Just adding two more. Also sorry for the delay, I'll open submissions for 1 more day and then we can move on to voting!

Pokemon: Articuno
Type: Ice/Flying
BST:
70/60/100/115/100/125
Abilities: Water Absorb/Tinted Lens/Magic Guard
New Moves: Earth Power, Volt Switch, Quiver Dance
Removed Moves: None
Justification/Niche: Earth Power for coverage against Steels, Volt Switch for coverage and pivoting with Magic Guard. Water Absorb is for use in rain teams as Articuno fires off accurate Hurricanes, while using Volt Switch against enemy Water types. Quiver Dance gives it a boosting move. No type is immune to Ice or Flying moves, so using a Tinted Lens gives it extra power.

Pokemon: Archeaops
Type: Fighting/Flying
BST:
75/110/65/130/65/125
Abilities: No Guard/Guts/Reckless
New Moves: Brave Bird, Hi-Jump Kick, Hurricane
Removed Moves: None
Justification/Niche: Something new for the typing- a mixed sweeper that can utilise the Special Attacking stat! Archaeops has a small yet serviceable special movepool including Earth Power and Focus Blast- so why not give it a No Guard set abusing Hurricane/Focus Blast/Earth Power? Of course, you can still use its physical options such as No Guard Hi-Jump Kick or Reckless Brave Bird. It's still a glass cannon, but with more speed and better abilities, it's not as hard to use as it was before.

Pokemon: Machamp
Type: Fighting
BST:
110 (+20) / 135 (+5) / 100 (+20) / 65 / 85 / 55 (550)
Abilities: Iron Fist / No Guard / Thick Fat
New Moves: Mach Punch, Slack Off, Drain Punch
Justification/Niche: Regular Machamp, but physicaly bulkier, and acess to STAB priority and recovery. It even has more sets to run. Still slow and not really special bulky though.
Sample movesets:
Machamp @ Leftovers
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Dynamic Punch
- Mach Punch
- Heavy Slam / Knock Off
- Slack Off

Machamp @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bulk Up
- Mach Punch
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch

Pokemon: Crabominable
Type: Fighting / Ice
BST:
97 / 132 / 77 / 62 / 67 / 118 (+75) (553)
Abilities: Hyper Cutter / Iron Fist / Refrigerate
New Moves: Mach Punch, Ice Shard, Thunder Punch
Justification/Niche: Now it has speed, with Refrigerate. Now it can spam an ice move that doesn't lower it's speed. Its also got dual STAB priority and coverage for water types. Suffers 4-Moveslot syndrome though, as it wants both priotities, both STABs and Thunder Punch.
Sample moveset:
Crabominable @ Life Orb
Ability: Refrigerate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Return
- Close Combat
- Thunder Punch / Mach Punch
- Ice Shard / Mach Punch

Pokemon: Electivire
Type: Fighting / Electric
BST:
75 / 123 / 67 / 95 / 85 / 125 (+30) (570)
Abilities: Motor Drive / Iron Fist / Mold Breaker
New Moves: Drain Punch, Mach Punch, Close Combat
Justification/Niche: Just another fast and frail Physical Electric Type, But actually viable. Iron Fist boosted Thunder Punch is as strong as Wild Charge, meaning it no longer has to rely on recoil. It also has STAB priority and Ice coverage.
Sample moveset:
Electivire @ Life Orb
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Thunder Punch
- Close Combat / Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Ice Punch

Pokemon: Passimian
Type: Fighting
BST:
100/120/90/50(+10)/65(+5)/100(+20) 525
Abilities: Trace/Defiant/Emergency Exit
New Moves: Seed Bomb, Slack Off, Knock Off
Justification/Niche: Passimian is now able to function better as a pivot and revenge killer thanks to increase in speed and usable abilities.
Sample moveset:
Passimian @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Emergency Exit
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- U-turn
Pokemon: Beartic
Type: Fighting / Ice
BST:
95/130/80/70/80/70 (+20) 525
Abilities: Sheer Force/Slush Rush/Swift Swim
New Moves: Ice Shard, Drain Punch, Thunder Punch
Justification/Niche: Functions better as a weather sweeper.
Sample moveset:
Beartic @ Leftovers
Ability: Slush Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Icicle Crash
- Drain Punch
- Thunder Punch
- Swords Dance
Pokemon: Raichu
Type: Fighting / Electric
BST: 80
(+20)/95(+5)/60(+5)/85(-5)/80/125(+15) 525
Abilities: Electric Surge/Motor Drive/Volt Absorb
New Moves: Aura Sphere, High Jump Kick, Ice Punch
Justification/Niche: Stats set it apart more from Alolan-Raichu as well as being faster and bulkier to keep up with OU threats.
Sample moveset:
Raichu @ Choice Band
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Extreme Speed
- High Jump Kick
- Ice Punch
- Volt Switch

Pokemon
: Hariyama
Type: Fighting
BST: 150 / 130 / 100 / 20 / 100 / 70
Abilities: Thick Fat / Guts / Unaware (HA)
New Moves: Mach Punch, Slack Off, Drain Punch
Removed Moves: None
Justification/Niche: Ever wanted a truly bulky Fighting-type that will stand out from other pure Fighting-type? Hariyama's main problem is that his lack of recovery moves and sub-par defenses had made it far less durable than it looks likes, and now those two issues are fixed. And it also got Unaware instead of Sheer Force (because Guts generally overshadow it) in a case of setup Sweepers, making its bulk even scarier. It also got Mach Punch to compensate its low Speed, and it retains Thick Fat if you still wanted it to deal with the Ice-type threats (not my slate-winner Cryogonal though), especially with the surprisingly increasing amount of potentially viable Ice-type Pokémon on the rise.

Pokemon
: Crabominable
Type: Fighting/Ice
BST: 95 / 135 / 85 / 65 / 80 / 105
Abilities: Mold Breaker / Iron Fist / Defiant (HA)
New Moves: Mach Punch, Ice Shard, Drain Punch
Removed Moves: None
Justification/Niche: Crabominable's biggest problems are its awful Speed which does not compliment the Fighting/Ice type at all. Here, the Speed is fixed to a more useful 105 and can finally use the two Priority moves Mach Punch and Ice Shard, and can ignore most hazardous Abilities with Mold Breaker, hit harder for Punching moves with Iron Fist, or make an Intimidate bait with Defiant. It also gains Drain Punch to maintain survivability. However, this one still had no Sword Dance, and it needs Bulk Up or Defiant to boost its Attack. Other than these, Crabominable had become a laughable let-down into a formidable beast.
----

Pokemon
: Luxray
Type: Fighting/Electric
BST: 80 / 125 / 80 / 85 / 80 / 120
Abilities: Electric Surge / Intimidate / Guts (HA)
New Moves: Sword Dance, Close Combat, Gunk Shot
Removed Moves: None
Justification/Niche: It does not gain Volt Tackle, but there is a reason why; Electric Surge. It makes Luxray's Wild Charge hit harder than a truck, and able to support fellow like Alolan-Raichu. It also gains Sword Dance for a setup Sweep, especially with the Guts boost. It still had no coverages against Ground-type, so it need to either hit it in one shot or leave the job for the Water or Grass allies. It also cannot recover outside of Leftover, in addition to be not really durable.

Pokemon: Bewear
Type: Fighting
BST: 115/120/90/30/105/110
Abilities: Fur Coat (Iron Fist)
New Moves: Drain Punch, Mach Punch, Iron Head
Justification/Niche: Bewear lacked speed and Special Defense, so it has it now. I decided to ditch Fluffy for Fur Coat as it is a much better ability. An effective Fire weakness is not good for something that already has a somewhat mediocre defensive typing. I also decided to give it Iron Fist so it could benefit from the punching moves that are great on it (Drain Punch, Mach Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch). I gave it Drain Punch for recovery, Mach Punch for priority, and Iron Head for Fairy-types. However, it is still threatened by certain scarf users such as Lele, so I think it's balanced.
Sample Set:

Bewear @ Assault Vest
Ability: Fur Coat / Iron Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly / Impish Nature
- Mach Punch
- Drain Punch
- Iron Head
- Ice Punch / Thunder Punch

(God I hope I did this right)

Pokemon:
Emolga
Type: Electric/Fighting
BST: 95 (+40) / 75 / 105 (+45) / 110 (+35) / 120 (+60) / 65 (-38) = 570 BST
Abilities: Static / Filter / Motor Drive (HA)
New Moves: Aura Sphere, Sludge Bomb, Calm Mind
Removed Moves: Air Slash, Tailwind, U-Turn, Agility, Speed Swap
MUAHAHAHAHA THE EMOLGA YOU KNEW AND... loved... IS DEAD, MEET THE NEW AND IMPROVED KUNG FU EMOLGA, MUAHAHAHAH....

Well, let me explain. While a fast and powerful physical Electric/Fighting is great and there's nothing like it in OU, I wanted to go down the special route, as both types offer good STABs in Thunderbolt and Aura Sphere/Focus Miss. But, special Electric-types are plentiful, which makes it hard for a new one to creep in. Magnezone can trap, Tapu Koko has Electric Terrain, and Mega Manectric outspeeds everything (including TO Unfezant ;~;), Rotom has utility from from New York to Tokyo, and Zapdos has Defog with a good typing. But there is ONE thing that an OU Electric-type fails to accomplish and that is a bulky Calm Mind sweeper, which really no Electric-type does, as Raikou isn't what you call bulky by OU standards and has no recovery. This is why I went with the Emolga we now have.

Onto the Pokemon itself, Emolga now sports great 95/105/120 bulk with access to reliable recovery in Roost. Electric/Fighting, while a great offensive typing, is not a bad defensive typing, only having 3, albeit common, weaknesses and notable resistances to Rock, Dark, and Electric. Plus, Emolga now has a good ability in Filter, somewhat mitigating it's weaknesses. These factors make Emolga good at it's niche, setting up Calm Minds and sweeping through a team. Good bulk and Filter provide set up opportunities and STAB in Thunderbolt and/or Aura Sphere can break through teams, with aid from Hidden Power [Ice] for Landorus or Sludge Bomb for Fairies (particularly the Tapus), with recovery in Roost to round it out. Otherwise, Emolga does get Nuzzle, Knock Off, Encore, and Taunt, making a defensive set plausible.

By the way, I chose to do this to Emolga because it already had access to recovery, meaning that I could give it Fighting STAB, Sludge Bomb, and Calm Mind and I didn't want to buff Ampharos (who has access to Focus Blast) because Mega Ampharos exists. I could've done this to Alolan Raichu (who has Focus Blast and Calm Mind), but that wouldn't be as fun, wouldn't it?
Calm Mind:
Emolga @ Leftovers
Ability: Filter
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt / Aura Sphere
- Hidden Power [Ice] / Sludge Bomb
- Roost
- Calm Mind
Recommended to run TBolt with HP Ice and Aura Sphere with Sludge Bomb. Another option is Taunt for stallbreaking, but mono-Attacking is not recommended for an Electric/Fighting-type.

Defensive Pivot:
Emolga @ Leftovers
Ability: Filter / Static
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Nuzzle / Aura Sphere
- Taunt / Toxic
- Roost
- Volt Switch

(Rain) Offensive Pivot:
Emolga @ Assault Vest / Leftovers
Ability: Filter / Motor Drive
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt / Thunder
- Aura Sphere
- Sludge Bomb / Hidden Power [Ice]
- Volt Switch

Pokemon: Mienshao
Type: Fighting
BST: 77 (+12) / 135 (+10) / 70 (+10) / 105 (+10) / 70 (+10) / 113 (+8) = 570 BST
Abilities: Inner Focus / Regenerator / Reckless (HA)
New Moves: Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Zen Headbutt
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Alright, after the Emolga, I have to get a bit less wild now. This is just Mienshao but better. It's offensive presence will be felt with 135 Attack and not even shabby 105 Special Attack, with a good speed tier of 113 to back it up. On top of that, it's already good coverage is improved with 2/3 elemental punches (Ice for Lando, Thunder for Celesteela ad Waters in general) and Zen Headbutt for Toxapex and Mega Venusaur. Mienshao is similar to Mega Medicham, but it has a much better speed tier (even better than Mega Gallade), Poison Jab, U-Turn, less weakness stacking when paired with Tapu Lele (boosting Zen Headbutt) and less weaknesses, making it a good alternative.
Offensive Pivot:
Mienshao @ Choice Scarf / Choice Band
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Poison Jab / Ice Punch
- Knock Off / Ice Punch
- U-turn
Other Options depending on Team: Zen Headbutt (with Lele), Thunder Punch (with Koko)

Swords Dance:
Mienshao @ Life Orb / Fightinium Z / Psychium Z
Ability: Reckless
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Poison Jab / Ice Punch
- Knock Off / Zen Headbutt
- Swords Dance

Special?:
Mienshao @ Life Orb / Choice Specs
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 1 Atk
- Focus Blast
- Hidden Power [Ice] / Psychic
- Grass Knot
- Calm Mind / U-Turn

Solarblade Just to let you know, posts 2 and 3 haven't been updated since slate 2.

Now on with my submission(s).

Pokemon: Lucario
Type: Fighting / Ice
Stats: 70 / 115 / 70 / 115 / 70 / 115 | 555 BST
Abilities: Mold Breaker / Iron Fist / Justified
New Moves: Ice Beam, Blizzard, Power Gem
Justification/Niche: Fast mixed attacker with great dual STAB and plenty of coverage options. On the physical side, it can employ Iron Fist for stronger Drain/Ice/Thunder Punch. On the special side, it has Ice Beam, Aura Sphere, and Power Gem to toy with. On either side of the spectrum (preferably special), Mold Breaker is a nice little bonus for hitting Mega Venusaur harder with Ice STAB.
Lucario @ Life Orb
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Nasty Plot
- Ice Beam
- Aura Sphere
- Power Gem

Lucario @ Life Orb
Ability: Iron Fist / Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

- Swords Dance
- Ice Punch
- Drain Punch / Close Combat
- Thunder Punch / Extreme Speed

Posts 2 and 3 have been updated (I was going to update it last night but it was getting too late)

Pokemon: Alolan Sandslash
Type:
Fighting / Ice
Stats: 75 / 65 / 120 / 120 / 65 / 125
Abilities: Regenerator / No Guard / Slush Rush
New Moves: Ice Beam, Aura Sphere, Thunderbolt
Justification/Niche: Ice unfortunately doesn't have the greatest physical moves, so I thought going for a more special approach would be more unique (especially for the Fighting part of its type). This Alolan Sandslash becomes a fast special attacker with good physical defense. You can go even faster with Slush Rush or take advantage of the SR-neutrality when spinning by using Assault Vest + Regenerator. Otherwise, it has access to Focus Blast, allowing you to abuse it with Blizzard if you use No Guard. Ice Beam is if using a different ability (it strangely can't learn ice Beam), while Thunderbolt is for added coverage and is reliable no matter what ability you use. Speed is the key to abusing its great offensive STABs, and its great defense protects it from most weak priority (just be careful of Mach Punch).

Alolan Sandslash @ Life Orb/Assault Vest
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Focus Blast
- Blizzard
- Thunderbolt
- Rapid Spin

Take advantage of the now accurate Blizzard/Focus Blast with this set. Thunderbolt is for bulky Waters while the last slot can be for utility. Rapid Spin can be used with its SR neutrality. Other options include Substitute to protect it from status such as Will-o-wisp.

Pokemon: Hitmontop
Type:
Fighting
Stats: 75 / 35 / 95 / 130 / 110 / 125
Abilities: Regenerator / Technician / Scrappy
New Moves: Aura Sphere, Parting Shot, Clear Smog
Justification/Niche: Special attacking and defensive pure Fighting type. With access to Technician and Vacuum Wave, it can revenge kill on the special side. It also has Scrappy as an option so you don't have to worry about free Ghost type switch-ins. Regenerator is if you still want to use Hitmontop as a Spinner, with its key resistances to Rocks, as well as Bug and Dark. Parting Shot has synergy with Regenerator. Clear Smog is to get rid of boosts and hits Fairies as well.

Hitmontop @ Life Orb/Choice Specs
Ability: Technician/Scrappy
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid/Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Vacuum Wave
- Aura Sphere
- Clear Smog
- Hidden Power Ghost/Rapid Spin/Parting Shot

A utility set that also acts as a special revenge killer with Vacuum Wave. Hidden Power Ghost is used for good coverage combination with Fighting- if using Technician it would be stronger than Shadow Ball. If using Scrappy, this can be replaced with Rapid Spin for utility and if not using Specs. Otherwise, Parting Shot is also good utility option if not using Specs. Clear Smog to get rid of boosts and to hit Fairies.

Pokemon: Mienshao
Type:
Fighting/Electric
Stats: 80 / 125 / 60 / 125 / 60 / 120
Abilities: Regenerator / Reckless / No Guard
New Moves: Wild Charge, Zap Cannon, Volt Switch
Justification/Niche: Electric typing gives Mienshao immunity to paralysis, which has great synergy with its boosted speed. A glass cannon that can hit at both sides of the spectrum, Mienshao has great versitility and creates mind games on which set it will run. It can run Reckless High Jump Kick/Wild Charge for a high risk physical set, a mixed Regenerator Volt Switch/U-turn set or a dangerous special No Guard Focus Blast/Zap Cannon set. High risk, high reward.

Mienshao @ Life Orb
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid/Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Zap Cannon
- Focus Blast
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power Ice/Grass Knot/U-turn

Focus Miss? What Focus Miss? Clear out the Ground types and watch things be paralysed with Zap Cannon. Hidden Power Ice/Grass Knot is for any Ground type switch ins and coverage. Volt Switch to retreat if needed. U-turn is also an option for enemies with electric immunity abilities.

Fighting/Ice: Jynx
New stats: 65 / 115 (+65) / 85 (+50) / 115 / 95 / 95 (570)
Abilities: Adaptability, Technician, Dry Skin
New Moves: Freeze-Dry, Storm Throw, Mach Punch
Competitive Stuff: Deal big damage with Technician and access to several excellent Technician-boosted moves, such as Fake Out, Mach Punch, Heart Stamp, Draining Kiss, and Hidden Power, as well as super-powerful STAB in Technician-boosted Frost Breath and Storm Throw. Alternatively, use Adaptability and the very rarely seen Freeze-Dry for unholy amounts of coverage with a huge STAB boost. Whatever you use, you'll probably want to also make use of Jynx's good coverage in Psychic and Shadow Ball.

Fighting/Electric: Primeape
New stats: 90 (+25) / 135 (+30) / 80 (+20) / 60 / 80 (+10) / 125 (+30) (570)
Abilities: Reckless, Motor Drive, Defiant
New Moves: Wild Charge, High Jump Kick, Zing Zap
Competitive Stuff: If you're not afraid of doing a lot of damage to yourself, Reckless-boosted Wild Charge and High Jump Kick do crazy amounts of damage to the opponent too. If that's not the sort of thing you're into, you can choose to make Primeape a great switch-in to Electric moves or a counter to Defoggers and Intimidate users.

Fighting: Hitmontop
New stats: 160 (+110) / 95 / 100 (+5) / 35 / 110 / 70 (570)
Abilities: Regenerator, Poison Heal, Filter
New Moves: Stealth Rock, Thunder Wave, Drain Punch
Competitive Stuff: Pretty weird seeing a Fighting-type wall, huh? Hitmontop is a great support Pokémon that doesn't fall into the trap of being setup bait due to its passable base 95 Attack. Regenerator is good if you're going to be switching a lot, Poison Heal prevents Toxic from wearing you down (and provides even more extra healing if you opt for Leftovers and hope your opponent poisons you), and Filter helps to protect Hitmontop from his weaknesses. As for moves, Stealth Rock and Rapid Spin go well together, Thunder Wave can be used to cripple opposing teams, and Drain Punch is a great option to gain HP back.

Pokemon: Beartic
Type:
Fighting / Ice
Stats: 115 / 145 / 80 / 55 / 80 / 95
Abilities: No Guard / Refrigerate / Swift Swim
New Moves: Cross Chop, Earthquake, Thunder Punch
Justification/Niche: Since it was designed like a bulky Fighting bear (unlike the cute looking thing, Bewear), of course there would be one for the Ice/Fighting type. It's Attack has now been boosted to one of the highest in the game, even more than Crabominable, as well as an improved Speed stat. No Guard has been added for perfect Icicle Crash and Stone Edge, Refrigerate for having a much better Ice STAB, and Swift Swim is retained to boost its Speed to godspeed levels in the rain, in which that helps remove a crippling weakness. Cross Chop is added for a safer, albeit slightly inaccurate, STAB move, Earthquake to round up Poison coverage, as well as for properly defeating Heatran, and Thunder Punch to punish Water types. However, outside the rain, its speed, while decent, isn't enough to outspeed even Mega Charizard and the large amount of weaknesses hold it back.

Beartic @ Life Orb/Choice Band
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Icicle Crash
- Superpower/Cross Chop
- Earthquake
- Aqua Jet/Thunder Punch

Pokemon: Stoutland
Type:
Fighting
Stats: 95 / 125 / 90 / 50 / 110 / 100
Abilities: Intimidate / Strong Jaw / Scrappy
New Moves: Close Combat, Rock Slide, Swords Dance
Justification/Niche: Not really much of an change, but Stoutland with a better type, slightly better stats, and a new ability in Strong Jaw. Look, Psychic Fangs is good!

Stoutland @ Life Orb
Ability: Strong Jaw/Scrappy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly/Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Crunch
- Rock Slide/Psychic Fangs/Play Rough

Pokemon: Zebstrika
Type:
Fighting/Electric
Stats: 75 / 120 / 65 / 120 / 65 / 125
Abilities: Lightningrod / Motor Drive / Sap Sipper
New Moves: Flare Blitz, High Jump Kick, Flamethrower
Justification/Niche: Low bulk, high power. A mixed attacker with the rare Fire coverage for the Electric type, though it can pure special and physical sets as well. Electric/Fighting is also good.

Mienshao @ Life Orb
Ability: Lightningrod
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
