Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Taillow-Eternal
New Type: Normal/Water
New Stat distribution: 60 (+20) / 105 (+50) / 65 (+35) / 54 (+24) / 65 (+35) / 105 (+20)
Signature Move: Cascade - Water, Physical, 70 BP, 20 PP, 100% Acc | Base Power is doubled if the user is burned, paralyzed, or poisoned | Z-Move: 140 BP Hydro Vortex
Design/Flavor: Through rigorous training, this Taillow has ascended the Evergrande waterfall on its own. Its feathers are all some shade of blue, yet the saturation pattern resembles that of an ordinary Taillow. Instead of flying with its wings, which are harder to move as a result of its training, it ascends by manipulating the fluid around it.
Competitive Analysis: Guts abuser with nice dual STAB coverage thanks to a new form of Facade.

Name: Wingull-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:

Atk: 30 (+0)
Def: 30 (+0)
SpA: 66 (+11)
SpD: 104 (+75)

BST: 439 (+169)
Signature Move: Shipwrecked Gale /
/
/ 70 BP / 20 PP / 100 Acc / Flapping its wings, Wingull-Eternal draws away the very essence of its target before switching out. Steals the opponent's stat changes before attacking, and then switches out, passing on the stolen stat changes on to the switch-in. / Z-Move: 140 BP Never-Ending Nightmare
Design/Flavor: Wingull levitates in the air, its eyes glowing blue and the blue on its body turning black. Seaweed hangs from its beak and wings.
Competitive Analysis: Good thing Wingull doesn't get drizzle, eh? Anyhow, this peeko is a fast special wall with a nasty pivot move. Run with scarf to really make Volcarona cry.

Name: Staravia-Eternal

Def: 55 (+5)
SpA: 66 (+26)

Signature Move: Gorgeous Strike |
|
| 120 BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | User takes 1/9 recoil | Z Move - 195 BP Twinkle Tackle
Design/Flavor: The black and white on its body swap colors.
Competitive Analysis: Eternal Staravia is extremely powerful with Reckless Gourgeous Strikes and Brave Birds, but it has two weaknesses holding it back, the lack of Speed mandates some sort of Speed support, such as Sticky Web, and its complete lack of bulk doesn't help it take hits either making it fairly easy to kill. It also needs a Magnet Pull partner or some of sort of lure to Steel-types since its dual STAB gets walled easily, but if it manages to get all the support it needs, you can be sure it is a hell of a threat.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Tranquil-Eternal
New Type: Ghost/Flying
New Stat distribution:
HP:

Atk: 137 (+60)
Def: 62 (+0)
SpA: 55 (+5)
SpD: 46 (+4)
Spe: 120 (+55)
Signature Move: Starstruck Strike - Ghost, Physical, 90 BP, 10 PP, 100 Acc | The user slams its talon into the enemy with ethereal forces. Grants Focus Energy on a successful hit. | Z-move: Never-Ending Nightmare, 195 BP
Design/Flavor: A Tranquil had the extremely rare opportunity to meet Marshadow, and it gave the bird ethereal powers. Tranquil-Eternal may appear to fade out of reality sometimes, but it looks like a normal Tranquil none-the-less.
Competitive Analysis: Oh boy. Where to start... Oh yeah! The lacking Ghost-resistant metagame will find Tranquil-Eternal to become a top-tier threat in the OU metagame... that would be if Tranquil-Eternal got Brave Bird. Tranquil-E's lacking coverage leads it to be walled by the very few Ghost resists in the tier, such as Bisharp and Chansey. Not only that, some hyper offensive threats like Weavile may be able to come into Tranquil-E and outspeed it with ease. Despite that, the lack of resistances in an OU metagame may make Tranquil-E a top tier threat capable of breaking down walls and possibly revenge killing with a Choice Scarf.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Fletchinder-Eternal

Signature Move: Snapshot Slap - Flying, Special, 80 BP, 20 PP, 100 Acc | The user draws and slaps its wings together at supersonic speeds. 30% chance to lower the accuracy of all other Pokemon on the battlefield. Hits a singular target. | Z-move: Supersonic Skystrike - 160 BP
Design/Flavor: Whilst this Fletchinder still knows speed, it decided to take a break from speeding around in the skies, and sits on a porch the majority of the time. Due to this, it deals with enemies much more differently than other Fletchinder. It is much chubbier than the other Fletchinder, but its wings and claws are no less impressive than Talonflame's.
Competitive Analysis: Remember the bad old days? Remember when bulky Talonflame spreads were extremely irritating to deal with? It's back, and now it has the ability to hold an item without having its offensive power severely burdened. Whilst it has lost the ability to abuse Prankster recovery, it is capable of dealing serious damage to offensive teams with Snapshot Slap, being one of the rare moves capable of specially based priority. Not only that, but it is able to fire off strong Fire Blasts, capable of defeating most Flying resists in the tier, such as Celesteela and Skarmory. Not only this, but it also has access to Will-o-wisp and even U-turn, making Fletchinder-E one of the most diverse Pokemon in the metagame.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Trumbeak-Eternal

Signature Move: Woodpecker Barrage - Flying, Physical, 10 BP, 5 PP, 100 Acc| The user slams its beak into the enemy at fantastic speed, barraging the enemy. Hits a random amount of times between 1 and 15. Ignores Rocky Helmet/Rough Skin recoil. Makes contact. (Skill Link does activate) |Z-move: Supersonic Skystrike, 190 BP
Design/Flavor: This Pokemon learned to hunt for food in different ways, by rapidly pecking trees to get to the sap which it drinks. It is known that this Trumbeak overexaggerates its collateral damage and may fell trees unknowingly.
Competitive Analysis: It gets Bullet Seed for some reason. Isn't that enough reason to make a woodpecker variant? Anyway, this Trumbeak is a fantastic physical attacker with some glaring Speed problems. However, its amazingly powerful Flying-STAB in Woodpecker Barrage allows it to severely threaten defensive teams, even with a Choice Scarf. However, two glaring problems stick out for Trumbeak-E, mainly its horrible defensive typing, and the fact that it is walled by common Steel-types in the metagame such as Heatran and Celesteela. However, it can also bypass these due to its access to Swords Dance - this makes it a similar wallbreaker comparable to the likes of Heracross-Mega.

Competitive Analysis: STAB Boomburst coming from this modest 95 of Special attack is dangerous, and for Pokemon who resist/are inmune to this move, we have Haunting Melody which can have some dangerous effects and have a quite decent overall coverage. It has U-turn to pivot, but it almost has no options for a fourth moveslot (Probably Tailwind) it's frail, still outspeeded by relevant Pokemon like Weavile, Greninja and Tapu Koko and some Pokemon like Celesteela, Mega Sableye, Chansey or Tyranitar can counter it.

The idea machine is still in the works for Fletchinder and Tranquil however, stay tuned!
Trumbeak is already based off a woodpecker :P

Blame Toucannon for the idea. Personally I thought it was still a toucan, but I guess the 'Eternal' point still counts toward it. At least it now has a more appropriate typing rather than your standard Normal/Flying spam

Signature Move: Tranquil Winds |
|
| 10 PP | Ignores accuracy checks. +2 Priority. Lowers the Attack, Special Attack, and Speed of the opponent by two stages each. | Z Move - +2 Speed
Design/Flavor: Tranquill looks a lot more calm, flaps its wing more slowly.
Competitive Analysis: An interesting wall thanks to it signature move helping it tank hits better, you can force out pretty much any wallbreaker that doesn't have a boosting move and you can also use it as a stop to set up sweepers just to lower their Speed and Offensive stats. Still, anything with Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Tail Glow or similar can still deal with it somewhat easily.

Name: Fletchinder-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:

Signature Move: Supersonic Bird |
|
| 35 BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | Adds 35 BP if user isn't holding an item. Adds another 35 BP if user is faster then its foe. Heals 50% of the damage dealt. Makes Contact. | Z Move - 185 BP Supersonic Skystrike
Design/Flavor: Has a small amount of fire under its wings.
Competitive Analysis: Thanks to the healing aspect of its signature move, it can actually make a better use of Gale Wings and base 165 Flying STAB is no joke, however, if Fletchinder is holding a Flynium Z the base power drops to 110, which is still pretty good considering the move has now drawbacks to it. On anther hand though, it is very reliant on Gale Wings since its move gets 55 BP weaker if it doesn't outspeed its prey and base 102 Spe is nowhere near as good as Talonflame's 126.

HP:

Signature Move: Piercing Peck |
|
| 10 BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | Hits 2-5 times. Lowers target's Defense by one stage for every hit. Makes Contact. | Z Move - 180 BP Supersonic Skystrike
Design/Flavor: Has an even bigger and longer beak.
Competitive Analysis: With an effective 100 BP Flying-type STAB that lower's foe's Defense by five stages, this thing is a huge threat. It forces many switches because of its signature move but it can pretty much break down any wall with this powerful of a move. Base 121 Speed tier is also amazing allowing it to, unlike most wallbreaker, act as a revenge killer in certain situations. Unfortunately though, lowering the opponents Defense is a lot worse then raising your Attack as the power boost gained by attacks isn't kept when the Pokémon faints or switches out. Additionally, its poor defensive typing and rather lackluster bulk makes it easy fr other revenge killer to take it down, specially since Rock coverage is almost a must on most scarfers. Finally, certain Steel-types can even avoid the 2HKO with lowered Defenses and wall Trumbeak still:

252 Atk Trumbeak-E Return vs. -5 248 HP / 244+ Def Scizor-Mega: 138-162 (40.2 - 47.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

New Type: Fairy / Flying
New Stat distribution:80 (+18) / 50 (-27) / 62 / 120 (+70) / 85 (+43) / 90 (+25)
Signature Move: Radiant Burst – Fairy, Special, 120 BP, 10 PP, 100 Acc; Z-move: Twinkle Tackle, 190; The user releases a powerful burst of pure light from within, curing itself of status afflictions and hitting all opponents.
Design/Flavor: Tranquil-Eternal glows bright pink and constantly sparkles, and rainbows form under its wings with every flap. Its head plume is shaped like a halo over its head.
Competitive Analysis: Base 120 Special Attack with Radiant Burst, Air Slash, and Choice Specs can hit hard. Using Radiant Burst cures itself status so it can potentially be a status sponge. However, it is somewhat frail, especially physically, with only decent speed.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Fletchinder-Eternal
New Type: Fire / Flying
New Stat distribution:70 (+8) / 115 (+32) / 70 (+15) / 56 / 70 (+18) / 117 (+33)
Signature Move: Tempest Drain – Flying, Physical, 100 BP, 10 PP, 100 Acc, User’s HP is restored by 75% of the damage taken by the target; Z-move: Supersonic Skystrike, 180 BP
Design/Flavor: Fletchinder-Eternal is all white with red fiery speckles on its head, wings, and belly.
Competitive Analysis: Fletchinder-Eternal can use a Choice Band with its signature Tempest Drain and Gale Wings, recovering its HP as it attacks, which allows it to maintain as much HP as possible to hopefully have a priority Tempest Drain.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Trumbeak-Eternal
New Type: Rock / Flying
New Stat distribution:70 (+15) / 100 (+15) / 100 (+50) / 40 / 89 (+39) / 75
Signature Move: Boulder Driller – Flying, Physical, 25 BP, 15 PP, 100 Acc, Hits 2-5 times; Z-move: Supersonic Skystrike, 140 BP; The user attacks the target with its drill-like beak, which also hits Rock-types super effectively.
Design/Flavor: Trumbeak-Eternal has jet black feathers with the texture of rough volcano rocks. Its feet are thicker with larger claws and the beak is bright red.
Competitive Analysis: Trumbeak-Eternal is bulkier than most birds, able to actually take a hit and hit back. With STAB Rock Blast and Boulder Driller, both maximized with Skill Link, it isn’t exactly passive unless against Steel-types.

Atk: 40 (-45)
Def: 93 (+43)
SpA: 107 (+67)
SpD: 57 (+7)
Spe: 85 (+10)
Signature Move: Cacophonous Terrain /
/
/ 10 PP / The battlefield is cloaked with white noise, boosting the power of sound-based moves by 1.5x and giving grounded Pokemon's attacks a 30% chance to flinch for 5 turns, or 8 if used while holding a Terrain Extender. / Z-Move: Boosts Speed by 1 stage.
Design/Flavor: Trumbeak is grounded and its beak is even longer, its feathers disheveled and dully colored. Trumbeak twitches restlessly, turning towards noises only it can hear. However, these years of torment has allowed it to recreate that sound, bestowing upon others the suffering it has endured.
Competitive Analysis: Cacophonous Terrain -> Boomburst. Not much else to say. Although if anything can be learned from Terrains in Gen 6, an automatic setter is pretty necessary so it might be more common for a set like this:
Trumbeak-Eternal @ Choice Specs / Choice Scarf / Silk Scarf
Ability: Keen Eye
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid / Modest Nature
- Boomburst
- Hidden Power Ghost
- Toxic / Sleep Talk / Roost
- U-Turn

... Yeah, that coverage is pretty abysmal (no Overheat!?). But it can do stuff like this:
252+ SpA Choice Specs Trumbeak-Eternal Boomburst vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Scizor-Mega: 165-194 (48.1 - 56.5%) -- 86.7% chance to 2HKO - Guaranteed with rocks up! Really nice stallbreaker with just enough physical bulk to keep on trucking.

Signature Move: So Pretty /
/
/ 90 BP / 15 PP / 100 Acc / An overwhelming force of suave charm radiates from Tranquill, effectively changing the target's gender to Male before attacking. / Z-Move: 180 BP Twinkle Tackle [Note: Tranquill-Eternal is Male, and non-gendered Pokemon are also affected by this. The gender change is retained until switched out.]
Design/Flavor: Traquill has a cravat of feathers and has a smooth "hairstyle" of feathers upon its head. The Pokemon of a self-absorbed prince, this Tranquill has been impued with his irresistible beauty and narcissism- A narcissism so extreme that he sought out and destroyed anything that could possibly rival his.
Competitive Analysis: Y'all thought I was gonna run Super Luck? Nah, how about Rivalry? With a signature move that guarantees the +25% damage and deals decent damage to boot, this Prince Charming is hitting deceptively hard.

Signature Move: Napalm /
/
/ 40 BP / 10 PP / 100 Acc / Fletchinder sideswipes the target, attaching a glob of napalm to them that detonates at the end of the next turn, dealing 100 physical Dark damage. Fletchinder switches out after the initial attack. The explosion will also trigger if the opponent is burned, a Fire-type, or when hit by a Fire-type attack. / Z-Move: 100 BP Black Hole Eclipse
Design/Flavor: Fletchinder's wings are weighed down by an oily substance, yet it has managed to adapt to this detriment by using it as a lubricant while moving and as an offensive weapon when lit on fire. It's covered in splotches of brownish-black oil.
Competitive Analysis: Semi-bulky fast pivot with an outstanding move that can bring in a sweeper while also forcing a switch. Should run Flame Body to burn targets and get that insta-boom. Luckily, Fletchinder itself can not run a Napalm -> Flare Bliz insta-death combo thanks to the pivoting.

EDIT: Added +20 BP to the initial hit of Napalm while reducing the detonation damage to 100 BP.

New Stat distribution: 115 (+53) / 88 (+11) / 64 (+2) / 53 (+3) / 54 (+12) / 113 (+48)
Signature Move: Feather Bulwark - Flying, Physical, 65 BP, 10 PP, 100% Acc | The user switches out after using this move, and its replacement is protected from direct damage for the duration of the turn (like Disguise's effect, but it doesn't wear off on the first hit of multi-hit moves). | Z-Move: 130 BP Supersonic Skystrike
Design/Flavor: For every war, there is some sort of peace lover. This Tranquill is adorned with pure white feathers blessed to protect its allies from harm.
Competitive Analysis: Its signature move and decent Speed tier make it excellent for passing high HP Wishes. However, that's really all it can do. It's rather lacking on the offensive front, its bulk is not that great despite its HP, its Ability choices are lackluster, and the protection of its signature move is prone to status conditions (which, might I add, Tranquill has no method of curing).

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Fletchinder-Eternal
New Type: Ground/Flying
New Stat distribution: 64 (+2) / 126 (+53) / 57 (+2) / 100 (+44) / 56 (+4) / 95 (+11)
Signature Move: Dust Dive - Ground, Physical, 80 BP, 10 PP, 95% Acc | If the user is below half HP, this move has +1 priority and recovers 50% damage dealt. | Z-Move: 160 BP Tectonic Rage
Design/Flavor: Distinguishable with its brown feather mask, this unique variety of Fletchinder is very frenetic in combat and holds its own during long fights by plunging itself into the dirt and consuming whatever enters through its beak.
Competitive Analysis: A stronger variety of priority attacker that even has priority up its sleeve when at low HP...although not for long due to the draining side effect. Dual STAB is great, and Fire coverage (granted mostly on the special side) rounds it off nicely, only being resisted by Rock/Flying and certain Levitate users. Works well with Agility, but mind the frailty.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Trumbeak-Eternal
New Type: Normal/Electric
New Stat distribution: 60 (+5) / 74 (-11) / 65 (+15) / 100 (+60) / 65 (+15) / 120 (+55)
Signature Move: Radio Noise - Electric, Special, 25 BP, 10 PP, 95% Acc | Sound-based; hits 2-5 times | Z-Move: 140 BP Gigavolt Havoc
Design/Flavor: Has a yellow beak, and its feathers are inverted in color. It communicates via radio waves that can be channeled to become deadly if it so desires.
Competitive Analysis: Fast special attacker with a base 140 Normal STAB and a base 125 anti-Sturdy Electric STAB. Shame that its coverage is basically Hidden Power + U-turn, and it can't boost its Special Attack.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Trumbeak-Eternal
New Type: Rock/Flying
New Stat distribution: 87 / 125 / 71 / 40 / 63 / 98
Signature Move: Furious Peck - Flying, Physical, 30 BP, 15 PP, 85% Acc | hits 2-5 times, 10% chance of burning foe with each hit. Makes contact. | Z-Move: 175 BP Supersonic Skystrike
Design/Flavor: Beak is now bright red and bigger, with black and white streaks running along its length. Has small holes in which steam andhigh pitched whistles escape. Wings have grown significantly, and has small seeds and pebbles constantly floating around it, like an atom.
Trumbeak was tired of pecking trees, and in an attempt to prove its worth, flew to a mountain and pecked constantly until its beak grew harder than steel, and with its blazing speed, it fell the entire mountain top.
Competitive Analysis: Powerful wallbreaker with a slightly broken signature move, offset by bad accuracy. Trumbeak-Eternal loves SD and Scarves to take full advantage of its great attack and fix its middling speed respectively. Walled by Steel types to hell and back, but none the less a stellar offensive threat.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Fletchinder-Eternal
New Type: Fire/Flying
New Stat distribution: 100 / 53 / 55 / 116 / 70 / 104
Signature Move: Bird's Eye - Flying, Special, 100 BP, 5 PP,
100% Accuracy | Heals for 75% of damage dealt | Z-Move: 175 BP Supersonic Skystrike
Design/Flavor: Much larger and more streamlined, with flaming tipped wings and tail feathers.
This Fletchinder was tired of having to use weak physical attacks in combat, so it decided to hone its stronger special attacks, so it flew into a forest and trained until its special attacking potential was unlocked.
Competitive Analysis: A special attacking priority abuser such as Fletchinder-Eternal puts Ash-Greninja to shame as its very powerful signature move that comes with a bonus healing factor constantly ensures that Fletch-E will not only be around for awhile, but helps maintain Gale Wings for as long as possible.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Tranquill-Eternal
New Type: Flying
New Stat distribution: 115 / 57 / 67 / 57 / 80 / 111
Signature Move: Tranquillity - Flying, Status, -, 10 PP, - Accuracy | Removes all hazards, screens and stat modifications from all active Pokémon in play, and removes all forms of status from the team, then switches out. | Z-Move: Heals switchin for 100% maximum HP.
Design/Flavor: Removing all forms of impurities, Tranquill-Eternal exists to end all forms of conflict and inequality across the Pokémon world. Its feathers are all pure white, and it carries a small twig within its beak at all times.
Competitive Analysis: 100% pure Tranquill-Eternal removes all forms of impurities (hence the Pure Flying typing) and bulks up in order to be an interesting defensive mon. While zero offensive presence SUCKS, its signature move is quite fantastic, as its Defog, Haze and Heal Bell ALL IN ONE SLOT + it switches the user out. This makes Tranquill-Eternal the best Wish passer in the game.

P.S if Tranquill-Eternal is too busted I will nerf the move.:v4:

Smogon issues. Unwatch and rewatch the thread and it should work

The submissions were so good this time around I actually liked most of you guys' submissions over my own! This is a really good sign :) keep up the creativity!

Congrats on your first win G-Luke!

As for Fletchinder and Trumbeak the results were tied:
Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Fletchinder-Eternal
New Stat distribution:
HP:
102 (+40)
Atk: 73 (+0)
Def: 85 (+30)
SpA: 102 (+46)
SpD: 82 (+30)
Spe: 54 (-30)

New Type: Grass/Flying
New Stat distribution:
HP:
80 (+25)
Atk: 115 (+30)
Def: 70 (+20)
SpA: 50 (+10)
SpD: 70 (+20)
Spe: 99 (+24)

Signature Move: Haunting Melody
|
|
| 10 PP | 30 BP | 100 Acc | Hits three times. The first hits has a 20% of chance to put Perish Song counter to the target, the second hit has a 20% of chance to Torment the target and the third hit has a 20% of chance to Disable target's last used move. Those effects are not stackable.
Z-Move:
Never-Ending Nightmare |
| 175 BP

Design/Flavor: -

Competitive Analysis: STAB Boomburst coming from this modes 100 of Special attack is dangerous, and for Pokemon who resist/are inmune to this move, we have Haunting Melody which can have some dangerous effects and have a quite decent overall coverage.

Name of Eternal Pokemon: Fletchinder-Eternal

New Stats:
HP:
63 (+1)
Atk: 104 (+31)
Def: 105 (+50)
SpA: 40 (-16)
SpD: 63 (+11)
Spe: 124 (+40)
