as long as you abuse the right time, delay and frame, yep ! but just because you have the spread doesn't mean you won't have to work to actually hit it....sorry if i am misunderstanding you;;;

If you are talking about flawless spreads, I've seen people have a couple, but I would start with one. If you aren't, you can have many spreads, though a lot...will be crap.

Okay, the way it will work is if you abuse for a shiny spread of modest 31s, it will have to be in a certain method (say method J), and that seed will have times and delays attached to it. Once you get that spread shiny via the abuse, you will have to choose one of the times + delays, and SR until you hit the exact time and delay, then advance the RNG until you hit the frame, engage the legendary, and if you got everything right, you will have the shiny pokemon :)

oh, don't give up ! And plus, you never know, you could have a good shiny spread hidden away :) (I've found a Modest 26/15/31/31/23/31 on my most recent reset, not perfect but it's nothing to scoff at either.)

And the shiny spread also goes for all the pokemon - say you abuse your SID for a modest 31/31/31/31/31/31 Method J. You can catch all Method J pokemon with that :) So it's not just one pokemon, it's basically resetting for a whole spread. And, it is a lot of work, but once you hit it, it's a good feeling :) (I know, hitting my first RNG legendary, I was so happy~)

Now, that is different. For that you most likely will have abuse your ID/SID. (search for spreads in either PokeRNG or RNG reporter first (I prefer RNG reporter, but it does take longer to check), to see if you have anything good. But if you are looking for flawless, high chances are you won't. :\) Here (http://www.smogon.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1822052&postcount=11) is a good guide located in the PRNG help topic.

I myself haven't used the rebattle legend code (I've opted to restart my games) so I cannot speak on that account, sorry :|;; But I've seen others around here use the code and they've come out ok :')

And I just want to warn you (though you probably already know) but do not ask for AR codes around here. Just search around google :)

Yep, it's a simple thing :) And sometimes that happens, I had a ID/SID combo that was almost exactly the same once.

If you caught it, you cannot recatch it again, unless you use AR + the rebattle legend code, or restart your game. Also, in HGSS if you faint a legendary, after you beat the elite 4 again they respawn. (This works the same in D/P/Pt, i do believe) This will not work if you catch them though.
