Late Night Tours - Season 2, Week 5: OU no Dragon/Fighting-types, won by Dice!

Hi guys! The final week of this season of Late Night Tours has arrived! For this week, the theme will be Standard OU with a twist! No Fighting- or Dragon-type Pokemon will be allowed. This is obviously a pretty huge boost to stall, but try to avoid using it for the sake of getting the tournament done as quickly as possible. Obviously it's not totally banned from use, but if everyone ran stall, the tournament would last hours. ~_~

This week, @breh will be hosting! Sign-ups will open in around two hours at 6:00 PM, CST (GMT-5). The tournament will begin at 7:00 PM, CST. Please log onto #pokemon on IRC during sign-ups, and remain on IRC until the tournament ends.
