Welcome to my first 6th gen team baised around originally, belly drum azumaril. Originally azumaril was nothing more than a small time neich pokemon in ou in prievous gens. Now the aqua rabbit has acess to a stunning new typing, with immunity to dragon and over 6 very common attacking types in exchange for three weaknessEs and no steel ressitance, make the aqua rabbit better than ever.

Landerous the roam has always been a favourite of mine. It's ability to check and counter so many offensive threats such as terrakion is pre found. His role of bulky pivot is to allow for the team to acess sr very easily and switch into threats to azumaril such as angilslash and switch out of tricky situations to the proper counter or check with u-turn.

Azumaril hits the ground running in 6th gen with its new found typing and set the belly drummer. Althrough the choice set is still argubly better, the danger this set poses is unquestionable. Being able to Plow through the metagame with little effort, with a little help of course. Azumaril maximises bulk and attack in order to be able to take a small hit and dish out damage as anything hit by superpower ie ferro would be slower. Rough play is there for when azumaril cannot set up and still maintain usefulness with the coverage it provides, while mystic water keeps aqua jet stronger with or with out a boost

Megavenasaur is an interesting pokemon. While many megas went the route of an offensive nature, venasaur went bulky and tank like. His new ability thick fat rids him of 2 very anoying weaknesses in ice and fire, effectively making him only weak to psychic and flying

Common ressistances in sacrifice of leftovers. Venasaur stands as this teams answer to threats such as keldeo, breloom and rotom-w, a job which he acells in. The weather nerf made synthesis more viable this gen as rain and sand become less abigutious, sleep powder allows venasaur to cripple threats for a potential sweep, giga drain allows for stab recovery move and sludge bomb become excellent stab against fairies and grass ttypes.

The original shadow tag user is back and while wobbufet has fallen from grace, it's still good at what it does, trapping choice users and encoding set up users to make life easier for the team. This set differs from normal wobbufet sets and utilises destiny bond and custaph berry to go drag it's opponent down with it and with no wish support or recovery of its own wobbuffet finds its self often in the position of low health and will often either come in later to drag its opponent with it or kill the next Pokemon that comes out. Wobbuffet is also here to set up azumaril who aprchiated encored stat boosting moves or dragon type moves lock in for easy set up

Heatran had it rough last gen, the domience of rain and fighting types hurt him greatly, this gen however takes away heatrans dark and ghost weaknesses for a nerf to rain and fighting Es, as well as making him a greater offensive brute being able to now abuse his steel stab and 4x fairy ressistances against the pink menaces. Heatran is here to lay down some serious bulky offensiveness and serves as a solid check and counter to many steels fairies and bug types to which he acells in. Air ballot allows him to switch into earthquakes from lando and gliscor and force them out or face death. Fire blast acts as powerful stab, while flash cannon and earth power allow it to hit other heatran and faired hard. Modest nature was chosen to allow heatran to hit as hard as possible.

Genesect is back and so is his famous or should I say infamous choice scarf set. While he has taken a hit this gen with fairies resisting bug and the removal of his dark and ghost ressistances, his flawless coverage, great ability ability and great typing make him the best choice scarf user in ou. His role of choice user is to check and wear down the enemy team with a barrage of coverage moves mewo would be proud of.
