Hello everyone I am relatively new to the IV and EV scene. It was suppose to be a tad streamlines for X and Y and I am wondering out of the 6 base stats which 5 (six would take to long and I'd have to get lucky) would be the best for an Fennekin? Also would it be a good idea to evolve it? I do not really want to, I want an awesome Fennekin on my teem
