Full Movepool

Yeah. Thats a lot of good moves. but what does this actually did in practice?
Positives:
- Great support movepool like stealth rock, dual screens, thunder wave and u-turn allow it to be a lead effectively
- 130 defenses allow itto be quiet a good hit taker, and U-turn is able to bring in slower teammates.
- Good bulk allows it to utilise a calm mind set as a bulky sweeper
- Immunity to spikes, toxic spikes and ground moves on a defensive pokemon not weak to stealth rock is good defensive traits
Negatives:
- By Far the biggest issue is it lacks any sort of reliable recovery, allow it to be worn down significantly throughout a game by opposing stealth rock or permanently put on a timer by toxic, and leftovers can't do everything to fix the issue
- Incredibly Vulurable to any knock off user, even after tera as losting leftovers were devastating enough
- Lack of Taunt and medicore speed means it's lead set weren't as effective against anti-lead measures
- Using Mental herb can help with the aforementioned issue but it means passing on other items such as light clay or colbur berry, and it only work once which means they can e.g. just taunt again
- Passivity on all of offensive, lead and defensive movesets means it can be take advantage of by
- Generally outclassed by fellow Psychic types like hatterene, azelf, espeon and even cresselia both offensively and Defensively
- Azelf also has most traits Uxie had at the lead slot besides memento but Azelf also packs high speed, taunt, explosion and fire blast. (Maybe a bit repetitive from the last sentense)
- Psychic is not a good typing Defensively, which means you might need to tera to even find a value out of Uxie

Terastal Potential:
Fairy: That was probably the most obvious one. Fairy is a good defensive typing and it resists bug and dark, and being neutral to ghost, the typing whose psychic is weak to.
Steel: Another Good Defensive Typing whose levitate protects it from ground moves, allowing it to better make use of its defensive stats.
Ghost: Suicide lead sets with memento might want tera ghost to spinblock aginst great tusk or other relevant spinners in the lower tiers, though it provide less value defensively

Potential Sets (Most sets copied directly from gen 8 zu sample sets lol cuz im lazy)
1. Suicide Lead
Uxie @ Mental Herb
Ability: Levitate
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Memento / U-turn
- Encore
- Yawn

This set was really just a suicide lead whose designed to allow it to set up stealth rock early game and gain momentum on HO teams. Tera Ghost to prevent it's rocks being spinned away, and Mental Herb + Encore makes it less passive. Though in a higher tier I heavily Suggests other better sucide leads like Azelf in this role.

2. Screens Setter
Uxie @ Light Clay
Ability: Levitate
Tera Type: Fairy / Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Magic Coat
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- U-turn / Memento

Just like the last set, it was a suicide lead set. But this time, with Dual Screens. Magic Coat allow it to bounce back taunts which are mandatory to make this set functional, And dual screens are self-explanatory, finally u-turn brings in teamates while allow uxie to potentially setup another screens later, but memento can be used too to okay effect. I chosen the Tera type to be Fairy or Steel since spin-blocking was useless on a set without hazards. Just like the last set it was generally outclassed in the role, but maybe
it can work in a lower tier...

3. Trick Room Setter
Uxie @ Mental Herb
Ability: Levitate
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Trick Room
- Stealth Rock
- Memento / U-turn
- Foul Play / Thunder Wave / Psychic

a.k.a. broken bear. Cough Cough. Uxie can be decent Trick Room Setter whose main advantage was packing Stealth Rock. Foul Play was used to punishes physical attackers, but you can switch for a support move like thunder wave or Psychic to do damage. Unfortunately it just wasn't too distinguished besides that. Cresselia packing Lunar Dance, and Brokengearna had a high special attack stat and insane versatility. It probably would work in a tier where Cress Does not exist.

4. Calm Mind
Uxie @ Grassy Seed / Electric Seed
Ability: Levitate
Tera Type: Fairy / Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 16 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Calm Mind
- Stored Power
- Draining Kiss
- Rest

Don't use this set in OU. This set sucks. If you are really desperately wanting to try out an set up varient on Uxie, this is probably the best shot. The seed gives a defense boost to Uxie and Calm Mind Means it boosts Special Defense as well. Not because it was outclassed but really it just can be overwhelmed too easily by almost anything in OU. Yeah, rest means not worried about toxic but Specs Pult just two shot you and there would be that. That said, in a lower tier I could find this to be devastating and Tera helps it accrue those Special Defense wanted. You HAD to pair it with Rilaboom or Pincurchin to let this set even function though so this is a limiting factor.

Other Options: Sunny Day could be used on Uxie with Heat Rock, but sun just wasn't that good. Nasty Plot boosts more instantly, but- just use better psychic types like mesprit instead. Uxie was too slow and weak to be a effective nasty plot sweeper. Trick Scarf shouldn't really be used because you are basically forced to trick in every single game (lol) because it lacks any sort of real power.

Conclusion
Uxie was really hampered too much without a reliable recovery move too much. Even a 8 PP healing move changed everything, as it allow Uxie to stick in the game.
Expect Uxie to be a PU or if more optimistic, NU pokemon.
It just really isn't that good and I definitely want it to be buffed one day.

First time trying to make a analysis so feel free to correct my mistakes!
Save them as WIP to not accidentally lost them

can be an interesting lead with how strong screens are rn. reflect, light screen, yawn and uturn w light clay and full defensive EVs is a good set. Think Uxie could weridly find a nice in OU.
