Offensive Rock Core

Shuckle @ Mental Herb
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Impish Nature
- Sticky Web
- Stealth Rock
- Knock Off
- Encore

Tyranitar @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 248 HP / 136 Atk / 124 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Stone Edge
- Crunch
- Pursuit
- Flamethrower

Nihilego @ Choice Specs
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Power Gem
- Sludge Wave
- Thunderbolt
- Dazzling Gleam

Shuckle: With its Mental Herb, combined with the Latios not having Defog, Shuckle is guaranteed to keep webs up for the entire battle. This will help slow down some of the faster threats like Scarf Victini and Alakazam, both of which Nihilego can outspeed under Webs. Stealth Rocks are there to chip away at the team and help Tyranitar deal with Mew more easily. Knock Off helps by removing Deoxys-Speed's Light Clay to make sure screens are up for a shorter time, as well as breaking Alakazam's Sash without taking too much from a Counter or a Psychic. For the last move, Encore is there to make sure it isn't setup bait against Mew.
Tyranitar: Tyranitar is extremely important due to being able to switch into and remove Latios, which is the one thing that outspeeds Nihilego after Webs go up. With Flamethrower, it can break Alakazam's Sash without having to worry about Counter, and then follow up with a Pursuit to remove it. Here are some damage calcs:

252 SpA Alakazam Focus Blast vs. 248 HP / 124+ SpD Assault Vest Tyranitar in Sand: 196-232 (48.6 - 57.5%) -- 93.4% chance to 2HKO

252 SpA Life Orb Latios Surf vs. 248 HP / 124+ SpD Assault Vest Tyranitar in Sand: 94-112 (23.3 - 27.7%) -- 70.2% chance to 4HKO

+2 252 SpA Mew Focus Blast vs. 248 HP / 124+ SpD Assault Vest Tyranitar in Sand: 316-372 (78.4 - 92.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Nihilego: Nihilego serves as the cleaner for the team once Alakazam and Latios have been removed, since Alakazam can be troublesome with its Sash and Latios isn't affected by the Webs. With a Choice Specs, Sludge Wave will always OHKO Mega Medicham from full, as well as having a chance to OHKO Victini after Stealth Rock:

252 SpA Choice Specs Nihilego Sludge Wave vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Victini: 229-270 (67.1 - 79.1%) -- 37.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

252 SpA Choice Specs Nihilego Sludge Wave vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Medicham-Mega: 261-307 (100 - 117.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 SpA Choice Specs Nihilego Sludge Wave vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Deoxys-Speed: 250-295 (82.5 - 97.3%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

And Mew can't survive if the Nihilego gets a single Beast Boost

+1 252 SpA Choice Specs Nihilego Sludge Wave vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Mew: 342-403 (100.2 - 118.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Nice guys always finish last...
Kingdra @ Choice Specs
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Draco Meteor
- Ice Beam
- Surf

Sharpedo-Mega @ Sharpedonite
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Protect
- Crunch
- Waterfall
- Psychic Fangs

Pelipper @ Leftovers
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- U-turn
- Hurricane
- Defog
- Roost

Sharpedo alone does lots of damage to this team, with speed boost + crunch it can basically ohko every pokemon with 1 maybe 2 speed boosts, only problem would be the counter on Alakazam. Psychic Fangs can also be used to destroy the screens.
252 Atk Strong Jaw Sharpedo-Mega Crunch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Medicham-Mega: 237-279 (90.8 - 106.8%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO
252 Atk Strong Jaw Sharpedo-Mega Crunch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Medicham-Mega: 237-279 (90.8 - 106.8%) -- 75% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
252 Atk Strong Jaw Sharpedo-Mega Crunch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Victini: 414-488 (121.4 - 143.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Strong Jaw Sharpedo-Mega Crunch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mew: 414-488 (121.4 - 143.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Kingdra in rain in a powerhouse, it can literally ohko everything on this team even mew and Alakazam assuming the sash hasnt already been broken, enuf said, specs + rain is insane.
252+ SpA Choice Specs Kingdra Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Medicham-Mega: 273-322 (104.5 - 123.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ SpA Choice Specs Kingdra Surf vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Victini: 390-462 (114.3 - 135.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ SpA Choice Specs Kingdra Surf vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Mew: 195-229 (57.1 - 67.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ SpA Choice Specs Kingdra Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Mew in Rain: 357-420 (104.6 - 123.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Finally, Pelipper allows Kingdras speed to double with Drizzle + Swift Swim. The u-turn is also good momentum to switch out into Kingdra or any other pokemon depending on the situation.

Minor nitpick, but the calcs for Kingdra weren't in the Rain, and Hydro Pump in the Rain actually OHKO's the Mew:

Bug teams in general have hard match up vs electric mono teams and the above team is no exception as the only special wall which is araquanid, is weak to electric moves. The rest of the team takes huge damage from electric boosted attacks due to lack of safe switch ins and once golem has set stealth rock, the offensive core of tapu koko and alolan raichu beats/brakes apart the team with its electric terrain boosted attacks. Its very hard for armaldo to rapid spin to clear off stealth rock as attacks from both Tapu koko and Raichu Alola are a guaranteed kill after stealth rock is set.

*252+ SpA Life Orb Raichu-Alola Thunderbolt vs. 120 HP / 136 SpD Scizor in Electric Terrain: 263-309 (84.5 - 99.3%) -- 75% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
*252 SpA Magnet Tapu Koko Thunderbolt vs. 120 HP / 136 SpD Scizor in Electric Terrain: 219-258 (70.4 - 82.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
*252 SpA Magnet Tapu Koko Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Armaldo in Electric Terrain: 256-303 (72.3 - 85.5%) -- 75% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

Balanced Steel Core

Skarmory @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 232 HP / 252 Def / 24 SpD
Impish Nature
- Brave Bird
- Stealth Rock

- Whirlwind

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 72 Def / 184 SpD
Careful Nature

- Leech Seed

Heatran @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock

Skarmory: Skarmory is great for switching into Armaldo, Mega Heracross, Scizor, and Araquanid. It puts up Stealth Rock, which can chip away slowly at everything. The Rocky Helmet can chip away the physical attackers even more, especially Armaldo if it tries to Rapid Spin. Brave Bird is solid Flying STAB being able to destroy Araquanid and Mega Heracross. Whirlwind is to phase out whatever it wants, racking up even more Stealth Rock damage.

Ferrothorn: Ferrothorn serves as our best and only switch in to Galvantula and Araquanid's Scalds. It can hazard stack alongside Skarmory in order to wear down everything extremely fast. Leech Seed is used as yet another way of slowly wearing down the team. Power Whip can allow it to do nice neutral damage against Araquanid and Armaldo, and Protect is nice for stalling out a turn and gaining recovery back.

Heatran: Heatran is extremely important due to being the easiest switch in against the overwhelming threat of Volcarona, and since it doesn't have Hidden Power Ground, Heatran can easily do whatever it wants in front of it. Fire Blast is used over Flamethrower in order to always guarantee the OHKO against Mega Heracross from full. Stone Edge is extremely important for OHKOing Volcarona. Stealth Rock is used as an alternate Stealth Rocker due to easily forcing out a large majority of the team.

With Deoxys-Speed's screens alongside Stealth Rock, Mew can tear through the entire team once it gets going, easily plowing through the entire team after a Nasty Plot and Rock Polish. Mega Alakazam is simply there for revenge killing Mega Swampert or Kingdra in the rain. It has Energy Ball to guarantee the OHKO against Mega Swampert, as well as to consistently OHKO Greninja. There isn't much else to be said here, since Mew and/or Mega Alakazam can take care of most the team by themselves with Deoxys-Speed's support.

Without Mega Sharpedo, Mega Gyarados, or even Dark Pulse Greninja, Swift Swim Water has virtually nothing to stop offensive Psychic from steamrolling through.

Mega Alakazam checks basically everything on the team by tracing Swift Swim, and can even outspeed Gyarados at +1. Latios can OHKO everything on the team except a fully healthy Gyarados or Mega Swampert, and can only revenge killed by Greninja or Kingdra in Rain, forcing the latter to use Draco Meteor which gives Psychic an opportunity to set up Mew. Z-Move Mew only needs to Rock Polish to basically clean this entire team in the mid to late game, and has little trouble finding opportunities to set up with Screen Support or by taking advantage of rain dropping off.

0 SpA Pelipper Hurricane vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Mew through Light Screen: 57-67 (16.7 - 19.6%) -- possible 7HKO
Deoxys-Speed is what makes this matchup totally lopsided, but isn't even necessary for this offensive psychic core to tear swift swim to pieces.

Edit: Tfw smub changes his fairy core to psychic right after you post :[
