Stage: **** Nature: Quiet (+1 SpA, -15% Speed, -10% Evasion) Type: Dragon / Flying Dragon: Dragon STAB. Flying: Flying STAB; immunity to Ground attacks and the Arena Trap Ability except under the effects of Smack Down and Gravity, even for ground-based flying Pokemon. Unaffected by Spikes or Toxic Spikes. when switching in.
Abilities:
Natural Cure: (Passive) This Pokemon's body has the ability to heal itself of status afflictions over time, it goes into effect six (6) actions after being inflicted with a status. In switch battles, this Pokemon heals all status effect when switched out. Cloud Nine (HA Unlocked): (Trigger) While the Pokemon is in play, dense clouds blot out the sky. The effects of Weather are nullified, although any existing weather remains present and the weather can still be changed. If this Pokemon has an Ability that is only active in a specific weather, its own Ability is not affected by this Pokemon's Cloud Nine.
Mega Abilities: Pixilate (Mega): (Toggle) By default, this Pokemon's Normal-type moves are Fairy-type moves, and have an additional two (2) BAP boost. When toggled, this Pokemon's Normal-type attacks have their BAP increased by two (2). Only Normal-typed moves changed by Pixilate receive this boost, and not all Fairy-type moves. If a Pokemon has been skill-swapped multiple abilities that change Normal-type attacks, the attacks become dual-typed, but the BAP boosts of the abilities do not stack.

Mawile [Mawile] (F)
Stage: **** Nature: Adamant (+1 Atk, -1 SpA) Type: Steel / Fairy Steel: Steel STAB; immune to Sandstorm damage, immune to Poison/Toxic status, but can be corroded specifically by Acid and Acid Spray, making them susceptible to Poison-type attacks and Poison/Toxic Status. Fairy: Fairy STAB.
Abilities:
Hyper Cutter: (Passive) This Pokemon always keeps its claws/teeth/pincers extremely sharp, and thus cannot have its attack reduced. Intimidate: (Trigger) When this Pokemon initially goes out into the battlefield, it generates an intimidating roar or battle cry that shakes all opponents on the battlefield, reducing their Attack stage by one (1). The attack drop is maintained at the end of each round. If an opponent switches in a new Pokemon, Intimidate can be activated again as a Command, and will affect all opponents. Sheer Force (HA Unlocked): (Toggle) By default this Pokemon can energize all its attacks with a secondary effect (These are damaging moves that either lower the target's stats, raise the user's stats, or inflict a status condition on the target). The Base Attack Power of every move with a secondary effect increases by two (2), but they will never have their usual secondary effect. When toggled, no effect.
Mawile [Mawile] (F) Nature: Adamant (+1 Atk, -1 SpA) Type: Steel / Fairy Steel: Steel STAB; immune to Sandstorm damage, immune to Poison/Toxic status, but can be corroded specifically by Acid and Acid Spray, making them susceptible to Poison-type attacks and Poison/Toxic Status. Fairy: Fairy STAB.
Abilities:
Huge Power (Mega): (Passive) This Pokemon's has immense inner strength that grows with its development, raising its Attack Rank (e.g. before Nature) is doubled. If this Pokemon does not naturally have this Ability, its Attack Rank is instead increased by one (1).
Mawile's mighty punch smacks Bibarel into the sky like a baseball. The curled-up beaver Pokemon vanishes deep into the thicket.
"Oh jeez, there he goes. I don't hold anything against you. But, if Bibarel finds out that I didn't at least make an effort to fight on his behalf, he might feel betrayed. So, here I come. Be on your guard."
"A couple Fire attacks coming your way. Please don't be alarmed or frightened." Mystical Fire > Psychic > Mystical Fire

IF Metal Burst THEN Thunder Wave, pushing back.

IF Hattrem is under the effects of Endure when you would act, AND it has 1 HP remaining, use Toxic that action instead and push back.
"I don't think I'm liable to be taken advantage of. If somebody becomes too troublesome, there are Pokemon much stronger than me who will deal with them."
"Speaking of strong Pokemon, I know one who says her lineage goes all the way back to when this area was totally barren! Can you imagine it? It's hard to visualize, but I suppose it would stand to reason that this forest wasn't around forever... Anyways, she's a nice mon. Very older-sisterly."
Mystical Fire > Psychic > Mystical Fire
IF Sucker Punch OR under P/E THEN Life Dew.
[CASOA] IF Enduring THEN Dark Pulse.
The Hattrem collapses to its knees, exhausted to the core.
"Well, that's all the battling I'm capable of. Looks like you two are almost at your limits, too. I've performed my duty well enough; time to see how Bibarel is doing. Good luck with, uh, whatever it is you're doing. I guess."
The Hattrem waves goodbye, then teleports away.
You and your teammates take a short rest before you dislodge your kayak and proceed down the river's arm.
The stream gradually widens, which makes navigation much faster and easier than before. In fact, it doesn't take long before you reach the end of the arm. As it happens, this stream feeds into a wide lake, 100 meters in diameter. In the center of the lake, the peak of a submerged stone structure can be seen jutting out of the water. You bring the kayak towards the stone structure to investigate.
However! Right as you begin to paddle the kayak forward, something from underneath the water rams into your craft! Mawile and Tyl hold their footing on the boat, but you careen over the edge! Then you feel a sharp beak tugging on your leg as you are pulled forcefully down, down into the depths of the water...
P2X7 how will your Pokemon retrieve you from the water?
Mawile tosses handfuls of pointy rocks towards Tyl. Where the stones make contact with the bird's downy fluff, they stick to it like crumbs to a bedsheet. Tyl, who is now armed with makeshift barbs, then nosedives into the water to retrieve her Trainer.
What Tyl sees under the water's surface is a wild Empoleon clinging to her dear Trainer with murderous intent. Swiftly, Tyl rams into the penguin -- the attack causes the Empoleon to release you, which allows your life vest to buoy you upwards to safety.
Success! +2 TC
Mawile hoists you back onto the kayak, then Tyl too breaches the water. But the Empoleon is not far behind. Like a torpedo, it zips up from the depths. Then, floating at the water's surface, it addresses you:
"My brothers and sisters in the forest have spoken much of you to me, since your arrival. They say that the three of you are coordinated, quick-thinking, and above all: exceedingly violent. I wanted to confirm this myself -- and indeed you have met my expectations.
"I heard about your battles thus far, too. The Pokemon you've encountered, surely have been... for the most part amiable, no? Fiesty, maybe. But mostly they are young, and they are kind, and they are doormats. My ancestors were too. The fabled king of antiquity walked all over my ancestors; used them for profit. One day, when they got tired of being exploited, the Grass Pokemon united to smash down the king's grand treasury beneath vines and trees, and the Water Pokemon drowned it underneath a torrent of water.
"To think that the story would end there was perhaps one last facet of the ancient Pokemons' kindness. But when the king himself came, furious and tempestuous, searching for his buried plunder... without mercy, the Pokemon that served him sentenced him.
"Ah, but I have prattled on long enough. In carrying out the ancient traditions, so too shall you be judged. And since my comrades in the forest have grown soft with time, and have forgotten the old stories, I shall be the one to carry out your judgement."

From beneath the lake, a huge mass of garbage and sludge emerges. By its shape, you identify it as a Garbodor. "(buuurp) Any opening statements from the defense?"
"Ah; of course. The warrior survives only as long as the war."

IF Garbodor is under the effects of a successful P/E move when you would act, use Dragon Dance the first instance and Tailwind the second, pushing back each instance. Do not play this substitution consecutively.
[Check at the start of the action] IF there are at least 2 layers of Spikes on your side of the field a3, use Defog that action instead.
"Hmm... She doesn't seem like she's lying." "You fool! It's always the aggressor who gives excuses like, 'I didn't even hit them that hard,' or, 'I was going easy on them,' or so on! I'm sure once the victim gives their side of the story, you'll understand!"
"Your first encounter was with, let's see... Sliggoo and Misdreavus, yes? Garbodor! Go fetch one of them to testify!" "(belch) Right away!"
Switch to Empoleon.

IF you do not have a Substitute when you would act a3, use Roost that action instead.
IF Fire Spin misses a2, use Fire Spin a3.
"Oh! You take me for a liar? How hurtful. In that case: I will simply have Garbodor bring the first witness he finds." The Garbodor slides onto the water and drifts away.
