Moves
========
-Leaf storm is Rotom's main hard hitting STAB move, used to hit the common ground type switchins that attempt to block Rotom's Volt Switch
-Thunderbolt is Rotom's secondary STAB move, used when accuracy or consistent power is needed rather than the raw power of Leaf Storm
-Volt Switch is used to gain momentum when forcing an opposing Pokemon out, this move allows the user to abuse the Speed advantage choice scarf gives you, without the drop in momentum that usually might occur when locking yourself into a move
-Trick is used to cripple any specially defensive tanks that want to switch in on Rotom, allowing the team being used to easier beat that Pokemon in particular
Set Details
========
-maximising special attack allows Rotom-C to break through its checks as easily as possible using its STAB Combination
-maximising speed, including the nature, allows Rotom-C to take the most possible advantage out of running a choice scarf
-choice scarf allows Rotom-C to outspeed common threats in NU, and revenge kill targets that are slower than it
Usage Tips
========
-always use volt switch to maintain momentum unless you think its neccesary to click Leaf Storm, to either hit an incoming ground type or alternative electric immunity
-be careful clicking leaf storm because if you get the prediction wrong, it may lead to a lot of momentum loss
-trick should be used when the speed control utility given by Rotom-C's choice scarf is no longer neccesary, and when there is a consistent switchin to Rotom-C that you could benefit from being locked into a move.
-beware of z move users coming in on a predicted trick, as z crystals cannot be tricked and will therefore lead to a loss in momentum
Team Options
========
-wallbreakers such as Houndoom or Delphox can be used to break or pressure the Grass-Types commonly used to switchin on Rotom-C
-Ground Immunities or Resistances so that you can you have a fallback strategy should you mispredict the ground type coming in with your electric stabs
-Spikes are generally really useful as they pressure Rotom-C's switchins heavily, due to the fact you are volt switching for essentially free damage, regardless of whether the player mispredicts or not
-Other volt-turn Pokémon such as Braviary or Meloetta can be used to really whittle a defensive core for a late-game Rotom-C clean.
Other Options
=============
-choice specs
-grassium z bloom doom (leaf storm)
-defensive with painsplit
-sub+wisp
-sub+chargebeam
-thunder wave
-hidden power filler
Checks and Counters
===================
**Grass-Type Pokemon**: Such as Virizion, Whimsicott, or Sceptile, can switchin on any of Rotom-Cs STABs and relaliate with their own quite safely. It is important to not let these Pokémon get away with too much free damage so be careful when clicking Leaf Storm and potentially letting one of these Pokémon with a free turn.
**Faster Pokemon**: stuff like Houndoom, Delphox, Scarf Hitmonlee and Scarf Emboar make Rotom-C quite difficult to use as they are able to make use of it as an oppurtuinity to spam their STAB or utility moves in the knowledge of whatever moves Rotom-C decides to use is usually unable to KO them.
