Reserving Xatu + Cobalion
The sets

Cobalion @ Steelium Z
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Iron Head
- Volt Switch

Xatu @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 208 Def / 48 SpD
Calm Nature
- Roost
- Psychic
- U-turn
- Heat Wave

Explanation
Alright so this is my first time doing a break my team so pls have mercy. At first glace of this team it's pretty clear that Xatu can perform extremely well. It counters the Gliscor set, as Psychic does 26.4% so it always breaks a sub (see calcs). The same can be said for it's match-up against Amoonguss. It bounces back spore and is taking max 19.7%, shrugging it off with lefties, and doing min 43% back (see calcs again, soz). The keys are the keys, it's attempt at offensive stacking is crushed by Xatu - Play Rough is doing nothing with the Def EVs and Roost. And this is why heat wave is here, giving a crisp 3HKO on Klef, Cobalion can also do stuff but heat wave is better. I guess this is now why I talk about why I have voltturn. With these two mons, the best way to damage starmie was with some form of voltturn momentum between the two, as they can both pivot alright on it - Xatu more so bc Coba fears the burn. Cobalion is here to voltturn and give offensive pressure for the last two remaining members of the team. It takes nothing from opposing Cobalion's Z-move, but it does need to watch out for CC. Coba itself can 2HKO the opposing Coba at neutral or OHKO at +2, if it can find the right thing to set up on like Klefki, you may have to risk a speed tie tho. Finally, M-Alt is not hitting hard enough at neutral, but does pose a threat at +1. Either way steelium z at neutral has a chance to knock it out, and with a boost can rip through a majority of the team, even with Starmie. Anyway that's it for my first attempt at break a team.
P.S. I hope the way I structured the calcs helped in reading all of them.

- Ice Beam
- Dark Pulse

I'm gonna go ahead and use Hogg's own set against him here... Timid Blastoise outspeeds 4/6 here while Azelf at worst speed ties with defensive Starmie. Both NP Azelf and Ice Beam Blastoise (Ice/Dark coverage is pretty good - and if you don't believe me, I point you to our most recent suspect test) both shred this team from a defensive standpoint as well. Obviously they won't be 6-0ing by themselves since they can actually lose to Gliscor with a free sub and get annoyed by Klefki's Toxic, but Azelf scares most of the team out in a 1v1 scenario and the most threatening attack it can take in these situations is an uninvested Scald from Starmie. If given any opportunity to get to +2, Azelf melts Gliscor, Altaria and Starmie with (Z) Dazzling Gleam, Cobalion and Klefki with Fire Blast, and Amoonguss with Psychic. This shouldn't be hard as Azelf can threaten to KO most of the team and (proper) counterplay would be to get a Toxic off as soon as possible and start Protecting with Gliscor. Hell, it can even set up on unboosted Altaria since the given EV spread doesn't outspeed it at +1. Ice Beam Blastoise also can 2HKO Altaria, and Amoonguss with rocks. Since Klefki lacks TWave on this team, Blastoise also never has to worry about not getting an emergency spin off as well, should that become necessary. Not exactly breaking the team on hand but it's always a nice touch.

+2 252 SpA Azelf Twinkle Tackle (160 BP) vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Starmie: 388-457 (119.7 - 141%) -- guaranteed OHKO

0 SpA Starmie Scald vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Azelf: 117-138 (40.2 - 47.4%) -- guaranteed 3HKO -- if you're feelin' lucky you can set up here since you're in a good spot if you win 1 of 2 speed ties and don't get burned (only 15% chance to not come out on top here if I'm doing my math right)

+2 252 SpA Azelf Twinkle Tackle (160 BP) vs. 244 HP / 208 SpD Gliscor: 336-396 (95.4 - 112.5%) -- 75% chance to OHKO -- probably just click Psychic though
(+2 252 SpA Azelf Psychic vs. 244 HP / 208 SpD Gliscor: 283-334 (80.3 - 94.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Poison Heal)

252 SpA Azelf Twinkle Tackle (160 BP) vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Altaria-Mega: 326-384 (92 - 108.4%) -- 50% chance to OHKO

0 Atk Pixilate Altaria-Mega Return vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Azelf: 192-226 (65.9 - 77.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 SpA Azelf Fire Blast vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Cobalion: 306-360 (94.7 - 111.4%) -- 68.8% chance to OHKO
-- it'll just miss though

252 SpA Blastoise-Mega Ice Beam vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Altaria-Mega: 194-230 (66.6 - 79%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 SpA Blastoise-Mega Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 72+ SpD Amoonguss: 204-240 (47.2 - 55.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Black Sludge recovery

Hello! From today on Accelgor is my only friend because he is the only one who voted for me last round :DDDD. So right off the bat i've got some Cake-esque nicknames inspired by the Seattle Supersonics in their glory days... but on a serious note this core didn't just pop in my head like the last one i put some extra thought in and this is what i thought of. So Nidoking kinda bops like half the squad, it doesn't ohko amoonguss so amoon can get the spore off and there goes that, and that is what mabsol is there for, which magic bounce aint nobody sporin shit. Also, it has fire blast, which is good for the keys keys keys, amoonguss, and then he chillin with the dark stabs for the boy starmie, unfortunately that ones a speed tie so i better win :).

reserving Mega-Pidgeot and Amoonguss

So, these two pokemon eat this core's ass through and through, with M-Pidgeot beating the entire team with a sub up and Amoonguss dealing with the Toxic Absorption on Klefki (having the birb catch a toxic would be tossing your win-con) plus a Altaria-Mega trying to set up with the Clear Smog. No burns on Mega-Birb because Amoonguss 1v1s Starmie as well, and with a bit of chip on Coba Mega-Birb deals a finishing blow with Heat Wave. Mega-Pidgeot 2hko's the whole team from full, and Amoonguss helps in the ass-eatery of this team, it's really that simple.

Reserving Scizor + Volcanion

+

Similarly to the post above, this core of Defensive Scizor and Volcanion is able to shred through the team. As a core, the two are able to simultaneously break the defensive core and wall the offensive core.
Indivdually, Volcanion is able to singlehandedly tear through the team - being able to shred through the defensive core, whilst being able to scare Cobalion out with either a fear of a burn from Steam Eruption or an OHKO with its fire STAB, whilst also forcing Altaria to Roost and Refresh or scaring it out with fears of an OHKO from Sludge Wave. Defensively, Volcanion is able to safely switch into the entire defensive core (barring Gliscor) and Altaria due to its typing. Water Absorb allows Volcanion to absorb Scalds from Starmie, recovering any damage and preventing any potential burns on Scizor.

Scizor servers as an excellent answer to Cobalion and Altaria - taking minimal damage from their respective STABs and being able to recover the damage with Roost. Scizor's pivoting capabilities immensely aid Volcanion's wallbreaking capabilities, being able to switch in on Klefki's Toxic, whilst also Scouting for Earthquake and Thunder Wave on Altaria and Klefki respectively. Swords Dance also allows Scizor to deal massive damage to 2/3 of the team after a single boost, ideally forcing Amoonguss to Spore.

Ideally, you would want one more 'mon to serve as sleep fodder for Amoonguss to allow this core to shine, but I don't believe that follows the thread's guidelines, so it will have to serve as How To Use-esque comment.

reserving LO-mamoswine+Mega-Manetric
Actually no, this core needs wish support to beat all the team (the only way for it to beat Altaria will make mamoswine take 47,3-55,9% so it will die to quickly from stealth rock+LO recoil)

Mega Sharpedo can easily run through this team once it gets to +1 speed, which is relatively easy if Starmie is not in already to use Reflect Type. The Gliscor spread is a bit weird but i designed it to take a +2 Z-Iron Head Cobalion, and Mega Altiara originally (heh theyre in this week) as its been popping up a lot more lately, it also outspeeds neutral natured Scizor. They also have pretty good type synergy because Gliscor is immune to Electric and is resistant to Bug, while Sharpedo can switch into Ice and Water (be wary of scald however)

252+ Atk Sharpedo-Mega Waterfall vs. 244 HP / 0 Def Gliscor: 252-296 (71.5 - 84%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Poison Heal

0 SpA Amoonguss Giga Drain vs. 244 HP / 92 SpD Gliscor: 81-96 (23 - 27.2%) -- possible 6HKO after Poison Heal
0 Atk Gliscor Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 208+ Def Klefki: 164-194 (51.5 - 61%) -- 93.4% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ Atk Strong Jaw Sharpedo-Mega Crunch vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Starmie: 516-608 (159.7 - 188.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO

This is a fairly creative team I put together featuring SD Z Steel Cobalion with Thunder Wave where you might see Rock Polish. Should be apparent but spreading Thunder Wave is really good for any team, and Z-Iron Head helps Cobalion dismantle lazier bulky offense builds that rely on Mega Latias and Gliscor to blanket check threats like Cobalion, Nidoking, etc. It also can come in handy to nuke stuff at +0 like Nidoking and Primarina. I ended up without a bulky Steel-type which looks just as awkward as it was trying to put this team together. Crobat gives me a nice check to dangerous stuff like Heracross and Cobalion, and runs Haze to stops just about any variant of Dragon Dance Mega Altaria. Haze is also imperative as Scizor must be stopped from setting up at all costs in most cases. My own Mega Altaria gives me a solid wincon in itself and also helps to beat down stuff like Tentacruel, Klefki, Quagisire (with Burned Facade) and Doublade. Seismitoad is a nice fit since it gets up Stealth Rock, stops Rotom from freely Volt Switching around, and blanket checks many of the moderately powerful physically based revenge killers such as Choice Scarf Infernape and Mega Aerodactyl that threaten the rest of the team. Muk adds a blanket check to most special attackers in the tier, allowing me to not be completely broken down by offensive Ghost-types like Chandelure and Cofagrigus. It also serves as a nice pivot versus regular Latias, and gives the team a last resort check to Mega Manectric and Raikou in the case of Hidden Power Grass. Rotom-Wash rounds out the team by serving as general speed control outside of Thunder Wave as well as adding a second Ground immunity. Trick is a decent option to cripple some annoying special walls like Amoonguss and Blissey. Will-o-Wisp exists on this set as an 85 percent chance method to be able to cripple Scizor in an emergency which is quite important for this team.

Submissions are due Wednesday, November 8th!

Sceptile can obliterate 2/3 of his team, especially its common counter in Alolan Muk, with its Swords Dance set, especially with Earthquake being the filler move of this set. While Crobat can still outrun Mega Sceptile (given its Adamant nature) and Mega Altaria naturally taking Earthquakes pretty nicely to a point that it can set up with Dragon Dance, Bronzong comes into mind as the closest to a resist it can bring. Hypnosis on Bronzong, while risky at first, is definitely helpful in the long run, as it allows Mega Sceptile switch-in opportunities to set up Swords Dance and break his team in half.

(note that Cobalion can still survive a boosted Earthquake (+2) from an Adamant Mega Sceptile; therefore it needs a hint of damage before it could even retaliate.)
