If you're SRing for a legend with that spread for example, you start at frame 1, 211-1 = 210 frames you need to advance. A journal page that says "caught ()" will advance the frame by two,, so you need to flip 105 times.

To find a time, put it into the RNG reporter's seed totime function. Keep the coin flip app open and make a note of the coin flips, you'll know you got your delay when they match.

Also I've been SRing for two hours, got my delay once but messed up on my flips, I suck now :(

But all of these are great low frame seeds I have researched. They're all method J unless specified. You can of course ignore the shiny ones since they won't apply to your game.

For breeding, use C207027E for anything physical.

I can share some good seeds I found too if you want. :)

Click DPPt time finder, click the 'capture' tab. Input all you need (unless you are very patient, try not to go over frame 1000 because then it gets tedious). It takes awhile to find all your spreads, but when it does, just look through what you need. When you right click, there should be something that says 'generate times' and from there adjust the year as needed.

What I like to do is search a wide variety of times. For example, my delay is 604, so I set the year to 2050 and the delays as either 554/604 or 604/654. This saves time because then you search all the spreads you want for half a century so you don't have to go to individual years and search shit over and over again.

With capturing Pokemon, it's all a matter of advancing the frame. It differs for each Pokemon, but the RNG guide gives details on what frame certain Pokemon start on.

To give an example, let's take Shaymin, which starts on frame one. Your target spread is, say, frame 101. So you subtract 101 - 1 = 100 frame you need to advance. Going to a journal page that shows a caught Pokemon advances the frame by two, so you would have to flip to those pages 50 times.

For eggs, the NPCs move at a very fast rate and advance the frame for you, so it's mostly a matter of timing. I usually try to collect the egg as soon as I can for a consistent timed frame.

Hitting a stable delay is just patience. Just keep calibrating until you hit a semi-consistent delay (like you hit it every 4 times or so). Seconds are also important, but it's far easier to hit a consistent one. Once you get done with it, I can share many of the seeds I've researched and use on a daily basis, most of them are incredibly easy/low frame.
