[QC READY 2/3] Togekiss

This is a just a very minor nitpick, but the EV spreads of the first two sets seem to be missing a few EVs. Shouldn't it be 252 HP rather than 248?

248 HP EVs give it an odd HP number, allowing for Togekiss to switch into Stealth Rock 5 times apart from 4. But, you're right, there is an incorrect amount of EVs on both sets. Deoxymoron add an extra 4 EVs into something else, because right now the first two sets are missing 4 EVs.

Do the Speed EVs have an actual function besides outrunning other Pokemon with the same base Speed/other Togekiss? If not, it is required to remove them because that is considered speed creep, which is not allowed in analyses. This is regarding the first set.

Another thing: no mention of Fighting-types? Togekiss has a 4x resistance to Fighting -- I would think this would be something highlighted as one of Togekiss's big pros.

Anything goes
idk if this is worth mentioning, but Nidoking is an excellent counter to Togekiss, hitting hard with STAB Poison Jab / Sludge Wave and being immune to paraflinch, as well as resisting STAB Dazzling Gleam
