Fusion Evolution V3 (Voting Phase)

Status
Not open for further replies.

You won't like it when it's angry...
DNA Donors: Tornadus-Incarnate + Kartana
Offspring name: Cantankerous
New Type: Steel/Flying
Base Stats: 69/158 (+10)/100/92/75 (+20)/120 (+10) (BST: 614)
New ability and desc: Grumpy Old Mon (Prankster + Beast Boost): This Pokémon's status moves have +1 Priority. Using a move with increased Speed Priority or KOing an enemy Pokémon increases this Pokémon's highest non-HP stat by +1 combat stage.
Notable Moves: Acrobatics, Iron Tail, Sacred Sword, Leaf Blade, Knock Off, U-Turn, Detect, Substitute, Synthesis, Tailwind, Swords Dance, Defog, Bulk Up, Agility,
Role Identification: Welcome to Boost City. Cantankerous takes the concept of the Speed Boost/Protect synergy and takes it one step further, allowing it to beef up its not inconsiderable Attack stat just by avoiding damage. Priority boosting is a very, very nasty piece of work, but it's vulnerable to phazing and its best STAB moves have considerable drawbacks (Iron Tail is hopelessly inaccurate, Acrobatics necessitates forgoing an item, &c). That said, with the ability to boost to hell and back, do you really need an item? There are other boosting options as well - Swords Dance, Tailwind, and Synthesis are really good at what they do - but you need to have at least some slots for coverage. +1 Sacred Sword is a very useful move for when you're obliged to play wallbreaker against a boosted target, while Knock Off can dent stuff pretty heavily as well. Again, just watch out for phazing and you should be pretty much golden; if you fall victim to it, though, do try to stay calm. =]

The fourth member of the Lake Trio...
Parents: Xatu + Swoobat
Shared egg group: Flying
Offspring name: Oxbow
New type: Psychic/Flying
New base stats: 76/76/72/96/72/114 (BST: 506)
New ability and desc: Twn Twrn (Magic Bounce + Klutz): This Pokémon causes status moves used against it to be rebounded against their users. Additionally, the effects of enemy Pokémon's items are reversed while this Pokémon is on the field (for example, Choice Scarf lowers the holder's Speed by 50%, Life Orb lowers the holder's damage output by 33%, Flame Orb heals the holder of Burns every turn, Lum Berries inflict a random status ailment on the holder upon consumption, &c).
Notable moves: Psychic, Psyshock, Air Slash, Shadow Ball, Signal Beam, Heat Wave, Dazzling Gleam, Calm Mind, Taunt, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Screens, Roost
Role Identification: General irritating bugger to deal with, despite a statline that's, well, pretty mediocre. 76/72/72 defensive stats just aren't enough in this meta, but its ability does have quite a lot going for it. It can come in on leads, bounce hazards back, and is immune to things like status and Taunt, but it can also stonewall item abusers, especially Choice abusers. Guts mons find their status constantly healed, Lefties walls take chip damage every turn Oxbow's on the field, pinch berries make things a lot worse for everyone involved... the list goes on. Ultimately, this is a fusion carried by a very powerful ability, but it's still pretty underwhelming despite good coverage and a pretty weird movepool. Don't underestimate it, though; while it may meander around the battle a bit, in the hands of a skilled trainer it'll break your ring by the time it's done with you. =]
what makes oxbow the fourth member of the lake trio? it doesn't fit with them.
cool tho

Speaking as a regular user and not a council member, my problem with Shewt is that it only has two weaknesses. I’d probably like it more if it were Bug/Psychic instead of Ghost/Psychic
You probably didn't understand Shewt's ability.

New ability and desc: Untouchable (Unnerve + Wonder Guard) - While this Pokemon is active, it prevents opposing Pokemon from using moves that are super effective against it.
The ability prevents the opponent from using Dark and Ghost type moves, because Shewt is weak to them. Which means Shewt has got no weaknesses, but still can be hit by neutral and not very effective moves. So if it was Bug/Psychic it would actually be more broken because it would have 4 extra weaknesses which would become immunities.

Just a question though, shouldn't Flame Orb heal the user of burns every turn instead of the ability reverting the effects of the burn itself?

Other than that, I really like the concept of screwing the foe's item.
That was what I meant for it to do; if I wasn't clear on that point, then I can only apologise.

Wait a minute you just gave me an idea.

What if Arinja was only immune to super-effective moves? Would you guys allow it then?

Resubs:

Will this be the fusion that makes Wonder Room teams viable?
No. Of course it won't be. It's still cool, though.
Parents: Alakazam and Deoxys-Attack
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Attackazam
New type: Psychic
New base stats: 52/115/32/177/57/155 (+20 Special Attack, +20 Speed) (BST: 588)
New ability and desc: Arcana Shield (Magic Guard + Pressure) - Immune to all indirect damage. Whenever it would normally take indirect damage, remove 1 PP from all of your opponent's moves.
Notable moves: Psycho Boost, Psychic, Psyshock, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Energy Ball, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Extreme Speed, Dazzling Gleam, Spikes, Dark Pulse
Role identification: One of the most ridiculous glass cannons in this metagame. Sports higher base speed and slightly lower base Special Attack than Deoxys-Attack itself, but enjoys the ability to avoid its Focus Sash being broken by rocks, and also can use Life Orb without having any recoil. It should be noted that Life Orb sets rapidly drain enemy PP too if they get multiple hits off. This Pokemon wasn't made around some fancy ability, movepool or typing like other fusions - it's just simple, raw power. This has many advantages - it is much better at dealing with Harem and the Mold Breakers (someone make that a band pls), players can easily use it and understand what it does instead of having to memorize another complicated Fusion ability, and it's just really satisfying to destroy things with it. Oh, and in case you didn't know, there aren't any other mono-Psychic fusions in the game.

Mega Attackazam
New base stats:
52/115/52/217/67/185
New ability and desc: Trace
Role identification: Sporting the highest base Special Attack and second highest base speed of any fusion, it'll occasionally deal some minor damage. It can also trace a bunch of annoying abilities to deal even more damage. However, it loses indirect damage immunity and the ability to use items and Z-Crystals. Due to the abundance of powerful abilities in Fusion Evolution, Trace should be enough to make it useful over its base form, while items and not using a mega slot should be enough to preserve its base form's usefulness, making it one of the few fusions which can use a mega without being defined by it.

New Fusions:

This fusion may be easy to KO, but do you really want to?
Parents: Skuntank and Liepard
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Padunk
New type: Poison/Dark
New base stats: 93/101/68/89/65/105
New ability and desc: Rage Potion (Aftermath + Unburden) - After this Pokemon faints to an opponent's attack, its replacement has doubled Speed and its attacks deal 25% more damage until it switches out or faints (even if transformed).
Notable moves: Sucker Punch, Defog, Play Rough, Memento, Explosion, Pursuit, Poison Jab, U-Turn, Knock Off, Gunk Shot, Trick
Role identification: By Fusion Evolution standards, its stats are utterly appalling, but if it faints to an opponent's attack, it can set up a massive revenge sweep that the opponent will be hard pressed to stop. If the opponent decides to switch out to a Pokemon they won't straight up lose after KOing Padunk, Padunk can use the free turn to Defog, Pursuit the switchout, knock an item off, use Trick or U-Turn out. It's important to note that the ability doesn't activate if it uses Memento or Explosion.

Strong wielder of rare special priority
Parents: Whimsicott + Wigglytuff
Shared egg group: Fairy
Offspring name: Whimsituff
New type: Fairy/Normal
New base stats: 110/78/75/91/72/90 (516)
New ability and desc: Prank War (Prankster + Competitive): 1.5x Special Attack. Status moves have +1 priority, but are blocked by Dark types. If the user's priority move fails or is blocked (missing does not count*), boosts Special Attack by 2 stages.
Notable moves: Nature Power, Moonblast, Focus Blast, Wish, U-Turn, Leech Seed, Growth, Tailwind
Role identification: Whimsituff is all about Nature Power. If you didn't know, Nature Power is a status move that calls an attack depending on terrain - usually Tri Attack. This means that it's an attack boosted by Prankster. There's the minor issue of it being blocked by Dark-types because Prankster and Ghost-types because Normal, but Whimsituff can turn that into an advantage - boosting its Special Attack and letting it hit them hard with a powerful Moonblast then continue the sweep stronger. It has reasonable support capabilities as well.

*Didn't want to turn Sing/Grasswhistle into the coinflip of death

Sample Set:
Whimsituff @ Leftovers / Fairium Z
Ability: Prank War
EVs: 252 HP, 4 Def, 252 SpA
Modest Nature
- Nature Power
- Moonblast
- Wish
- Leech Seed

I bet you'll have trouble finding something to resist this STAB coverage. Especially not Dialcatty.
Parents: Entei + Zygarde
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Zyntei
New type: Fire/Ground
New base stats: 111/127(+20)/103/85/85/117(+20) (628)
New ability and desc: G-Break (Pressure + Aura Break) Negates Pressure-based abilities* (even ones that don't effect PP), uses no PP during turns where the effect of a Pressure-based ability would normally affect it
Notable moves: Thousand Arrows, Sacred Fire, Extreme Speed, Coil, Dragon Dance
Role identification: Arrows!Ground and Fire are unresisted by type and have very few things that resist both by ability either. This makes Zyntei a very potent attacker for obvious reasons. But on top of that, G-Break allows it to check or counter almost all abusers of Pressure-based abilities in the tier - it can still use items against Harem (as if that's not getting quickbanned lmao), can hit Dialcatty super-effectively, takes a lot less damage from Fear-Roh, can strike Deoxurk at full power and pretty much destroys DIO.

*Only ones that directly effect Zyntei, attack used by it, or attacks against it. Light Speed is not negated, neither is Vexing Valor, Compression's secondary effects are negated but its form change is not, and does not negate these abilities when they are used against allies. In the case of Time Stop, attacking a 'mon with G-Break is treated the same as using a protection move. Takes priority over Overwhelming Presence.

Sample Set:
Zyntei @ Life Orb / Firium Z
Ability: G-Break
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Sacred Fire
- Thousand Arrows
- Extreme Speed
- Dragon Dance

A basic sweeping set pretty much. Zyntei's use isn't very complicated, nor is what moves it wants to run.

Bulky wall/rain setter
Parents: Pelipper + Toxapex
Shared egg group: Water 1
Offspring name: Pelippex
New type: Water/Poison
New base stats: 65/66/136/84/116/60 (527)
New ability and desc: Rain Regen (Drizzle + Regenerator): Sets Rain on switchin. Heals 33% of its max HP every time it sets Rain.
Notable moves: Recover/Roost, Scald, Haze, U-Turn, Defog, Toxic Spikes, Toxic, Tailwind
Role identification: Supports teams in a variety of ways, as it sets rain and can use a slow U-Turn, clear stat boosts with Haze, as well as either set or clear hazards. Pelippex isn't quite as specially bulky as Toxapex, but it easily makes up for that with its ability to set Rain, as well as getting U-Turn and Defog from Pelipper. It also has some offensive presence, but not nearly enough to justify using it offensively.

Sample Set:
Pelippex @ Damp Rock
Ability: Rain Regen
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Roost
- Scald
- U-Turn
- Defog

Basic support set. The set itself is basically straight from Pelipper.

Counters Mega Evolution. Yes, really.
Parents: Clefable + Zygarde
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Faegarde
New type: Fairy/Ground
New base stats: 101/85/117(+20)/108(+20)/92/77 (580)
New ability and desc: Power Guard (Magic Guard + Power Construct): Form-changed Pokemon*'s moves don't deal damage or inflict effects on anything with Power Guard. The moves still connect (they just don't work), so no bypassing it with Mold Breaker.
Notable moves: SoftBoiled, Moonblast, Earth Power, Calm Mind, Stealth Rock, some other stuff i guess
Role identification: I had a large amount of ability ideas for this fusion, but I decided on this one after a good amount of turmoil. Faegarde can counter every Mega Evolution, as well as quite a few other form changes, and use them as setup bait for Calm Mind or potentially Dragon Dance. It's not useless against the rare team without one, either, as it has good stats for a Calm Mind abuser. Only two type combinations resist its STAB combination, and even then Fusion Moves could easily give it a special Arrows variant or something.

*A Pokemon that is not in the form it started the battle in

Sample Set:
Faegarde @ Leftovers
Ability: Power Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Earth Power
- SoftBoiled

Basic Calm Mind set. Can get up a free Calm Mind against form-changed mons. As stated above its STABs are all it really needs for attacks, and SoftBoiled is essential healing.

Parents: Staraptor + Braviary
Shared egg group: Flying
Offspring name: Star Rave
New type: Flying/Normal
New base stats: 102/131/82/63/77/100 (555)
New ability and desc: Astral Force (Reckless + Sheer Force): Recoil moves and moves with secondary effects have their power multiplied by 1.5x (1.2 + 1.3) and have recoil and secondary effects removed. Moves boosted this way do not have Life Orb recoil.
Notable moves: Brave Bird, Double Edge, Close Combat, U-Turn, Rock Slide, Zen Headbutt, Defog, Bulk Up
Role identification: Astral Force gives Star Rave incredible power on its main STABs - they're effectively 180 BP moves - and thus makes it an incredibly powerful attacker. I'll just let the following calcs speak for themselves.

+1 252 Atk Life Orb Staraptor Brave Bird vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mew: 386-454 (113.1 - 133.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

+1 252 Atk Life Orb Staraptor Brave Bird vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Sickle: 185-218 (58.9 - 69.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Offspring name: Thundurain
New type: Electric/Bug
New base stats: 94(+20)/87/86(+20)/112/81/95 (555)
New ability and desc: Initiative (Intimidate + Prankster): Immediately uses the first two status moves in its moveset upon switching in.
Notable moves:
Status: Defog, Quiver Dance, Nasty Plot, Thunder Wave, Whirlwind, Sticky Web, Haze
Attack: Thunderbolt, Bug Buzz, Ice Beam, Focus Blast, Shadow Ball, Energy Ball, Scald
Role identification: Able to function as a threat or supporter thanks to one ability, Thundurain can fit onto a large variety of teams. There is a catch, though, as its most powerful attacking set can only have 2 attacking moves, and Unaware and similar abilities screw it over bad.

Sorry, but Faegarde's ability absolutely would be bypassed by Mold Breaker. I see no reason why it wouldn't be.
Also a more subjective opinion, but having a Pokemon pretty much solely designed to be completely impossible to beat using certain specific mons and fairly bad (by FE standards) against everything else is really not a good idea. Makes it much more matchup based. There should always be at least the possibility of counterplay besides switching out.
Also, do Silvally and Arceus forms count as form changes? They start the battle looking like their Normal type forms, and then immediately shift on switch in AFAIK.

Parents: Articuno / Gardevoir
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Gardecuno
New type: Ice / Fairy
New base stats: 85 HP / 75 Atk / 90 Def / 120 SpA / 128 SpD / 90 Spe (+6 HP, +8 Def, +10 SpA, +8 SpD, +8 Spe)
New ability and desc: Synchronized Cloak (Snow Cloak + Synchronize) – When this Pokemon becomes Poisoned, Paralyzed, or Burned, so does the opponent (immunities apply). Raises this Pokemon’s evasion by one level when Poisoned, Paralyzed, or Burned.
Notable moves: Hail/Aurora Veil, Reflect/Light Screen, Ice Beam/Blizzard, Defog, Freeze-Dry, Haze, Heal Bell, Hurricane, Roost, Substitute, Tailwind, U-turn, Calm Mind, Encore, Energy Ball, Focus Blast, Memento/Healing Wish, Destiny Bond, Misty Terrain, Moonblast, Psychic/Psyshock, Shadow Ball, Signal Beam, Taunt, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Trick, Will-O-Wisp, Wish
Role identification: Gardecuno is a decently fast, mixed-bulk special attacker with access to Aurora Veil (and dual screens). Ice/Fairy is great offensively but bad defensively. 85/90/128 is decently bulky with reliable recovery, and the ability makes some status users think twice. Base 120 Special Attack hits hard enough, especially with STAB Moonblast and Ice Beam/Blizzard. Gardecuno also has decent other options with Focus Blast to hit Steel-types, Toxic/Thunder Wave/Will-O-Wisp, Taunt, Encore, and setting up with Calm Mind.

Offspring name: Mega Gardecuno @ Gardevoirite
New type: Ice / Fairy
New base stats: 85 HP / 95 Atk / 90 Def / 160 SpA / 148 SpD / 110 Spe
New ability and desc: Pixilate
Notable moves: Same as above, plus Hyper Voice
Role identification: The Mega is arguably better offensively due to STAB Hyper Voice to pierce opponents’ Substitutes and base 160 Special Attack and 110 Speed, while having more special bulk as well.

Parents: Gallade / Celesteela
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Gallesteela
New type: Fighting / Steel
New base stats: 82 HP / 133 Atk / 84 Def / 86 SpA / 108 SpD / 90 Spe (+20 Atk, +20 Spe)
New ability and desc: Beast of Justice (Justified + Beast Boost) – (exact combination of the two abilities) Attack is raised by one stage when the Pokemon is hit by a Dark-type move, and increases the Pokemon’s highest stat when it knocks out a Pokemon.
Notable moves: Iron Head, Close Combat, Swords Dance, Autotomize, Drain Punch, Earthquake, Explosion, Façade, Leech Seed, Stone Edge, Leaf Blade, Substitute, Destiny Bond, Memento, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Poison Jab, Will-O-Wisp, Wish, Taunt, Shadow Sneak, Knock Off
Role identification: Gallesteela is a physical attacker with decent special bulk and okay speed. Its main sets would probably be set-up attackers due to access to Swords Dance and maybe Autotomize to combat faster opponents. It has STAB Iron Head and Close Combat along with many coverage options, Taunt and Substitute to stallbreak, and Memento to help an ally switch in safely.

Offspring name: Mega Gallesteela @ Galladite
New type: Fighting / Steel
New base stats: 82 HP / 173 Atk / 114 Def / 86 SpA / 108 SpD / 120 Spe
New ability and desc: Inner Focus
Notable moves: Same as above
Role identification: Mostly the same as above, but now with base 173 Atk and 120 Spe.

Parents: Aurorus / Drampa
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Aurora
New type: Ice / Dragon
New base stats: 110 HP / 78 Atk / 88 Def / 127 SpA / 101 SpD / 57 Spe
New ability and desc: Frozen Monster (Refrigerate + Berserk) – (exact combination of the two) Increases the power of Normal-type moves by 20% and changes them to Ice-type. Boosts the Pokemon’s Special Attack stat by one stage when it takes a hit that causes its HP to become half or less.
Notable moves: Draco Meteor, Hyper Voice, Blizzard/Ice Beam, Calm Mind, Dark Pulse, Dragon Tail, Earth Power, Flash Cannon, Freeze-Dry, Mirror Coat, Psychic, Rock Polish, Stealth Rock, Substitute, Thunderbolt, Energy Ball, Flamethrower/Fire Blast, Focus Blast, Hurricane, Roost, Shadow Ball, Surf
Role identification: Aurora is a slow special attacker that has access to Stealth Rock and STAB Refrigerate-boosted Hyper Voice and Draco Meteor along with many good coverage options. 110 / 88 / 101 bulk is decent on the special side and okay on the physical side, though Ice/Dragon isn’t a really good defensive typing. Aurora could be usable with Trick Room due to its low speed.

Parents: Altaria / Mandibuzz
Shared egg group: Flying
Offspring name: Altaribuzz
New type: Dark / Flying
New base stats: 102 HP / 77 Atk / 107 Def / 72 SpA / 110 SpD / 90 Spe
New ability and desc: Curing Armor (Natural Cure + Weak Armor) – The Pokemon’s status (Burn, Paralyze, Sleep, Poison, Freeze) is healed when withdrawn from battle or when hit by an attack. Also, Defense decreases by one stage and Speed increases by two stages when hit by an attack.
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Earthquake, Flamethrower/Fire Blast, Haze, Heal Bell, Ice Beam, Moonblast, Pursuit, Roost, Substitute, Roar/Whirlwind, Dark Pulse, Defog, Foul Play, Knock Off, Nasty Plot, Tailwind, Taunt, U-turn
Role identification: Cool ability, but avoid primarily using the base form. Its base form should be used to take a hit with 102 / 107 / 110 bulk, as Curing Armor doubles its speed if that happens. You should Mega-Evolve it now.

Offspring name: Mega Altaribuzz @ Altarianite
New type: Dark / Fairy
New base stats: 102 HP / 117 Atk / 127 Def / 112 SpA / 110 SpD / 90 Spe
New ability and desc: Pixilate
Notable moves: Same as above, plus Hyper Voice, Return/Frustration, Double-Edge
Role identification: Mega Altaribuzz has the well-rounded stats of a bulky attacker, allowing it to potentially run many different sets. Hopefully it took a hit in its base form so that its Speed was doubled. It can be a mixed attacker, a physical attacker with Dragon Dance and Pixilate-boosted STAB Return/Double-Edge and Knock Off, a special attacker with Nasty Plot and Pixilate-boosted STAB Hyper Voice and Dark Pulse, with reliable recovery, Defog, Taunt, U-turn, etc.

Parents: Houndoom / Ninetales
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Nine-Hounds
New type: Fire / Dark
New base stats: 84 HP / 93 Atk / 72 Def / 105 SpA / 100 SpD / 107 Spe
New ability and desc: Blazing Drought (Flash Fire + Drought) – (exact combination of the two)
Notable moves: Dark Pulse, Flamethrower/Fire Blast, Foul Play, Nasty Plot, Overheat, Pursuit, Sludge Bomb, Solar Beam, Sucker Punch, Super Fang, Taunt, Will-O-Wisp, Energy Ball, Destiny Bond
Role identification: Nine-hounds sets up Sun on switch-in and enjoys switching into non-Mold Breaker Fire-type attacks. You can keep it in this form to keep setting up Sun, but its stats aren’t anything too amazing, though it does have a usable Special Attack stat and decent speed tier. Nasty Plot can be used to boost its Special Attack, and it has a good STAB combination along with coverage in Solar Beam.

Offspring name: Mega Nine-Hounds @ Houndoomite
New type: Fire / Dark
New base stats: 84 HP / 93 Atk / 112 Def / 135 SpA / 110 SpD / 127 Spe
New ability and desc: Solar Power
Notable moves: Same as above
Role identification: Loses the ability to set up Sun, but Mega Nine-Hounds can now benefit from the Sun it just set up with Solar Power, boosting its already-high Special Attack by 50% at the cost of some health each turn. Base 127 speed is nice along with 84 / 112 / 110 bulk.

Parents: Kingdra / Sceptile
Shared egg group: Dragon
Offspring name: Sceptiking
New type: Water / Grass
New base stats: 82 HP / 100 Atk / 90 Def / 110 SpA / 90 SpD / 112 Spe
New ability and desc: Pluviophile (Swift Swim + Overgrow) – When it is rainy, the Pokemon’s speed and Grass-type attack power double.
Notable moves: Hydro Pump, Leaf Storm, Ice Beam, Dragon Dance, Flash Cannon, Scald, Signal Beam, Substitute, Waterfall, Iron Head, Earthquake, Focus Blast, Giga Drain, Swords Dance, Thunder Punch, Leaf Blade
Role identification: Sceptiking is fast with decent bulk and solid mixed offenses. It has good special STAB moves in Hydro Pump and Leaf Storm and weaker (but more spammable) physical STAB moves in Waterfall and Leaf Blade. It can set up on the physical side with Dragon Dance or Swords Dance and has decent coverage options on both sides. Its ability allows it to be a potential menace in the rain, doubling its speed and the power of its Grass-type attacks while rain already boosts its Water-type attacks.

Offspring name: Mega Sceptiking @ Sceptilite
New type: Water / Dragon
New base stats: 82 HP / 125 Atk / 100 Def / 150 SpA / 90 SpD / 137 Spe
New ability and desc: Lightningrod
Notable moves: Same as above, plus Draco Meteor and Outage
Role identification: Loses its ability, though Lightningrod at least allows it to threaten Pokemon that like using Electric-type attacks. Even faster than the base form, with greatly increased offensive stats, Mega Sceptiking can still hit hard on both sides with its new Dragon-type STAB moves.

You probably didn't understand Shewt's ability.

See the thing is it still isn’t safe from 2/3 of all types. I just kinda think the ability is underpowered with only two weaknesses, although anyone else is free to jump in

Parents: Zygarde + Aegislash
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Z-Slash
New type: Steel/Dragon
New base stats: 100 (+16)/90 (+15)/135/65/130 (+8)/78 (+1)

Notable moves: Swords Dance, Thousand Arrows, Outrage, Dragon Dance, Core Enforcer, Extreme Speed, Iron Head, Pain Split, Superpower, Stone Edge, Destiny Bond, Pursuit, Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, King's Shield.
Role identification: Z-Slash is an incredibly useful mons meant solely for dismantling mons with Forme changes. Due to the abundance of Forme-changing Fusions there are, including Greninja, Minior, and Darmanitan Fusions, and MEGA EVOLUTIONS (yeah I'm p sure megas are formes, so yeah), Z-Slash can easily setup against those and destroy them. It's 100/135/130 bulk is spectacular, and coupled with 90 attack plus Dragon Dance, it is sure to pack a beating before it is beaten, and when it is finally beaten, your opponent's Forme-changing mons are likely gone.

It's Giga Drains are also gonna be a pain, as well as it wing able to almost always use Leech Seed first. And guess what, Dark-Types aren't even immune to it! It also can set Spikes/Tspikes, along with good momentum in U-Turn. It can also be a cleric with Aromotherapy. Overall, Roserey is a good and powerful mon.

Role identification: A bulky Spinner with only 1 Weakness and can easily wall the Dragon/Steel typing. It has spectacular coverage, like, REALLY good coverage, reliable recovery in Roost, and good momentum in U-Turn/Volt Switch. It also has Taunt and decent 85 speed to try and block slower defoggers.

Role identification: 148 attack, and 147 speed, coupled with good priority STAB in Espeed and an amazing movepool, along with some moves that are good with a sash, and an amazing ability, makes Loppux a powerful threat to meta. But guess what, it's worse than that.

Parents: Deoxys-Attack + Lopunny-Mega

Offspring name: Lopux-Mega
New type: Normal/Fighting
New base stats: 57/208/62/117/58/177
New ability and desc: Scrappy
Notable moves: aforementioned; highlighting Fighting and Normal-Type moves.
Role identification: this is a MONSTER. 208 attack coupled with 177 speed is insanely powerful, and coupled with its STAB Priority in Extreme Speed, Mega Loppux will read havoc to the FE metagame.

Parents: Dhelmise + Cryogonal

Role identification: An amazin mon with a good plenty I find uses. It's a nice actually good bulky ice type with access to reliable recovery in Recover, coverages in its HUGE movepool, and utility in moves like Knock Off, Haze, and Rapid Spin.

i mean megas can easily transform before it comes in, and if it switches in on the mega evolution it still takes a hit
cool idea though, I prefer this to Faegarde personally.

The point Is to lead with it and try to get a good start, but yeah, I see your point. I was gonna do this last slate but, uh, yeah xD

I couldn't D:

Retooled from V2, this can become the single fastest fusion ever.
Parents: Sylveon / Raichu-Alola
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Sylvaichu-Alola
New type: Fairy / Electric
New base stats: 87 / 85 / 67 / 112 / 117 / 95
New ability and desc: Extension Cord (Pixilate + Surge Surfer) - This Pokemon's Normal-type moves become Electric-type and have their power multiplied 1.2x. When this Pokemon uses an Electric or Normal-type move (like Protect), its Speed is raised by two stages.
Notable moves: Moonblast, Thunderbolt, Surf, Psychic, Psyshock, Grass Knot, Focus Blast, Volt Switch, Thunder, Calm Mind, Shadow Ball, Hyper Voice, Fake Out, Extreme Speed, Work Up, Protect
Role Identification: Its ability combined with Protect makes it extremely fast. Any time it uses any of its Electric STABs, it gets even faster, with it eventually outspeeding even Ninxys! It also has good Special Attack and has coverage for both of its weaknesses. The only major downside is that it has the bulk of a paper ribbon.

Also retooled from V2, it has extreme bulk and can easily become a bulky special attacking nightmare.

When this Pokemon recieves a stat change affected by the first part of this ability or knocks out an opponent, its highest non-HP stat is raised by one stage. If two stats are tied for the highest, neither of them are affected by the inverse stat changes and one of them is chosen randomly at the beginning of the battle for the boosting portion of this ability.

i like the ability's name

I checked and Mold Breaker does not effect Magic Guard (a property shared with Aura Break, Comatose, Shields Down, Full Metal Body, Shadow Shield, and Prism Armor). Since Power Guard gets the damage negation from Magic Guard, Mold Breaker would not negate that.

That's only because Magic Guard doesn't have an effect which can possibly activate when a Mold Breaker Pokemon attacks it. Mold Breaker affects all abilities which have a direct negative effect on an attack performed by the Mold Breaker pokemon. By your logic, it doesn't affect Dialcatty's Normalized Enemy either.

mold breaker takes into effect when a mold breaker 'mon phazes and the pokemon forced in is affected by entry hazards. magic guard still takes effect

Magic Guard's effect overpowers that of Mold Breaker in the corner case that they interact, while Pressure and Normalize cannot interact with Mold Breaker. Your comparison is flawed.

I don't understand. If a Mold Breaker mon phases a Magic Guard pokemon into rocks, the Mold Breaker pokemon's move went off without the ability affecting it. Magic Guard only affected the rocks, which aren't under Mold Breaker's care once they're placed.
Is that not what you're saying?

If a phazing move is used by a 'mon with Mold Breaker, entry hazards will normally effect the Pokemon forced in regardless of abilities. I.E. Haxorus uses Dragon Tail, forcing in Weezing, which takes damage from Spikes. This does not apply to Magic Guard, so Magic Guard's effect overpowers that of Mold Breaker.

This is because the move's effect is still ongoing until Weezing has finished switching in, so Mold Breaker still covers it to ensure DRAGON TAIL goes off smoothly. It doesn't care about the hazards, that's just a side effect. Since Mold Breaker has nothing to do to Magic Guard, it doesn't bother trying to suppress it, and as a result the spikes still won't damage a magic guard user. Magic Guard doesn't actually have an 'override mold breaker' function.

Resubmissions

Giovanni
DNA Donors: Volcanion & Nidoking

Ability: Steam Force (Water Absorb & Sheer Force) - If hit by a Water-type move, Giovanni heals up equal to 1.3x the damage it would have taken if it wasn't immune to Water-type moves. Additionally, moves with secondary effects are increased in power by 1.3x but lose their secondary effects.
Stats: 95 HP (+5) / 106 Atk (±0) / 98 Def (±0) / 127 SpA (+20) / 87 SpD (+5) / 77 Spe (±0) - 590 BST

Notable Moves: Fire Blast, Earth Power, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam
Role Identification: An amazing Offensive and Defensive typing, very powerful STABs and coverage moves, and decent bulk allow Giovanni to act as a premier wallbreaker that can take a hit or two if need be. On the other hand, it isn't really fast, and struggles against dedicated Special Walls that resist its STABs and tanks its coverage.

Menace
DNA Donors: Genesect & Yanmega

Ability: Fast Internet (Download & Speed Boosts) - Upon switch in, and at the end of every turn; if the foe's Defense is higher than its Special Defense and Speed, Menace's Attack stat is raised by one stage; if the foe's Special Defense is higher than its Defense and Speed, Menace's Special Attack stat is raised by one stage; if the foe's Speed is higher than foe's Defense and Special Defense, Menace's Speed stat is increased by one stage; in case of a tie, the stat raised gets randomized.
Stats: 79 HP (+1) / 114 Atk (+16) / 90 Def (±0) / 124 SpA (+6) / 75 SpD (±0) / 114 Spe (+17) - 596 BST

Notable Moves: Protect, Bug Buzz, Flash Cannon, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Techno Blast, Leech Life, U-turn, Iron Head, Extreme Speed, Rock Polish
Role Identification: A very versatile mixed attacker, with decent offensive stats all around, but an ability that gives it a ton of boosting opportunies, making it quite a threat if it gets the right boosts. On the other hand, it is easy to tank a hit if hasn't gathered enough boosts, and it is too reliant on its foe to get its boosts.

Darkkoma
DNA Donors: Darkrai & Komala

Ability: Coma Aura (Bad Dreams & Comatose) - Darkkoma and all opponents are treated as if they were sleeping à la Comatose and sleeping opponents lose 1/8th of their HP at the end of every turn.
Stats: 67 HP (±0) / 102 Atk (±0) / 77 Def (±0) / 125 SpA (+20) / 92 SpD (±0) / 115 Spe (+20) - 578 BST

Notable Moves: Nightmare, Substitute, Protect, Dark Pulse, Nasty Plot, Dream Eater
Role Identification: Darkkoma can take away 3/8 of any non Normal-type's HP at the end of every turn just by using Nightmare, SubTect can help it stall its opponents and KO them very quickly, making Darkkoma behind a Substitute one of the scariest things in FE. Fortunately, it isn't that strong, it isn't that fast and it isn't bulky at all, making it reliant on Nasty Plot and Substitute to wallbreak and make use of Nightmare.

Brand New Submissions

Chancellor
DNA Donors: Kyogre & Clauncher

Ability: Primordial Blaster (Drizzle & Mega Launcher) - Water type moves gain a 1.5x boost. Aura and Pulse moves gain a 1.5x power boost. These boosts may stack.

Notable Moves: Origin Pulse
Role Identification: 252+ SpA Choice Specs Primordial Blaster Chanceler Origin Pulse vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Eviolite Chansey: 408-480 (58 - 68.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Notable Moves: Synthesis, Leech Seed, Spikes, Thunderbolt, Energy Ball
Role Identification: A great Wall thanks to its complete immunity to contact moves. Special moves kind of hurt, but since it can afford to invest on Special Defense it actually can tank a great amount of hits. It also has reliable recovery, Leech Seed and Spikes support.

Notable Moves: Power Trip, Swagger, Fire Punch, Earthquake, Substitute
Role Identification: At first it looks pretty mediocre, but Swagger + Thievery + Power Trip is a very deadly combo. Fire Punch also couples very well with Power Trip and Earthquake rounds its coverage by hitting anything that resists both its STABs ignoring ability based immunities.
