RMT OU (Not Pokebank)

Hey guys it's cytoid here to get my first gen six OU team rated! This team was made just to ladder on OU and for a tournament on the DS I'm going to be doing soon. Looking at the OU ladder, my team is designed to counter many things I've seen being prevalently used, as well as still fitting into the OU metagame so I don't die out there. So without wasting more time, here it is:

Greninja @ Life Orb
Trait: Protean
EVs: 252 Satk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Naïve Nature
-Hydro Pump
-Dark Pulse
-U-Turn
-Taunt
Greninja is almost always my lead, why? For that awesome fast taunt. This thing can taunt Smeargle and Galvantula (although the ladder is risky to taunt), and it works 99.9% of the time. After that I can U-Turn on right out and use this thing later for some STAB Hydro Pumps. Protean is there so I can get STAB on U-Turn, it helps bring down Galv to half, and put a dent on other leads early in the match. Since I hate sticky web, this thing is a vital member to my team.

Blaziken @ Blazikenite
Trait: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
-Flare Blitz
-High Jump Kick
-Earthquake
-Protect
When I saw that Blaziken is usable know, I just had to use it. My team is there to help this thing sweep in all its former glory. Now it's even better. Someone at Game Freak was high and thought giving this big chicken a mega evo was a good idea, well I'll take it! First two moves are there to destroy, EQ is for coverage though it's pretty useless, might change to Brave Bird or Stone Edge. Protect is there to get a speed boost, as lots of thing out speed Adamant base 80 or 100.

Gengar @ Life Orb/ Choice Scarf (really don't know on this one).
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 Satk / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Timid Nature
-Shadow Ball
-Sludge Bomb (remember Sludge Wave isn't legal)
-Dazzling Gleam
-Thunderbolt/Substitute
Ahh, Gengar. Back for some more OU, this thing is the main special attacker of my team. With either item (really need help on which is better for this team), Gengar is a monster. First two moves are STABs, (poison is good now!), the rest are coverage for waters and dragons. Sub is a good option if I'm using life orb though, since T bolt isn't super helpful. The cool thing is everyone expects me to mega, but normal Gengar is still a huge threat, and IMO, the mega isn't needed, hence why I went with Blaziken.

Aegislash @ Leftovers
Trait: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Sdef
Brave Nature
-King's Shield
-Swords Dance
-Iron Head
-Shadow Sneak
Probably the best tank (and most overused) pokemon in the meta right now. If you've played any games on the ladder, you know what this guy does. Shields before I get attacked, SDs when I can, and go for a mini sweep from there. Not much else to say here, because this is as about standard as it gets.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Atk
Impish Nature
-Toxic
-Protect
-Substitute
-Earthquake
Now for the defensive core, I chose Gliscor for a physical wall because it completely cock blocks Aegislash (I know people are going to use it in the tournament). Anyway this set is the same as it was in BW, can't run rocks so I use toxic. With toxic, sub and protect I can just stall everything to death. And Aegislash can't do crap since I'm so bulky and EQ doesn't make contact.

Chansey @ Evolite
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature
-Seismic Toss
-Aromatherapy
-Thunder Wave
-Soft-Boiled
If mega Gengar was bad, then at least Game Freak screwed up and made something to counter it. Chansey is a great mixed wall, it blocks mega Gengar and paralyses to help beat it later. S. Toss is now an egg move and of course I'm using it. Aromatherapy helps with paralysis that Klefkis and what not put out. And since I can't use wish, I use Sot-Boiled for my recovery. I'm honestly kinda iffy on this one. I do lack hazards, so I though my own Klefki could help, but this thing really blocks megagar well, and that's what I need for the ladder, and the tournament.

Thanks for looking, and do please give suggestions! I'll try and get an importable later btw.
