Hello,
this is my first try to make a team and I wanted to make a team that includes Alola-Golem. I also tried to use some other rare seen Pokemon. I know that the team has some huge weaknesses, so feel free to leave suggestions on what to change.
You can change the entire team if you want, but stick to the Alola-Golem ;).
Golem-Alola @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Wild Charge
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch
- Explosion
Golem works as the Trapper for steel types. I wanted to use Golem over Magnezone, because of the option to go for Fire Punch against Ferro or Kartana or to go for Earthquake against mostly Heatran. Wild Charge is for more coverage and Explosion is the last resort move.
Tornadus-Therian @ Flyinium Z
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hurricane
- Knock Off
- U-turn
- Defog
Tornadus-T is the defoger of the team. This mon is able to keep hazard controll while also be able to U-turn to regen some HP with its ability. Knock Off is a solid move to get rid of annoying items. Hurricane is the main stab dmg output, with the ability to empore it to a Z-move for even more damage/the 100% accuracy.
Diggersby @ Choice Band
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Return
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch
- Quick Attack
Diggersby is the physical Wallbreaker of the team. Huge Power+Choice Band is insane damage. Coverage is pretty standard: main stab moves are Return and Earthquake. Quick Attack is for priority and Ice Punch against Lando/Gliscor/Zygarde...
Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Magma Storm
- Earth Power
- Taunt
- Stealth Rock
Heatran is the fast bulky Rocker of the team. High speed works nice with Taunt to prevent Rocks against some other slower Rocker like Ferrothorn. Magma Storm is a strong fire stab to use and Earth Power can be good against other slower Heatrans or other mons like Magerna, Charizard X, Drill,...
Azumarill @ Leftovers
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 252 HP / 228 SpD / 28 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Perish Song
- Whirlpool
- Protect
- Toxic
I chose Azumaril on that spot, because of a kinda high water weakness and chose to play the Whirlpool/Perish Song set. Azumarill is just there to take hits and maybe catch a good matchup with the Whirlpool to get a free kill with the Perish Song. Toxic is just to throw some annoying Poison
Tapu Bulu @ Leftovers
Ability: Grassy Surge
EVs: 252 HP / 152 Atk / 104 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Horn Leech
- Superpower
- Protect
The last spot is Tapu Bulu as a bulky setup mon. I wanted to use it, because my team was weak to ground without the Tornadus. Bulu has high regen eith Grassy Terrain, Leftis and Horn Leech. Superpower is there to damage steel types after an sd and Protect is for scouting.
