Clear Amulet (Koraidon) @ Clear Amulet

[SET COMMENTS]

Koraidon is a powerful offensive threat that can also enable its partners with sun. Koraidon's strong attacking moves and high base Attack in the sun allow it to beat many metagame staples such as Amoonguss, Rillaboom, Urshifu-R, and Terapagos. Collision Course is Koraidon's preferred STAB move thanks to a lack of drawbacks, and Flare Blitz is Koraidon's strongest move due to sun. Flame Charge will make Koraidon the fastest Pokemon on the field after its use. Clear Amulet is the item of choice to prevent stat drops from Incineroar and Icy Wind Flutter Mane. The EV spread allows Koraidon to survive an Adamant Chien-Pao Ice Spinner and Helping Hand-boosted Astral Barrage from Spell Tag Calyrex-S. Tera Fire is used to increase the power of Flare Blitz and Flame Charge while offering a resistance to Fairy- and Ice-type moves such as Moonblast and Ice Spinner from Flutter Mane and Chien-Pao, respectively.

Calyrex-I is a good check to Koraidon, since it can Terastallize into Fire or Water to resist Flare Blitz, set up Trick Room, and deal super effective damage to Koraidon both before and after its Terastallization with Glacial Lance and High Horsepower, respectively. Pelipper and Tornadus completely counter Koraidon, dealing massive damage with their Flying-type moves and being able to shut down sun with their weather control. Flutter Mane and Raging Bolt offer strong damage in the sun; Flutter Mane provides speed control with Icy Wind, and Raging Bolt offers a check to Pokemon that can change the weather like Pelipper, Tornadus, and Kyogre. Incineroar and Rillaboom are used since they have access to Fake Out, allowing Koraidon to attack freely.

Koraidon is utilized as an offensive wallbreaker (Walls don't exist in VGC) Pokemon that can enable its partners when it sets up the sun. (You can try explaining why Koraidon wants to have sun, as it boosts its move Collision Course, it also has other Fighting STABs so why we chose Collision Course is important to explain, would be an important note for new players). (You can explain the sun boost and Flare Blitz Correlation, maybe mention a few important OHKOs it can take). Flame Charge is used since it allows Koraidon to set up while chipping away at or eliminating frail Pokémon or those at low HP, while Swords Dance can be used in conjunction with Follow Me and Fake Out support to sweep opposing teams. (You mentioned Fake Out support here, so you can add a Fake Out Pokemon as its good partners, Incineroar/Rillaboom, have seen great usage on such teams). Dragon Claw is used as coverage for common Dragon-types such as Raging Bolt and Miraidon. Clear Amulet is the item of choice to prevent stat drops from Intimidate and Parting Shot from Incineroar and Icy Wind Flutter Mane. The EVs allow The EV spread allows (Just something GP team changes every time, might just mention it here) Koraidon to survive 1 one Adamant Chien-Pao Ice Spinner, 1 one/a (Just to avoid repetitive nature) Helping Hand boosted Astral Barrage from Spell Tag Calyrex-S, and 2 two Origin Pulses from Kyogre in sun when Koraidon is Terastalized. Tera Fire is used to increase the power of Flare Blitz and Flame Charge while offering a resistance to Fairy-type moves. (You can also mention neutrality to other weaknesses like Ice, Flying and Dragon.)

Flutter Mane, Tornadus, Pelipper, and Calyrex-I serve as good checks to Koraidon. Flutter Mane can pose a threat to Koraidon since Protosyntesis Speed Flutter Mane can either outspeed Koraidon in the sun and OHKO non-Terastalized Koraidon with Moonblast or Dazzling Gleam, or slow Koraidon down with Icy Wind. (Clear Amulet Koraidon can't be slowed down by Icy Wind, you will need to rephrase the complete sentence.) Pelipper and Tornadus both pose threats to Koraidon by dealing super effective damage with Hurricane and Bleakwind Storm, respectively. their Flying STAB moves. (Just reducing the fluff, you can still keep it like that though) Additionally, they have the ability to set up rain, which significantly reduces Koraidon's damage output. Calyrex-I can Terastalize into Fire or Water to resist Flare Blitz and set up Trick Room, dealing super effective damage to Koraidon both before and after its Terastalization. (Glacial Lance is obvious, but you can mention how it threatens Koraidon with High Horsepower after it Terastalizes). Good partners for Koraidon are Flutter Mane, Raging Bolt, and Ogerpon-H (look into the Fake Out point I mentioned above). All of them offer strong damage in the sun, while Flutter Mane provides speed control with Icy Wind, Ogerpon-H offers Follow Me support, allowing Koraidon to attack and set up safely, and Raging Bolt offers a check to Pokemon that can change the weather like Pelipper, Tornadus, and Kyogre.
(Just wanted to put it here, you haven't mentioned any good matchups for Koraidon in the First paragraph, try going into that.)

Koraidon is utilized as an offensive Pokemon that can enable its partners when it sets up the sun. Koraidon has good matchups into common Pokemon such as Amoonguss, Rillaboom, Urshifu-R, and Terapagos. Swords Dance is another option that can be used in conjunction with Follow Me and Fake Out support to sweep opposing teams (Bring up calls to justify SD/BU, Swords Dance allows Koraidon to OHKO Kyogre and Groudon, while Bulk Up allows it to OHKO Miraidon and Urshifu-R.). Koraidon is utilized as an offensive Pokemon a powerful offensive threat that can also enable its partners when it sets up the with Sun. Koraidon's strong coverage and damage output allows it to beat many metagame staples such as Amoonguss, Rillaboom and Urshifu-R has good matchups into common Pokemon such as Amoonguss, Rillaboom, Urshifu-R, and Terapagos This is kinda nitpicky, but god these sentences sounded rly flat before. Also giving more context to some stuff, you say it matchs up into amoon rilla etc etc but don't say why. Collision Course and Flare Blitz are Koraidon's strongest and primary coverage moves, with both used to maximize damage, and Collsion Course is used to avoid the stat nerfs from the likes of Close Combat. (RP) Flame Charge offering strong utility as well as making Koraidon a much more immediate threat. and Scale Shot are used since they allow Koraidon to set up while chipping away at or eliminating frail Pokémon or those at low HP, while the latter allows you to hit Pokemon such as Raging Bolt and Miraidon You can phrase this how you want, the first one was kinda weird, if its not on the set you assume its not worth talking about, so axe CC. Then for the next I kinda had to reword everything as I got rid of Scale Shot. Swords Dance is another option that can be used in conjunction with Follow Me and Fake Out support to sweep opposing teams. Clear Amulet is the item of choice to prevent stat drops from Incineroar and Icy Wind Flutter Mane. The EV spread allows Koraidon to survive 1 an Adamant Chien-Pao Ice Spinner, Helping Hand boosted Astral Barrage from Spell Tag Calyrex-S, and 2 Origin Pulses from Kyogre in sun when Koraidon is Terastalized I'd remove this tbh, how often is this gonna come up and be relevant. Tera Fire is used to increase the power of Flare Blitz and Flame Charge while offering a resistance to Fairy- and Ice-type moves such as Moonblast from Flutter Mane and Chien-Pao respectively.

Flutter Mane, Tornadus, Pelipper, and Calyrex-I serve as good checks to Koraidon. Flutter Mane can pose a threat to Koraidon since Protosyntesis Speed Flutter Mane can either outspeed Koraidon in the sun and OHKO non-Terastalized Koraidon with Moonblast or Dazzling Gleam. Calyrex-I can Terastalize into Fire or Water to resist Flare Blitz and set up Trick Room, dealing super effective damage to Koraidon both before and after its Terastalization with Glacial Lance and High Horsepower respectively. We talked about this already, check vs counter. Pelipper and Tornadus completely counters Koraidon, theres nothing it can do to them. Calyrex-I is a check, it can do big damage when no tera in tr but it collapses to Koraidon. Please change this stuffs, maybe "Pelipper and Tornadus completely counter Koraidon, dealing massive damage with their Flying-type STABs and being able to shutdown Sun with weather control" or smh, maybe add Tailwind. Remove Flutter, and highlight Calyrex-I as a check against Koraidons partners. Good partners for Koraidon are Flutter Mane, Raging Bolt, and Ogerpon-H. I feel like you can skim this down a lot, maybe say Flutter and Bolt are strong Proto mons and their qualities, and tbh dont even mention Hearthflame I dont see it that often with Koraidon.
