Did you read where it was hidden power grass? Not every rotom has to be a washing machine. Hidden power grass would be a superior option over one more iv in special attack.

I obviously read that but I wouldn't run a nerfed hp grass on any rotom, anyway. Waste of a move slot, imo.

It's an 8. I wasn't sure when I originally offered him cause I got him in a trade a few days ago and that guy didn't tell me, but I just checked it for you in the Battle Institute. If you're still interested in him I'd like to trade for the Litwick.

If it's brave, it should be 0 or low in speed because you want to move last so you'll still be in shield form to take an attack. I already have one like that so no thanks.
