My apologies, I think I sent you the wrong Ditto (Jolly instead of Adamant) by mistake. However, I'm not sure if my Dittos will count as foreign for you, since my game is also in English. If you still want the adamant one anyway, just deposit something new in the GTS, I have it ready to send.
