What is the bug?
Psych up does not seem to copy dragon cheers crit rate boost. From the reading I have done this seems to be counter to how it operates in-game. Here is a replay demonstrating: https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen96v6doublesdraft-2048543512
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Be playing in a doubles format
Have a fast pokemon on one side use dragon cheer on its ally
Have a slow pokemon use psych up on the cheer target on the other side
You will see that even though the "copied the opposing X's stat changes" message displays, there is no crit rate boost. Further play with the psych up pokemon will show that their crit rate seems to be normal
