SM OU Drought Team - Scarf Golduck- Does it fit?

Hey folks, first time post,

Trying to make a viable Sun team, winning some games on OU with this one but wasnt sure what the last slot should be and thought cloud 9 Golduck would be interesting... Could probably make some changes so lemme know :)

Torkoal @ Heat Rock
Ability: Drought
EVs: 252 HP / 220 Def / 36 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Lava Plume
- Earth Power
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock

Torkoal is one of the main leads for the team as it can set up the sun for M-Doom and Bel. Torkoal is our hazard setter and remover it also packs a punch with its lava plume in the sun and that 30% burn is also useful. Earth power is there for Heatran and as a decent secondary. Heat rock is obviously there so we can make full use of the sun!!

Houndoom-Mega @ Houndoominite
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Heat Wave
- Dark Pulse
- Solar Beam
- Nasty Plot

M-Doom is our hard hitting SpA, with the sun up the Solar Power kicks in and starts bopping away at anything that doesnt resist. Ive chose Heat Wave over flamthrower for that little bit extra damage, Dark Puls is always handy, Nasty plot for when the poor turtle has passed on and we find an opportunity to get an increase and our final move is Solar Beam, this move hits like a truck even though its not STAB and then on top of the Solar Power we can set up the Grassy Terrain to further boost this move.

Victreebel @ Normalium Z
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Leaf Blade
- Poison Jab
- Weather Ball
- Growth

Victreebel is one of our potential sweepers, with the Sun up its Speed is doubled, Growth puts the SpA and Att up 2 stages and it having access to weather ball makes it easier to get past those steel types like ferrothorn, scizor etc Normalium Z lets this lively plant throw off an Inferno Overdrive in the sun which can can be handy vs those physical walls especially after a growth or 2. Leaf blade is our main physical move as its not only High crit but it gets that lovely boost from the terrain and if youre the sorta high risk high reward feel free to replace it with power whip.

Tapu Bulu @ Terrain Extender
Ability: Grassy Surge
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Horn Leech
- Superpower
- Leech Seed
- Substitute

Bulu is another one of our defensive mons, and one of our main leads. Setting up the grassy terrain for our team, this is especially handy as it allows torkoal to take EQs alot easier but the best thing about the terrain is that it makes M-Doom Survive alot longer with healing up some of the chip from solar power. Bulu is also our main water/ground switch in for the team and we have terrain extender so that our sweepers can sweep for longer!!

Hawlucha @ Grassy Seed
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Acrobatics
- Swords Dance
- Roost

This is a set that needs no describing as Seed-Luchas are out there on every 2nd team on the format!! But who says we cant have one for ourselves!! Lucha is a great late game sweeper not only that it takes care of threats like volcarona and heatran. If you can get an SD up this dude can just demolish teams with its 2 hard hitting STAB moves!! and then we have roost for longevity!!

Golduck @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Cloud Nine
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Psychic
- Hidden Power [Grass]

The last mon on this team is the original blue duck!! Now this spot on the team was hard to fill, but i wanted to try it. Golduck isnt the fastest scarfer in the world i admit, especially modest Golduck but it helps in outspeeding mons like Tornadus-T, Gren etc its 2 points shy of M-Manetric. The main thing about this pokemons role on the team is that it can come in and launch its water moves without being affectd by the sun. Cloud 9 also makes this viable vs Rain sweepers like swampert as it either scares it out or blasts it with terrain boosted hp:grass. Its also a good switch-in to Tornadus-t as it stops that 100% acc Hurricane!

Anyway folks this is my sun team, if there's any suggestions on making it better please lemme know. Im sure this team has multiple threats but its not been fully tried and tested.

Ty for reading :)
