod [Gen 9] Crossover Chaos

You can't give your own submission 3 points by placing it at the top of your votes.
You can, however, vote for one of your own submissions to give it 2 or 1 votes, with the caveat that there must be at least one submission you are giving more points than your own.
I hope this clears things up for voting in the future!

Pokémon: Ender Dragon
Franchise/Origin: Minecraft
Intended Tier: Ubers
Type: Dragon/Psychic
Ability: Infiltrator
Notable moves: Dragon Breath, Draco Meteor, Dragon Rush, Smack Down, Uproar, Psychic Terrain, Lingering Breath, Misty Explosion, Sky Attack, Headlong Rush, Outrage, Roar, Air Slash, Dual Wingbeat, Roost, Mist Ball, Expanding Force, Agility, Imprison, Thrash, Phantom Force, Egg Bomb, Dive, U-Turn, Dragon Tail, Fling, Dragon Dance, Follow Me,

G-Max Move: G-Max Dragon Fireball (Dragon, Burns foes)
Stats: 115/110/100/125/85/105 (640 BST)

Explanation: The Ender Dragon's secondary typing alludes to the whole 'Ender' part of the name, its ability being Infiltrator is based on how it can destroy nearly every block by running(?) into it, and its movepool is Generic Dragon Movepool:tm: plus whatever I could convince myself to add.

Reasoning: Dual Dragon/Flying-type due to being a Liberi with the heritage of the progenitor race of Terra, the Elders. Her status as one of the last members of the Kukulkan mirrors Muelsyse’s nature of being one of the last Elves of Terra, whom she has an unhealthy attraction to. Her nature as the feathered serpent character of Arknights with her Quetzalcoatl origins, it is rumoured that a fellowship of followers worships her to deity-like levels, like how the Abyssal Church does the same with seaborn. This also gives her even more ties towards Rayquaza, who has the same exact typing as her. In Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire, the Draconian tribe of dragon tamers (like Zinnia) worship Rayquaza in a similar way to how she is alleged to have a worship cult. Her primary ability is Adaptability, as the Rhodes Island records explicitly state she “adapts well in various extreme environment[ s ]”. Fellow Dragon-type Dragalge shares the same ability (albeit as a Hidden Ability). Her Hidden Ability is Contrary, owing to her untrustworthy nature. Part of the Maylander Foundation, she has been secretly worked with Kirsten Wright against the foundation’s wishes and has been using her nature as a gadfly to potentially disrupt the agreement in the multiple job positions that she has been in. Rhodes Island is notably wary of her capricious nature and are suspecting she might stab them in the back despite Kal’tsit having a grip on her behaviour. Contrary also gives her STAB Draco Meteor similar destructive properties to Serperior’s STAB Leaf Storm. Ho’olheyak has a need to put the Liberi “back into true form” with the harness she has in the Columbian Astrological Research Association and her dubious connection to stars and space (Rayquaza also went to space in ORAS the same way she assaulted Terra’s International Space Station equivalent in the Lone Trail Intermezzo event). She can learn Cosmic Power and Meteor Beam to harness space’s power. Nature Power also calls STAB Draco Meteor if used in outer space like it does in the Deoxys battle in ORAS’s Delta Episode (which Rayquaza is a major part of). Her base stats are directly calculated from her Elite 2 promotion maximum stats (minus Trust bonuses).

Theme Slate Reasoning: It's more than her Dragon-typing, I promise. She's based on the Quetzalcoatl, Aztec deity. If you know anything about anime/manga, one of the most widely known dragon-centric anime/manga, Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, is home to Lucoa, who is basically the same Quetzalcoatl Ho'olheyak takes herself from. They both have noticeable busts— and Lucoa has an unhealthy obsession with Shouta Magatsuchi — just like how Ho'olheyak has an unhealthy obsession with Muelsyse.

Reasoning: Primary Fire-type as a pyrokinetic fire user and an allusion to Norse mythology via being named after the Jotunn of Fire with the same name as her. Secondary Dark-type is due to her Sarkaz heritage, the race of demons in Arknights' world of Terra. Sturdy, her only Ability, references her second talent causing her to immediately survive what could have possibly been a one-hit kill at 0 HP. Her massive two-handed sword lends her various sword-related moves and Swords Dance to boost the decent Attack stat of hers. As a tower-defence character, Wide Guard gives her the power to support teammates during Doubles matches, and her Elite 2's summoning of a sort of molten giant, also seen in her third Skill, Twilight, gives her volcano and other disaster-based coverage moves (ala the mythological Ragnarök), including the powerful and coveted physically-running EdgeQuake combo and Earth Power if one were to use her 90 Sp. Atk base stat to their own accord. Her origin as a Sarkaz with fleeting memories that she cannot combine coherently along with being found by Rhodes Island with a severe amnesia case, she obviously has Amnesia as flavour, but can be still usual in the right hands knowing that she can also take advantage of Amnesia's stat boosts via the Stored Power niche. Her base stats are, once again, based on her max levelled Elite 2 rank stats like most other Arknights-originating submissions, minus Trust bonuses.

Supernova Cannon -
steel.png
-
4-move-special.png
- 130 BP - 5 PP - 90% - Lowers user’s Sp. Atk stat by 2 stages.

Reasoning: Pure Steel-type due to being a robot android. Her primary ability is Mega Launcher to reference her use of a giant railgun about twice her body size (ala Clawitzer), named Sword of Light: Supernova, referenced in the name of her signature STAB-boosted move, Supernova Cannon, which has the same effect as Fleur Cannon, signature move of fellow female automaton Magearna and gives her a very risky STAB move more powerful than Flash Cannon. Unlike Magearna though, Aris is a robot android made for the purpose of war - behind her game-obsessed façade is a violent robot personality named as the Princess of the Nameless Gods, known as Divi:Sion in an attempt to purge the people of Kivotos. This violent personality surfaces as <Key>, which replaces her blue eyes with red eyes that are slightly pink, to signify her original programming has resurfaced. Her Hidden Ability is Berserk, as a way to reference Aris’s lapse into her murderous robot personality depending on how dire the situation gets for her. As a user of Mega Launcher, she has various coverage move options that get boosted by Mega Launcher such as Aura Sphere, Water Pulse, and Dark Pulse. By running any STAB move, Dark Pulse, Aura Sphere, and Mega Launcher, she employs powerful neutral coverage against the whole metagame. With her railgun, she has various beam-based attacks such as Hyper Beam (Destruction Beam in Japanese, fits her killer gynoid alternate personality), Ice Beam, Charge Beam, and Meteor Beam. Her android nature is additionally bolstered with nanomachines that gives her self-regenerative properties, like Senator Armstrong and his own set of nanomachines (they don’t harden in response to physical trauma though), so she gains reliable recovery in the form of Recover. Her base stats are mainly sourced from her source material, at Level 100 with a 5-star rarity. Her EVA stat results in her base 52 Speed. With a high base Sp. Atk stat of 151 befitting her powerful robotic nature and destructive railgun-totting firepower, it turns her into a potent special wallbreaker that synergises perfectly with her two abilities.

Reasoning: Primary Psychic-type due to her kitsune heritage and usage of a staff like a high fantasy mage, cleric, or healer; owing to her desire to help and protect the operators of Rhodes Island, her secondary Fairy-type serves as a tie to the realmon kitsune Alolan Ninetales, which also has Fairy as its secondary type. Cloud Nine as her primary ability is mainly due to the etymology of the ability in both English and Japanese referring to someone of a carefree or naïve nature (the Psyduck line), which describes Suzuran's innocence quite nicely. Her hidden ability is Tinted Lens, which is more based on the part of Tinted Lens borrowing meaning from the idiom “to view the world through rose-coloured glasses", which ties into Suzuran's optimism and seeing her powers grow to form a figurative protective veil over those who treat a kit like her well as an operator full of innocence trying to find solace in a post-apocalyptic world such as Terra. Her signature move is partially based on her third skill of the same name in her source material, which serves as a Strength Sap clone. In Arknights proper, it slows enemies down near here and heals her and her allies (partially represented here with the ability to learn Heal Pulse), however she is unable to deal any damage while the skill is active, thus having the Status move category; Suzuran's movepool is mostly filled with support options (Status moves) because of her perceived passiveness. Her base stats are calculated from her Elite 2 promotion stats at max level, minus her Trust bonuses.

"You are not prepared, PEASANTS! Long live RAWA THE DRAGON KING!"
Pokémon: Rawa
Franchise/Origin: GigaBash
Intended Tier: Ubers
Type: Dragon/Steel
Ability: Heavy Metal, Ethereal Flame*, Good As Gold (Hidden)
Prevents the Pokémon from being frozen, and also doubles the power of Fire-type moves.
Notable moves: Breaking Swipe, Draco Meteor, Dragon Breath, Dragon Claw, Dragon Dance, Dragon Hammer, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Rage, Dragon Rush, Dragon Tail, Outrage, Scale Shot, Twister, Gyro Ball, Hard Press, Heavy Slam, Iron Defense, Iron Head, Iron Tail, Metal Burst, Metal Claw, Metal Sound, Mirror Shot, Smart Strike, Burn Up, Burning Jealousy, Ember, Eruption, Fire Blast, Fire Fang, Fire Lash, Fire Spin, Flame Burst, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, Heat Crash, Heat Wave, Incinerate, Inferno, Overheat, Raging Fury, Sunny Day, Temper Flare, Will-O-Wisp, Bulldoze, Earthquake, Fissure, Stomping Tantrum, Earth Power, Surf, Hydro Pump, Muddy Water, Leer, Bite, Crunch, Scary Face, Double-Edge, Take Down, Stomp, Ancient Power, Smack Down, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Endure, Brick Break, Hyper Voice, Roar, Thrash
Signature moves:
  • Extinction Beam (Fire, Special, 100 BP, 24 PP max, 100% accuracy) - Fire-type Beak Blast clone. In this two-turn move based on his S-Class special, Rawa erupts into blue-green flames on his first turn; any contact move used against him on the first turn will inflict a burn on his attacker. Then, Rawa unleashes a massive stream of fire from his mouth which concentrates into a tremendously powerful beam of destruction that damages and burns a single enemy.
G-Max Move: G-Max Supernova - Dragon-typed. Creates a massive explosion of fire all around him that damages and burns everyone on the field, both ally and enemy, with the obvious exception of Rawa himself. Any Pokémon hit by this move has a 25% chance of suffering a burn.
Stats: 90 HP/120 Atk/110 Def/120 SpA/110 SpD/50 Spe = 600

Reasoning:
My first choice for Rawa's type combination was actually Dragon/Fire with Steelworker, for reasons which should be obvious given his moveset in GigaBash proper. That said, however, what I had in mind for him was considerably more defensive in nature than a type combo with only five resistances and three weaknesses, so Dragon/Steel it was, going by his being referred to as a literal dragon, his design being based on southeast Asian naga sculptures, and a lot of his scales being golden and highly prized. His custom ability makes up for a lack of fire STAB, being a Water Bubble clone except for the Fire type, while Heavy Metal references his being a kaiju, and Good as Gold is due to the golden armor as well as his being as durable as any other building-smashing bipedal saurian that looks like Gojira, but due to international copyright laws, isn't.
Given that one of Rawa's main STAB moves would probably be Heavy Slam, especially with Heavy Metal, if he gets accepted into this pet mod, assume he has Primal Groudon's height and weight (16'05", 2204.0 lbs).

Competitive Info:
Rawa is very slow, but very deadly. Combining legendary-tier stats, nine resistances, and three different types with a same-type bonus (even if one isn't exactly STAB), the Dragon King is built to take it hard and hit back even harder. Given that his moveset in GigaBash involves a combination of both melee and ranged combat options, I decided to stat him up as a mixed offensive tank with speed as his dump stat to fit his slow, lumbering figure belying immense power and deceptive versatility: if you want to go for a physical set, run him with Dragon Dance, Outrage (or Dragon Hammer if you don't want to lock him into a move for a few turns), and either Gyro Ball or Heavy Slam with Heavy Metal to ensure maximum damage output and utterly crush any unsuspecting Fairy-types besides (alternatively, use Smart Strike if you want to make sure he gets a hit in); if you'd rather use special attacks, run him with Ethereal Flame, Draco Meteor, and Extinction Beam (or either Flamethrower or Fire Blast if you'd rather not waste a turn); and for more defensive sets, Good As Gold synergizes with his solid bulk and excellent defensive typing while still allowing you to max out offensive EVs and mix and match whatever moves you think would work for him - you can even stack him with Stealth Rock, Roar, and Dragon Tail so he can seriously screw with enemy strategies while whittling away at his opponents' health at the same time. Care must be taken not to get too greedy with him, though: he has virtually no way of covering his tail against either the Fighting or Ground types, which are not only his only two type weaknesses but also pack a variety of powerful moves common to competitive play, and his low speed and lack of recovery options on his own can leave him struggling when faced with a counter. Even if The Extinction Dragon may not be as invincible as he seems, though, the right team support and workarounds for his faults can make him a force to be reckoned with.

"Hurrumph! Better yet... Why don't YOU give me YOUR stars. Why, then I could easily conquer this world! Then we could get rid of all wishes, and create a world filled with...WEAPONS!! Over here, NOW! I'll crush you ALL!!!"
Origin: Super Mario RPG
Intended Tier: Ubers
Type: Steel
Ability: Form Forge - Changes Smithy to a different form depending on the first move used after being switched in. Tank form if it's a physical move, Wizard if special, Casket if status and Treasure if the move used is Metronome. The form chosen is kept even after Smithy gets switched out.
Stats: Base-100/100/100/100/100/50 (550)
Tank-100/140/140/60/60/50
Wizard-100/60/60/140/140/50
Casket-100/60/140/60/140/50
Treasure-same as base

Physical: Wood Hammer, Ice Hammer, Stomping Tantrum, Outrage, Earthquake, Bullet Seed, Rock Slide, Iron Head, Body Press, Heavy Slam, Frustration, Bullet Burst, Thousand Arrows, Body Slam, Hard Press, Gigaton Hammer
Special: Draco Meteor, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Fire Blast, Hydro Steam, Scald, Swift, Dark Pulse, Doom Desire, Freeze-Dry, Steam Eruption, Flame Burst
Status: Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Cosmic Power, Recover, Disable, Toxic, Mean Look, Spikes, Metal Sound, Iron Defense, Will-O-Wisp, Metronome

Reasoning:
  • Smithy is a steel-type due to being a blacksmith aswell as having a metallic body.
  • Most of his movepool is either based on the multiple attacks/spells he uses in his fight or borrowed from members of the Smithy Gang(e.g. Bowyer's lightning spells).
  • Doom Desire and Cosmic Power are meant to reference how he destroyed the Star Road and wished to take the star pieces' power for his own gain.
  • I wanted to include all the different transformations present in his 2nd phase, but was having trouble coming up with something for the treasure chest. Making it a frail and slow mixed attacker was a no-go and wouldn't even fit how it works in the game, so I was forced to relegate it to a glorified easter egg with Metronome.

Stats: 130/55/70/135/115/70 (575 BST)

Special: Air Slash, Charge Beam, Discharge, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Electro Ball, Glaciate, Hurricane, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch
Status: Dragon Dance, Nasty Polt, Roar, Roost, Thunder Wave
Reasoning: The Ruined Dragon (or Lord of Lightning) is one of the most popular bosses in Mario Odyssey and deservingly so. Most of his moves and abilities are just referencing generic electric dragon stuff. He gets the ability Lightning Rod because of the rods in his crown you need to pull out. He gets the move Glaciate because of his rematch fight where the floor is made of ice (I didn't give him other ice moves because he can't actually attack using ice in game). Finally, he has really good overall stats but terrible attack because he never actually attacks you physically in game.

"We're playing Beat Saber!" - Frank Bentley in Unlimited Power
Pokémon: Beat Saber Avatar
Franchise/Origin: Beat Saber
Intended Tier: OU
Type: Normal/Psychic
Ability: Adaptability / One-Saber* / Zen Mode
*The user's two-hit moves hit exactly once with triple BP.
Custom moves:
  • Beat Saber - Psychic, Special, 45 BP, 90% Acc, 15 PP | Hits 2 times, with each hit having its own accuracy check. Drains 50% of damage dealt. Physical if Atk > SpA. Slicing move.
  • God Blow - Normal, Physical, 100 BP, 100% Acc, 5 PP | Neutral against Ghost. Special if SpA > Atk. Makes contact regardless of category.
  • Rhythm Strike - Normal, Physical, 65 BP, 80% Acc, 15 PP | If this move successfully landed or was blocked by Protect (or some variant thereof) last turn, then this move has double BP.
Notable moves: Double Hit, Rapid Spin, Explosion, Sacred Sword, Dual Chop, X-Scissor, Darkest Lariat, Gear Grind, Crabhammer, Poltergeist, Ice Spinner, Triple Axel, Secret Sword, Make It Rain, Hurricane, Air Slash, Surf, Thunderbolt, Charge Beam, Scorching Sands, Power Gem, Dark Pulse, Flamethrower, Mystical Fire, Dazzling Gleam, Flash Cannon, Swords Dance, Dragon Dance, Teleport, Haze, Taunt, Recover, Wish, Protect, Will-O-Wisp, Magic Coat, Trick-or-Treat
Other moves: Slash, Pay Day, Psycho Cut, Fury Cutter, Wild Charge, Fly, Thunder, Dragon Pulse, Magical Leaf, Swift, Hidden Power, Tailwind, Sunny Day, Rain Dance, Charge, Rest, Sleep Talk, Attract, Magic Room, Magic Powder, Gravity, Detect, Lucky Chant, Spotlight, Assist
Stats: 100/115/55/115/55/115 | 555 BST

Stats (Zen): 100/100/115/55/115/115 | 600 BST

Reasoning: It's an existence similar to Porygon, namely just programmed data, therefore Normal-type. It's also Psychic-type because lightsabers can be associated with the type just for the "light" in their name (see: Luster Purge, Necrozma, Lumina Crash), and/or because they're traditionally wielded by Jedi who have psychic powers. Beat Saber is all about adapting to the flying blocks, hence Adaptability. (I considered Sharpness but ultimately would not use the term "sharp" to describe laser light.) One-Saber is a self-explanatory mode, usually more challenging than its standard counterparts but limited to Volumes 1-2, five Extras, and two songs from each of Volumes 3-5 and the Camellia pack. Zen Mode is based on the eponymous Solo play modifier that removes all notes, allowing the player to just listen to the songs, which translates to trading power for bulk. (Incidentally, the base 115s are derived from the maximum possible score per note, while the 90% accuracy of the signature move is equal to the threshold of the highest rank in the game: SS.) Rhythm Strike, Double Hit, Dual Chop, and slashing/sword moves are influenced by the core gameplay, while the rest of the movepool is based on songs that are freely available as of Version 1.34.2.
Volume 1
$100 Bills: Pay Day, Make It Rain
Breezer: Flying-type moves
Escape (ft. Summer Haze): Teleport, Haze
Legend (ft. Backchat): God Blow (lyric in the first verse), Taunt

Volume 2

Elixia: Recover, Wish (resembles "elixir")
Rum n' Bass (by Boom Kitty): Explosion, Surf, Thunder(bolt) (inspired by pirates; contains a thunderclap)

Volume 3
Give a Little Love: Attract
Full Charge: Charge (Beam), Wild Charge
Burning Sands: Scorching Sands

Volume 4
Into the Dream: Rest, Sleep Talk, Hypnosis, Dream Eater
It Takes Me: Darkest Lariat, Dark Pulse ("It" is "the darkness")
Spin Eternally: Rapid Spin, Ice Spinner

Volume 5

"It's fine to take your time to decide. But as with everything, the choice is your own."
Pokémon: Eizen
Franchise/Origin: Tales of Zestiria/Berseria
Intended Tier: UU
Type: Rock/Flying
Ability: Reaper's Curse - If the user is Flying-type, then its Ground immunity is downgraded to a resistance (which the Rock part of Eizen's typing makes neutral), and it is left prone to (Toxic) Spikes, Sticky Web, and terrain effects. This Ability cannot be removed, but Air Balloon and Telekinesis cancel it out.
Notable moves: Accelerock, Ice Punch, Poison Jab, Drain Punch, Earthquake, Flare Blitz, Cross Chop, Dragon Ascent, Anchor Shot, Heat Wave, Power Gem, Ice Beam, Giga Drain, Earth Power, Vacuum Wave, Substitute, Hurricane, Shadow Ball, Recover, Wish, Outrage, Dragon Pulse, Dark Pulse, Stone Edge, Protect, Teleport, Revival Blessing
Other moves: Pound, Peck, Low Sweep, Smack Down, Acrobatics, Sky Uppercut, Fire Punch, Gust, Air Slash, Mud Shot, Agility, Heal Pulse, Rock Slide, Circle Throw, Detect
Z-Move: Venom Strike - Rock, Physical, 210 BP | Has combined efficacy with Poison, except against Steel-types. | Requires Stone Edge and Eizenium Z
Stats: 92/91/59/91/91/123 | 547 BST

"Edna..."
Primal Reversion: Eizen-Dragon
Item: Malevolence Overload
Intended Tier: OU
Type: Rock/Dragon
Ability: Multiscale
Stats: 92/121/59/101/111/163 (+30 Atk, +10 SpA, +20 SpD, +40 Spe) | 647 BST

Reasoning: Rock/Flying typing comes from Wielder of Earth and Wind: "A title for one adept at malak earth artes for vitality, and wind artes for flow." (This title is the second from the top.) His "Reaper's Curse" is a unique subversion of the blessings that pour out when a malak receives prayers (as well as a convenient excuse to remove the illogical Ground/hazard/terrain immunities). Protect, Detect, and Teleport correspond to guarding, quicksteps, and switching. The rest of his movepool is based on his artes. (His main forms of offense are martial artes and malak artes: the former physically oriented, and the latter magically oriented.)
Martial
Fate: Pound (weak non-elemental attack)
Verdict: Peck, Low Sweep (weak wind attack; lowers Focus (Speed-ish))
Tempo: Accelerock (weak earth attack)
Eleventh Hour: Smack Down ("Has a chance to knock down enemies.")
Winter Winds: Ice Punch, Poison Jab ("a swift hook surrounded by cold air"; causes poison)
Clear Path: Drain Punch, Acrobatics (described as a hook and absorbs HP; wind-imbued)
Lighthouse: Earthquake, Flare Blitz, Sky Uppercut ("Stomps down with great force"; "follows up with an explosive mid-air uppercut strong enough to shake the earth")
Mirage: Fire Punch ("a white-hot hook")
Coercion: Cross Chop ("Performs a sudden chop")
Last Throes: Dragon Ascent (strong wind attack)
Deceiving Pummel: Anchor Shot ("Causes countless chains to erupt from the ground.")

Malak
Wind Lance: Gust (weak wind attack)
Air Thrust: Air Slash (not-so-weak wind attack)
Hell Gate: Heat Wave (fire+wind attack)
Stone Lance: Power Gem (involves rock)
Frigid Photon: Ice Beam, Giga Drain ("Fires a chunk of ice that shatters into a cascade of ice blossoms upon impact." (reminiscent of early Ice Beam animations); absorbs HP)
Geo Rumble: Earth Power, Mud Shot ("Causes the ground to shake"; inflicts slow)
Flash Step: Vacuum Wave ("Instantly moves to one enemy.")
Illusory Veil: Substitute (grants invulnerability when hit (I kinda had to fudge this one))
Plundering Ghost: Hurricane, Shadow Ball (powerful wind-imbued attack; has "ghost" in the name)

Healing
Quickness: Agility (boosts movement speed)
Resurrection: Recover, Wish, Heal Pulse (restores HP), Revival Blessing

Break
Draconic Drive: Outrage (name association)
Dragon Dive: Dragon Pulse, Dark Pulse ("Unleashes a wave of pure darkness")
Tyrant's Fete: Rock Slide, Stone Edge (earth-imbued)

Other
Road of Survival (Change): Circle Throw ("Knocks enemies back")
Venom Strike (5 BG Mystic Arte; earth-imbued)
His base stats are calculated by taking level 75 stats and dividing HP by 50 while other stats are divided by 2.25, all rounded half down. (Focus becomes Speed because it affects Soul Gauge regeneration, effectively making for faster attacks.)
His dragon form is based on the concept that a malak like him can transform into a dragon when overloaded with malevolence. As foreshadowed in the side quests of Tales of Berseria, this does inevitably happen to him, making him a minor antagonist / side boss in Tales of Zestiria. (Berseria is a prequel to Zestiria, albeit released a year later.)

Pokémon: Nowi
Franchise/Origin: Fire Emblem Awakening
Intended Tier: UU
Type: Dragon/Normal
Ability: Normalize
Custom move: Manakete Breath - Dragon, Physical, 100 BP, 90% Acc, 20 PP | Can only be used by Nowi-Dragon. (This is subject to change if other manaketes make the cut.) Neutral against Fairy and Steel. Can target non-adjacent foes in Triple Battles.
Other moves: Taunt, Detect, Ally Switch, and non-attacking universal TMs from Gen V onward (barring Toxic)
Stats: 80/100/100/92/106/92 | 570 BST

"Ha-HA!"
Primal Reversion: Nowi-Dragon
Item: Nowi's Dragonstone
Type: Dragon
Ability: Levitate
Stats: 80/125/130/107/126/102 (+25 Atk, +30 Def, +15 SpA, +20 SpD, +10 Spe) | 670 BST

Reasoning: Being a manakete gives her the affinity of a dragon, which translates to Dragon typing. Normal typing in base form comes from her human appearance, which cannot attack without a Dragonstone or a Dragonstone+. Normalize in this form stems concurrently from her inability to attack and her likeness to an unarmed civilian. In her dragon form, she can fly but does not have the affinity of a flier, hence pure Dragon with Levitate. She also has only one kind of attack that is purely physical, has no immunities, does not deal less damage against armored units, has a range of 1-2 tiles, and can deal extra damage to opposing dragons with the skill Wyrmsbane. Taunt is inspired by her child-like personality and subsequent tendency to do so, Detect comes from the possibility of evasion, and Ally Switch is based on Dual Guarding. Her growth rates do not translate well to base stats, so I instead compared the stat caps of a manakete to those of other classes, using the villager class as a baseline.

Pokemon: Drake
Series: Cobalt Core
Type: Dragon
Abilities: Blaze/Reckless/Flare Boost
Stats: 87/101/70/95/85/92 (Total: 530)
Signature Move: Sear
- Type: Fire
- Classification: Special
- Power: 50
- Accuracy: 100
- PP: 5 (max 8)
- Effect: Hits twice. Ignores opposing stat changes. Each hit has a 10% chance to flinch the target.
Movepool: Dragon Rush, Outrage, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Flare Blitz, Flame Charge, Flame Wheel, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Heat Wave, Flame Burst, Fire Spin, Temper Flare, Inferno, Freeze Dry, Reversal, Aura Sphere, Sucker Punch, Thief, Dazzling Gleam, Fake Out, Double Edge, Dragon Dance, Will-o-Wisp, Sunny Day, Calm Mind, Taunt, Embargo, Flash
Overview: Can go physical or special, but will probably bias towards Special on account of having better options that way. In the game, you have to manage a heat condition when using her cards, which inspires the choice of Flare Boost, but in exchange they have powerful effects, including high damage, innate armor piercing, and in some cases stunning effects.

Becoming a king means no longer being human.
She was prepared for that ever since she was born.
In short, a king is someone who kills everyone to protect everyone.
The young girl thought about it every night and shuddered until morning came.

Pokémon: Artoria Pendragon (Saber)
Origin: Fate/stay night
Intended Tier: OU
Type: Dragon/Steel
Abilities: Magic Guard / Gluttony / Regenerator
Stats: 80 HP / 110 Attack / 90 Defense / 110 Special Attack / 120 Special Defense / 90 Speed (BST 600)

Notable Moves:

Physical: Dragon Hammer, Outrage, Behemoth Blade, Sacred Sword, Close Combat, Spirit Break, Self-Destruct, Psycho Cut, Solar Blade

Special: Core Enforcer, Dragon Pulse, Flash Cannon, Steel Beam, Air Slash, Hurricane, Earth Power, Giga Drain, Ancient Power

Status: Dragon Dance, Calm Mind, Recover, Iron Defense, Dragon Cheer, Whirlwind

Reasoning:
Funny little creature, marketable love interest, and infamous war criminal all in one (at least until Fate/Zero made her boring), Artoria Pendragon is the result of Merlin splicing one of the 'cores' of a pre-Cambrian super-dragon into Uther Pendragon's unborn child. Somehow, the result came out as a pretty girl instead of a horrific abomination, and said girl became king! This upset a lot of people and was widely regarded as a bad move - including by Artoria herself, who (to cut a long story short) astral-projected to the future to use the wish-granting Holy Grail in Fuyuki City (not to be confused with the one in Britain) to delete herself from the past, until Shirou Emiya convinced her not to do that.

This submission solely focuses on Artoria Pendragon summoned as a Saber-class Servant - due to this, some of Artoria's other abilities are cut off. This is for good reason, because it's canon that she owned dozens of magical weapons and we don't know what most of them do. (Also, she's generally suggested to have been much stronger in life than she usually is.)

Dragon-type because she's an incarnation of the Dragon of Albion and is canonically considered a dragon for magic purposes like dragon-slaying weapons. Steel-type because she can form steel armor directly from her mana, and tends to keep it manifested during combat.

Magic Guard because of her impressive Magic Resistance. Gluttony because she eats more than several people larger than her and would canonically beat every other Servant in the 5th Holy Grail War in an eating contest (which is fairly impressive when Berserker is 2-and-a-half meters tall and built like a brick shithouse). Regenerator because she heals rapidly from wounds and owned three whole immortality-granting artifacts, one of which grants even faster regeneration.

Saber Artoria generally has fairly balanced parameters, though they vary a bit based on who's summoning her. Most of her time in combat is spent swordfighting in close quarters, but when she unleashes purely energy-based attacks they can be a real doozy - hence her mixed attacking spread. Her Special Defense being her best stat is because of her Magic Resistance again.

Movepool!

Dragon Hammer because Dragon Claw didn't really fit and one of her amazing techniques is named Hammer of the Wind King. Outrage because of what happens when you deny her food. Behemoth Blade because she's literally King Arthur (and let's not pretend we don't know who Zacian is supposed to be) and fully activating Excalibur turns it into a colossal blade of light. This also influences Psycho Cut and Solar Blade! Sacred Sword because... um, she's King Arthur, it kinda goes without saying. Close Combat because she does that. Spirit Break because Servants are capable of eating human souls. Self-Destruct because, with Shirou as her Master, fully activating Excalibur drains all her energy and puts her life in jeopardy.

Core Enforcer because, in the Nasuverse, Excalibur was designed to eliminate threats to the planet in a manner similar to Zygarde. Dragon Pulse, Flash Cannon, and Steel Beam because haha pewpew sword-shaped laser cannon. Steel Beam in particular because she can convert her armor directly into fuel for Excalibur. Air Slash and Hurricane because of her aerokinetic abilities, which she mainly uses to boost her sword (and conceal its identity), but which she is also fully capable of just blasting people with. Earth Power because Excalibur draws power from the planet and there's also this one move in that one wgame where she makes energy run along the ground (trust me, my uncle works at r/respectthreads). Giga Drain because of the souls thing again. Ancient Power because, again, she's an incarnation of a pre-Cambrian super-dragon.

Dragon Dance because she uses wacky dragon powers to boost her strength and speed. Calm Mind because she generally keeps a calm demeanor and avoids letting her emotions influence her decisions (again, before Fate/Zero made her boring). Recover for the same reason as Regenerator, Iron Defense for the same reason as her Steel typing. Dragon Cheer because she's both a dragon and an excellent leader. Whirlwind because of the aerokinesis again.
