Well heres a new move-set ive been using that worked real well for me. Well here it is:
Gengar @ Petaya Berry
Nature:Timid/Modest
Ivs:0 Def/31 Sp atk/0 Sp def/31 Speed
Evs:4 Hp/252 Sp atk/252 Speed
-Shadow Ball
-Sludge Bomb
-Focus Blast
-Substitute
Substitute is the main move in this set. While you have no ivs in def and sp def you will usally not survive most moves and if you do hit them hard with your other moves. While you oppenent hits you and your substitute goes,substitute again until your petaya berry kicks in. The Nature is up for you to decide timid to go faster.Modest for having more power. Shadow Ball and Sludge Bomb will be your main STAB moves and focus blast will hit weavile and tyranitar hard. But this set has disavantages to. Like to very common scizor with its bullet punch. When you have low hp and horrible defense bullet punch with technican will take you out with ease. If played correctly this set can become a whole team sweeper sometimes.
