Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Wingull-Eternal
New Stat distribution:
HP: 54 (+14)
Atk: 20 (-10)
Def: 60 (+30)
SpA: 120 (+65)
SpD: 60 (+30)
Spe: 125 (+40)

Signature Move:
Gliding Bash | Flying Type | Special | 110 BP | 15 PP | 100% Acc | 20% chance to lower the foe's Special Defense by 1 stage
Z Move: Supersonic Skystrike | 185 Base Power | Special | 1 PP | 100% Acc
Design/Flavor: Wingull's wings elongate as it turns into the Eternal forme and achieves better offensive gizmos.
Competitive Analysis: With its reliable and powerful Water- and Flying-type STAB moves, good Special Attack, and blazingly fast Speed tier Wingull-Eternal can act as a great check to most of the common threats including Landorus-Therian, Keldeo, Greninja, and Kartana. It also has Defog under it's belt allowing it to act as a hazard remover as well. Though its sub-par defenses and unfortunate 4x weakness can be exploited by powerful attackers and Electric-type Pokemon like Scarf Kyurem-Black, Tapu Koko, Tapu Lele, and Dragon Dance Zygarde.

Second ever post on Smogon! (but I've been lurking for a while:) Anyway, here are my lovely birbs!

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Taillow-Eternal
New Type: N/A
New Stat distribution: 65 (+25) / 110 (+55) / 70 (+40) / 30 / 69 (+39) / 110 (+25)
Signature Move: Bird Breaker – Flying, Physical, 100 BP, 10 PP, 90 Acc, makes contact, has a 20% chance to cause flinching, has 100% accuracy when the target is Flying-type; Z-move: Supersonic Skystrike, 180 BP; The user charges the target with a vengeful energy. This may cause the target to flinch. This move is also super effective on Flying types.

Design/Flavor: After being considered one of the more worthless Flying-type bird Pokemon for generations, one angry Taillow became vengeful and decided that what envy doesn’t have, it destroys. Taillow-Eternal takes out its rage on other Flying-types, cutting through the skies of the world and attacking all Flying-type bird Pokemon it encounters. As violent and cruel as it may be, Trainers who have witnessed it report seeing tears around Taillow-Eternal’s eyes, as if it were always crying when attacking the hapless birds. The Pokemon also looks at nearby Trainers in the eyes, as if showing them its tears, before darting off hastily looking for other bird Pokemon to attack. It is unconfirmed why the Taillow-Eternal cries when it attacks birds, as unlike other wild Taillow who proudly chatter and flock together, Taillow-Eternal only approaches other birds to attack them and otherwise stays alone, refusing to vocalize or communicate with other Pokemon and Trainers.
Taillow-Eternal has dark gray rather than blue feathers on its head, back, wings, and tail. It has rather unkempt feathers and scars on its head and belly, likely from its constant bouts with other Pokemon. It also has what appear to be dried tear stains around its eyes, if it is not currently crying.

Competitive Analysis: Taillow-Eternal is designed to be an anti-flying Flying-type physical attacker with a strong, spammable signature move. Base 110 Attack and Speed are pretty decent, though 65 / 70 / 69 bulk is very frail and leaves it vulnerable to revenge killers even though it has priority in STAB Quick Attack. Move pool is shallow and rather predictable. Can hit other Flying-types hard but still has trouble with Rock- and Steel- types along with physically-bulky Pokemon. Weakness to Stealth Rock and Volt Switch really hurts its longevity.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Wingull-Eternal
New Type: N/A
New Stat distribution: 65 (+25) / 30 / 70 (+40) / 89 (+34) / 100 (+70) / 85
Signature Move: Storm Surge – Water/Flying (labeled as Water), Special, 90 BP, 5 PP, 100 Acc, no contact, has a 20% to cause confusion; Z-move: Hydro Vortex, 175 BP; The user summons a torrent of water and wind to hit opposing Pokemon. This may confuse the targets. After the move is used, Rain is also set for 5 turns (8 turns with Damp Rock, plus this effect will be ignored if the Z-move is used). This move is Water and Flying type simultaneously. The move’s type affinity is shown below:
2x vs. Fire, Fighting, Ground, Bug
0.5x vs. Water, Electric, Dragon, Steel

Design/Flavor: This particular Wingull loves water and rain and can summon torrents of water seemingly at will. Wingull-Eternal has sometimes even surfs on its own surges just for pure enjoyment, happily allowing other Wingulls, Pelippers, and other Water-types to join in for the ride. Its carefree nature can sometimes cause harm, however. Fire-, Ground-, and Rock- types among others really dislike Wingull-Eternal’s torrents, and the water can damage human structures as well, swamping farms, schools, beaches, homes, and pretty much ruining everyone’s day. The Pokemon has no malicious intent behind its actions; it often feels sad afterwards if it sees the havoc it can cause. Because of this, people who see Wingull-Eternal near human residences have to kindly remind it to be careful of its power and that not everyone necessarily loves water as much as it does.
Wingull-Eternal is a light silver-blue with white wing and tail stripes and a silver beak.

Competitive Analysis: Wingull-Eternal is like a more specially-bulky Pelipper with higher speed but lower physical bulk. It doesn’t get Drizzle but its signature move allows it to set up Rain and attack at the same time. Base 89 Special Attack isn’t very strong though, so it can be somewhat passive at times, especially if Rain isn’t up. While faster than Pelipper, base 85 Speed can be a little slow in OU, and 65 / 70 / 100 bulk is only decent on the special side. A 4x weakness to Electric-type attacks and weakness to Stealth Rock mean that it may not last as long as you may want it to.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Staravia-Eternal
New Type: N/A
New Stat distribution: 73 (+18) / 100 (+25) / 65 (+15) / 40 / 55 (+15) / 151 (+71)
Signature Move: Aerial Grapple – Flying, Physical, 90 BP, 10 PP, 95 Acc, makes contact, knocks a Pokemon in the air to the ground; Z-move: Supersonic Skystrike, 175 BP; The user grabs the target and throws it to the ground. A flying Pokemon will fall to the ground when it’s hit.

Design/Flavor: This Staravia is a master of the skies. It prides itself with its ability to fly at greater speeds than any other nobody likes you Ninjask while maintaining its graceful agility and maneuverability. Staravia-Eternal often races with other Pokemon in friendly competitions, and it genuinely encourages all of the birds it races with to try surpassing it. This reputation of encouraging other Pokemon to push their limits has led to many bird Pokemon idolizing Staravia-Eternal as a role model. While the Pokemon dislikes conflict, it can use its speed and agility in combat as well, striking faster than most opponents can react and knocking other Pokemon right out of the air.
Staravia-Eternal has an iridescent golden sheen to its light-gray feathers, looking almost like a flying gemstone when seen from a distance.

Competitive Analysis: Staravia-Eternal is a super-fast Pokemon with a base 151 Speed stat, potentially allowing it to be a revenge killer. Its signature move doesn’t actually help it too much since it doesn’t have any usable Ground-type attacks, but it is a solid, spammable physical Flying-type alternative to Brave Bird. Base 100 Attack is decent but not amazing, and 73 / 65 / 55 bulk is very frail. While it does have priority in STAB Quick Attack, it is still vulnerable to anything that can outspeed along with other priority attacks. Move pool is shallow and predictable. Weakness to Stealth Rock prevents it from switching in without losing a chunk of health.

I'm back

Name: Taillow-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
77 (+37)
Atk: 75 (+25)
Def: 119 (+89)
SpA: 75 (+45)
SpD: 83 (+53)
Spe: 25 (-60)
BST: 454 (+184)
Signature Move: Stymphalian Cleave /
/
/ 95 BP / 15 PP / 100 Acc / Striking the opponent with its beak, Taillow cleaves off a third of the target's current HP before attacking. / Z-Move: 175 BP Corkscrew Crash
Design/Flavor: Taillow has sharp, metal feathers and a beak of bronze. This transformation (cough Stymphalian Birds cough) has rendered Taillow flightless, and it must instead hunt via ambush, disarming its target with a Boomburst before gouging it with its beak.
Competitive Analysis: Hmmmmm... Those are some nice options on both sides of the spectrum... Boomburst spam with Scrappy, or Stymphalian Cleave, which will always at least dent the target? We'll have to see! Also, Steel/Normal is a unique iirc

Name: Wingull-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
96 (+56)
Atk: 30 (+0)
Def: 30 (+0)
SpA: 66 (+11)
SpD: 104 (+75)
Spe: 113 (+28)
BST: 439 (+169)
Signature Move: Shipwrecked Gale /
/
/ 70 BP / 20 PP / 100 Acc / Flapping its wings, Wingull-Eternal draws away the very essence of its target before switching out. Steals the opponent's stat changes before attacking, and then switches out, passing on the stolen stat changes on to the switch-in. / Z-Move: 140 BP Never-Ending Nightmare
Design/Flavor: Wingull levitates in the air, its eyes glowing blue and the blue on its body turning black. Seaweed hangs from its beak and wings.
Competitive Analysis: Good thing Wingull doesn't get drizzle, eh? Anyhow, this peeko is a fast special wall with a nasty pivot move. Run with scarf to really make Volcarona cry.

Name: Staravia-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
66 (+11)
Atk: 95 (+20)
Def: 80 (+30)
SpA: 53 (-7)
SpD: 130 (+90)

Signature Move: Shred /
/
/ - BP / 10 PP / 90 Acc / Shredding at the opponent with each of its wings, Staravia-Eternal cleaves off a third of the opponent's current HP, twice. Z-Move: 100 BP Supersonic Skystrike
Design/Flavor: It has Staraptor's emo-cut but tipped with silver in place of red. Each of its feathers are tipped with a refractory metallic substance, giving it significant offensive and defensive prowess.
Competitive Analysis: Sorry Skarmory, but I had to. Great mixed bulk with Intimidate, an amazing signature move, and enough attack to still be a threat with Reckless if you want a lure. Also I wanted to make a metal joke lol

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Taillow-Eternal
New Type: Normal/Water
New Stat distribution: 60 (+20) / 105 (+50) / 65 (+35) / 54 (+24) / 65 (+35) / 105 (+20)
Signature Move: Cascade - Water, Physical, 70 BP, 20 PP, 100% Acc | Base Power is doubled if the user is burned, paralyzed, or poisoned | Z-Move: 140 BP Hydro Vortex
Design/Flavor: Through rigorous training, this Taillow has ascended the Evergrande waterfall on its own. Its feathers are all some shade of blue, yet the saturation pattern resembles that of an ordinary Taillow. Instead of flying with its wings, which are harder to move as a result of its training, it ascends by manipulating the fluid around it.
Competitive Analysis: Guts abuser with nice dual STAB coverage thanks to a new form of Facade.

For the time being, I will abstain from submitting Wingull, because I can't hold a candle to the other submissions thereof.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Staravia-Eternal
New Type: Normal/Ghost
New Stat distribution: 85 (+30) / 55 (-20) / 90 (+40) / 85 (+45) / 109 (+69) / 60 (-20)
Signature Move: Intervention - Normal, Special, 85 BP, 15 PP, 100% Acc | 30% chance to paralyze the target | Z-Move: 160 BP Never-Ending Nightmare
Design/Flavor: A once deceased Staravia mysteriously revived through a ritual in Lost Tower. Its normally white feathers are purple. Instead of using its wings to fly, it prefers to float using its spiritual energy.
Competitive Analysis: Coveted Normal/Ghost typing gives it immunity to Ghost and Fighting, an otherwise unresisted offensive type combination. Also sports 85/90/109 bulk with Intimidate, reliable recovery in Roost, utility in Defog, a pivot move in U-turn, and a special Body Slam for spreading paralysis.

is Intervention supposed to be normal or ghost? either way it's missing a special STAB for the other type besides Hidden Power which seems a little strange

It is supposed to be Normal (at least for now). And actually, Staravia gets Uproar as an Egg move and Ominous Wind as a 4th gen tutor move. But the thing is, the offensive repertoire isn't the main focus, considering it's intended to be defensive.

i meant a good special stab but that's fine

There's time, finish it quickly and I'll officially close votes later. I'll be back in two hours, this applies for anyone that still wants to sneak a submission in
Actually screw it. I don't think I can finish it ok?

Also let me guess, Next slate is Tranquil, Fletchinder, and Trumbeak?

Sorry Victor but I don't really feel that Miasma Well bodes well in the context of stall teams

I know what to do for trumbeak XD call it the great wall sets up a wall that stays ineffect even after switching out
how ever neither pokemon can attack each other until the wall is broken so both can set up on each other until the wall goes. ok that might be broken cause stall would be destroyed or stall could use it to pp stall hmmmm lets say status moves go through it. also fletchinder lets give it a move called paniced healing heals self self to full health but taunts self. whats a tranquil? wait that's a pokemon? XD well lets have it go mixed with a physical move normal move that has a high crit idk seems cool.

Ohh and in my defense...

Sorry Victor but I don't really feel that Miasma Well bodes well in the context of stall teams
Considering they have a weakness to both Taunt and Setup stallbreakers, I think being able to add a passive way to avoid setup based stallbreakers make its work without relaying in Pokemon like Toxapex (Needs to manually set Haze, which can be stopped from Taunt users, and if it switches when the foe is using a setup move, it might be able to break Toxapex before it makes its work) or Clefable (which doesn't need a moveslot but can be overwhelmed with Z-Moves) can add a good line of defense for stall.

And... You know, Hyper Offense will hate Miasma Well lol
