Scizor [QC 0/3]

Scizor

QC:
GP:

[OVERVIEW]

* Scizor is a great offensive and defensive Pokemon and can perform a variety of roles in the metagame ranging from a wallbreaker and cleaner to a hazard remover.
* Its typing has eight resistances and an immunity, while its only weakness is Fire. This, in combination with its good all-around bulk, allow it to check a variety of threats.
* Its movepool is varied, as it boasts support moves and recovery as well as offensive coverage.
* Base 130 Attack and Technician allow it to hit decently hard.
* Due to its 4x weakness to Fire, Hidden Power Fire is commonly seen on lures to surprise Scizor.
* Even though Bullet Punch is a great priority move, Scizor's Speed leaves much to be desired.

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

* Swords Dance boosts Scizor's Attack.
* Bullet Punch is used to defeat most faster threats and act as a revenge killing tool, beating threats such as Mega Aerodactyl and Terrakion.
* Bug Bite is the Bug-type STAB move of choice here, as it maximizes this set's wallbreaking capabilities.
* Superpower hits common checks like Empoleon and Cobalion and breaks fat Normal-types like Blissey and Porygon2 reliably.
* Roost can be used to give more longevity to Scizor.
* Knock Off can be used to remove the item of common switch-ins such as Buzzwole and Volcanion, as well as OHKO Chandelure on the switch. It also allows Scizor to beat Doublade.
* Aerial Ace can be used to lure in and remove Buzzwole.

Set Details
========

* The spread maximizes damage output and allows Scizor to outspeed slower wallbreakers like Bewear.
* An Adamant nature is used to further boost damage output.
* A Jolly nature can be used to outpace Adamant Mega Swampert and avoid a Speed tie with Jolly Crawdaunt.
* Technician adds to the power of Bullet Punch and Bug Bite, as well as to Pursuit's if the opponent does not switch out.
* Iron Plate is the prefered item, as it allows +2 Scizor to OHKO Latias and Hydreigon after Stealth Rock damage, and frailer Pokemon such as Primarina and Nidoking without Stealth Rock damage. The lack of recoil allow Scizor to set up and clean more easily than its Life Orb counterpart.
* A Life Orb can be used to give a power boost to all attacking moves, allowing Scizor to wallbreak better, allowing Scizor to OHKO Pokemon such as Amoonguss at +2.
* Fightinium Z with Superpower is an option as it deals massive damage to all of Superpower's targets while unboosted and also allows it to prevent a stat drop after having set up.
* A Lum Berry can be used on Swords Dance sets to set up safely on Scald users such as Slowbro or Suicune, but loses a lot of power compared to other sets.
* A spread of 160 HP / 252 Atk / 96 Speed can be used to gain more setup opportunities while tanking hits from potential revenge killers better. The speed allows Scizor to outspeed Adamant Conkeldurr still.

Usage Tips
========

* This version of Scizor makes for a great wallbreaker and revenge killer, and serves as a great wincon lategame. However, as it is easy to wear down, try to avoid switching it into attacks directly as it will hamper your goal of setting up and sweeping.
* Against offense teams, Bullet Punch makes for a potent revenge killing tool early on.
* Later on in the game, find an opportune time to set up Swords Dance on a forced switch or a Pokemon that Scizor walls and attempt to clean.
* Against balanced and stall teams, try to get Scizor in against Pokemon such as Sylveon, Tsareena or Blissey. You can then have it set up Swords Dance or attack to wallbreak.

Team Options
========

* This set works best on bulky- and hyper offense teams.
* U-turn and Volt Switch users such as Hydreigon, Xurkitree and Crobat help with finding opportunities to set up for Scizor.
* Wallbreakers such as Mamoswine and Latias can take on some of the offensive Steel-type checks such as Raikou and Cobalion. Conkeldurr can weaken or remove Pokemon such as Latias and Tentacruel, further opening up holes for Scizor.
* Scizor is able to lure Pokemon such as Cobalion and Empoleon, and wear down bulky Water-type Pokemon such as Swampert and Tentacruel, allowing Pokemon such as Mega Sharpedo, Mega Aerodactyl, Infernape and Entei to clean more easily.
* Entry hazard support is appreciated to wear down Pokemon into the range of +2 Bullet Punch. Stealth Rock users such as Mamoswine, Azelf and Nidoqueen make for good partners. Froslass can be used for Spikes support on Hyper Offense builds.
* As Scizor can both wallbreak and sweep, but is prone to being worn down in doing the former, having Healing Wish support from Pokemon such as Latias lets it fulfill its roles more easily.

[SET]
name: Choice Band
move 1: Bullet Punch
move 2: U-turn
move 3: Superpower
move 4: Pursuit / Knock Off / Bug Bite
item: Choice Band
ability: Technician
nature: Adamant
evs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

* Bullet Punch is a strong priority attack used to revenge kill threats or clean late-game.
* U-turn grabs momentum and dents most of its checks.
* Superpower hits some of the usual checks like Cobalion hard.
* Pursuit can remove threats such as Latias, Celebi and Beedrill for Scizor's partners.
* Knock Off allows Scizor to remove the item of switch-ins such as Volcanion and Doublade, making them easier to handle for the rest of the team. It also OHKOs Chandelure.
* Bug Bite can be used as an additional, stronger Bug-type STAB move that does not force Scizor to switch out.
* Aerial Ace can be used to lure in and remove Buzzwole.

Set Details
========

* The spread aims to maximize power and speed.
* A Choice Band is used to boost Scizor's power further.
* Adamant is the nature of choice, as it boosts the power of Scizor's priority move.
* A Jolly nature can be used to outpace Adamant Mega Swampert and avoid a Speed tie with Jolly Crawdaunt.
* Technician is used to boost Bullet Punch, Pursuit in case the foe stays in on it, and Bug Bite if running it.
* A bulkier spread of 160 HP / 252 Atk / 96 Speed is an option to take hits better while still outspeeding Conkeldurr, but it loses out on outspeeding other bulky wallbreakers such as Bewear and Crawdaunt.

Usage Tips
========

* Use U-turn in the early- and mid-game to lure in and weaken Scizor's checks while pivoting out to teammates such as Conkeldurr, Crawdaunt and Primarina to allow them to wallbreak.
* Bullet Punch is a potent tool for revenge killing and cleaning, doing around 40% damage to frailer resists such as Xurkitree, Infernape and Talonflame.
* Superpower can be used to heavily dent standard checks like Volcanion on the switch in while removing Cobalion.
* If you are running Pursuit, try to switch Scizor in on Psychic-types like Latias to trap and remove them.
* Knock Off can be used to remove the item of checks such as a Volcanion's potential Choice Specs or Infernape's Choice item.
* Use Bug Bite to break through slower teams once they have been sufficiently weakened.

Team Options
========

* This Scizor set fits on many different kinds of offense and balance teams.
* Wallbreakers such as Primarina and Crawdaunt appreciate U-turn support and can help wear down some of its checks such as Empoleon and Cobalion, setting it up to clean with Bullet Punch in the late-game.
* Pokemon such as Starmie and Mantine can take on Fire-types such as Infernape and Volcanion for Scizor while removing entry hazards such as Spikes, preventing Scizor from getting worn down.
* Stealth Rock users such as Mamoswine, Swampert and Nidoqueen can be brought in via U-turn and set up the entry hazard on some of Scizor's checks such as Volcanion or Empoleon, and Cobalion, although this move can be risky.
* Scizor's ability to beat Fairy-types and lure Pokemon such as Cobalion and Empoleon makes it synergize well with other cleaners such as Mega Sharpedo and Mega Aerodactyl. Fairy-types such as Togekiss and Sylveon also benefit from the removal of these Pokemon, allowing them to fulfill their roles more easily.
* Pokemon such as Cobalion, Volcanion and Haxorus benefit from the removal of Pokemon like Latias via Pursuit.
* Volt Switch and U-turn users such as Xurkitree, Hydreigon and Mega Pidgeot can be used to form a strong core with Scizor, as they can continuously force switches as they pivot around.

[SET]
name: Offensive
move 1: Bullet Punch
move 2: U-turn
move 3: Pursuit
move 4: Roost
item: Life Orb
ability: Technician
nature: Adamant
evs: 248 HP / 36 Atk / 224 SpD

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

* Bullet Punch allows Scizor to revenge kill threats such as Terrakion and Mega Aerodactyl while giving it the ability to clean late game.
* U-turn allows Scizor to wear down its checks while gaining momentum.
* Pursuit can be used to trap and remove threats such as Latias, Celebi and Beedrill.
* Roost lets Scizor recover off damage, allowing it to survive longer.
* Superpower can be used over Pursuit to hit Pokemon such as Empoleon and Cobalion, but loses out on Pursuit’s general utility.

Set Details
========

* The given spread allows Scizor to tank a great many hits while still hitting hard. In particular, this spread lets Scizor switch into any of Life Orb Analytic Starmie’s moves bar Hydro Pump and also lets it live a Hidden Power Fire from Life Orb Latias from full. The Attack investment coupled with an Adamant nature guarantees the OHKO on Latias with U-turn.
* Technician adds to the power of Bullet Punch as well as Pursuit's should the opponent not switch out.
* Life Orb gives a power boost to all attacking moves.
* Spreads with more Attack investment and Speed can be used to deal more damage and outpace other slow threats such as Conkeldurr. This does, however, come at the cost of being forced to Roost up and lose momentum much more often.

Usage Tips
========

* This Scizor aims to chip away at opposing teams via U-turn while removing several threatening Pokemon such as Beedrill and Latiasthrough Pursuit. While it struggles to switch into physical attackers such as Mega Aerodatyl, which its Impish counterpart can check, this spread allows it to switch into any of Life Orb Analytic Starmie’s attacks bar Hydro Pump itself and still tank a Hydro Pump afterwards.
* Bullet Punch makes for a great revenge killing tool as it is able to pick off many fast Pokemon such as Mega Pidgeot or Dragon Dance Haxorus if they are slightly weakened. In the late game, Bullet Punch can also be used to clean.
* Roost allows Scizor to serve as a check to Pokemon such as Sylveon throughout the game without getting worn down. As such, Scizor should stay healthy by Roosting whenever necessary.

Team Options
========

* This set fits best on Bulky Offense, where it serves as a way to keep Pokemon such as Mega Beedrill in check while acting as a decently strong revenge killer that can pick up Pokemon such as weakened Venomoth and Haxorus.
* Wallbreakers that appreciate Latias being removed such as Cobalion, Conkeldurr and Volcanion make for great partners. Additionally, these also threaten several of Scizor’s usual checks, and can oftentimes deal significant damage to the opposing team when brought in safely via U-turn.
Alternatively, wallbreakers that can weaken opposing Steel-type checks such as Primarina, Mega Pidgeot and Latias can open a path for Scizor to clean with Bullet Punch late game while benefiting from Scizor’s ability to Pursuit trap Pokemon such as Beedrill
* Pokemon such as Infernape, Entei and Raikou have an easier time cleaning up lategame after Scizor has removed Pokemon such as Latias and Starmie..
* Offensive Stealth Rock users such as Mamoswine, Nidoqueen, Mega Swampert and Cobalion are great partners as they threaten many of Scizor’s checks and benefit from its ability to set them in via U-turn.. More defensive ones such as regular Swampert can also work as they check Pokemon such as Entei that threaten Scizor and can set up Stealth Rock on them, while also offering safe switch-ins to threates such as Mega Aerodactyl.
* Volt Switch users such as Xurkitree and Raikou form a good core with Scizor as the continued use of U-turn and Volt Switch can quickly wear down opposing teams. Other U-turn users such as Hydreigon and Mienshao also synergize well with Scizor as they can threaten some Pokemon that Scizor is weak to, such as Entei and Empoleon, while Scizor can check several Pokemon for them in return, for example Togekiss.

move 3: U-turn / Bug Bite
move 4: Roost
item: Leftovers
ability: Technician
nature: Impish
evs: 248 HP / 124 Def / 136 SpD

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

* Swords Dance boosts Scizor's Attack for more damage, letting it beat Pokemon such as Hippowdon 1v1.
* Bullet Punch is priority and is useful for cleaning late-game, and it also helps check Pokemon such as Mega Aerodactyl and Terrakion.
* U-turn can be used to wear down checks and gain momentum.
* Bug Bite gives Scizor more staying power and is a stronger Bug-type STAB move due to Technician, but is not the preferred option as this set usually aims to pivot out of its switch-ins.
* Roost allows Scizor to keep itself healthy and win many one-on-one situations.

Set Details
========

* The given spread guarantees Scizor will survive two Stone Edges from Jolly Mega Aerodactyl after Stealth Rock, while the rest is dumped into Special Defense to take on a multitude of special attackers such as Latias and Mega Sceptile better.
* Technician is used to boost the power of Bullet Punch and Bug Bite.
* Leftovers grants passive recovery, which lets Scizor live longer and take on threats more easily.
* An alternate spread of 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD with a Careful nature can be used to take on special attackers better; in particular, it almost always survives a Hidden Power Fire from Life Orb Latias after Stealth Rock.
* Another good spread is 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD with an Impish nature. This allows Scizor to take on threats like Mega Aerodactyl, Krookodile, Mamoswine and Haxorus more easily.
* Bulky Scizor's EV spread is very customizable and can be molded to take on specific threats for any given team better.

Usage Tips
========

* Use U-turn early-game to lure in and weaken Scizor's checks and get free switches into wallbreakers such as Conkeldurr.
* Roost when necessary to keep Scizor healthy, as you will be switching it into many strong Pokemon throughout the match.
* Use Bullet Punch as a revenge killing tool when necessary.
* Only use Swords Dance when you are ready to clean, or when it is necessary to break a certain Pokemon.

Team Options
========

* This set fits best on balance teams that need to check Pokemon such as Mega Aerodactyl and Sylveon.
* Wallbreakers such as Conkeldurr and Primarina can take advantage of Pokemon such as Empoleon and Buzzwole that Scizor can U-turn on.
* Pokemon such as Swampert, Slowbro and Slowking can take on threats such as Infernape, Entei and Cobalion for Scizor while appreciating Scizor’s ability to check Pokemon such as Sylveon, Latias and Krookodile. Slowking can also be used to play around Choice Specs Primarina by scouting for its attack, and switching Scizor in if Primarina used Moonblast.
* Volt Switch and U-turn users can wear down opposing teams by continuously forcing switches. Xurkitree, Hydreigon and Infernape are some examples of such.
* As Scizor sometimes gets burnt from Scalds as it U-turns on Pokemon such as Tentacruel, Heal Bell support from Pokemon such as Sylveon and Togekiss can be valuable.

[SET]
name: Defog
move 1: Defog
move 2: Roost
move 3: U-turn
move 4: Bullet Punch
item: Leftovers
ability: Technician
nature: Impish
evs: 248 HP / 124 Def / 136 SpD

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

* Defog is used to remove hazards and support teammates.
* Roost lets Scizor stay healthy and take on certain threats like Mega Aerodactyl more easily.
* U-turn is used to gain momentum and chip down checks.
* Bullet Punch is used to revenge kill threats.

Set Details
========

* The proposed spread and nature make sure that Stone Edge from Jolly Mega Aerodactyl is a 3HKO after Stealth Rock, while the Special Defense investment helps with taking on Psychic-types like Latias.
* Technician boosts the power of Bullet Punch.
* Leftovers increases Scizor's longevity.
* An alternate spread of 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD with a Careful nature deals with special attackers better. The spread allows Scizor to almost always survive a Life Orb Latias's Hidden Power Fire after Stealth Rock.
* 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD with an Impish nature is also viable, giving Scizor an easier time against Mega Aerodactyl, Haxorus, Mamoswine and Krookodile.
* Scizor's EV spread can be tweaked to take on specific threats for a team better.

Usage Tips
========

* Switch Scizor into Pokemon like Latias and Klefki to pivot with U-turn or Defog away hazards, but be wary of Hidden Power Fire.
* Make sure to pressure opposing Stealth Rock users such as Nidoqueen and Cobalion that beat Scizor so they cannot keep up Stealth Rock indefinitely. Try to Toxic Hippowdon with a different Pokemon so you can keep off Stealth Rock by repeatedly using Defog against it.
* Keep Scizor healthy with Roost as it will need to switch into threats throughout the match.
* Use Bullet Punch to revenge kill threats like Mega Aerodactyl and Terrakion and pressure Fairy-types such as Togekiss and Sylveon.

Team Options
========

* Defog Scizor fits best on balance teams that need its ability to remove entry hazards.
* Bulky Water-type Pokemon such as Suicune, Slowking and Swampert can take on threats such as Entei, Infernape and Cobalion for Scizor and as such make for good partners. Slowking can also be used to scout Choice Specs Primarina, as it can heal up with Regenerator as Scizor takes on the attacks it can’t.
* Wallbreakers such as Conkeldurr and Volcanion can be brought in via U-turn and get a free hit as they beat Pokemon commonly switched into Scizor.
* As this Scizor may get burnt by Scald when trying to U-turn on Pokemon such as Tentacruel, having Heal Bell support from Clerics such as Togekiss and Sylveon can be valuable.
* U-turn and Volt Switch users can be help in wearing down opposing teams with Scizor. Pokemon such as Raikou, Mienshao and Hydreigon work well here.
* Pokemon such as Krookodile, Mamoswine and Nidoqueen appreciate Scizor’s U-turn and can set up Stealth Rock on some of Scizor’s checks.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

* A Choice Scarf set can be run to lure Hidden Power Fire variants of Latias and lure some of the usual checks such as Cobalion.
* Hidden Power Fire can be used on defensive sets to hit opposing Scizor and Forretress, as well as deal heavy damage to Cobalion.
* A Technician-boosted Brutal Swing hits Z-Crystal holders harder than Knock Off, and it can be used over Knock Off on certain sets.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Fire-types**: Fire is the only type Scizor is weak to and also resists its STAB moves, so Pokemon such as Infernape, Chandelure, Entei, Arcanine, and Volcanion beat Scizor handily.

**Steel-types**: Lucario and Cobalion can easily set up on bulky variants of Scizor and turn into serious threats. Empoleon and Hidden Power Fire Klefki can also take on Scizor with ease, although Empoleon has to be wary of Superpower.

**Fire-type Coverage**: Scizor's 4x weakness to Fire is often exploited by Pokemon such as Klefki, Latias, and Sylveon running Hidden Power Fire to surprise it. Pokemon such as Togekiss, Hydreigon, and Mega Absol can use either Flamethrower or Fire Blast to remove Scizor, while Krookodile and Mega Aerodcatyl are able to run Fire Fang to accomplish the same.

**Fighting-types**: Even though Fighting-types do not resist Bullet Punch, they usually possess either the bulk or the secondary typing to easily deal with many variants of Scizor; Pokemon such as Cobalion and Infernape can be hard for Scizor to deal with. Conkeldurr's absurd power and passive recovery through Drain Punch punish Scizor hard. Buzzwole's incredible physical bulk allow it to set up on Scizor with ease, or remove it with its Fighting-type STAB moves.

**Water-types**: Scizor does not deal well with a burn, and most Water-types utilize Scald. As they resist Bullet Punch, many Water-types such as Mantine and Empoleon can attempt to check Scizor. Volcanion can easily switch in on defensive sets and has the additional benefit of also being a Fire-type. Jellicent does not even need to fish for the Scald burn as it can just use Will-O-Wisp to permanently cripple Scizor.

**Electric-types**: Raikou and Xurkitree resist Bullet Punch and can fire back with strong Thunderbolts to defeat Scizor.

**Magneton**: Magneton can trap and remove Scizor with ease. Pokemon holding an Eject Button are commonly used to absorb Scizor's U-turn and set in Magneton.

Intro: give examples of Pokemon that run Fire coverage - Latias, Aerodactyl, and Slowbro.

Sets should be in the following order: Ofdensive SD, Choice Band, Roost 3 attacks, Bulky SD, Defog.

Offensive SD:

Put Iron Plate before Life Orb, and remove Jolly from the set but leave it in Set Details. Add that Knock Off lets it KO Chandelure on the switch and beat Doublade. I'd also just remove Pursuit entirely from the set.

Set Details - pick something different that Crawdaunt in the first line since it's a speed tie with Adamant. Add another spread of 160 HP / 252 Atk / 96 Speed, which gives Scizor more setup opportunities and helps it tank stuff from potential revenge killers, and outspeeds Adamant Conkeldurr. You can delete the last line of Set Details after that.

The item descriptions need to be fixed - Iron Plate is the preferred item to give it a significant power boost, letting it OHKO Hydreigon and Latias after rocks at +2, and frailer stuff like Nidoking and Primarina without rocks at +2. Life Orb can also be used to make it even stronger, OHKOing Amoonguss at +2 for example, but cuts into its bulk and makes it more difficult to get a full sweep like it's supposed to.

Usage Tips - add that it shouldn't be switched directly into something most of the time, and should try to come in after a KO or via pivot support to begin setting up.

Team Options - add a line in the beginning that the set works best on bulky offense or HO as one of the best cleaners in the tier. In general I would focus much less on type combinations and more on specific Pokemon - for example "Grass-types such as Amoonguss and Celebi appreciate Scizor checking Ice-types for them while taking on Scalds from Pokemon like Empoleon and Mega Blastoise in return." sounds good from a marriland type chart perspective, but doesn't really make sense when you look at it more closely since max HP Empoleon only needs a tiny amount of prior damage to be OHKOed by Scizor, and this Scizor set would never switch into Kyurem and hesitate bigtime on switching into Froslass.

Instead, I would try to focus on specific support, types of teammates (wallbreakers, sweepers/cleaners, entry hazard setters). For SD scizor, it'd be like Healing Wish support from Latias, breakers like Conk that have good synergy (like conk often requires lati to revenge it, which scizor capitalizes on), other cleaners like Mega Aero/Sharpedo that like bulky Waters and Cobalion being weakened, offensive stealth rock users that go well with Scizor.

Do that for all the sets Team Options instead of just saying water types fighting types dragon types dark types (I've expanded a bit in the sections below)

Choice Band

Make the bulkier set the 96 speed one from above. For Usage Tips, say that Scizor excels early and mid game to pivot out to teammates like Primarina, Conkeldurr, Crawdaunt, and Talonflame that may have a hard time switching in. Say that Bullet Punch is amazing at cleaning up offensive teams once Steel resists are weakened, capable of doing 40% to frail resists like Infernape and Xurkitree. Also say that it can easily be used as a revenge killer against stuff like Haxorus, Venomoth, and even weakened Talonflame (again, it can do40% with BP)

Again, same thing above for Team Options although this one is a little more acceptable as it is since Scizor won't be used exclusively on offense. Still, the whole thing shouldn't be relying on "x type beats y type" and stuff like that.

3 attacks Roost

Honestly I would not recommend replacing Roost with anything in Moves. 4 attack Life Orb Scizor just doesn't sound good especially with Uturn, Band would just simply be better. You can recommend replacing Pursuit with Superpower, but that's just about it as far as Moves goes.

Also, I would definitely make the main spread the bulky SDef Adamant one. I've used this set on a few teams and seen sbb use it on several of his teams, and bulky rather than fast just always seems like the better option, and you don't really need max attack to do what you need to do. You can list the fast one in Set Details but say it struggles to do much of anything without being always forced to Roost up.

Usage Tips should mention specific Pokemon that it's good at dealing with - Latias and Mega Beedrill especially. It can also switch into Analytic attack + Hydro from LO Starmie as long as it doesn't switch right into Hydro. It's to be used as an offensive pivot and trapper, but struggles with the physical attackers that impish Scizor can deal with.

Team Options: say that this Scizor fits on bulky offense that struggles with Beedrill and other threats, and needs a moderately powerful revenge killer for stuff like Venomoth. The rest should focus on partners like Conkeldurr and Cobalion that want Latias checked and trapped, also stuff similar to the last set that likes pivot support.

Bulky SD

First line of Moves: add "letting it beat Pokemon like Hippowdon 1v1". For the Bug Bite line, add "but Scizor usually prefers to pivot out of it switchins, letting other teammates come in for free"

Again in Team Options, instead of exclusively listing type stuff, also add stuff like entry hazard users and removers, wall breaking partners that like U-turn support, etc. Also as usual add a line at the beginning that says this Scizor fits best on balance teams that need its ability to check blah blah and appreciate pivot support etc.

Rest of the set looks fine.

Defog.

Usage Tips - wear down the opposing Stealth Rock user as much as possible so that they can't keep hazards up indefinitely. For example, pressure offensive SR users like Nidoqueen and Cobalion as much as possible since they typically beat Scizor, and try to get a Toxic off on Hippowdon so that Scizor can spam Defog against it.

Same thing with Team Options as the previous set.

Checks and Counters looks very good.

Add "and other Fire coverage" to the HP fire line of the intro.

Remove all the Aerial Ace/Buzzwole mentions throughout the whole thing.

Offensive SD: remove the Pursuit mention

3 attacks: Life Orb is important to guarantee a kill on Latias, and do a lot more damage to stuff like beedrill on the switchout.

Add Tentacruel and Quagsire to Water Types in C&C

The analysis as a whole looks very good.

I forgot this last time but add a natural gift occa Berry set to OO, which not only lets it tank moderate fire coverage from stuff like Latias and Aero to set up an SD, but also lets it safely OHKO opposing Scizor.

Also, add some weavile mentions throughout, as a thing that scizor can check.
