Well, it's been 24 hours, so I'll bring this slate to a close. I had to throw in some extra votes to break a couple of ties (I reserve the right to do that whenever I can, unless there are any objections from the council), but here are this slate's winners:

New Typing:

Ability: Turnabout Torrent Contrary + Torrent - At 33% of HP or higher, Water-type moves are boosted by 50%. All stat changes are inverted.
Stats: 61 HP +10 / 77 Atk +15 / 56 Def +5 / 48 SpA +5 / 58 SpD +10 / 47 Spe +5
Notable Moves:
: Waterfall, Psycho Cut, Night Slash, Superpower, Rock Tomb, Avalanche, Double-Edge
: Scald, Whirlpool
: Topsy-Turvy, Destiny Bond
Role Identification: Spam Superpower.
Pokédex Entries:
Inkip:
This is one of Project: Fusion Evolution's very first creations. It can lift boulders, but will flee after draining an opponent's willpower to fight if necessary.
Swampamar: After hypnotizing its desired prey, it has an opportunity to knock it out. Due to this, only a select few are allowed to wield it.
Mega Swampamar: Due to Mega Evolution, its lights can no longer completely hypnotize a person. Despite this, it's even more dangerous than before, as nothing is known to withstand a punch from it.

New Typing:

Ability: Swift Swim Swift Swim + Swift Swim - Doubles Speed in rain.
Stats: 30 HP +10 / 22 Atk +10 / 52 Def +15 / 22 SpA +10 / 52 SpD +15 / 100 Spe +20
Notable Moves:
: Waterfall, Flail, Iron Tail, Return
: Scald, Dragon Pulse, Ice Beam
: Z-Splash, Z-Celebrate/Happy Hour, Light Screen, Mist, Hypnosis, Confuse Ray, Mud Sport
Role Identification: This thing's got its Speed in the triple-digits, and on top of Swift Swim, is good with Rain Support. Thing is... It crumbles easily without Z-Celebrate and needs Z-Splash to hurt, and for the latter, it's only got Waterfall, Return, and Iron Tail to make use of that, meaning a Steel-type that resists Water can just sponge it out.
Pokédex Entries:
Feekarp:
Though the experiment was initially deemed a failure, it was given another chance. It wants to become beautiful and strong, but neither can describe it in this state.
Gyarotic: Upon evolution, it was difficult to confine. Its violent habits are all that undermine its beauty.
Mega Gyarotic: Mega Evolution has further enhanced Gyarotic. The jets on its side can allow it to snag prey that it doesn't catch off-guard easily.

Derived Fusion: Azuninja
Prevolution Components: Azurill / Froakie
Prevolution Name: Krillazulie
Typing: Water / Normal
Base Stats: 51 | 50 | 50 | 50 | 50 | 50 (+1 HP | +7 Atk | +5 Def | +4 SpA | +3 SpD)

Role Identification: All-Around mon. Support sets are possible due to Froakie's movepool, and offensive sets are pretty viable as well.
Dex Entries:

Krillazulie: Krillazulies are fragile creatures. They often bubble themselves to protect from predators. They are able to expel a cleaning substance that is capable of removing any kind of impurity from any surface.

Azuninja: Once an Azuninja finds a pray, it will cover it in bubbles to try to immobilize and blind the pray. The more Azuninja is damaged, the stronger it gets.

Derived Fusion: Missmatross
Prevolution Components: Misdreavus / Tynamo

Dex Entries:

Dynamiss: Being of a child-like nature, most Dynamisses just like to prank around are are really playful, as well as having a lot of energy to spend. They may occasionally accidentally hurt others with their pranks, but they can't cause any kind of serious damage to most Pokémon

Mismatross: Although it looks scarry, it never causes any threat for others, unless it is defending itself. It retains Dynamiss' dynamic energy. Most Mismatrosses are found on abandoned train stations, searching for random broken trains to mess with, at an attempt to prank people.

Derived Fusion: Haxardos

/

Base Stats: 50 / 55 / 55 / 32 / 37 / 70 (+6 HP, +10 Atk, +4 Spe)
New Ability and desc: Denticles (Rough Skin + Swift Swim) – The opponent is hurt by 1/8th of its max HP of recoil when using a contact move against this Pokemon. When it is rainy, this Pokemon’s Speed and the contact recoil are doubled.

Dex Entries:
Gibikarp: Gibikarp are very fertile and can quickly produce many young. The geothermal caves where they live would quickly become filled with Gibikarp if they weren't so vulnerable to predators. They only have sharp skin ridges and tough fins to protect them.

Dex Entries:

Merkitty: Known as the "Mermaid Cat", Merkitty is a pretty popular pick for a pet for people who live by the beach. They like to hop and bounce around, often creating waves full of fur.

Wailcatty: Being known for it'd oddity, it is a Pokémon that usually lives isolated and alone. Even though it is able to live both in the sea and in the land, it is not a common sight in either locations.

Derived Fusion: Gargatr
Prevolution Components: Gible / Totodile
Prevolution Name: Gibodile
New Type:
/

Base Stats: 59 / 82 / 59 / 47 / 51 / 57 (+10 Atk, +10 Spe)
New Ability and desc: Torrent Veil (same as derived fusion) – When this Pokemon has 1/3 or less of its max HP, its evasiveness is 1.25x, and its Water attacks do 1.5x damage.
Role Identification: Has high attack but mediocre other stats.
Dex Entries:
Gibodile: Living in caves, Gibodile has a tendency to bite anything that moves, often lunging out of the water at unsuspecting cave explorers. It has a strong bite for its size, but it isn't innately a violent Pokemon.
Gargatr: Gargatr are usually slow moving and prefer living in calm waters, where their prey often also gather. When a victim approaches, Gargatr leaps at it with incredible speed and power, clamping its jaws down on the victim before dragging them into the water where it shakes its head vigorously to tear its unlucky victim to shreds.

Derived Fusion: Dragon
Prevolution Components: Skrelp / Deino
Prevolution Name: Drelp
New Type:
/

Base Stats: 60 / 77 / 60 / 57 / 60 / 45 | BST: 359 (+4 HP, +10 Atk, +6 Spe)
New Ability and desc: Unwieldy Power (Hustle + Adaptability) – Physical attacks do double damage but average accuracy is only 80%.
Role Identification: Its physical attacks, especially its STAB moves in Crunch and Gunk Shot, can do severe damage but have reduced accuracy.
Dex Entries:
Drelp: Drelp likes eating anything rotten or spoiling, no matter how noxious or rancid. It appears to store toxic chemicals ingested from its diet to use in its potent, poisonous saliva.
Dragon: Dragon is extremely dangerous and will eat almost anything organic, and it has even attempted attacking and eating its researchers. Its poisonous saliva can melt through even the thickest steel, so hiding from it is very difficult. Who created this monstrosity?

Derived Fusion: Cofagreelix
Prevolution Components: Yamask / Onix
Prevolution Name: Yamix
New Type:
/

Base Stats: 51 / 42 / 127 / 47 / 70 / 55 | BST: 392 (+10 HP, +10 SpD)
New Ability and desc: Mummy Fortitude (same as derived fusion) – This Pokemon changes the ability of any attacker that makes contact to Mummy. If attacked by an enemy with the Mummy ability, this Pokemon can endure a hit at one hit point if that hit would faint it.
Role Identification: Amazing physical bulk, decent special bulk, but rather passive without Nasty Plot boosts. Lacks a good special Rock-type STAB but can set Stealth Rock and Toxic Spikes or help teammates get in with (Z-)Memento or Grudge.
Dex Entries:
Yamix: Yamix always carries a particular rock around with it. It is unknown why it does so, but attempts to take away the rock have resulted in great agitation, with Yamix attacking the perpetrator with its ghostly abilities. After retrieving the rock, it attempts to burrow into the ground as if to escape.
Cofagreelix: Cofagreelix’s body is made of an unknown substance that appears to be a combination of tempered steel and ectoplasm. It uses shadowy hands to grab and trap anyone who gets too close, however, so this is just a visual observation.
Cofagreelix-Mega: Upon Mega-evolution, Cofagreelix becomes even more dangerous, reaching its shadow hands through glass and steel to grab researchers. Anyone it touches loses their life force, collapsing to the ground where they stood.

Derived Fusion: Joltlord, Umbord, Espeord, Glacord
Prevolution Components: Eevee / Wailmer
Prevolution Name: Wailee
New Type:
/

Base Stats: 100 / 67 / 54 / 72 / 55 / 62 | BST: 410 (+3 HP, +7 Def, +10 SpA)
New Ability and desc: Adaptive Bias (Adaptability + Oblivious) – Increases STAB from 1.5x to 2x and ignores the STAB from opposing Pokemons’ moves.
Role Identification: Has pretty good bulk with a lot of hitpoints, and it has good offensive capabilities too. Its ability functions both offensively and defensively, making Wailee a good balanced Pokemon.
Dex Entries:
Wailee
: Wailee has a playful and innocent personality, and it loves playing in water and with people. It has an unstable genetic makeup that is easily influenced by its surroundings.
Joltlord: Besides being very large, Joltlord also has the capacity to produce powerful electric shocks using a special organ in its lungs.
Umbord: Even though it is large, Umbord can hide in the darkness right in front of people. The only time an unwary person might see it is when its body blocks out the moon.
Espeord: It hovers about using psychic levitation because it is easier than physically trying to move its large body around. Make sure to stay away from its rear end, as it might not notice you and could swing its tail or bowl over you!
Glacord: It freezes water in its immediate surroundings and slides around on it. Researchers sometimes get crushed if they slip on the ice next to Glacord.

Derived Fusion: Vepsicor
Prevolution Components: Combee / Gligar
Prevolution Name: Beegar
New Type:
/

Base Stats: 52 / 65 / 78 / 37 / 60 / 92 | BST: 384 (+8 Atk, +2 SpD, +10 Spe)
New Ability and desc: Sand Hustler (Hustle + Sand Veil) – Increases physical attack damage by 50%. Average accuracy is only 80% but is normal in a sandstorm.
Role Identification: Has decent bulk and attack with high speed. Sand Hustler makes its physical attacks stronger, and the accuracy reduction is ignored in a sandstorm.
Dex Entries:
Beegar
: Beegar constantly look for flowers or other sources to gather honey from. If Vepsicor is present, they gather honey more fervently to please the Vepsicor.
Vepsicor: Vepsicor seem to have a controlling presence on nearby Beegar, who gather honey for it. Both Vepsicor and the Beegar will attack people and Pokemon who get too close.

Derived Fusion: Zorcanine
Prevolution Components: Zorua / Growlithe
Prevolution Name: Zorlithe
New Type:
/

Base Stats: 52 / 80 / 49 / 80 / 50 / 77 | BST: 388 (+8 Atk, +2 Def, +10 Spe)
New Ability and desc: Mental Fear (same as derived fusion) – Always appear as full health to the opponent.
Role Identification: Fast and powerful mixed attacker with a good offensive typing. Also has coverage in Close Combat and Wild Charge, and U-turn for momentum.
Dex Entries:
Zorlithe
: Zorlithe has a cowardly disposition, so it uses illusions to fool people and other Pokemon into thinking it is stronger than it actually is.
Zorcanine: A master of illusions, even the most observant researchers have been fooled en masse. If anyone sees through its illusions, Zorcanine unleashes dark flames to engulf them.

Derived Fusion: Chesdon
Prevolution Components: Chespin / Hippopotas
Prevolution Name: Hippopopin
New Type:
/

Base Stats: 70 / 78 / 80 / 48 / 54 / 40 | BST: 370 (+3 HP, +7 Atk, +4 Def, +6 SpD)
New Ability and desc: Cactus Power (same as derived fusion) – Summons Sandstorm upon switching in. Grass-type moves have their power increased 20%.
Role Identification: Great physical bulk and attack but slow. A good sand setter, it also has access to support moves in Slack Off, Whirlwind, Stealth Rock, and Spiky Shield, along with offensive set up in Swords Dance or Belly Drum.
Dex Entries:
Hippopopin
: Hippopopin has very tough skin that expels sand when it is attacked or agitated. It fires its quills which are strong enough to pierce rock and dent steel.
Chesdon: Chesdon’s body is covered with armor that is tougher than even thick steel. In battle, it expels huge amounts of sand with enough force to blow away 50-ton tanks.

Derived Fusion: Mamodrill
Prevolution Components: Swinub / Drilbur
Prevolution Name: Drilnub
New Type:
/

Base Stats: 60 / 82 / 45 / 35 / 42 / 74 | BST: 338 (+10 Atk, +10 Spe)
New Ability and desc: Snow Force (same as derived fusion) – Strengthens Ice-type moves to 1.33× their power during hail.
Role Identification: Frail but has high attack and speed along with a great offensive typing. Has access to Swords Dance to increase its power, Ice Shard for priority, and Stealth Rock.
Dex Entries:
Drilnub
: Drilnub can dig through soil at high speeds, freezing the ground wherever it burrows. When it feels uncomfortable, it throws ice and dirt at the threat and tries to escape.
Mamodrill: Mamodrill can be trained to help people build tunnels, its steel claws being able to bore through tough rock. However, it can sometimes have a short temper and will lash out violently if annoyed.

Derived Fusion: Heliodra
Prevolution Components: Helioptile / Goomy
Prevolution Name: Helioomy
New Type:
/

Base Stats: 55 / 49 / 39 / 67 / 70 / 64 | BST: 344 (+6 HP, +4 SpA, +6 SpD, +4 Spe)
New Ability and desc: Sandy Skin (same as derived fusion) – Cures any major status ailment after each turn during sand. User is immune to sand damage.
Role Identification: Has good special bulk, special attack, and speed, but low physical bulk.
Dex Entries:
Helioomy
: It doesn’t eat since it generates its energy from basking in the sun or under a heat lamp. This energy can be tapped as electricity, though Helioomy doesn’t seem too fond of people stealing its energy.
Heliodra: Heliodra produces a huge amount of electricity from basking in strong light. Unfortunately for researchers, it is also rather friendly and likes to hug people who work with it, discharging its stored electricity into them.

Role Identification: Multiple roles. Set up with Work Up? Play Supportive? Be a Physical Attacker Z-Move user? All of them can work.
Pokédex Entries:
Skreino:
If Skreino finds prey, it attacks with liquid poison. Unfortunately, since it's blind, the acid almost always misses its mark.
Dragon: As it travels, it attacks and attempts to devour everything. Since its venom can corrode even a tanker's hull, hiding tends to be futile.

Yamanix
Derived Fusion: Cofagreelix
Combined Pokémon: Yamask + Onix

Did somebody say DEFENSE?
New Typing:

Ability: Mummy Fortitude Mummy + Sturdy - If another Pokémon uses a contact move on this Pokémon, that Pokémon's ability is changed to Mummy. Pokémon with that ability are unable to bring it down past 1HP.

Role Identification: It has great supportive potential and a potent Special movepool to use in a Calm Mind, Rock Polish, or Nasty Plot set.
Pokédex Entries:
Yamanix:
Yamanix feeds on minerals as it digs. Seeing itself in a reflection makes it emotional.
Cofagreelix: The gold on its body seems to be harder than diamonds. It can chew through boulders easily, but prefers minerals rich in gold.
Mega Cofagreelix: Mega Evolution has crystallized its body, preventing it from flinching as it lashes out. However, it easily gets distracted by the gold scraps floating around it.

Eevmer
Derived Fusions: Joltlord, Umbord, Espeord, Glacord
Combined Pokémon: Eevee + Wailmer

Split Evolutions??? :O
New Typing:

Ability: Escape Artist Water Veil + Run Away - This Pokémon can't be trapped.

: Scald, Shadow Ball, Hyper Voice, Ice Beam, Blizzard
: Z-Splash, Curse, Heal Bell, Wish, Protect, Work Up, Toxic
Role Identification: Z-Splash? Heal Bell + 107HP Wish? It's all yours my friend. Even better, its wish passing can't be stopped.
Pokédex Entries:
Eevmer:
It stores seawater and ejects it out of its blowhole. It constantly mutates based on the minerals in it.
Joltlord: To get ahold of prey, it leaps into the air and crashes to herd them. Then, it electrocutes them with 10,000-volt lightning bolts.
Umbord: It hunts in dark places beneath the water's surface. Ominous lights going off 10,000 feet below the surface are speculated to be Umbord.
Espeord: It can eat massive amounts of food in one go. It's less inclined to eat at nighttime, however.
Glacord: While crashing and breaching its body on the surface is itself able to knock out small Pokémon, the impact also scatters many blades of ice.

Derived Fusion: Vespicor
Combined Pokémon: Combee + Gligar

Pathetically weak bee + LC Uber = ???
New Typing:

Ability: Sand Hustle Hustle + Sand Veil - Its Attack has a x1.25 multiplier, but its accuracy is multiplied by x0.8. In Sandstorm, its Attack has a x1.5 multiplier instead and its accuracy drop is negated.

Derived Fusion: Heliodra

Prevolution Name: Helioomy
Typing: Electric/Dragon
Base Stats: 49 / 49 / 39 / 73 / 74 / 60 (BST 344, +10 Special Attack, +10 Special Defense) (BTW sorry if i did this wrong, i didn't realy understand the rules)
Ability: Hydro Skin: In the rain, the user will restore HP and remove its status condition.
Role Identification: Heliodra likes the rain and its a beast in in it. Its an amazing Special Attacker with a lot of Special Defense for its bulk. You missed just one little thing: as a general rule, always round down when calculating stat averages. That’s just how it works. So Helioomy should have 49 base HP rather than 50. BTW I really like your submission, good job! ;)

If you didn’t already know, you can edit a post by clicking “edit” which is at the very bottom of your post, and it will bring up a window with your post’s contents. Just make the change and click “save changes” which is at the bottom of the window :)

Derived Fusion: Cofagreelix
Prevolution Components: Yamask / Onix

Skreino

Ability: Hyperactive Toxins Poison Touch + Hustle - Combines component effects.

Stats: 51 HP +10 / 42 Atk ±0 / 132 Def +10 / 47 SpA ±0 / 60 SpD ±0 / 55 Spe ±0

Eevmer

Combined Pokémon: Eevee + Wailmer

Split Evolutions??? :O
New Typing:

Ability: Escape Artist Water Veil + Run Away - This Pokémon can't be trapped.

Combgar
Derived Fusion: Vespicor
Combined Pokémon: Combee + Gligar

Pathetically weak bee + LC Uber = ???

Notable Moves:
: X-Scissor, U-Turn, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Poison Jab/Cross Poison, Knock Off, Endeavor, Night Slash, Aqua Tail
: Toxic, Tailwind, Swords Dance, Stealth Rock, Roost, Defog
Role Identification: Fast, defensive Pokémon that can act good in support.
Pokédex Entries:
Combgar:
It collects honey to retrieve for its colony, which tends to be on a steep cliff. Should prey be there, it clamps onto the prey to inject poison.
Vespicor: It uses pheromones to command Combgar. It snags prey and brings it back to base.
Ion think you know, but the baby fusions also get +5 to stats all across the board as they are Parent fusions.

Derived Fusion: Zorcanine
Prevolution Components: Zorua / Growlithe
Prevolution Name: Zorgrowl
New Type: Dark / Fire
Base Stats: 55 / 74 / 48 / 83 / 55 / 73 (+3 HP, +2 Atk, +1 Def, +3 SpA, +5 SpD, +5 Spe) | 388 BST
New Ability and desc: Mental Fear (same as derived fusion) - Always appear as full health to the opponent.
Role Identification: A strange sort of mixed attacker, like an improved Houndour but without the Fire immunity. It's kinda tough to revenge KO without knowing its exact HP value. Recommended EV investment: 4 Atk, 252 SpA, 252 Spe
Dex Entries:
Zorgrowl: Regardless how much it gets wounded, it deceives others into thinking that it is perfectly healthy. It returns friendliness and hostility alike, but otherwise it keeps to itself.
Zorcanine: A formidable opponent that never shows signs of weariness until it falls unconscious. Deceitful as it is, it has a side of majesty to it.

Derived Fusion: Chesdon
Prevolution Components: Chespin / Hippopotas
Prevolution Name: Chespotas
New Type: Grass / Ground
Base Stats: 68 / 77 / 83 / 48 / 52 / 42 (+1 HP, +6 Atk, +7 Def, +4 SpD, +2 Spe) | 370 BST
New Ability and desc: Cactus Power (same as derived fusion) - Summons Sandstorm upon switching in. Grass-type moves have their power increased 20%.
Role Identification: Stats are inspired by Hippopotas but with more Attack, Defense, and Speed. Stealth Rock and sand setter with a hard-hitting Wood Hammer.
Dex Entries:
Chespotas: It thrives off of desert sand and sun in order to grow. If attacked, it will spread sand outside and throughout its body to weaken the opposition and strengthen its plant cells.
Chesdon: With all the sun and sand having influenced its growth, it takes pride in being called a "Desert Warrior" on account of its tough-as-nails plant cells and the high volumes of sand inside its body.

Derived Fusion: Mamodrill
Prevolution Components: Swinub / Drilbur
Prevolution Name: Swinbur
New Type: Ice / Ground
Base Stats: 65 / 73 / 47 / 35 / 45 / 73 (+5 HP, +1 Atk, +2 Def, +3 SpD, +9 Spe) | 338 BST
New Ability and desc: Snow Force (same as derived fusion) - Strengthens Ice-type moves to 1.33× their power during hail.
Role Identification: This thing benefits from hail as a wallbreaker rather than a sweeper, and its dual STAB coverage complements its offensive prowess. Base stats are tailored so that the important stats (Atk and Spe) can be maximized with 252 EVs and the defensive stats are as high as possible without needing EV investment.
Dex Entries:
Swinbur: Having a perceptive nose and tough digging claws, Swinbur excels at finding treasures and abodes hidden underground. Arctic cold motivates and strengthens it.
Mamodrill: In spite of its imposing tusks and rotund composure, Mamodrill is a veteran in terms of digging holes. The iciness of its tusks and fluffiness of its fur make it especially compatible with the cold.

Derived Fusion: Heliodra
Prevolution Components: Helioptile / Goomy
Prevolution Name: Gooptile
New Type: Electric / Dragon
Base Stats: 54 / 49 / 43 / 71 / 64 / 63 (+5 HP, +4 Def, +8 SpA, +3 Spe) | 344 BST
New Ability and desc: Goop Skin (Dry Skin + Gooey) - Dry Skin effects, except being affected by a Water-type move, instead of restoring 25% HP, lowers the offender's Speed by 1 stage.
Role Identification: Similar to standard Helioptile but with arguably better typing and a nasty side effect to its Water immunity.
Dex Entries:
Gooptile: Its skin is coated with a thin film of goop that counteracts water pressure. It generates electricity in desperate situations, whether from predators or from too much sun.
Heliodra: A friendly desert dweller with scales of solidified goop. The scales have a therapeutic effect when exposed to high quantities of sand, making them coveted by desert explorers.

Derived Fusion: Dragon
Prevolution Components: Skrelp / Deino
Prevolution Name: Derp
New Type: Water / Dragon
Base Stats: 56 / 73 / 65 / 57 / 65 / 43 (+6 Atk, +5 Def, +5 SpD, +4 Spe)
New Ability and desc: Confused Genes (Adaptability + Hustle) - The user deals 1.5* damage with physical attacks, but its STAB multiplier is 1.2 (1.5 * 0.8).
Role Identification: An odd bulky attacker that essentially has Iron Fist on its STABs and STAB on its physical non-STABs. This powers up its Aqua Tail, Outrage, Superpower, and more, all with unhindered accuracy.
Dex Entries:
Derp: It fights aggressively, but it only selectively remembers its fighting tactics. The playful scientists behind this fusion made it draconic just to spite its predecessor.
Dragon: While it stays afloat by virtue of its destructively sentient limbs of hardened seaweed, it is capable of hiding a mysterious toxin in its shadow on the ground.

Okay, that's all I have for this slate.

Derived Fusion: Vespicor
Prevolution Components: Combee / Gligar
Prevolution Name: Gligbee
Typing: Bug / Ground
Base Stats: 62 / 57 / 78 / 37 / 68 / 82 (+10 HP, +10 SpD)
Ability: Honey Sterilize (Honey Gather + Immunity) - If this Pokemon is poisoned, at the end of the turn, changes opponent's item into Honey. This Pokemon doesn't take poison damage.
Role Identification: Can be used as either a tank with Eviolite or utility with Toxic Orb, shutting down other Eviolite users passively. Stealth Rock, Taunt, Roost and Defog make it most fitting for a defensive set.
Dex Entries:
Gligbee: If Gligbee gets poisoned by other Pokémon while looking for flowers, it produces honey with antidotes for Vespicor so it doesn't also get poisoned.
Vespicor: When it's windy, it releases various pheromones that glue to sand. If a faint breeze with a speck of sand and pheromones touches other Pokémon, they immediately feel weakened.

Giving this a 24-hour extension due to the recent forum maintenance. Meanwhile, I slipped in a couple more submissions of my own.

EDIT: To clarify, I mean the next 3 PM, not 24 hours after this post.

What about the self-voting rule? Should it be altered?

Is there a ule? I didnt know there was one.
I put it in the OP based on the self-voting rule that was added to Fusion Moves.
Voting
After submission phase, users vote for the prevolution submission(s) that they wish to have irrevocably associated with each of the fusions in the slate. Here is how it works:
  • For each fusion, vote for no more than 3 prevolution submissions. Keep in mind that votes are simply counted, not weighted.
  • If you submitted for the slate in question, you can cast no more than 2 votes for your own submissions.
  • If one or more submission(s) end up with the highest number of votes, there will be a tiebreaker to determine the true winner(s). During the tiebreaker, each user only votes for 1 submission per prevolution, with no self-voting involved.
