Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Tangela-Eternal
New Stat distribution: 80 (+15) / 60 (+5) / 120 (+5) / 110 (+10) / 99 (+59) / 65 (+5) | 534 BST
Signature Move: Vine Decoy - Grass, Other, 5 PP | The user creates a dummy using its vines, and escapes if possible. Basically functions like Substitute + Baton Pass, except Substitute is the only volatile copied. | Z-Effect: Fully restores the HP of its replacement
Design/Flavor: Its vines and shoes are dark gray. It uses its Vine Decoy to make its true self harder to find. Because its vines regenerate, it perpetually ends up in hiding, making the word "elusive" the perfect description for it.
Competitive Analysis: Takes "bulky pivot" to a whole new level. Thanks to Regenerator, its signature move actually results in a net HP gain of 1/12, which, while slightly less than the residual damage taken from Stealth Rock or Spikes, is not too shabby. Although Substitute is not as powerful nowadays thanks to improved sound moves and Infiltrator, it can still prove helpful to offensive threats.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Yanma-Eternal
New Type: Bug / Fire
New Stat distribution: 66 (+1) / 115 (+50) / 66 (+21) / 76 (+1) / 66 (+21) / 125 (+30) | 514 BST
Signature Move: Ardent Slam - Fire, Physical, 105 BP, 10 PP, 85% Acc | The user intensifies its temperature, scouts for an opening, and rams into the target. This attack ignores the target's Ability.
Design/Flavor: The green part of its body is yellow. The red parts of its body are hotter than normal. Its wings serve purely for gliding, but it crawls around at an astounding pace. It favors volcanic areas.
Competitive Analysis: While weak to Stealth Rock, a fast physical attacker incapable of being burned is nothing to mess around with. While its dual STABs are walled by Fire-types (although, thanks to the nature of its signature move, not Heatran), its access to U-turn and (weak) Dark coverage somewhat help with that.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Piloswine-Eternal
New Type: Ground
New Stat distribution: 104 (+4) / 105 (+5) / 95 (+15) / 65 (+5) / 105 (+45) / 55 (+5) | 529 BST
Signature Move: Pile Up - Ground, Other, 10 PP | The user gathers nutrients from the ground, restoring 50% of its maximum HP. This move has a 25% chance to raise the user's Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, or Speed by 1 stage (basically 5% for each).
Design/Flavor: More of a pile than its mortal counterpart. Has shorter tusks and darker hair. Its temperature is not as low, yet somehow its body is more durable.
Competitive Analysis: Its stats are very Muk-like, yet it serves as a defensive Ground-type with Thick Fat and reliable recovery. Curse is a great complement to its stat line.

I'm actually a bit surprised of the few submissions this time, but ohh well

Geez, I really need to get the 100 posts to apply for a name change

Well, since the other submitters already got their votes in so quick, might as well follow suit.

And here are our winners!

Name of Eternal Pokemon: Tangela-Eternal
New Type:

New Stat Distribution:
HP:
121 (+56)
Atk: 100 (+45)
Def: 116 (+1)
SpA: 56 (-44)
SpD: 54 (+14)
Spe: 87 (+27)
New Move: Despoiling Vines,
, Physical, 35 BP, 10 PP, 90 Acc, Traps the target, leeching 1/8 of their HP per turn. Lasts 4-5 turns. Z-Move: 100 BP Black Hole Eclipse
Design/Flavor: Tangela's eyes are furthered buried in the almost-black mess of vines. Several vines are extended outward, each one ending in a leech-like mouth. This Tangela has adapted to survive low light by instead gaining nutrients through the blood of other Pokemon or even humans. Edgy
Competitive Analysis: Very well-rounded bulk when equipped with an Assault Vest, and can still (basically) use Leech Seed in spite of the AV with its signature move. Has to be wary of U-Turn, as it will deal heavy damage or even KO while also escaping the effect of Despoiling Vines. STAB Knock Off is also pretty cool.

New Move: Blinding Iridescence,
, Special, 100 BP, 10 PP, 75 Acc, 20% chance to flinch the target. Z-Move: 180 BP Devastating Drake
Design/Flavor: Its body is an iridescent blue, the sunlight reflecting off of it as it hovers in the air. It's tail and "horns" have also grown longer and look more draconic. I mean, it's literally a DRAGON-fly. Come on Gamefreak.
Competitive Analysis: Sure, that signature move looks pretty terrible... until you start running Compound Eyes. Decent Bulk, spammable STABs, reliable recovery, and a weak pivoting move. Good bulky attacker or Choice item user.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Piloswine-Eternal
New Type: Ground
New Stat distribution: 104 (+4) / 105 (+5) / 95 (+15) / 65 (+5) / 105 (+45) / 55 (+5) | 529 BST

LOL, Smogon stopped sending me alerts to my own thread... Either way, all Slate options were great and I felt tempted to pick all, but this one is ultimately one I wanted to for a long time already. I hope you have fun and remeber not to break anything!

Current Slate

Pseudo Legendaries (part 1)
Dragonair - Pupitar - Shelgon - Metang

All four will have a BST of 599 Have fun :]

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Dragonair-Eternal
New Type: Dragon / Water
New Stat distribution:
100 (+39) / 64 (-20) / 100 (+35) / 155 (+75) / 100 (+30) / 90 (+20)
Signature Move: Dragon Shed (Dragon | Status | 10 PP | Never Misses | Restores the user's HP by 50%. If above 75% HP, it instead raises the user's Special Attack by 2 stages. | Z-effect: Restores the user's lowered stats)
Design/Flavor: Eternal Dragonair is a beautiful sight for anyone lucky to catch a glimpse. Though it's possible to agrivate it and it will hit hard. After hitting something, it just goes back to what it does as if what it did never happened. It's still a mystery what it does and researchers have yet to uncover the mysteries. The body color has became a bright blue, and clones of it's wings are pasted onto it's body. The cloned wings are smaller and have the same body color as Dragonair. The pearls on it are also more reflective.
Competitive Analysis: it's got good bulk, a typing that is awesome defensively and usable offensively and recovery. Also keep in mind the recovery is 2-in 1 and can be used to raise Special Attack too. Shed Skin is also somewhat useful, allowing Dragonair to recover from random Toxic. The thing has big 4MSS and wants coverage and it's two STABs.

Dragonair @ Leftovers
Ability: Shed Skin
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Surf
- Fire Blast
- Thunderbolt
- Dragon Shed

Surf is the STAB, and Fire Blast and Thunderbolt are coverage. The thing is walled by Dragon types. If you want a more offensive set here you go:

Dragonair @ Choice Specs
Ability: Shed Skin
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature

Name of the Eternal Pokémon:
Pupitar-Eternal
New Type: Steel / Ground
New Stat distribution:
90 (+20) / 124 (+40) / 150 (+80) / 85 (+20) / 90 (+20) / 60 (+9)
Signature Move: Iron Gather (Steel | Status | 10 PP | Never Misses | Restores the user's HP by 50%. If above 75% HP, it instead raises the user's Defense by 2 stages. | Z-effect: Restores the user's lowered stats)
Design/Flavor: A very hardened variant that lives deep underground. It could never move, and stayed there for centuries. Nobody even knows how it still lived. It mostly looks like iron. Nuff said.
Competitive Analysis: Anyone remember this?:

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Chansey-Eternal
New Type: Normal / Fairy
New Stat distribution:
250 / 5 / 64 (+59) / 35 / 135 (+30) / 50
Signature Move: Magical Egg (Special | Fairy | 10 PP | 100% Accuracy | (Metal Burst effect) | Z effect: 100 BP Twinkle Tackle)
Design/Flavor: Also in old times, people loved this mon due to its ability to heal anything and it's sheer kindness. Eternal Chansey never minded, as it loved healing people and Pokémon anyway. It also was not able to solely heal, as it could make a special kind of egg which was enough to threaten any Pokémon daring enough to face it. Nobody knows what happened to it today, though rumors say it still exists. Its color scheme is noticeably lighter and brighter, and the egg it caries is larger.
Competitive Analysis: A special wall. The Eternal Chansey misses using Evolite, but at the same time, something is different. For one, it has higher defense meaning it's not as weak to physical attackers (still pretty weak though), it actually has a set of resistances thanks to the Fairy typing, and it has a better way to not be Taunt bait thanks to Magical Egg.
Chansey @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Soft-Boiled
- Stealth Rock / Heal Bell
- Toxic
- Magical Egg
Soft-Boiled is the mandatory recovery move. Stealth Rock is always usefull, though if Eternal Chansey is being run with another Stealth Rock user, it can run Heal Bell instead. Toxic find its use mostly on stall teams. For more offensive teams Thunder Wave can be run instead. Magical Egg prevents Taunt bait, and can do a large chunk to an opponent. In place of one of the utility moves Whish can be run.
On the same slate I tried to make Onix a physical wall to complement it, but somehow someone else got freaking 17 votes on their Onix sub (you know who you are...) so RIP Onix sub:

Name of the Eternal Pokémon:
Onix-Eternal
New Type: Steel / Ground
New Stat distribution:
85 (+50) / 95 (+50) / 180 (+20) / 30 / 79 (+44) / 30 (-40)
Signature Move: Iron Gather (Status | Steel | 10 PP | Heals the user's HP by 50% | Z effect: raises the user's defense by one stage)
Design/Flavor: In old days, people cherished the Eternal Onix due to it's very strong digging capabilities that it can even break through diamond with ease. This is how people mined then. When people got access to better digging tools though, the Eternal Onix felt betrayed and left them forever. Some say it's still alive, living very near the core, waiting for someone else to accept it. The entire body has turned into a brown metal, and ores of various kinds exist on it's body.
Competitive Analysis: A physical wall. Has somewhat of a good defensive typing, and electric immunity is nice, letting it check BoltBeam. Though it has an exploitable low special defense, letting hard hitting special attackers check it. It can function as a wall core with Eternal Chansey.
Onix @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Iron Gather
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt / Roar
- Gyro Ball
Iron Gather is the mandatory recovery move which allows Eternal Onix to recover it's HP. Stealth Rock, as always, is a great utility move. Taunt allows Onix to stop set-up sweepers, though if this is not needed, Roar can be used to shuffle the opponent, and it works great with Stealth Rock. Gyro Ball prevents Onix from becoming Taunt bait, and it does decent damage due to a low 30 base speed.
So anyway, this is the replacement and it has mostly the same stuff, but lacks Roar and Gyro Ball, has another use for it's recovery move, and Instead, it can run Earthquake in place of Gyro Ball.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon:
Shelgon-Eternal
New Type: Dragon / Fire
New Stat distribution:
75 (+10) / 145 (+50) / 100 / 70 (+10) / 79 (+29) / 130 (+80)
Signature Move: Fire Headbutt (Fire | Physical | 100 BP | 15 PP | 100% Accuracy | Makes Contact | 20% Chance to burn the target | Z-effect: 180 BP Inferno Overdrive)
Design/Flavor: One special Shelgon never achieved the goal of flying, and when it realized it couldn't, it had to learn another art. This one learned the powers of pyrokinetic capabilities, and now uses it it's every day Life. The Pokémon is more of an orangish tone in general.
Competitive Analysis: Has a stellar offensive typing and great stats to use it. While it's coverage may be lacking, It does gain access to Dragon Dance. Though it has a Stealth Rock weakness and faces competition with Mega Charizard-X, though Shelgon brings to the table higher initial speed and not taking up the mega slot.

Shelgon @ Life Orb
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage / Dragon Claw
- Fire Headbutt
- Zen Headbutt / Rock Slide

Dragon Dance is the main setup move. Outrage and Fire Headbutt are STABs. I pick Zen Headbutt as coverage so that Shelgon can break through Toxapex and Mega Venusaur. Other coverage moves like Rock Slide can be run though.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Dragonair-Eternal

New Type: Dragon / Fairy

New Stat distribution:
120 (+59) / 50 (-34) / 85 (+20) / 140 (+70) / 94 (+24) / 110 (+40)

Signature Move: Starfall - Fairy, Special, 90 BP, 10 PP, 100 Acc, 50% of chance to increase's user Special attack by one level Z-Move: 175 BP Twinkle Tackle

Design/Flavor: Dragonair-Eternal body becomes aquamarine and you can see white dots of different sizes sparkling in Dragonair-Eternal's skin, the wings in its head become three times bigger and its orbs in its neck and tail become really shiny, almost like if they were miniature stars. It's supposed a Dragonair had contact with a meteorite (it's supposed to be one of the same help Deoxys to change its form)

Competitive Analysis: Dragonair-Eternal has access to Agility and a plethora of pretty good special attacks, and Shed Skin may help it to avoid crippling status like paralysis. It can work as a late-game sweeper with Agility or a solid wallbreaker with Choice Specs and its great coverage moves

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Pupitar-Eternal

New Type: Ground / Steel

New Stat distribution:
80 (+10) / 120 (+36) / 140 (+70) / 64 (-1) / 140 (+70) / 55 (+4)

Signature Move: Spike Blast - Steel, Psychical, 15 BP, 20 PP, 100 Acc, 5-hit move, 30% of chance to drop target's Defense by one stage per hit Z-Move: 100 BP Corkscrew Crash

Design/Flavor: Pupitar-Eternal's body becomes a light gray tone, it's way more shiny and its spikes are bigger. Pupitar-Eternal was one of the victims of the fierce battle between Reshiram and Zekrom in Unova, it ended buried for a long time and as a self preservation instict, it entered in a hibernation state. Its body reacted to the high pressure underground and as a result, its shell became incredibly hard, even harder than diamond itself. It was found in Driftveil City in the excavation led by Clay.

Competitive Analysis: Rest is a kinda reliable as a recovery move with Shed Shell, and this Pokemon has a pretty good defensive typing, and it's not offensively passive like some pivots. It can set Stealth Rock and force a lot of switches with Spike Blast in a similar way Acid Spray does.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon:
Shelgon-Eternal

New Type: Dragon / Poison

New Stat distribution:
84 (+9) / 140 (+45) / 60 (-40) / 140 (+90) / 66 (+16) / 109 (+59)

Signature Move: Corrosive Surge - Poison, Special, 100 BP, 10 PP, 100 Acc, User takes 30% of recoil damage, it can damage steel type Pokemon and remove this type in a similar way Thousand Arrows removes Ground inmunity (that means for example, if Magearna receives this attack, it won't receive super efective damage the first turn, but the next ones will do) | Z-Move: 180 BP Acid Downpour

Design/Flavor: Shelgon-Eternal's shell is replaced with a very dense bubble of a very corrosive purple/green material, its eyes are now red and its feets are now green.

Competitive Analysis: Mixed revenge killer with a scarce but powerful selection of STAB moves in special and physical side. Its exclusive move can be very dangerous and spammable, and still it has a small amount of moves beside STAB like Rock Slide for Volcarona, Fire Blast or Hydro Pump. However, it's a bit frail and it needs to be used with caution, and it's still outspeeded by 110 scarfers

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Metang-Eternal

New Type: Steel / Figthing

New Stat distribution:
90 (+30) / 145 (+70) / 70 (-30) / 94 (+39) / 70 (-10) / 130 (+80)

Signature Move: Rabbit Punch - Fighting, Psychical, 40 BP, 20 PP, 100 Acc, If the target Pokémon is switched out on the turn this attack is used, Rabbit Punch's power doubles | Z-Move: 100 BP All-Out Pummeling

Design/Flavor: Metang-Eternal's claws become bigger and its whole body is now a bronze color. Its spikes are slightier bigger too. Its claws and spikes are now a silver color and its eyes are now a deep green.

Competitive Analysis: Metang-Eternal is a fast and powerful threat who is able to use its quite wide coverage moves to pressure defensive cores. And now it's able to pressure fairies and steels, becoming it in a trapper just like Weavile can work with Pursuit. It can help to compress roles to those Pokemon need to stop steel and fairy Pokemon (Mega Altaria is a good example of that) It has a 4MSS and it's way less bulky than Metagross I wanted to make a steel/fire Metang but besides the fire trapping move I wanted to make he'd have no fire moves so fuck it

Name:
Dragonair-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
81 (+20)
Atk: 54 (-30)
Def: 80 (+15)
SpA: 125 (+55)
SpD: 135 (+65)
Spe: 124 (+54)
BST: 599 (+179)
Signature Move: Angelical Brilliance |
|
| 80 BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | User Recovers 3/4 of the damage dealt. 30% chance to lower target's SpA. | Z Move - 160 BP Twinkle Tackle
Design/Flavor: Has a little aureola on the top of its head, its wings grow a little more and its body becomes a teal like color.
Competitive Analysis: Because of its great typing and special bulk, it can run a specially defensive set to make use of its unique typing and check Ash Greninja, Mega Charizard-Y and whatnot. It can also run an offensive set making use of its great Speed and Special Attack stats as well as its signature move enabling it to stay decently healthy throught a match despite being an offensive oriented Pokemon.

Name:
Pupitar-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
94 (+24)
Atk: 124 (+40)
Def: 120 (+40)
SpA: 65
SpD: 105 (+35)
Spe: 91 (+40)
BST: 599 (+179)
Signature Move: Spike Storm |
|
| 20 BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | hits 2-5 times, each hit has a 70% chance to set up a Layer of Spikes. | Z Move - 80 BP Tectonic Rage
Design/Flavor: Gains a bunch of Spikes on its back.
Competitive Analysis: While none of its stats are incredibly good, and its terrible defensive typing doesn't help it take hits, it has an Attack stat quite above average and one of the best moves in the game, setting up an average of 2.1 Spikes layers per use, so it can be an interesting option for offensive teams needing a reliable hazard setter.

Name: Shelgon-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
64 (-1)
Atk: 128 (+33)
Def: 160 (+60)
SpA: 95 (+35)
SpD: 125 (+75)
Spe: 27 (-23)
BST: 599 (+179)
Signature Move: Metallic Charge |
|
| 160 BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | User Takes 3/4 of the damage dealt as recoil. 30% chance to flinch. | Z Move - 200 BP Corkscrew Crash
Design/Flavor: Gains a metallic shell.
Competitive Analysis: Quite a powerful Physical attacker with recoil free Metallic Charges, and 64 / 160 / 125 bulk is also pretty great when coupled with its amazing defensive typing, it also gets Outrage and Fire Blast as great move to couple with its Steel-type STAB move.

Name:
Metang-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
77 (+17)
Atk: 128 (+53)
Def: 50 (-50)
SpA: 130 (+75)
SpD: 90 (+10)
Spe: 124 (+74)
BST: 599 (+179)
Signature Move: Focus Influx |
|
| 40 BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | Has a 70% chance to sharply (2 stages) raise the user's Attack and Special Attack each one is indivudially rolled, so there's a 49% chance of raising both, a 21% chance to raising only Attack, another 21% chance of raising just SpA and a 9% chance to raise neither. This move gains +10 BP for every stat boost the user has. | Z Move - 120 BP Shattered Psyche
Design/Flavor: Has an exposed brain on top of its head as well as pink eyes, and unlike what many would expect from commonly dumb Metangs, Eternal Metang is actually twice as much smart as a Metagross.
Competitive Analysis: A cool fast mixed Wallbreaker that can make use of its signature as a boosting option allowing it to become nearly unstoppable once it starts boosting, speicially since it gets Agility and reliable STABs all around. However, it is still kind of frail and struggles to find room to set up, prefering Aurora Veil or Screens support to allow it to act effectively.

Metang-eternal

Type: Steel/Ghost

Stats: 60 HP / 145 Atk / 150 Def / 55 SpA / 115 SpD / 64 Spe

Signature move: Ninja Strike - 70 BP, 20 PP (max 32), Ghost-type, Physical, User switches out (ie a ghost-type U-turn)

Design: Metang's eyes become sunken, almost entirely black. Dark vapours can now be seen emanating from it.

Competitive: Kind of a utility tank, functions somewhat along the lines of Alolan Muk or old-school CB Scizor. Sample set:

- Meteor Mash
- Ninja Strike
- Bullet Punch
- Earthquake

252 HP / 252 Atk / 4HP / Adamant Nature
Ability: Clear Body
Item: Assault Vest

Other notable moves: Pursuit, Hammer Arm, Stealth Rock
Other notable items: Choice Band, Leftovers, Colbur Berry (for stray Knock-Offs), Rocky Helmet (niche use to punish U-turn users)
Other notable sets: Could run a dual screens set as it has plenty of bulk to set them up, and Ninja Strike/Explosion to bring in a set-up sweeper.

Dragonair-eternal

Type: Dragon/Ice

Stats: 61 HP / 104 Atk / 95 Def / 139 SpA / 130 SpD / 70 Spe

Signature move: Aura Glow - N/A BP, 5 PP (max 8), Dragon-type, Raises user's SpA by 1 stage and Spe by 2 stages.

Design: Frost protrudes from the orbs on Dragonair's neck and tail regions. Dragonair's colour scheme is somewhat paler and there is a white light shining from it.

Competitive: Could be an efficient cleaner but its exploitable typing gives it a tough time setting up. Shed Skin helps set-up against walls. Sample set:

- Draco Meteor
- Ice Beam
- Fire Blast
- Aura Glow

252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe / Timid or Modest (but for faster Scarfers, Timid is required)
Ability: Shed Skin
Item: Dragonium-Z

Not many other options, Dragonair-eternal is quite one-dimensional. Never getting past the likes of Heatran or Clefable, & revenge-killed by stuff like Breloom/Scizor, so defo not broken.

Isn't Thunderbolt better as coverage since BoltBeam?

Signature Move: Scorching Exhaustion
upload_2017-8-26_20-30-49.png
| Special | 80 Power | 5 PP | 100% accuracy | 30 % Chance to boost Defence and Special Defence by 1 Stage, while also ignoring any defensive boosts. Lowers Special Attack by 2 stages whenever a boost is gained | From the Smoke produced by it's tail, the user spins its tail rapidly until it forms a blisteringly hot vortex. This move has a chance of increasing the user's defence and special defence, but comes at the cost of harshly lowering the user's special attack.

In case we do end up deciding on Z-moves in the future but ah well, ignore this part.
I've left it readable so you can read what I was thinking (and basing my concepts around). I've left the tag "ignore" next to the segment.
Apologies for any confusion.
Z Move ignore - Purgatorial Punishment |
upload_2017-8-26_20-30-49.png
| Special |
200 Power | This move ignores abilities, while burning any targets that were hit.| Dragonair awakens the Z-Power inside of it and fuses it with its internal blaze, forming two condensed, mysterious pink and blue flames around it. Dragonair slams these flames into the ground, where it causes the Earth around it to tear open, forming smaller volcanoes, which poor out wondrous lakes of lava, as well as tearing open the ground, allowing a giant spiritual flame to engulf the target with maximum force.

Design/Flavor: Similarly to normal Dragonair, Eternal Dragonair is a magnificent blue, except darker. It's body is covered in black ash from the smoke it produces from the balls of pure green energy, which release the smoke from Dragonite's internal fire.

Ability ignore: Protective Inferno - Protects Eternal Dragonair from indirect damage and reduces the power of Water Type Moves.
New Items: Eternal-Dragonairium Z: Allows Dragonair to use Purgatorial Punishment

Signature Move: Flying Fantasy |
upload_2017-8-26_20-29-13.png
| Physical |
40 Base Power | 30 PP | 100% Accuracy | 50% chance to increase attack by a single stage when used and increases attack by 1 stage when hit by a physical move | Realising that Shelgon will never be able to achieve the goal of flying because it cannot evolve into a Salamence, Shelgon Angrily headbutts the opponent. This move has raising its attack. It also gains attack when struck by a physical move.

Z Move: Outrageous Outburst |
upload_2017-8-26_20-29-13.png
| Physical |
200 Base Power | Base Move: Flying Fantasy | 100% chance to boost speed by 4 stages on KO, as well as granting Shelgon an immunity to ground moves (including Thousand Arrows) | Using the anger of not being able to fly, Shelgon uses all of its power, combined with its Z-power to hit the target with full power. If this move successfully knocks out a pokemon, it's speed will immensely raise and will also grant Shelgon the ability to fly.

Design/Flavor: Eternal Shelgon is much more aggressive than standard shelgon, since it knows it cannot evolve. Its body is completely red, due to the anger that it possesses. With this anger, it's body is incredibly hot, meaning that it unnaturally gained the fire typing. It's shell is a magnificent jet black colour and is sprinkled with red "lines". It also possesses a Salamence tail for some odd reason, which only makes it angrier. This tail follows a similar colour scheme to a normal salamence tail, except that it has a red camouflage pattern (similarly to heatran) where the red line would normally be.
Ability ignore : Unnatual Anger - The anger that accompanies Shelgon makes shelgon ignorant to pain, meaning that the effectiveness of super-effective moves and Water moves are reduced. It also halves the damage of indirect damage such as status, weather and entry hazard damage.
New Items: Eternal-Shelgonium Z: Allows Eternal Shelgon to use Outrageous Outburst.

Signature Move: Metallic Reformation |
upload_2017-8-26_20-30-32.png
| Physical |
85 Base Power | 10 PP | 100% Accuracy | Heals 50% of the damage dealt and has a Ignores Stat boosts | The user extends its arms and punches the target, drain the energy from it. This restores 50% of the damage done. This move ignores the opponent stat changes.

Z-Move ignore: Metallic Mayhem | 170 base power | Base Move : Metallic Reformation | 100% Chance to raise attack and speed by 1 stage. Also has the rapid spin effect. | Unleashing its Z-Power, Eternal Metang spins rapidly, then slams into the opponent. This raises Metang's speed and attack. This also removes any hazards from the user's side of the field.

Design/Flavor: Metang turns it's body into a steel grey, similarly to its shiny, but instead of having gold highlights, it features pink highlights. Two other arms have formed, and are floating above it's torso, surrounded by a pink outline.

Signature Move: Data Download /

/ 10 PP / Raises defence and special defence by 1 stage.
Design/Flavor: It's arms are linked together, and are a lot thicker, providing a large barrier at the front of it.
Competitive Analysis: This might be the most salt inducing mon out there. Not only does it have Amnesia, Iron Defence and a buffed Ingrain in 1 move, but it also has insane 109 / 150 / 140 bulk (higher than Registeel), and a respectable 115 attack, which only becomes stronger if you want to run Hone Claws. This thing is capable of tanking hits left and right, even from super effective attacks.

EDIT: Removed Pupitar, I didn't really like it :/
Woah man; don't get so crazy with the mod. We don't get to make new abilities or give them signature Z-moves.

Also most of those sig moves are broken. you can fix Scorching Exhaustion by lowering it's power to about 80 and Metallic Reformation by removing the attack boost chance, but Flying Fantasy is so broken you would have to completely redesign it.

honestly, I really like the idea of giving these signature Z-Moves. But I can't change the meta, that's up to Exploudit

Muscle K

Banned deucer.
CoolMan6001 Thanks for the feedback, I've implemented the changes.
I apologise, it seems like I completely glossed over the fact that we couldn't do that, i'll keep that in mind for next time.
To keep this from being a one-liner, i'll say that I feel a bit dumb for not seeing that. I'd ask Exploudit to also remove me from the voting phase.
Thanks :]
