The Hardest Pokémon to Catch?

The pokemon ranger events are coded to be sendable only once per Pokemon Ranger save I believe.
You'd have to start everything from 0 to send it again.

Ahh, so theyre only able to send once, even if its a downloadable event? Interesting. If youre able to do this for each player to get the different formes, then you can use the same event on different games. Can you only partake in this event if the game is complete, or is it like any regular Pokemon event?
