Don’t mean to double post, but I hope no one is offended by my rant. I don’t want to sound like I’m calling out anyone or criticizing anyone.

Also don’t want to make any excuses but everyone around where I live is on edge because of Mother Nature right now too :l

I think it's time to buff the PP stallers. Starting with the new PP weather setter, Lugia + Hippopotas.

Hippogia
Donors: Hippopotas and Lugia

Ability: Atmospheric Strain (Pressure + Sand Stream) - Sets up Duststorm for 5 turns when entering the field (8 if holding Smooth Rock).
Duststorm works like Sandstorm, except it doubles PP usage instead of doing damage. Ground-, Rock- and Steel-types are immune to this effect. It increases the Special Defense of Ground-types as opposed to Rock-types. Weather Ball becomes Ground-type as opposed to Rock-type. It also activates Sand Force, Sand Rush and Sand Veil (and fused abilities that are based on them) but not Magic Guard or Overcoat.
Stats: 107 HP (+20) / 81 Atk / 124 Def (+20) / 64 SpA / 98 SpD / 71 Spe - 545 BST
Notable Moves:
:
Earthquake, Dragon Tail
:
Aeroblast, Earth Power
: Protect, Roost, Toxic, Whirlwind, Thunder Wave, Reflect, Light Screen, Stealth Rock, Tailwind, Stockpile, Substitute, Yawn
Role Identification: A very bulky weather setter that works for both Sand teams or better yet, PP stall teams. As a Ground/Flying, Hippogia is much bulkier than Gliscor, meaning it can last long in battle. Access to Thunder Wave and Yawn can make it more annoying.
This new weather can be used with PP stallers such as Vespicor, Suirizion, Enterrak and Koulion. It can also be used with Pokemon that have abilities that prevent PP-stall like Moltie and Stundos. I highly suggest using it with Vespicor, it does wonders with Sand Pressure (In Sandstorm opponent's moves' PP are halved.) If you're looking for a third suggestion for the best PP stall team ever, look no further than Gonzap's G-Tolerance (This Pokemon is immune to moves with 1/2 or less of their PP remaining.)

I'll also revive Sharpedo + Mewtwo. But I'm changing the ability to be PP related. ;)

Sharmew
Donors: Mewtwo & Sharpedo

Ability: Tension Overdrive (Pressure + Speed Boost) - Raises speed by 1 stage at the end of the turn. Lowers foe's Speed by one stage for every two PP they used (PP counting resets when switching out).
Stats: 88 HP / 135 Atk (+20) / 65 Def / 135 SpA (+11) / 65 SpD / 121 Spe (+9) - 609 BST
Notable Moves:
:
Waterfall, Earthquake, Psychic Fangs, Zen Headbutt, Crunch, Poison Jab, Aqua Jet, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Drain Punch, Elemental Punches, Psycho Cut
:
Surf, Scald, Dark Pulse, Ice Beam, Focus Blast, Fire Blast, Thunder, Blizzard, Hurricane, Psystrike, Psychic, Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Energy Ball, Tri Attack, Shadow Ball, Aura Sphere, Signal Beam,
: Protect, Bulk Up, Calm Mind, Substitute, Will-o-Wisp, Toxic, Recover
Role Identification: Strong mixed attacker with stupidly large coverage, a strong ability and much unpredictability. 135 Attack / SpA is nothing to scoff at. Oh, and there are megas too. Have fun.

Ability: Steadfast
Stats: 88 HP / 215 Atk (+80) / 75 Def (+10) / 135 SpA / 75 SpD (+10) / 121 Spe - 709 BST
Notable Moves: See above, Mainly Physical attacks.
Role Identification: Get boosts from tension overdrive and then go to town. 215 attack is stupidly borked, but it's still frail as hell...

Ability: Insomnia
Stats: 88 HP / 175 Atk (+40) / 45 Def (-20) / 175 SpA (+40) / 95 SpD (+30) / 131 Spe (+10) - 709 BST
Notable Moves: See Above, - Substitute
Role Identification: Basically an upgrade to the base form, except for the ability. with 175 mixed offences, this thing almost rivals Mega Rayquaza in Atk and SpA, and it also has much more speed. Still frail though, and it's physical bulk is abysmal.

Ability: Strong Jaw
Stats: 88 HP / 155 Atk (+20) / 95 Def (+30) / 150 SpA (+15) / 90 SpD (+25) / 131 Spe (+10) - 709 BST
Notable Moves: Read above, notable: Crunch, Psychic Fangs, +Elemental Bites
Role Identification: The most well rounded of the megas. It has the highest overall bulk, and it's offences aren't bad either. Definitely a worthy opponent.

Overall Role Identification: Sharmew is able to pull of many roles, such as a fast statuser, All Out Physical, All Out Special, Setup Physical Sweeper & All Out Mixed Attacker. It's brutally unpredictable with an amazing ability to boot. Although it's defences on all but Sharpedonite are lacking, and even Sharpedonite's defences aren't the best.

wait when you say Duststorm activates sand stream do you mean sand rush?

well, it's that time of finishing again.
Why does Torrent/Blaze/Overgrow + Tangling Hair increase powers of moves that aren't water/fire/grass type?
And did you forget to write an HP value or is it literally 'The opponent's ability does not function when this Pokemon has HP left'? Why does it even have that effect?

Yeah my bad, thanks.

Why does Torrent/Blaze/Overgrow + Tangling Hair increase powers of moves that aren't water/fire/grass type?
You can simply remove the type from moves and you have access to all moves. The type itself does get an extra power boost which comes from the 1/3 HP part.

It is literally that. It comes from the fact that Overgrow, Blaze, and Torrent don't function when a Pokemon is above 1/3 HP. Combined with the opponent part from Tangling Hair and taking away the 1/3 part, you can get that effect.

It's incredibly broken. Wouldn't it make more sense to... instead of giving it offensive and defensive Mold Breaker at all time... make opponent's Ability not function when the opponent is above 1/3 HP? It combines the effect of those abilities and makes something new already. No need to change and buff it anymore.
Also at least try to keep the multipliers. It gets the equivalent of Huge Power, SpA Huge Power AND Speed Huge Power, and the multipliers for the abilities were -1 Speed and x1.3 for 1 type.
I mean, abilities are supposed to be creative, but this isn't about creativity imo

ok fine. (Wow the second time i hit a massively broken line) Speed and the power of non-type moves get 1.5*, type moves get 1.8* and the mold breaker-esque ability will be changed...

EDIT: BTW, i added the multipliers and the type boost is actually 1.5*, but yeah, point taken.

Protector of the swarm.
Parents: Flygon and Landorus-T
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Flyorus Guard
New type: Ground/Dragon
New base stats: 84/122/105/92/80/115 (+20 Defense, +20 Speed)
New ability and desc: Guard's Shield (Levitate + Intimidate) - After switching in, this Pokemon takes no damage from the first damaging attack to hit it. Ground-type moves do not 'break the shield' - they deal no damage if the ability is active, but the ability still absorbs the next hit. Immune to Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Sticky Web and other ground-based hazards.
Notable moves: Earthquake, U-Turn, Rock Polish, Swords Dance, Outrage, Boomburst, Stone Edge, Defog, Knock Off, Superpower, Stealth Rock, Explosion, Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Tailwind
Role identification: While it has average stats, it can very easily revenge kill stuff with its ability. It can also use the ability to set up rocks easily: It can even pair it with Focus Sash to become a suicide lead that can always use SR and then explode or set up Tailwind. It's ability also lets it become a very risk-free set up sweeper with Dragon Dance and decent offenses. It's a simple little fusion with great utility, and should definitely be respected - just make sure to dodge those Icicle Spears!

Isn't Flygon + Landorus-T allowed? Neither have 670+ BST so you don't need to use a <461 BST mon.
