DP Arcanine .

The EVs are very specific on this type of Arcanine, as the HP and Defense EVs will maximize defensive capabilities while still 2HKOing Heatran and Infernape and being able to outspeed Jolly Tyranitar plus those that aim to outspeed Jolly Tyranitar by a single point. This is very important as you will be able to further diminish Tyranitar's Attack with Will-o-Wisp before it can hit you with an Earthquake, which (with the suggested HP and Defense EVs) won't KO anyways.

Could this Arcanine survive a Jolly Tyranitar's Stone Edge with both W-o-w & Intimidate factored in?

*Say they both come in after a Pokemon has successfully used Destiny Bond on its foe.

Would be great to add in those calculations to the first post, specifically in the EV explanation paragraph.

Why would T-tar go with Earthquake, and not Stone Edge? :o Either way it doesn't 2HKO after Intimidate and Burn, unless its Adamant and CB.

Don't forget that Charm is an option over Will-O-Wisp if you want to lower the attack further of physical Fire types.

EDIT: In response to MetaNite below, Charm is 100% accurate

Does anybody else think Wide Lens may be the superior item option, because since Will-O-Wisp is such an important move, you can't really afford it if it misses. Wide Lens would also give Fire Blast extra accuracy so you can have more power and less risk.
