You can use it and make it work (as you can with many unranked ‘mons) but there are always better things in pretty much any role you can think of. It does hit surprisingly hard considering its mediocre Attack, but pretty much only with STAB moves, and Normal moves by definition have pretty eh coverage. The fact that Scizor has top 2 usage makes things especially difficult, as Scizor has the typing and bulk to stomach anything bar the rare Fire Punch (which still needs a CB to KO bulky variants) and chunks it hard with Bullet Punch. Basically it’s a fast offensive wallbreaker with zero defensive utility, and while you can certainly make it work on a team, there are almost always better options.

Zard Y is alreayd ban. And Manaphy will be ban soon because Z-Rain dance.

The drop of Gengar is pretty cool! And say hello to Veil offense with ninetails!

they are all here, this is gonna be wild
psure zard manaphy and dnite are already bl so they don't count
as for the other stuff

Returning Figures
Ninetales-Alola: Eh, Aveil's not gonna be that great (or at least not as good as it used to), it still lacks a key sweeper in Hawlucha, and if you're familiar with the OU meta you know that thing's not dropping for the foreseeable future, still should be decent

Kingdra: Again, ok I guess, but kinda lacks its full potential w/o Pelipper

Gengar: oh hell yeah this guy's back, gonna be a strong ass special attacker

Newcomers
Marowak-Alola: Due to this coming and Rotom-W leaving, Voltturn's viability will without a doubt be severely hurt, and this mon looks great on its own with options from SD Stallbreaker to Rocks

Lycanroc-Dusk: eh, seems like a neat anti-offense mon, not too sure, but it definitely has potential

Stakataka: Holy shit, this thing's gonna be a monster, once it sets up TR, literally all that can wall it is like Mega Aggron, Quag and maybe super physdef Suicune. There are a fair amount of Ground and Fighting types in this tier, so Staka will probably be a really good late-game cleaner once those are gone

Lycanroc seems really interesting. Yeah it has to compete with Terrakion, but Lycanroc has a good ability LOL so some positives are that its contact moves are a lot stronger and it speed ties with things like Latias. Let's see

Here's a cool core I came up with on the fly
Stakataka @ Rockium Z / Life Orb / Iron Plate
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Lonely Nature
IVs: 15 Def / 0 Spe
- Trick Room
- Stone Edge
- Gyro Ball
- Earthquake

Moltres @ Life Orb / Grassium Z
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fire Blast
- Hidden Power [Grass] / Solar Beam
- Roost
- Toxic

Moltres is an excellent partner for Stakataka. For one, it can eliminate the few defensive answers that exist for Staka, including Vincune via the use of Toxic. It also takes down mons that threaten Stakataka offensively such as Mamoswine, Krookodile, Superpower Scizor and Focus Blast Gengar. This in turn opens up the way for Stakagod to come in, set up Trick Room and start its rampage. Threats to this core include Alolan Marowak.
